PKU Muhammadiyah Sukoharjo Hospital is a type C hospital that is currently developing offering health services with target service coverage in Sukoharjo Regency. Currently, the marketing team at PKU Muhammadiyah Sukoharjo Hospital is starting to pioneer the development of marketing efforts which are expected to increase patient visits. High competition between hospitals is one of the factors that patient visits at PKU Muhammadiyah Sukoharjo Hospital tend to fluctuate. The marketing team's lack of knowledge regarding marketing strategies and the large number of job desks for each marketing member result in less than optimal marketing efforts. The output of this activity is (1) Publication of service results in the Community Service Journal "Surya Abdimas"; (2) Videos of PkM activities which can be accessed online; (3) Increased knowledge of the Hospital Marketing team through Customer Relationship Management (CRM); (4) Integration of the results of PkM activities in the Hospital Marketing Management course; (6) Increasing students' skills in applying Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in the Hospital Marketing Management course. The activity was carried out at the PKU Muhammadiyah Sukoharjo Hospital with 16 participants consisting of the IT Team, Marketing Team and Hospital Public Relations. To find out the comparison of participants' knowledge results regarding Customer Relationship Management (CRM) methods, we carried out Pre Test and Post Test activities.

One of the most basic and most important things in dealing with the circulation of false information is to strengthen digital literacy and ethics in students, the purpose of this study is to provide education and socialization about the urgency and strengthening of digital literacy and ethics as a preventive in preventing Hoax and Hate Speech information circulating on social media, this study uses descriptive qualitative methods with the results: First, strengthening digital literacy is an effective solution in dealing with fake news circulating, because the higher a person's cognitive abilities, the more selective he is in sorting out the information presented, Second, the implementation stage in strengthening and learning literacy and learning ethics is with various learning methods, especially digital-based learning media, school literacy movements, e-learning and utilization of online learning platforms and applications in honing students' cognitive skills and skills in digital literacy, as well as the effectiveness of socialization about the impact and dangers of hoaxes and hate speech. Third, the obstacles in strengthening digital literacy and digital ethics are student skills, weak parental control and supervision, social and economic status, and the skills and abilities of teachers who are required to continue to innovate.

The Resik Lan Aman Village program is one of the programs launched by the Serang City Government since 2021 which aims to change people's behavior in order to create a clean and safe environment, but the community still does not really understand the purpose of this government program, so the Resik lan Aman Village competition, just a competition, this program does not foster understanding and awareness of the cleanliness and safety involved. The aim of this assistance is to provide an understanding of what a clean and healthy village environment looks like, the importance of safety and prevention. The results of this assistance show that not all residents of the Jakung Tengah neighborhood understand that the environment is clean and safe. Don't yet understand what facilities must be provided in a clean and safe village. However, after this assistance, residents' understanding is better and residents' awareness of environmental cleanliness and safety is better.

Hipertensi adalah penyakit dengan etiologi multifaktorial, dan bukti telah menunjukkan pentingnya penigkatan transportasi vaskuler, stres oksidatif, dan disbiosis usus dalam perkembangan dan pemeliharaan hipertensi. Tekanan darah sistolik atau diastolik lebih besar dari 140 atau 90 mmHg termasuk hipertensi (World Health Organization, 2019). Penduduk Indonesia yang berusia 18 tahun keatas mengalami hipertensi, menurut diagnosis dokter. Berdasarkan diagnosis dokter hipertensi pada populasi penderita hipertensi pada tahun 2018, 54,4% rutin minum obat, 32,3% tidak rutin minum obat, dan 13,3% tidak minum obat antihipertens. Persentase tersebut mewakili riwayat penggunaan obat dan alasan tidak minum obat. Di Indonesia penyakit hipertensi menyerang 34,1% penduduk pada tahun 2018. Setiap tahun terjadi peningkatan terutama pada tahun 2018. Setiap tahun terjadi peningkatan terutama pada tahun 2018. Mengetahui bahwa 13,3% dari mereka yang didiagnosis hipertensi tidak minum obat dan 32,3% tidaj meminum obat secara teratur berkontribusi dengan meningkatnya prevalensi hipertensi (Rikesdas, 2018). Tujuan Penelitian: Untuk Mengetahui Tingkat Pengetahuan Dan Kepatuhan Minum Obat Hipertensi Terhadap Pencegahan Hipertensi Di Puskesmas Pasar Kemis. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan uji Chi-Square dengan teknik total sampling merupakan teknik non probability sampling teknik pengambilan sampel dimana jumlah sampel sama dengan populasi untuk dipilih menjadi anggota. Sampel yang diambil dari penelitian ini adalah 90 sampel. Hasil uji chi-square dengan nilai (P value) < 0,05. Diharapkan Puskesmas Pasar Kemis dapat memberikan arahan, motivasi dan penyuluhan lebih lanjut mengenai hipertensi dan pengtinya kepatuhan minum obat hipertensi kepada masyarakat.

Background: The world’s elderly population is predicted to increase very quickly in 2020. Based on Susenas and Sakernas data, namely 12,2% in 2020 to 12,71% in 2021.The aging process will affect physical and mental changes in the elderly which results in a decrease in body resistance so that it is susceptible to various diseases and the most common is hypertension. Purpose: To determine changes in blood pressure in elderly patients with hypertension before and after walking activities. Methods: This application uses a descriptive case study by observing 2 female respondents aged 61-64 years who are given the implementation of walking for 20 minutes. Result: After the application of walking for 20 minutes for 3 consecutive days a week there was a decrease in blood pressure. Responden 1 with an average decrease in systolic pressure of 1 mmHg, diastolic 3 mmHg. Responden 2 average decrease in systolic blood pressure 2,3 mmHg, diastolic 0,6 mmHg. Conclusion: Walking for 20 minutes for 3 days a week can reduce blood pressure in elderly people with hypertension.

Social integration is a unitary condition of living together from various socio-cultural system units, ethnic groups and communities to interact and work together. Social integration as a reflection of the quality of this relationship, if applied to business actors, will increase the value chain for their business. So that the purpose of implementing this program is to create superior milkfish products through the creation of "Social Integration Empowerment" for business groups in Semarang City through the establishment of "Semarang Milkfish Industrial Community". So it is hoped that it can develop synergy between entrepreneurs and community support for the creation of superior products in the region. The program implementation method begins with an integration process to form the Semarang Milkfish Industry community. Then analyze the problems being faced by the community through action research. The next step is to organize meetings which will be followed by building a common understanding, so that the problems that will be handled can be ascertained. Based on these problems, the team and the community will test the action/work program that will be carried out together. After the mutually agreed work program is implemented, the next stage is evaluation and reflection.

Alat tangkap yang digunakan untuk menangkap ikan relo terus mengalami perkembangan. Jenis alat tangkap yang digunakan pada masa dahulu yaitu anco, kemudian saat ini masyarakat menggunakan bagan yang dikenal dengan nama cangkul padang. Bagan merupakan jenis alat tangkap ikan yang masuk dalam kategori lift net. Keberadaan cangkul padang di perairan Danau Laut Tawar memberi dampak negatif karena target alat tangkap ini adalah ikan endemik (ikan depik) dan ikan relo  serta  penangkapanya yang tidak selektif. Intensitas penangkapan yang tinggi menyebabkan tekanan terhadap populasi ikan relo di Danau Laut Tawar.

KKN or Kuliah Kerja Nyata is mandatory program held by college. KKN Kolaboratif is program organized by the Jember Regency government with 18 college. The work program carried out by KKN Kolaboratif 236 is based on the problems that exist in the Tegalgede, such as the low level of public awareness in managing inorganic waste, the high level of use of inorganic waste, and the lack of digital UMKM marketing. That program aims to make the public aware of the separation of inorganic waste so that it can be recycled again and to help introduce and market UMKM products for Tegalgede digitally. The activities waste sorting competition also invited WCDI (World Clean Up Day Indonesia) and BSI (Bank Sampah Induk) to discuss determining the category of inorganic waste to be contested and related to the process of evaluating and transporting the results of the competition. The results were 14 RTs took part in the competition. Another  program, the creation of e-catalog in collaboration with 20 UMKM in Tegalgede to enter their data into the catalog. The implication of this community service activity is that it can help residents to understand more about inorganic waste and make easier to access UMKM.

Intelligent and character education is carried out by educating and accompanied by a learning process that deepens and shapes the character of students with the hope that as a result, students with personalities who have strong characters and intellectual principles are realized. The results of this education cannot be separated from the participation and contribution of educators who have quality human resources, which are expected to be able to direct and be able to become role models in the scope of intelligent and characterized education. In this article, we discuss several analytical data materials about research related to the title of our article, which are then concluded to become an article that focuses on the information we need. Pendidikan yang cerdas dan berkarakter dilakukan dengan mendidik dan di sertai dengan proses pembelajaran yang memperdalam dan membentuk karakter siswa dengan harapan hasilnya terwujudlah siswa dengan pribadi yang memiliki karakter kuat dan berprinsip intelektual. Hasil pendidikan tersebut tentunya tak lepas dari keikutsertaan dan andil dari para tenaga pendidik yang memiliki SDM yang berkualitas, yang mana para tenaga pendidik di harapkan mampu mengarahkan dan turut bisa menjadi percontohan dalam ruang lingkup penididikan yang cerdas dan berkarakter tersebut. Dalam artikel ini merupakan bahasan atas beberapa bahan data analisa tentang penelitian yang terkait dengan judul artikel kami, yang kemudian ditarik kesimpulan hingga menjadi suatu artikel yang fokus terhadap informasi yang kami perlukan. Abstrak. Artikel ini ditulis menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pendidikan karakter pada geneasi muda. Melihat pesatnya perkembangan zaman, banyak anak utamanya generasi muda ini yang kurang bermoral dan sosial yang baik dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Pada saat ini pendndikan karakter sangat dibutuhkan untuk membentuk generasi penerus bangsa yang unggul dan berkualitas dengan menumbuhkan jiwa bertanggungjawab untuk menghadapi era global ini.
