PT Link Pasipik Indonusa Cabang Surabaya sebagai freight forwarder memiliki peran penting dalam proses impor muatan pestisida di jalur merah. Namun masih ada kendala, antara lain: 1) Pemeriksaan jalur merah yang lama; 2) DO yang expired; 3) Timbulnya SPTNP; 4) Penanganan dangerous goods yang khusus. Sedangkan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan peran PT Link Pasipik Indonusa Cabang Surabaya sebagai freight forwarder dalam memfasilitasi akses impor muatan pestisida di jalur merah, kendala dan upaya mengatasi kendala yang ada.            Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan subyek karyawan bagian operasional impor dan customer service PT Link Pasipik Indonusa Cabang Surabaya yang diperoleh secara purposive sampling. Data diperoleh menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, yang kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif.            Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Peran Freight Forwarding dalam penanganan impor pestisida di jalur merah adalah sebagai perwakilan dari pemilik barang. Freight Forwarding juga berperan untuk menyiapkan dokumen kelengkapan pemeriksaan yang diminta oleh pihak Bea Cukai. 2) Proses penanganan impor adalah serangkaian kegiatan yang sistematis untuk membantu jalannya proses kegiatan impor yang dilakukan oleh pihak-pihak yang berwenang. Penanganan impor barang, khususnya pestisida terdapat proses pengawasan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai; 3) Penanganan impor pestisida di jalur merah terdapat kendala, seperti: a) Pemeriksaan jalur merah di Bea Cukai membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama. Hal ini diatasi dengan melakukan follow up kepada Bea Cukai; b) Delivery Order (DO) yang expired, dapat diatasi dengan meminta free time lebh lama ke pelayaran; c) Timbul SPTNP, dapat diatasi dengan melakukan penyesuaian harga; d) Karena pestisida termasuk ke dalam dangerous goods kelas 6.1, maka dalam penanganannya diperlukan perlakuan yang khusus, antara lain: dalam memindah drum yang berisi pestisida harus hati-hati, tutup yang telah dibuka karena diambil sampelnya harus ditutup dengan rapat, lalu membuka drum yang berisi pestisida harus di ruang tertutup agar terhindar dari matahari.

This study aims to provide an understanding of the application of interpersonal communication through social media in a vocational high school environment, namely at SMK Negeri 1 Babelan, Bekasi Regency, West Java. The implementation steps given to SMK Negeri 1 Babelan, Bekasi Regency, are related to an aware understanding of media law to prevent the negative effects of social media, especially considering the current condition of the younger generation who are very active on social media, they must be equipped with knowledge of understanding content which can lead to social legal sanctions. to be wiser in using social media at an early age. The qualitative method is descriptive. Data was collected through observation, interviews, discussion forums and documentation. While the data analysis technique is presented in the form of narrative text through procedures namely coding, data reduction, data presentation, data triangulation, drawing conclusions and data analysis. The results show that the steps for implementing interpersonal communication are very comprehensive to help students and teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Babelan understand the importance of ethics in communicating online, especially when having to carry out activities with students online. Many teachers and students at SMK N 1 Babelan are active on various social media platforms so it is important for teachers and students to understand how to communicate properly and effectively. Poor communication on social media can negatively affect the image and reputation of a teacher, school or institution. As for the implications that need to be carried out related to understanding the law so that understanding about legal awareness of media is very important to prevent, the negative impact of social media is even greater when there is a lack of knowledge about understanding content which can lead to legal sanctions for the students themselves or the social environment.

The research background is related to inter-ethnic marriages carried out by couples with different linguistic and cultural backgrounds, namely the Batak and Nias Adanva ethnicities. Differences in different linguistic and cultural backgrounds result in differences in interpreting and understanding the message or information conveyed, this can giving rise to misunderstandings. This research was conducted in Hutagodang Village, Kec. Batang Toru. South Tapanuli Regency.The main problem in this research is the description of intercultural communication and communication barriers between inter-ethnic marriage couples in Hutagodang Village. This research aims to find out and explain how intercultural communication in inter-ethnic marriage couples and what communication barriers occur in inter-ethnic marriage couples.

Purpose - This research aims to test how much motivation, rewards, professional or personal closeness, training, education, facilities and infrastructure contribute to improving employee performance. Anugerah Dwi Pratama is a company engaged in the supply of goods and services for boiler machines or steam-powered power plants that was founded in 2010 until now. In connection with the growing national and international competition which resulted in a significant decrease in PT. Anugerah Dwi Pratama, it is necessary to carry out an assessment of the determining variables such as quality, product prices on sustainable buying interest, so that the company can continue to maintain and improve its existence. This research helps companies formulate problems to develop company development strategies.

Based on observations that have been made by researchers at Lebah Pembelajar Mandiangin Koto Selayan Elementary School, it shows that in helping the learning process of Islamic Religious Education for children with spesial needs there are problems in it. The purpose og this researchh is to find out that problems a shadow teacher experienced. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with interviews, observation and documentation. Data collection techniques, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Based on the result of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that shadow teacher experience problem in helping chidren with spesial needs, namely the problem of providing material, achieving learning objective, giving motivation, supervising the concentartion of children, controlling children’s behavior and problem in collaborating with parent of children with special needs, the efforts made and the importance of establising good cooperation and communication in very obstacle experienced, namely cooperation with the homeroom teacher of class 4. Islamic religious education subject teachher, the principal and of course communication related to the child’s problems to the child’s parents.

The aim of this research is to determine the positive and significant influence of the Numbered Head Together (NHT) Cooperative learning model on the active learning of PAK class IX students of SMP Negeri 3 Lintongnihuta for the 2023/2024 academic year. The method used in this research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The population is all class IX students of SMP Negeri 3 Lintongnihuta for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Christians totaling 191 people and a sample of 48 people was determined, namely 25% of the total population using random sampling techniques. Data collection used a closed questionnaire with 40 items. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of the Numbered Head Together (NHT) Cooperative learning model on the active learning of PAK class IX students at SMP Negeri 3 Lintongnihuta for the 2023/2024 academic year. Based on the positive relationship test, the value obtained is rxy = 0.606 > rtable(=0.05, n=48) = 0.284, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable ttable(=0.05,dk=n-2=46)= 2.021, thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 36.8%. Influence test: Regression equation test, the regression equation Y ̂="2.17"+0.63 63. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

National Health Insurance (JKN) is a priority for low- and middle-income countries as a way to increase access to health services and reduce the financial burden on health care. The special objective is to analyze the relationship between income and participation in the National Health Insurance (JKN). The 30 respondents, 19 (63.3) respondents were female and 11 (26.7) were male. And aged > 45 years old a total of 15 (50.0) and < 45 years old (50.0). And almost all 23 respondents (69.7) earned < 2,190,206 in each month and as many as 7 respondents with an income of > 2,190,206 in each month. There is a significant positive relationship between the level of opinion and participation in the National Health Insurance program, where the higher the income, the more people participate in the National Health Insurance program. Comprehensive and comparable estimates of health spending across countries are critical to achieving national and international health goals. If there is more health care, the amount of premium that will be issued will also be a lot. Premium increases in the health insurance sector are an uphill task for policymakers to form balanced policies that can provide affordable health care while maintaining survival
 

This study aims to investigate the effect of digital marketing (X1) and product variety (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y) with brand image (Z) as a mediator in the context of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Malang City, namely Bakso President. The population of this study were Instagram and Tiktok followers and the sample of this study were 327 respondents. This research technique uses proportional random sampling. This research analysis uses SEM-PLS. The results of this study highlight the importance of a thoughtful digital marketing strategy and high-quality product variety in building a strong brand image. The findings also underline that a positive brand image has a positive impact on consumer purchasing decisions at Bakso President. The practical implication is that MSMEs can utilize brand image as a strategic asset to improve their competitiveness and business growth.

This study aims to determine the effect of Liquidity and Earning Per Share on audit delay in companies registered on Jakarta Islamic Index for the 2019-2021 period. To obtain data, the authors use a type of quantitative research, namely by accessing company financial reports. The samples used in this study were 16 companies registered on JII for the 2019-2021 period by passing through the purposive sampling stage in accordance with the criteria needed for research. The data analysis method is in This study uses panel data regression techniques. The results of the study show that: Partially, liquidity does not have a significant impact on audit delay for companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index for 2019-2021. The liquidity variable has a p-value of 0.4729 which is greater than 0.05 and a tcount value of 0.726983 which is less than 1.67943 This proves that the liquidity variable has no significant effect on audit delay. Partially Earning per share affects audit delay in companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index for 2019-2021. The earning per share variable has a p-value of 0.0273 which is smaller than 0.05 and the tcount value is -2.321091 which is greater than 1.67943. This proves that the earnings per share variable has a negative influence on audit delay. Simultaneously liquidity and earnings per share have a significant effect on audit delay for companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index for 2019-2021. Based on the Fcount value is greater than Ftable where 31.68031 > 4.05 and the significance value of the above test is 0.000 <0. 05 (? = 5%).
