Kemajuan teknologi informasi telah mempengaruhi perubahan kebiasaan belanja masyarakat, beralih dari belanja tradisional ke online. Pergeseran perilaku belanja berdampak pada semua generasi, termasuk Generasi Z dan akan menjadi konsumen terbesar dalam waktu dekat. Generasi Z berperilaku berbeda dibandingkan generasi sebelumnya, Generasi Z gemar melakukan belanja online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku konsumtif belanja online yang dimediasi gaya hidup. Populasi penelitian generasi Z di kota Semarang. Sampel penelitian Generasi Z pada rentang usia 18-24 tahun atau generasi yang berada pada tingkat perguruan tinggi dengan status mahasiswa, menggunakan Instagram sebanyak 102 responden.  Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan skala likert. Analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Squares (PLS) dengan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku belanja online. Literasi keuangan memiliki dampak besar pada kebiasaan pembelian online, memahami literasi keuangan dapat membantu generasi Z menghindari pengeluaran berlebihan.  2) gaya hidup berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku belanja online konsumtif. Gaya hidup hedonis sebagai sarana untuk memuaskan keinginan dan keinginannya secara instan, generasi ini tergoda melakukan pembelian impulsif karena strategi pemasaran yang menawarkan pengalaman baru 3) literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif terhadap gaya hidup hedonis. Dengan literasi keuangan yang baik dapat membantu generasi ini untuk tidak terpengaruh belanja barang yang tidak dibutuhkan, dan 4) gaya hidup hedonis dapat memediasi literasi keuangan pada perilaku belanja online yang konsumtif. Sangat penting bagi Generasi Z memiliki financial literacy agar dapat mengetahui dampak dari gaya hidup dan perilaku konsumtif Generasi Z terhadap keuangan pribadi

Sistem proteksi kebakaran aktif adalah sistem proteksi kebakaran yang memiliki pendeteksi kebakaran secara manual maupun otomatis. Sistem proteksi kebakaran aktif di Gedung F Universitas Pekalongan memberikan manfaat besar dalam manajemen kebakaran. Gedung F Universitas Pekalongan memiliki beberapa utilitas sistem proteksi kebakaran aktif yaitu sistem alarm kebakaran, sistem detektor kebakaran, sistem sprinkler, sistem hidran gedung, sistem pencahaayan darurat, sistem listrik darurat dan APAR (alat pemadam api ringan). Dari sinilah tujuan dari penelitian adalah mengevaluasi sistem proteksi kebakaran aktif pada Gedung F Universitas Pekalongan. Untuk kondisi dari sistem tersebut sudah sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum No. 26/PRT/M/2008 tentang Persyaratan Teknis Sistem Proteksi Kebakaran pada Bangunan Gedung dan Lingkungan dengan tingkat keandalan dari baik, cukup atau sedang hingga kurang. Dari tingkat keandalan kondisi tersebut maka diperlukannya pemeliharaan yang tepat untuk menjaga sistem proteksi kebakaran aktif agar selalu berfungsi dengan semestinya. Pemeliharaan tersebut bersifat pemeliharaan rutin, pemeliharaan berkala hingga perbaikan atau pergantian sistem yang sudah mendekati kadaluarsa dan sudah tidak berfungsi dan kondisi alat pada sistem proteksi kebakaran Gedung F Universitas Pekalongan memiliki tingkat keandalan sebesar 80% yang berarti berfungsi dengan baik.

To realize the role of better Tambolaka Airport services, it is necessary to implement the concept of intermodal transportation integration to facilitate accessibility and passenger movement. This study aims to determine  the provision of integration facilities to support intermodal needs at Tambolaka Airport  and Planning for the provision of intermodal integration facilities at Tambolaka Airport
Primary and secondary data sources were used in the qualitative methodology of this study. Methods used to collect data include documentation, interviews, and observations. Technical and source triangulation are two methods used in data validity procedures. Data reduction, data visualization, and conclusion preparation are some of the data analysis approaches used.
The results of this study show that Tambolaka Airport has intermodal transportation such as buses, pick ups, and travel. Tambolaka Airport intermodal integration facilities include airport lounges, pedestrian accessibility, parking lots, and drope zones and Integration development is carried out by developing facilities in the form of pedestrian accessibility and adding bus stops And will be expanded parking from 0.25 Ha to 0.41 Ha.

PT. Putra Samudera Inti Batam carried out the arrival and departure process for the Millennium 806 ship using the B-SIM application in the free trade zone area. Apart from that, the author also wants to know more about the process regarding the arrival and departure of the Millennium 806 ship using the B-SIM application. The method used in data collection is the field research method which consists of observation and interviews and the library research method. According to the process, the agent must ensure that the ship's next destination is the port in the Batam area, the agent completes the ship arrival request documents because before the ship arrives the agent must submit a ship arrival request or Ship General Statement (PUK), upload the documents into the B-SIM application, carry out verification to ensure that the data entered is correct until the fund hold is issued. After the activity is completed, the agent realizes the invoice in full to pay off the port service fees for the ship's departure. Agents always maintain good relations with other shipping companies and related agencies. With this good relationship, the process of managing the activities to be carried out by the ship can be maintained smoothly. Apart from that, the obstacle that occurs when requesting the ship's arrival and departure process is checking whether the note has been closed or whether the previous payment has not been paid. The arrival and departure process for ships using the B-SIM application must be carried out for every ship entering the Batam Free Trade Zone area and is carried out in accordance with applicable government regulations.

This research aims to stimulate the understanding of Class XI MIPA 5 students at SMAN 1 Cikeusal through practical work on making a simple calorimeter. This activity was carried out at SMAN 1 Cikeusal. Through this research, it is hoped that students' perception of chemistry subjects as difficult, boring, scary and so on can slowly be reduced so that students' understanding of chemistry subjects can increase. The research method carried out was through a series of activities at SMAN 1 Cikeusal, namely carrying out practical work on making a simple calorimeter using simple tools and materials that are easily found in the surrounding environment and comparing the simple calorimeter tool with the real tool. This activity was held on Wednesday 11 October 2023, which was attended by students of SMAN I Cikeusal Kab. Serang consisting of representatives from class XI Mipa 5 with a total of 40 participants. In carrying out this activity, students showed an enthusiastic and enthusiastic attitude in participating in the learning process, especially during simple practical activities so that the chemical material being studied, namely simple calorimeters, could be understood well. Thus, the aim of the research at SMA 1 Cikeusal can be said to have been achieved because the learning outcomes of students in class XI MIPA 5 SMAN 1 Cikeusal experienced a significant increase after carrying out practicum activities. This is proven by the results of the pretest average score of 87 increasing to 93.5.

Di Indonesia, masalah koridor jalan tidak terlepas dari hubungan dengan kepadatan jumlah penduduk. Jumlah penduduk yang lebih besar di Kota Semarang menyebabkan peningkatan kepadatan lalu lintas. Koridor jalan Tlogosari Raya Semarang adalah salah satu koridor jalan di kota Semarang yang memiliki banyak lalu lintas. Jalan Tlogosari Raya Semarang sangat penting karena merupakan jalan utama dan memiliki banyak aktivitas komersial di perumahan Tlogosari Semarang. Dengan waktu, beberapa masalah muncul di jalan ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana sifat fisik berhubungan dengan pola aktivitas yang terjadi di koridor jalan Tlogosari Raya. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini, metode yang akan digunakan adalah observasi dan pemetaan titik aktivitas yang dilakukan secara bertahap. Hasilnya adalah efek karakteristik fisik terhadap pola aktivitas di koridor jalan Tlogosari Raya Semarang.</span></em>

This research aims to determine the influence of lifestyle variables (X1), brand image (X2), price (X3) and promotion on purchasing decisions (Y) at the Centro Bike Kawasaki Kediri Motorcycle Dealer. This type of research is quantitative research. The data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data. The sample selection used the accidental sampling method, the number of samples in the research was 87 respondents at the Kawasaki Kediri Dealer. This research data was obtained through questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. The analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. The results of the research obtained the multiple linear regression equation Y= 3.041 + 0.203X1 + 0.220X2 + 0.238X3 + 0.204X4 and the results of the t test for lifestyle variables had a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions with a sig result of 0.022 < 0.05. Brand image has a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions, with the resulting sig value. 0.016 > 0.05. Price has a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions, with the resulting sig value. 0.013 > 0.05. Promotion has a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a sig value. 0.027 > 0.05. The F test results obtained Fcount results with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that lifestyle. Brand image, price and promotion simultaneously and significantly influence purchasing decisions at the Kediri Kawasaki Dealer.

This study aims to determine the handling of Miscellanous Dangerous Goods cargo in Regulated agents at PT. Buana Citradjaya Dirgantara, what problems occur in the process of handling Miscellanous Dangerous Goods cargo at Regulated Agents at PT. Buana Citradjaya Dirgantara and efforts to overcome the constraints of handling Miscellanous Dangerous Goods cargo at Regulated Agents at PT. Buana Citradjaya Dirgantara This study used a qualitative method with data sources in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validity techniques use source triangulation and triangulation techniques. Data analysis techniques used include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The result of this study is that Miscellanous Dangerous Goods cargo handling has been carried out in accordance with SOPs or applicable regulations. Officers carry out the flow of delivery, inspection, and delivery in accordance with applicable SOPs and regulations. Obstacles in handling Miscellanous Dangerous Goods cargo at Regulated Agents at PT. Buana Citradjaya Dirgantara, including the lack of knowledge of prospective shippers regarding Miscellanous Dangerous Goods cargo delivery documents and the content of Miscellanous Dangerous Goods cargo which can make officers injured and lack of storage of Miscellanous Dangerous Goods so that they are united with other goods can endanger officers and damage other goods. Efforts to Handle Miscellanous Dangerous Goods Cargo at Regulated Agents at PT. Buana Citradjaya Dirgantara, namely conducting more socialization to the sender of goods regarding the documents needed in shipping Miscellanous Dangerous Goods cargo and officers should be more focused and use personal protective equipment such as gloves and Dangerous Goods goggles prepare a special place to store Miscellanous Dangerous Goods cargo so as not to endanger officers or other goods.

Community service activities are very important to improve the quality of human resources for MSMEs. Copywriting training was conducted by Bina Nusantara University Semarang for 30 MSMEs in the city of Semarang. The term copywriting was not yet known to the participants and this training was attended with great enthusiasm so that the participants could increase their knowledge regarding marketing using copywriting techniques which are one of the trends in the marketing world. Training participants are expected to have the ability to write attractive promotional or advertising language so that their products can stick in the minds of customers. By mastering this copywriting technique, the participants are able to increase product sales through digital marketing via social media by using advertising writing techniques that are attractive to the customers.

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai implementasi K3 di PT Semen Grobogan yang bergerak di bidang manufacturing atau produksi dan telah memiliki Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Kesehatan Kerja yang cukup baik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan tidak adanya data kecelakaan kerja pada perusahaan sejak awal tahun 2020 pada saat perusahaan memulai proses produksi. Selain itu PT. Semen Grobogan telah memiliki sertifikasi  ISO (International Standardization Organizatio) 9001 walaupun dengan waktu berdiri perusahaan kurang dari 8 tahun serta ISO sendiri dapat menguatkan perusahaan untuk membuktikan diri bahwa sistem keamanan perusahaan serta kualitas produknya sesuai dengan derajat tertentu yang sudah ditetapkan secara internasional. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan cara pencandraan dan menghubungkan data-data yang diperoleh di lapangan dengan teori yang digunakan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui penerapan K3 yang maksimal dan upaya-upaya yang selama ini diterapkan di PT Semen Grobogan.
