Heat exchangers transfer heat from a high temperature to a low temperature in a fluid. Air-cooled heat exchangers are one of the most widely used types of heat exchangers, after shell and tube heat exchangers. Its performance is determined by calculating the fouling factor value and the pressure drop. The purpose of this case study is to evaluate the performance of a water-cooled heat exchanger in a plant that produces a thickening agent (CMC, or carboxymethylcellulose), which affects the amount of ethanol produced. Ethanol will cool from 79.347 to 54.133 oC, and air will cool from 31.333 to 59.667 oC as the cold fluid. The calculation results show that both reviews exceed the design threshold of 0.007056 h.ft2.oF/Btu. These heat exchangers require maintenance and repair. These results differ from the pressure drop values on the air side and pipe section, which are 1.2.10-3 inH2O and 0.647 psia, respectively. Both values remain outside the allowable limits. The performance evaluation of process equipment in the separation unit was aided by field data. The review of the data was able to predict a plant shut-down. This action was able to effect a partial or total plant shut-down due to fouling and scale exceeding design data thresholds.

Scholarships are a form of assistance in the form of educational expenses provided by the government or foundations to students or students who are categorized as from underprivileged families. However, in datermining scholarship recipients, there are still many scholarship recipients who come from wealthy families, while those from less fortunate families do not receive this assistance. This may be due to calculations and data processing that still use manual methods, causing scholarship recipients to not be on target. The purpose of this research is to simplify and minimize calculation errors in determining scholarship recipients for the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) at SMK Karya Medika. Therefore, for calculating and processing PIP scholarship recipients data, data mining techniques can use the calssification method using the K-NN algprithm. K-Nearest Neighbor is a data classification method that will be used for data objects based on learning data that is closer to the object. In this study using the Confusion Matrix test so as to obtain an accuracy value of 80.00%.     

The purpose of this study wass to determine whether or not effect of academic stress levels on the learning outcomes of VI grade of SD 3 Bacin students. The subjects of this study consisted of 27 students of VI grade SD 3 Bacin. The method used inthis study is quantitative. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation, and documentation. Then the data obtained will be analized using a simple linear regression tes with the help of SPSS version 21 program. The results of data analysis show that the calculated f value = 7.552 and the sig. 0.011. If the sig. < 0.05, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Conversely, if the sig. > 0.05, then H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected. Based on the result of the hypothesis that has been formulated, it can be concluded that there is significant effects between the level of academic stress on the mathematics learning outcome variables for VI grade SD 3 Bacin because the value is 0.011 < 0.05.

This article summarizes the sources, symptoms, and causes of conflict. Sources of conflict are often related to differences in values, beliefs, competition over resources, social inequality, and power politics. Symptoms of conflict include tension, violence, restrictions on freedom, and refugees. Causes of conflict can be triggered by differences in views, injustice, political instability, economic problems, discrimination, and political polarization. A deep understanding of the sources, symptoms and causes of conflict is important for effective prevention and resolution. One of the problems that often arises during change in an organization is conflict between members or between groups. One of the causes of conflict is resistance to change. .Conflict must not only be accepted and managed well, but must also be encouraged, because conflict is a force to bring about change and progress in institutions. Conflicts that occur in an organization due to human behavior as human resources will influence the effectiveness of the organization, therefore, every conflict that occurs is expected to be resolved through conflict management.

Given the lack of knowledge about how to create a questionnaire using the Zoho Form application. Implementation of dedication to PT Atmi Duta Engineering using observation and interview methods. Based on the results of the trial and  outreach,  it shows that  the marketing division finds it helpful in filling out order letters and it is easy for the admin to manage order data.

This community service was carried out for students of SMA Negeri 4 Takengon Paya Tumpi, Takengon-Bireuen Road, Pinangan Village. The problem faced has not been done education and strengthening understanding of the articles contained in the 1945 Constitution. The purpose of the study was to examine the extent of understanding of SMA Negeri 4 Takengon students as Generation Z to be able to have the ability to understand the articles contained in the 1945 Constitution. The method used is qualitative research through surveys, preparation, coordination and implementation of community service activities. The result of the research is that students can understand the meaning of the articles of the 1945 Constitution. By understanding the articles of the 1945 Constitution, it can foster a sense of nationalism, love for the country and the spirit of patriotism among Generation Z, especially students of SMA Negeri 4 Takengon.

Worry is a person's feeling or mental condition that arises as a result of fear or anxiety about a certain thing or situation. The challenges of human life in the contemporary context, such as worries about financial pressure, work that never comes and so on, will have a negative impact on their body, spirit and soul. However, Jesus was present and gave teachings and advice on how to overcome anxiety. This is a teaching that really helps the lives of believers in today's contemporary context. The Gospel of Matthew 6:34 provides essential insight and understanding of how God loves His people. The method used is a qualitative method which aims to answer human concerns. The results of the study show that what believers need to do in the contemporary context in overcoming worry is to realize that worry is not useful. Jesus wants His people to prioritize Him in all things so that Jesus, who is full of love, will love His people by providing for all the needs of His people and humans too. You are required to be able to make peace with the situation by thinking positively by making the situation comfortable for yourself.

Pre-marital sexual behavior in adolescents can influence developmental tasks and increase risky behaviors such as unwanted pregnancies and sexually transmitted infections. Social media, gadget influence, and inappropriate peer selection play a role in these occurrences. Peer education models through counselling centers in schools are crucial in providing insights and experiences for better and healthier behavior. Telehealth models serve as an educational method that can reduce pre-marital sexual behavior by providing information on reproductive health and preventing pre-marital sexual behavior. The research method used was a comprehensive literature review. A total of 11 articles meeting inclusion criteria were found, utilizing educational media through m-health, WhatsApp groups, videos, and leaflets. Data gathered included insights into sexual diseases, positive attitudes towards change, adolescent knowledge and interests, education level, gender, self-efficacy, general health status, socioeconomic status, living conditions, healthcare facilities, and marital status. Clinical practice implications through peer education can enhance adolescent knowledge, thus potentially reducing premarital sexual relationships and unwanted pregnancies among adolescents. Based on the literature study, the telehealth education model can be further developed using other theoretical models to make its implementation more comprehensive.

Jubung Village is a rural community located in Sukorambi Prefecture, Jember District. The research emphasizes the importance of the role of village devices inining social stability and providing public services in Jubung Village. The village system plays a crucial role in managing the governance of the village and improving the well-being of the community. However, they also face challenges and complexities in carrying out their duties and functions. In the village development perspective, the role of the village device becomes a key element in achieving the goals of sustainable development. This study uses the structural theory of functionalism proposed by Talcott Parsons. Society is seen by this theory as a system of interrelated parts to stability and balance. The purpose of this research is to find out how the role of village devices inining social stability and providing public service in Jubung Village. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. The results of this research show that the Jubung Village device performs its role inining social stability and providing public service well.
 

 This research aims to analyze the obstacles in handling election crimes and find the ideal argumentation basis to be used as an improvement to the handling of election crimes. The current handling of election criminal offenses is affected by problems of substance and structure. In terms of substance, there are several articles that regulate elements that are difficult to prove, such as articles related to money politics, political dowries, and unscheduled campaigns, while in terms of structure, the existence of integrated law enforcement centers tends to differ with each other in the process of handling election criminal offenses, which has an impact on the discontinuation of handling election criminal offenses. In addition, there is a change in the personnel of investigators and prosecutors when the process of handling violations is ongoing. This research is normative research. The results of the research illustrate that the redesign of the handling of election criminal offenses is carried out with two approaches, namely first, Article 492, Article 494, Article 495 paragraph (1) and paragraph (2), Article 513, Article 515, Article 518, Article 545. Second, the redesign of the handling of electoral crimes through the enactment of the concept of the provisions of Article 486 paragraph (2) and paragraph (4) expressly in the pattern of handling electoral crimes by the Gakkumdu center by placing the span of control of the termination of the investigation and prosecution process through legal instruments issued by Bawaslu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kendala dalam penanganan tindak pidana Pemilu serta menemukan basis argumentasi yang ideal untuk digunakan sebagai perbaikan terhadap penanganan tindak pidana Pemilu. Penanganan pelanggaran tindak pidana Pemilu saat ini dipengaruhi oleh problematika subtansi dan struktur. Dari sisi substansi, terdapat beberapa pasal yang mengatur Unsur-unsur yang sulit dibuktikan semisal pasal terkait politik uang, mahar politik, dan kampanye luar jadwal, sedangkan dari sisi struktur, keberadaan sentra penegakan hukum terpadu cenderung saling berbeda pandangan dalam proses penanganan pelanggaran tindak pidana Pemilu, yang berdampak pada tidak dilanjutkanya penanganan pelanggaran tindak pidana Pemilu. Di samping itu pula, dalam terjadi pergantian personil penyidik dan penuntut di saat proses penanganan pelanggaran tengah berjalan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian normatif. Adapun hasil penelitian memberikan gambaran yakni redesain terhadap penanganan pelanggaran tindak pidana Pemilu dilakukan dengan dua pendekatan yakni pertama, Pasal 492, Pasal 494, Pasal 495 ayat (1) dan ayat (2), Pasal 513, Pasal 515, Pasal 518, Pasal 545. Kedua, redesain terhadap penanganan tindak pidana Pemilu melalui dengan memberlakukan konsep ketentuan Pasal 486 ayat (2) dan ayat (4) secara tegas pada pola penanganan tindak pidana Pemilu oleh Sentra Gakkumdu dengan menempatkan rentang kendali penghentian proses penyidikan dan penuntutan melalui instrument hukum yang dikeluarkan oleh Bawaslu.
