Poktan Rahayu is a farmer group in Bunton Village, Wagir District, Malang Regency, which is capable of producing 200 tons of rice each harvest. However, abundant harvests are not balanced by good post-harvest processing. This was caused by the performance of the rice grinding machine previously owned by Poktan Rahayu which was outdated so that the milling produced incomplete rice. Unhulled rice does not attract market share, thus, Poktan Rahayu usually sell their harvest in the form of unhulled rice, which is half the price of rice. The aim of carrying out this service activity is to improve the quality of the Poktan Rahayu harvest processing results through the application of a 2 in 1 rice mill machine. The implementation of this activity is carried out through a training process and science and technology substitution. The results of this activity show an increase in the quality of milled rice. Apart from producing good quality and marketable rice, milling by-products such as bran and rice bran can also be utilized by Poktan Rahayu members.ABSTRAKPoktan Rahayu merupakan kelompok tani di Desa Bunton, Kecamatan Wagir, Kabupaten Malang, yang mampu menghasilkan padi sebanyak 200 ton setiap kali panen. Hal ini disebabkan oleh performa mesin selep padi yang dimiliki oleh Poktan Rahayu sebelumnya sudah usang sehingga hasil selepannya menghasilkan beras yang tidak utuh. Tentunya beras yang tidak utuh tidak diminati pangsa pasar sehingga biasanya para anggota Poktan Rahayu menjual hasil panen mereka dalam bentuk gabah, yang mana harganya separuh dari harga beras. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas hasil pengolahan panen Poktan Rahayu melalui aplikasi mesin selep padi 2 in 1. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui proses pelatihan dan substitusi ipteks. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kualitas beras hasil selepan. Selain menghasilkan beras dengan kualitas baik dan layak jual, hasil samping selepan seperti dedak dan bekatul juga dapat dimanfaatkan oleh anggota Poktan Rahayu.

Infant deaths generally occur in the early neonatal period due to hypothermia. The incidence of hypothermia in newborns is quite high, globally ranging from 8.5-52%, an estimated 17 million newborns experience hypothermia in developing countries. The incidence of hypothermia in newborn babies is 92.3%, the infant mortality rate due to hypothermia is 6.3%. One intervention to minimize the incidence of hypothermia in newborn babies is to initiate early breastfeeding. The aim of the research was to determine the effect of early initiation of breastfeeding on hypothermia in newborn babies at the Bakti Timah Karimun Hospital. The research method used a pre-experiment with a one group pretest-posttest design. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with 14 respondents. The measuring instruments in this study were a digital axillary thermometer, standard operating procedures (SOP) for early breastfeeding initiation and observation sheets. Data analysis using paired sample t-test. The results of the paired sample t-test found a p-value = 0.000 (p<0.05), so it can be concluded that there is an influence of early initiation of breastfeeding on hypothermia in newborn babies in the Midwifery Room at Bakti Timah Karimun Hospital. Early initiation of breastfeeding can be used as an intervention for newborns to minimize the incidence of hypothermia

The research was conducted in Jatikesuma village, Namorambe subdistrict, Deli Serdang district. The aim is to describe what the teacher's role is in the development of students. By conducting interviews with students and educators in the surrounding environment. In this research, the aim is to create closeness between students and educators. By carrying out extracurricular program activities or holding competitions with the involvement of educators. And likewise, observations and interviews were carried out on each individual to find out the role of the teacher towards students. The data is presented and processed and presented using analytical methods. This research shows that all activities held in each school are directing, training, guiding, shaping students in a better direction, in order to create a more advanced generation. The reason why students cannot be directed, trained, formed and so on is because there are many obstacles, such as lack of education from parents and a bad environment.

Pelatihan di PKBM SEJATI KUDUS untuk para siswa Kejar Paket C perlu dilakukan karena berdasarkan pengamatan sebelumnya, bahwa para siswa Kejar Paket C belum mengenal sama sekali tentang penggunaan aplikasi Canva maupun memahami cara menyusun laporan keuangan sederhana untuk usaha kecil. Dalam kegiatan operasional sehari-hari, penggunaan aplikasi Canva mendukung proses desain grafis (poster, brosur, dll). Penggunaan aplikasi Canva diharapkan dapat membantu para siswa Kejar Paket C untuk membuat desain yang mereka butuhkan sehingga setelah lulus mereka dapat membuka lapangan usaha sendiri dan memperoleh penghasilan. Hal ini didasarkan pada hasil prasurvey yang telah dilaksanakan oleh Tim PPM Lembaga Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Universitas STEKOM Semarang di PKBM SEJATI KUDUS. Program PPM ini juga merupakan tanggapan akan kebutuhan para siswa Kejar Paket C, yang sejak lama merasakan bahwa mereka belum cukup lancar untuk menggunakan program-program komputer dan memahami siklus akuntansi tersebut.
Kegiatan berlangsung di PKBM SEJATI KUDUS yang berada di Jl. Pasuruhan Kidul II, Pasuruhan Kidul, Kec. Jati, Kabupaten Kudus, Jawa Tengah 59349 pada tanggal 10, 11, dan 18 November 2023.  Pola pelaksanaan program pelatihan bidang Aplikasi Canva dan Akuntansi bagi para siswa Kejar Paket C PKBM SEJATI KUDUS, dilakukan dengan cara klasikal. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh siswa Kejar Paket C PKBM SEJATI KUDUS yang berjumlah sekitar 15 orang. Berdasarkan pelatihan yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil bahwa siswa Kejar Paket C PKBM SEJATI KUDUS dapat memahami penggunaan Aplikasi Canva yang baik dan benar dalam kegiatan desain grafis. Selain itu siswa Kejar Paket C PKBM SEJATI KUDUS dapat memahami penggunaan Akuntansi untuk menyusun laporan keuangan secara sederhana bagi usaha kecil.

This service is an initiative taken by the volunteers to educate the community, particularly the youth of Karang Taruna in the village of Mekar Buana in Karawang. The objective is to create awareness among the youth of Karang Taruna about religious diversity. The lectures and interviews are the primary methods of implementation. The activity was conducted successfully, and the results and discussions showed that the youth of the organization now have a better understanding of religious moderation. In conclusion, this service has helped to enlighten the youth about religious life, particularly the importance of religious moderation.

This community service initiative responds to issues related to listening skills and adopts a planned approach to achieve optimal learning goals. The focus of this intervention is on introducing an innovative method called "Savanna Melody," with the aim of enhancing children's listening abilities through a musical approach. The primary objective of the service activity is to make a positive contribution by increasing the interest and understanding of English among children. The implementation method involves interactive sessions that integrate audio and visual elements. The observed impacts include increased active participation and comprehension of the material, indicating the potential for fundamental changes in the English language learning approach within the context of the school.

Industry concentration is centered on the number and size distribution of companies. In this case it can be said that the fewer the number of companies in the market, the level of industry concentration tends to be linked to the ability of sellers (producers) in the market. This can be a form of suppressing competition and coordinating price policies which tend to be high.

The background of the research was to determine the efforts made by SMP N 1 Tilatang Kamang to provide pupils with character education. Research have choose to use descriptive qualitative research methodologies when conducting their studies. In this research shows that the role of PAI teachers in forming student character is really needed by students because pf course there are PAI teachers who act as parents of students has a very big role in educating students become honest human being. As for his role as a PAI teacher in formation student characters include: empowerment,exemplary, intervention, integrated,fuse. The strategies used by PAI teachers in formation student characters include: 3S habituation (greetungs, greetings,smiles). Habituation dhuha and noon prayers in congregation,getting used to reading short letters, reading prayers, getting used to being disciplined, getting used to being honest. The cocnclusion of the discuccion in this research explains the meaning of student character formation, the role of PAI theachers in student character formation, teacher strategies used in character formation, supporting and inhibiting factors, as well as solutions to overcome factors inhibiting student character formation at SMP N 1 Tilatang Kamang.

This article discusses the development of sharia banking in Indonesia, with a focus on the financial performance of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia. After experiencing the financial crisis in 1998 and the global crisis in 2008, Islamic banks continued to exist and showed resilience to the impact of the crisis. In 2015, the government plans to merge three state-owned sharia banks to increase efficiency and encourage sharia economic growth. The purpose of this article is to evaluate the financial performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia based on profitability, liquidity and solvency ratios. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach with data analysis from Bank Syariah Indonesia's financial reports for the 2021-2022 period. The research results show good financial performance, with profitability, liquidity and solvency ratios entering the good to very good category. This article contributes to understanding the contribution of Islamic banks to the national economy through financial performance evaluation.

The prevalence of nutritional status among children aged 5-12 in the Gorontalo Province based on BMI-for-age indicates that 2.70% are severely underweight, 8.45% are underweight, 8.93% are overweight, and 6.26% are obese. The shift from the previous 'four healthy five perfect' nutrition reference to balanced nutrition guidelines is not yet fully understood and known by all layers of society, including within school environments. The outreach activity conducted at Al-Falah Elementary Islamic School in Gorontalo District aims to provide education and socialization regarding balanced nutritional guidelines and the concept of 'My Plate' to elementary school students. The participants involved 34 students from grades 4 and 5. The methods employed included lectures, video presentations, followed by an evaluation using a 'My Plate' puzzle assembly game. The utilization of the puzzle as an evaluation medium was well comprehended by the students, as evidenced by a 75% proficiency in completing the puzzle. Enhancing students' knowledge about balanced nutritional guidance and food plate composition can be achieved through nutritional education and socialization.
