This article examines the views of classical and modern scholars on what is related to jilbab. It's a matter of culture. That's more of a moral expression. Nevertheless, this expression invites other meanings that need to be associated according to necessity. This need may be hard to guess, so whatever it means is hidden behind the text. (the hidden texts). Thus, it is perfectly logical that the jellyfish are categorized in the sphere of culture. However, not a few scholars have viewed the figs in the colors of the sacrament, and these sacred values have been regulated according to normative principles. This article will show the diversity of the views of classical and contemporary scholars in understanding the Qur'an as the texts of the Islamic source law relating to the jilbab.

Gouty arthritis is a metabolic disease that mostly occurs in middle-aged to elderly men and women in the post-menopausal period. This metabolic disease is caused by the accumulation of monosodium urate monohydrate crystals in the joints and connective tissue tophi. Joint pain is a problem for elderly people in the world and in Indonesia. It was recorded according to (WHO, 2023) that in 2019, around 528 million people worldwide suffered from joint pain, an increase of 113% since 1990. Around 73% of joint pain sufferers were over 55 years old, and 60% were women. With a prevalence of 365 million people, the knee is the joint most frequently affected, followed by the hip and hand. By using cinnamon as a non-pharmacological measure to reduce pain caused by signs and symptoms of gouty arthritis. Method: Case study using nursing care for Mr. S by doing a warm cinnamon compress for 7 days. Results and Conclusions: Chronic pain problems were resolved with warm cinnamon compresses marked by Mr. S said the pain had disappeared and he could carry out daily activities. P: pain caused by gout Q: none R: none S: 1 T: none. Mr. S still looks smiling and no longer grimacing, Mr. S doesn't seem anxious, Mr. S appears to be able to carry out activities and does not avoid pain. The research conducted this time focuses on analyzing imperative pragmatic sentences which include illocutionary acts in the procedure text contained in the Indonesian language book for junior high school grade VII of the Merdeka Curriculum. The purpose of this study is to analyze imperative sentences and find the types of imperative sentences used in procedure texts. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative. This study uses two data collection techniques, namely listening and recording techniques. The listening technique applied is the free listening technique, because the analysis does not involve conversation. The data analysis method used in this research is using agih method and shown with formal and informal methods. Based on the results of the research conducted, it is found that the conclusion in the analysis of the procedure text shows the imperative sentences used in the text. In this research, imperative sentences are found that can be classified into various types. The author finds several types of imperative sentences, namely sentences that belong to the imperative of smooth, sentences that are part of the imperative of request, sentences that are imperative of request, imperative sentences of invitation, and sentences that are imperative of hope. The imperative meaning found in this study contains the intention to be able to command or request addressed to someone with the purpose of doing something.

Consumer disputes may be resolved by non-litigation or litigation, with the latter being reserved for extreme cases. Companies are obligated to pay customers' compensation claims. The parties to a dispute should not be unfairly treated when the burden of evidence is not evenly distributed. In order to avoid an unfair burden of evidence mistakes that hurt other parties, the burden of proof has to be examined case by case. Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection specifies the burden of evidence in Article 28. When it comes to enforcing the law in Indonesia, doctrines are accepted sources of law from outside the country. An interesting topic for debate is the regulation and use of the res ipsa loquitur doctrine in consumer dispute resolution in Indonesia. This method has a normative legal bent. The Consumer Protection Law does not explicitly govern the res ipsa loquitur notion, even though it is acknowledged in Indonesian consumer dispute settlement. Applying res ipsa loquitur to consumer disputes may help ensure fairness, which is in line with the Consumer Protection Law's established reverse burden of proof.
 

The family planning program is the main pillar in preventing risky pregnancies and reducing maternal mortality and infant mortality. the prevalence of contraceptive use by married women is projected to be 62.2%. The percentage continues to increase until it reaches 64.4% in 2030. The level of achievement in the use of contraceptives can be seen from the coverage of couples of childbearing age and postpartum mothers. The number of mothers giving birth in 2021 will be 25,430 who will become new family planning participants. The importance of educating the public is to increase understanding regarding the selection of appropriate contraceptives for couples of childbearing age and postpartum mothers. The aim of this education is to increase knowledge regarding the selection of appropriate contraceptives, especially for couples of childbearing age and postpartum mothers. This education uses community service methods with outreach to women and couples of childbearing age and also post partum mothers, using power points and pamphlets. The results of this education showed an increase in public knowledge during the pretest and posttest.

The goal of this research was to investigate whether conversational videos could improve the speaking skills of midwifery students at Muhammadiyah Manado University. Specifically, the study looked at how videos could help students develop correct rhythm, stress, intonation, and emotion in their pronunciation. The study involved 32 midwifery students at the university and used an experimental technique with pre-tests and post-tests to collect data. To gather data, the researcher used observation and assessed the students' speaking skills before and after watching the videos. The results showed that the conversational videos were effective in improving the students' pronunciation skills. To get the most benefit from the videos, the students first practiced the conversations featured in the videos. Next, they listened to the conversations, repeated them, and then practiced speaking in front of the class. The findings showed that the final good value increased significantly from the pre-test stage to the post-test stage. In the pre-test, the students' good value was 22%, but this increased to 47% in the post-test. Moreover, the lack of value decreased by 19% in the post-test compared to the pre-test.

Indonesia is an agricultural country but many students are not familiar with the world of agriculture. This is due to the lack of involvement of children in the world of agriculture, both in schools and in the community. The purpose of this study is to provide motivation and experience to students in carrying out entrepreneurial activities, especially through oyster mushroom cultivation. The study was conducted qualitatively by describing the steps of learning oyster mushroom cultivation. Learning was carried out in class XII of SMA Negeri 6 Kota Serang whose environment supports oyster mushroom cultivation. Based on the observation results, it is known that students participate in learning actively and enthusiastically, some have even started trying to develop oyster mushroom cultivation as a business at home.

The Republic of Indonesia Government Goods and Services Procurement Policy Agency or LKPP RI for short. LKPP has made a big leap in the development of the e-catalog system by starting to involve SOEs. This research focuses on discussing the requirements and steps for business actors to become e-catalog providers. This research uses the literature study method. The results of this study found that the requirements for business qualifications for electronic catalog providers have six qualifications whose final decision is made by the head of LKPP. There are several criteria that must be met by business actors if they want to register their business in the LKPP e-catalog. There are two types of goods and services received, namely, first general goods and services including goods and services needed by K / L, standard or standardizable goods / services, and recurring goods / services needs. The second type of innovation products, namely products determined by the Minister / Head of the Institution in charge of government affairs in the field of research, development, assessment, and application as well as integrated invention and innovation.

This research aims to analyze the digitalization program in MSMEs as an effort to empower and improve the welfare of the people of Getasan District, Semarang Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Using a marketing strategy for MSME products through digital marketing in Getasan District, Semarang Regency can be a strategic step to increase product visibility and sales. The implementation of marketing digitalization in Getasan District, Semarang Regency was carried out by introducing Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Shopee and Tokopedia. However, in its implementation there are still obstacles, namely limited internet access in Getasan District.

Eksistensi gereja di tengah kehidupan memilik 2 sistem yang pertama sistem kerajaan ALLAH yang mengedapankan nilai-nilai Kristus disatu sisi dan sistem sosial dan sistem bernegara yang tetap juga memiliki entitas hukum,ekonomi,dan budaya disisi yang lain. Dalam sistem bernegara maka gereja sebagai subyek hukum memiliki hak, kewajiban  dan kewenangan melakukan perbuatan hukum serta memikul tanggung jawab hukum.  Gereja memiliki kekayaan yang terpisah /terlepas dari pendiri atau pemilik serta pengurus yang harus dikelola dengan tepat.  Perbuatan hukum gereja  di bidang keperdataan salah satunya adalah pengelolaan harta gereja, pengurusan hak atas tanah/tanah dan bangunan, pembuatan perikatan dengan pihak ketiga seperti pemborong bangunan, pengadaan barang dan jasa, serta  sewa-menyewa.  
Berdasarkan hal di atas, maka penting dilakukan kegiatan untuk memperkuat peranan gereja guna menjawab tantangan gereja.
