Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengetahui penerapan aplikasi Semen Grobogan Transport Management System dan dampak dari penggunaan aplikasi Semen Grobogan TMS dalam proses coal delivery Pada PT Cahaya Moda Indonesia Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deksriptif kualitatif. Informan adalah kepala divisi EMKL, kepala operasional, staff operasional, driver truck serta karyawan PT. Cahaya Moda Indonesia Semarang. Data diperoleh menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan studi kepustakaan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian adalah proses penerapan aplikasi Semen Grobogan Transport Management System Pada PT Cahaya Moda Indonesia Semarang, yang dimulai dari alokasi delivery order (DO) pada pihak pabrik, proses verifikasi armada truk dan driver, pelaksanaan stevedoring oleh perusahaan bongkar muat, penulisan tallysheet serta surat jalan secara manual, pembuatan barcode, dan diakhiri dengan delivery batubara ke pabrik. Dampak penerapan sistem aplikasi ini koordinasi antara pihak EMKL dengan pabrik dapat dapat terjalin serta mampu mengetahui jumlah tonnase yang telah dikirim

Compensation in the resolution of medical disputes in Indonesia is crucial as it provides financial compensation for patients who have suffered losses due to malpractice. Data shows an increase in the number of complaints and lawsuits related to medical disputes each year. Determining fair and proportional compensation often poses complex challenges as it involves various aspects such as the level of patient loss, healthcare service standards, medical evidence, and socio-economic factors. Therefore, a careful and holistic approach is needed in determining compensation to ensure justice and improve healthcare practices. The aim of this study is to identify the role of compensation in the resolution of medical disputes in Indonesia and to analyze its legal and ethical implications. The research method used is qualitative with a normative juridical and empirical approach. The results show that compensation in the resolution of medical disputes in Indonesia is important to ensure justice for patients and the responsibility of healthcare providers. The process of determining compensation involves mediation, negotiation, and formal legal processes. The Health Law and health regulations require hospitals to have dispute resolution mechanisms and provide patients with legal rights to compensation. Legal and ethical aspects such as integrity and justice are considered in determining compensation, creating a holistic dispute resolution system to maintain justice and the quality of healthcare services.

Education is the right of all citizens, regardless of origin, economic situation or physical condition. In the national education system, according to Law Number 20 of 2003, comprehensive education is guaranteed without any discrimination in any form. This is the importance of applying inclusive education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah without exception. This article aims to describe creative learning strategies in inclusive education, especially at the basic level that not only emphasize motor skills but also the ability to interact with the social environment. This article uses a literature review method (Literature Review) by collecting data and sources related to a particular topic which is obtained from various sources such as journals, research reports, books (to e-books) and other library sources. The results showed that the creative learning strategies carried out by teachers can increase the use of goals, learning materials, media, methods, assessments, and learning environment by students. Learning strategies that can be applied to basic ABK students include remedial, deductive, inductive, heuristic, explanatory teaching strategies, classical, collaborative, and behavior changes

Jumlah penderita hipertensi pada lansia terus meningkat, perlu upaya menjaga tekanan darah lansia agar normal. Terapi relaksasi nafas dalam sebagai terapi yang dapat menurunkan tekanan darah. Tujuan penelitian yaitu membedakan tekanan darah lansia laki-laki dan perempuan melalui relaksasi nafas dalam di Posyandu Anggrek Desa Mulyo Agung Dusun Jetak Asri Kabupaten Malang. Desain penelitian pra-eksperimental berdesain pra-post-test two group. Populasi 40 lansia dengan sampel 32 lansia (16 lansia laki-laki dan 16 lansia perempuan)melalui accidental sampling. Variabel independen yakni relaksasi nafas dalam, variabel dependen tekanan darah. Instrumen berupa SOP relaksasi nafas dalam dan lembar observasi tekanan darah. Analisis data menggunakan marginal homogeneity. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tekanan darah lansia laki-laki dan perempuan sebelum diberikan relaksasi nafas dalam berada pada kategori hipertensi stadium 2, sesudah diberikan relaksasi nafas dalam berada pada kategori hipertensi stadium 1, ada perbedaan tekanan darah lansia laki-laki dan perempuan melalui relaksasi nafas dalam dengan nilai masing-masing (p=0,000). Direkomendasikan bagi peneliti selanjutnya membandingkan terapi relaksasi nafas dalam dengan terapi lain serta mengemas relaksasi nafas dalam dengan lebih menarik.

Peer-to-Peer (P2P) network simulation using Cisco Packet Tracer software is an effective method for understanding, designing, and analyzing P2P networks in a controlled environment. The method used is literature study and carrying out simulation practice on Cisco Packet Tracer software to simulate a network. This research method aims to outline the steps and procedures required to simulate a Peer-to-Peer (P2P) network using Cisco Packet Tracer software. This abstract presents a brief view of the simulation approach used to model and examine the performance of a P2P network using Cisco Packet Tracer contains implementation steps for peer to peer network simulation. Through simulation, in-depth performance analysis can be carried out on various aspects of P2P networks, such as throughput, latency and reliability. This allows researchers and practitioners to understand how P2P networks behave under various conditions. Thus, P2P network simulation with Packet Tracer provides a useful tool for researchers and practitioners to understand and optimize P2P network performance in various scenarios.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a pivotal role in driving Indonesia's economy forward, acting as the cornerstone for inclusive and sustainable economic development. However, these enterprises face a formidable challenge in expanding their operations. While effective financial management is paramount for success, many MSME practitioners lack awareness regarding the significance of meticulous and accurate financial record-keeping. To tackle this challenge, information technology, particularly digital accounting, presents promising solutions capable of enhancing the efficiency and precision of financial reporting. This research delves into the implementation of digital accounting among MSMEs in the Sukarame district, Bandar Lampung, aiming to scrutinize its impact on business performance. Employing a qualitative approach, the study seeks to grasp the perceptions, experiences, and everyday practices of MSME practitioners concerning the utilization of digital accounting applications. Through this inquiry, it aspires to cultivate a more comprehensive and contextual understanding of the ramifications of digital accounting adoption on Lampung's MSME sector, offering pertinent insights for policy formulation and the advancement of digital accounting practices across Indonesia. Ultimately, this study aims to contribute to the body of knowledge surrounding MSMEs' integration of digital accounting, promoting sustainable growth and economic inclusivity in Indonesia.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the Expository Learning Model on the Learning Motivation of Class X Students of SMK HKBP Sidikalang 2022/2023. The method used in this research is a quantitative inferential statistical research method. The population is all 119 class X students of HKBP Sidikalang Vocational School who are Christians. Sampling used random sampling techniques, namely class X with a total of 48 people. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 36 items. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of the Expository Learning Model on the PAK Learning Motivation of class ,n=48) = 0.284, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable = 1.678, thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. c) Test the effect of regression determination (r2) = 15.44%. 2) Influence test: Regression equation test, obtained regression equation ?=37.68+1.31X. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. This research concludes that there is a positive and significant influence of the Expository Learning Model on the PAK Learning Motivation of Class In connection with the results of this research, the author provides input for schools to improve and maintain a good and structured Expository learning model so that it can increase student learning motivation.

The main problem in this research is what factors influence customer decisions in choosing BRI Bank Britama Savings Products in Fatukoa Village. The aim of this research is to see and explain what influences the decisions of Fatukoa Village customers in saving with Britama Savings Products. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research. The data sources in this research are primary data and secondary data. Where data collection uses interview, observation, and documentation techniques. determining informants using Purposive Sampling, totaling 6 people. The time and place of the research was carried out in the 2023-2024 academic year, on a number of customers who live in Fatukoa Village, Kupang City. The results of this research explain that the factors that influence customers' decisions in choosing Britama Bank BRI savings products are influenced by cultural factors because cultural influences play a key role in customer decisions. The socialization process from the experience of being a customer for eight years, the use of banking products since the beginning of college, and the management of business transactions are the main factors in choosing Britama Savings. Social Factors due to the existence of reference groups, both from friends and family, have a big impact. Suggestions from friends about the benefits of interest rates and easy access to BRI Bank's online services, as well as recommendations from wives who are BRI Bank customers, are taken into consideration in the decision to save on Britama Products. Personal Factors due to Age, life cycle stage, work and economic environment are factors personal influences on product choices. The decision to save in BRI Bank Britama Products is based on long-term goals, investment, financial discipline, and economic considerations as well as income that can be invested, and Psychological Factors because the motivation for opening a Britama Savings account is related to biogenic and psychogenic needs, such as increasing pension funds, long-term investment, increasing financial discipline, and building savings habits. Trust and positive attitudes towards Britama products, supported by the reputation and security of BRI Bank, also play a key role in decision making. Apart from that, information from reference groups, socialization experiences, economic considerations, and trust in banking institutions are key factors that shape customer decision behavior.
