In a business, there must be characteristics of each business actor so that legal protection can be given to the works they sell. Physically, the work or product must have a differentiator from the products of other business actors in order to avoid disputes. This literature article will examine the effect of trademark rights on marketing strategies and product differentiation in Indonesia. It will certainly provide results on the level of effectiveness of the marketing strategy by maximizing the concept of product differentiation. Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Neurosains dalam konteks Problem-Based Learning (PBL) telah menjadi fokus penelitian yang berkembang dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran. Studi ini mengeksplorasi integrasi prinsip-prinsip neurosains ke dalam pendekatan PBL sebagai cara untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dan hasil pembelajaran. Dengan memadukan pengetahuan tentang bagaimana otak belajar dan merespons informasi dengan pendekatan pembelajaran yang menekankan pada pemecahan masalah, penelitian ini menunjukkan potensi besar dalam menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang lebih bermakna dan efektif. Melalui tinjauan literatur yang komprehensif dan studi kasus implementasi PBL berbasis neurosains, jurnal ini mengidentifikasi strategi dan praktik terbaik untuk mengintegrasikan konsep neurosains ke dalam desain pembelajaran PBL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ini dapat meningkatkan retensi informasi, keterlibatan siswa, dan penerapan keterampilan dalam konteks dunia nyata. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi yang berharga bagi pengembangan pendidikan yang inovatif dan berbasis bukti, serta memberikan panduan praktis bagi pendidik dalam merancang pengalaman pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan.

Komunikasi merupakan kegiatan kemasyarakatan yang dimana dilakukan dua atau lebih orang untuk dapat saling bertukar informasi. Komunikasi dapat dilakukan dimana saja dan kapan saja.  Namun komunikasi secara normal tidak dapat dilakukan oleh kalangan berkebutuhan khusus terutama tuna wicara. Permasalahan tersebut menimbulkan banyak kerugian bagi penyandang tunawicara untuk berkomunikasi dengan kaum dengar. Kondisi tersebut dapat dihindari dengan membuat sistem pendeteksian bahasa isyarat alfabet BISINDO berbasis computer vision. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan kecerdasan buatan dalam mengenali bahasa isyarat, serta penggunaan konsep Deep Learning dan pemanfaatan arsitektur YOLOv4.  Kecepatan dan keringanan komputasi juga menjadi pertimbangan penting dalam penelitian ini untuk mendapat hasil yang cukup baik dengan waktu komputasi secepat mungkin. Sistem dibangun menggunakan total 494 dataset citra yang sekaligus digunakan untuk pelatihan serta pengujian sistem. Untuk dapat mengukur besarnya performa dari model digunakanlah Confusion Matrix. Hasil dari pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem memiliki tingkat accuracy sebesar 99.7%, tingkat precision sebesar 96%, dan tingkat recall sebesar 96%. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa metode ini dapat digunakan untuk mendeteksi bahasa isyarat alfabet BISINDO dengan benar dan akurat berdasarkan masukan gambar.Komunikasi merupakan kegiatan kemasyarakatan yang dimana dilakukan dua atau lebih orang untuk dapat saling bertukar informasi. The research in this journal article aims to determine the application of letter management standards in increasing the effectiveness of letter management. Therefore, it is necessary to manage letters well and correctly so that the letters can be well organized and the process of returning letters can be carried out effectively and efficiently. It is hoped that effective mail management can be carried out by the relevant staff in managing mail, both for incoming and outgoing mail. So, in researching this journal article, it can be seen that the application of letter management standards in increasing management effectiveness, that the management of incoming mail is divided into six stages which are important to know, namely: receiving letters, sorting letters, directing letters, recording letters, distributing letters and storing letters. Meanwhile, for managing outgoing letters, there are also six stages which include: creating a letter concept, typing, editing, affixing a letter address, folding and enclosing the letter and distributing the letter. The implementation of management has gone quite well, and currently the system is being transferred to an electronic system.

Pancasila Education plays an important role in shaping the character of Indonesia's young generation amidst the challenges of globalization and technological advancement. The purpose of this research is to understand how Pancasila education can help the younger generation comprehend and internalize the values of Pancasila in their daily lives. The method used is qualitative analysis with a literature study approach. Data were collected from various literary sources, such as books, scientific journals, articles, and other reliable sources. The research results show that more than 70% of the young generation in Indonesia experience difficulties in understanding and applying Pancasila values. The lack of instilling Pancasila values in the educational curriculum has led to a decline in morals and ethics among the younger generation. Therefore, systematic, innovative, and contextual efforts in Pancasila education are needed to attract the interest of the younger generation and help them deeply understand Pancasila values. The conclusion of this research is that Pancasila education is crucial for the young generation of Indonesia to build a strong and moral national character.
 

The development of the creative digital economy in Indonesia is increasingly rapid. This change is clearly visible in people's purchasing behavior from traditional shopping to digital shopping, especially among young people, who have the potential to become the largest and dominant market share for marketers who use social media platforms. In this research the author focuses on social media as one of the Tik Tok marketing tools that is popular in the eyes of the public. The purpose of this research is to find out and test the proposed hypothesis regarding the influence of social media marketing via the Tik Tok application on consumer buying interest in the Indonesian Shopee market: a study of members of the Tik Tok @Shopee_id account. This quantitative research uses a descriptive survey method. Data collection using non-probability methods and purposive sampling methods was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 followers of the Tik Tok account @shopee_id. The data collected was analyzed using the SPSS 24 program and the data analysis process used the Classic Assumption Test, Simple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination (R2) and Partial Test (T Test) with Social Media Marketing as variable X and purchase interest as variable Y. The results of hypothesis testing in this research show that the Social Media Marketing variable (X) influences the Purchase Interest variable (Y). This is proven by the tcount value of 8.914 > ttable 1.987 and the significance value = 0.000 < 0.05. So it was concluded that the level of significant influence of social media marketing variables on purchasing interest was 44.8%, while the remaining 55.2% was influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

This article explains that the position of the RKUHP regarding laws in the field of environment and natural resources is not yet clear, because the RKUHP does not expressly state its position regarding other laws. UU no. 10 of 2004 concerning the Preparation of Legislative Regulations also does not help provide answers because it does not recognize the general and specific designations or categories of laws as well as the requirements to fulfill these categories and this RKUHP is only able to absorb the criminal articles of each law. sectoral law, apart from other parts contained in the law. Indonesia's constitutional history shows significant dynamics of change, with the 1945 Constitution undergoing various amendments before finally being reaffirmed in the reform era. The establishment of the Constitutional Court in 2003 reflected the spirit of reform to guarantee human rights and the rights of citizens that had previously been neglected. With a special task in handling constitutional cases, the Constitutional Court aims to maintain government stability and overcome the problem of multiple interpretations of the constitution that occurred in the past.

Retail business is a business that sells a variety of products, such as daily necessities, household needs, fashion products, beauty, and electronics. One of the important factors that retailers must pay attention to in order to attract buyers to come to the store is layout management. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the layout of space in one of the retail stores located in Bogor, namely Minimarket Malabar so that its operational activities are optimal. This research was conducted using the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) and Total Closeness Rating (TCR) methods. ARC and TCR analysis shows that the display room becomes the highest space value of 168, meaning that the room is the most important and influential on Minimarket Malabar, so it must be in a strategic place. And the toilet becomes the lowest value of 6 which means that the toilet does not have an important influence on the layout of the Malabar Minimarket space to optimize operational activities.

Syntax is a science that discusses grammar by identifying errors in words, sentences, clauses and phrases. For the public, electronic newspapers are an important medium because they contain a lot of information. However, as wise citizens, we must also ensure the clarity or truth of the information contained in electronic newspapers. In this case, the method or method used is to collect data and analyze errors in the electronic newspapers studied. The results of this research are to discuss errors such as grammar, unclear sentences, and errors in the contents of the newspapers analyzed. Therefore, this research functions as a provider of new insights for newspaper writers in order to improve the quality of the writer's writing and the quality of the language, especially in the April 2024 edition of the electronic newspaper "Sinar Indonesia Baru".
