This research aims to determine the effect of leverage, company size and retention ratio on company value in banking companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during the 2020-2023 period. The population taken and used in this research is annual data from 45 companies for four (4) periods totaling 180 data. This research uses the Eviews 12 analysis tool. Applying the Multiple Regression Analysis research method with the data type in the form of panel data with a Fixed Effect Model. The results of this company value research show that leverage and company size have a significant effect on company value, while the retention ratio has an insignificant effect on company value.

One of the important instruments in realizing the vision of Independent Learning is the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) which has undergone a significant transformation compared to the 2013 Curriculum RPP (K13). The Independent Curriculum RPP is made more concise and focuses on essential points, so that it is easy for teachers to understand and use. Learning objectives are formulated clearly, measurably and oriented towards Learning Achievements (CP), ensuring learning is centered on the outcomes to be achieved. Teachers are encouraged to understand students’ learning profiles, including their interests, talents, learning styles and learning needs. This allows learning to be designed in a personalized and meaningful way for each individual.

UKM Wintolo is a small and medium business that produces molds using liquid aluminum as the base material. UKM Wintolo has 3 workers with different age ranges. When initial observations were made, it was seen that the position and posture of workers when working were not neutral and not ergonomic, so community service activities were carried out at UKM Wintolo with the theme of improving processes and work environments in accordance with ergonomics rules at UKM Wintolo. This activity was carried out for 2 days, namely the first day was carried out by providing socialization material according to the theme of the activity, and taking measurements using the anthropometric method in making work facilities. The work facilities that have been refurbished include work chairs that are used for the mold preparation process and the process of taking mold results. On the second day, the products that had been made for these two activities were handed over. Community service activities are carried out to avoid musculoskeletal disorder (MSDs) complaints and this will subsequently have an impact on increasing worker productivity. Through this activity, it can be seen that there is a change in the position and posture of workers while working.

This research aims to get answers to discussions regarding the existence of STAIN Madina PPL students, regarding students' learning motivation and the role of PPL students in increasing learning motivation. This research is qualitative field research. The research subjects were students at SMP Negeri 5 Panyabungan using observation, interview and documentation instruments. Most of them feel unprepared and lack confidence when carrying out teaching practices. However, they do not face difficulties in mastering the teaching material. PPL STAIN Madina students have a positive influence on students' learning motivation. seen from the responses of students who were happy with the presence of PPL students. Efforts to play an optimal role in increasing students' learning motivation are carried out by creating good communication with students, implementing appropriate learning strategies and establishing good cooperation with tutors and supervisors.

Indonesia is known as the largest archipelagic country in the world and is recognized as having a maritime territorial area that is almost equal to its land area. Indonesia's territorial waters contain abundant potential fishery resources and marine diversity, making it known as a maritime country. Illegal fishing is an activity or fishing activity that is contrary to a country's laws or international regulations, where the majority of perpetrators are corporations. Illegal fishing practices have a tremendous impact on marine sustainability, causing huge losses to the country. The occurrence of illegal fishing is caused by weak law enforcement and supervision in Indonesian waters and the authorities' indecisiveness in handling illegal fishing perpetrators. Understanding illegal fishing and crimes committed by corporations should be a strong basis for every legal practitioner to process and impose appropriate and correct sanctions on every perpetrator of illegal fishing or corporate crime perpetrators. The method used in this research is a normative legal research method sourced from primary data, namely the Criminal Code (KUHP), Law Number 45 of 2009 in conjunction with Law Number 31 of 2004 concerning Fisheries, Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management (UUPPLH), secondary data and tertiary data based on regulations relating to fisheries and corporate crimes. The data collection method is qualitative descriptive analysis with literature study using a statute approach. This research aims to determine the factors that cause the crime of illegal fishing in Indonesia, the legal responsibility of corporations related to the crime of illegal fishing in Indonesia and the efforts made to prevent or eradicate the occurrence of criminal acts. illegal fishing in Indonesia.

Eduwisata village is a form of development of a village that combines elements of tourism with education and learning. The establishment of eduwisata village aims to make people aware of the importance of culture and the environment. In addition, eduwisata village is used as a means of empowering the community's economy. In eduwisata village,there are communities that play a role in increasing the value of the production sector, UMKM, and the economy as well as the economic potential of the village itself. In the process of developing the eduwisata Village program, there is cooperation with various agencies such as local governments, educational institutions, local communities, and the private sector. This study uses the theory of Smelser and Swedberg (2005) suggests that economic sociology focuses more on sociological analysis of economic processes, such as the formation of prices (agreements) between actors with economic actors, the interaction between the economy and other institutions in society, and institutional dynamics and cultural parameters that become the foundation.
 

One of the consequences of poor nutritional management in toddlers is stunting. One nutritious alternative food to prevent stunting at a relatively cheaper price is sweet corn. Sweet corn is increasingly popular and widely consumed because it has a sweeter taste than regular corn (Kartika, 2019). Siswono (2004 in Surtinah, 2013) reported that the sugar content of the master sweet variety is 16 – 18%, close to the sugar content of cane, namely 19%. Sweet corn contains 96 cal Energy, 3.5 g Protein, 1.0 g Fat, 22.8 g Carbohydrates, 3.0 mg Calcium, 111 mg Phosphorus, 0.7 mg Iron, Vitamin A 400 SI, Vitamin B 0, 15 mg, Vitamin C 12.0 mg, and water 72.7 g Iskandar, 2006). This service activity was carried out at the Kampung Jawa Village Hall, Blangkejeren District, Gayo Lues Regency. The parties involved in this activity were lecturers from the Agrotechnology and Forestry study program, PSDKU Gayo Lues, Faculty of Agriculture, Syiah Kuala University as resource persons, as well as the Agrotechnology and Animal Husbandry study program, Faculty of Agriculture, Gunung Leuser University, Aceh Kutacane, village midwives as partners, village heads as facilitators and the village community. Javanese Village as a participant. Survey of activity locations, socialization of service activities, implementation of service activities, evaluation of service activities. The conclusions from this activity are: 1. Regarding the causes, characteristics, dangers and prevention of stunting by related parties, this is one of the first steps in efforts to improve the nutrition of pregnant women and toddlers in the Kampung Jawa Village community. 2. Sweet corn is an alternative food source that can be consumed by pregnant women and toddlers to prevent stunting. 3. This activity attracts the attention of mothers participating in socialization and Posyandu in Kampung Jawa Village and can increase their knowledge about preventing and handling stunting.

Media komunikasi dan informasi semakin kompleks seiring berkembangnya zaman. Namun, ada satu media elektronik yang tidak pernah pudar dari sejarah terutama pada sejarah kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia. Radio sebagai alat komunikasi mampu berperan dalam mendongkrak kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia masa itu. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data kepustakaan dan dokumentasi dengan melibatkan penelitian sejarah sebagai pendukungnya. Penulis memperoleh informasi dan data secara mendalam melalui literatur sejarah, buku, jurnal, serta media yang mendukung untuk mendapatkan landasan teori mengenai radio sebagai media komunikasi pemerintah dan masyarakat. Berdasarkan catatan sejarah, proklamasi diumumkan pada tanggal 17 Agustus tahun 1945 melalui siaran stasiun radio pemerintah Jepang Hoso Kyoku, Yusuf Ronodipuro yang dikenal sebagai pendiri Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) mengumumkan kemerdekaan bangsa Indonesia sebagai bangsa yang bebas seutuhnya dari segala penindasan dan penguasaan bangsa asing. Penulis mendapati perkembangan radio setelah kemerdekaan dimulai saat lahirnya RRI pada tanggal 11 September 1945, hingga saat ini tercatat sekitar 53 lebih jenis stasiun radio di Indonesia yang tersebar ke seluruh wilayah Indonesia. Masing-masing stasiun siaran tersebut memiliki Output nya tersediri sebagai ciri khas hingga dapat dinikmati berbagai kalangan. Kerap kali radio di jadikan media penyampaian aspirasi masyarakat kepada pemerintah melalui program-program podcast, talkshow, dsb. Radio juga membantu pemerintah dalam memberikan informasi penting kepada masyarakat terkait kebijakan-kebijakan maupun himbauan terutama di daerah-daerah terisolir yang memiliki keterbatasan akses internet dan listrik. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa radio turut mewarnai dunia perpolitikan di Indonesia, sehingga menjadi salah satu media political communicator bagi pemerintah dan rakyat.

This research aims to determine the effect of budgeting on profitability. In this research we will carry out market analysis so that we can find out how much influence company budgeting has on profitability. In this research we used quantitative methods with descriptive and explanatory approaches. The research conducted used the dependent variable of profitability and the independent variable, namely budgeting, to show how much budgeting is related to profitability. The research instrument is: We directly carried out an analysis which we carried out for 3 months so that we could find out the profits of the MSMEs that we analyzed. The result is that from the analysis we have carried out, SMEs experience fluctuations caused by unexpected things such as fasting, but from the analysis we have carried out the company makes large profits. With this research, it is hoped that it will be able to help other MSMEs in developing their business because by implementing budgeting in business, MSMEs are able to run their businesses effectively and efficiently.

Mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris selalu mengalami perubahan kedudukan baik itu menjadi mata pelajaran pilihan, muatan lokal atau mata pelajaran wajib pada setiap jenjang sekolah yang disesuaikan dengan penggunaan kurikulum yang berlaku. Dalam kurikulum merdeka, sekolah diberikan keleluasaan untuk menggali ilmu pengetahuan termasuk mengajarkan mata pelajaran bahasa inggris di jenjang sekolah dasar (SD) di mana bahasa inggris menjadi bekal dalam menguasai IPTEK di jenjang yang lebih tinggi dan tantangan global. Oleh karena itu, penting adanya untuk memberikan pengabdian masyarakat berupa peningkatan kemampuan bahasa inggris guru SD sebagai guru kelas yang mengampu semua mata pelajaran termasuk pelajaran bahasa inggris. Ada tiga kegiatan utama dalam program ini yaitu pemantapan materi, analisis soal, dan bedah buku ajar yang bertujuan untuk menambah pengetahuan bahasa inggris berupa kemampuan mendengarkan, membaca, berbicara, menulis, tata bahasa, dan pemahaman budaya sehingga guru kelas lebih mudah dalam menguasai materi pelajaran bahasa inggris yang akan diberikan kepada peserta didik.
