This research aims to analyze the use of digital marketing as a marketing medium in an effort to increase the contribution of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector to national exports in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. Digital marketing has opened up new opportunities for MSMEs to reach wider and more diverse markets, beyond traditional geographic boundaries. By using digital platforms, MSMEs can interact with global consumers, introduce their products and services to international markets, and build strong brand awareness. This research uses a literature study method to collect data from various related literature. The research results show that effective use of digital marketing can increase MSME sales turnover and overcome various obstacles faced in implementing digital marketing strategies. Therefore, digital marketing is an important strategy that must be adopted by MSMEs to increase their competitiveness in the global market and achieve sustainable growth.

Keleyan Bangkalan State SLB is a formal educational institution that provides services for children with special needs, one of which is the deaf. Keleyan State SLB provides extracurricular dance learning activities as one of the mandatory lessons. This research aims to (1) describe the implementation of extracurricular dance learning for deaf students at Keleyan State Special School, (2) describe the impact of implementing extracurricular dance learning for deaf students at Keleyan State Special School. This type of research uses qualitative in the form of descriptive. Data collection methods use observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this research are collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research indicate that extracurricular dance learning activities for deaf students at Keleyan State Special School use the total method and counting techniques. In the learning process, these methods and techniques can make it easier for each student to communicate according to their respective abilities without pressure from anyone and are able to easily memorize movements through counting. Extracurricular dance learning has a positive impact in increasing the confidence of deaf students. Having a sense of self-confidence in deaf students will make them aware that deficiencies are not always an obstacle in life, deficiencies can also look special, and help deaf students blend in without feeling inferior. Dancing can also be an illustration of harmony, creativity, beauty and sensitivity to the environment.
 
 

The Unmanned ships have become a primary focus in maritime technology development to enhance efficiency and navigational safety in waters. In this research, a unmanned ship utilizing ESP32CAM as its core system is designed to detect navigation lights of other vessels and avoid potential collisions. The initial response of the ESP32CAM camera reads the colors of lights approaching the unmanned ship within a distance of less than 100cm. The ESP32CAM reads and identifies colors through image processing. When the ESP32CAM detects green and red lights, it commands the buzzer to sound. The color detection system works such that when the ESP32CAM detects a red light, it sends a signal to the servo motor to move left, and when it detects a green light, it sends a signal to the servo motor to move right. The servo motor functions as the ship's rudder. Testing of the navigation light system with ESP32CAM camera to prevent ship collisions is conducted with predetermined scenarios, including testing with red LEDs, green LEDs, and overall system testing. The results show that the navigation light system with ESP32CAM camera functions well. The ESP32CAM camera can optimally identify light colors at a distance of 100cm. Based on the conducted research, the ESP32CAM camera is capable of reading both the distance and colors of lights as specified at a distance of 100cm.

Untuk itu perluh dilakukan Penelitian tentang Stabilitas Sistem Tenaga yang berkaitan dengan Penentuan Sudut Pemutus Kritis dan Waktu Pemutus Kritis pada generator, guna mengetahui berapa besar Sudut Pemutus Kritis dan berapa besar Waktu Pemutus Kritis. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan Metode Runge Kutta orde 4 dengan bantuan softwere Matlab.

This research presents an in-depth analysis of various types of English syllables, including closed, open, vowel-consonant-e, vowel team, r-controlled, and consonant-le syllables. Each type of syllable has unique characteristics that contribute to the structure and pronunciation of words in English. Closed syllables produce short vowel sounds due to the ending consonant, while open syllables result in long vowel sounds due to the ending vowel. Vowel-consonant-e syllables involve a vowel followed by a consonant and a silent 'e,' which lengthens the vowel sound. Vowel team syllables consist of two vowels that together produce a single vowel sound, while r-controlled syllables involve a vowel followed by the letter 'r,' which alters the vowel sound. Consonant-le syllables, typically found at the end of words, provide a distinctive rhythm and flow. This study demonstrates that a theoretical understanding of syllable types has significant implications for phonics instruction and language education. Phonics instruction based on syllable patterns can enhance reading fluency and spelling proficiency. The analysis also reveals phonological diversity in English, reflecting the language's adaptability and complexity. Understanding syllable structures also provides insights into how the brain processes language, which is crucial for developing effective language teaching strategies.

The existence of the police is essential in overcoming criminal acts of terrorism, because the police are structured in such a way from the regions to the center and are also in accordance with the duties and functions of the police in creating public security and enforcing the law. The problem raised in this research is: what are the steps taken by the National Police in tackling criminal acts of financing terrorism? What are the obstacles to the National Police in dealing with criminal acts of terrorism?This research is directed towards normative, or doctrinal, juridical legal research which is also referred to as library research or document study, because it is mostly carried out on secondary data in libraries. The results of the research and discussion explain the role of the National Police in overcoming criminal acts of terrorism, namely maintaining public security and order, which is a dynamic condition of society as one of the prerequisites for implementing the national development process in order to achieve national goals which are characterized by ensuring security, order and the rule of law, as well as fostering it. peace, which contains the ability to foster and develop the potential and strength of society in warding off, preventing and overcoming all forms of law violations and other forms of disturbance that can disturb society. The etiology of colorectal cancer is currently still unknown. Symptoms of colorectal cancer are varied and non-specific. The main complaints of patients with colorectal cancer relate to the size and location of the tumor. Poverty is a serious problem in Indonesia, including in North Sumatra. Various factors include the human development index (HDI) and unemployment rate. This research aims to analyze the influence of the Human Development Index (HDI) and unemployment on the poverty rate in North Sumatra using the method multiple linear regression to analyze secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of North Sumatra. The variables used in this research are the HDI and unemployment, while the dependent variable is the poverty level. The results of the research show that the HDI and the unemployment rate have a significant influence on the poverty level. These findings show that to reduce poverty in North Sumatra, efforts are needed to increase the HDI through improving the quality of education, health and living standards of the community by increasing the HDI which provides efforts to prevent poverty from occurring.

This research utilizes the Markov Chain method to analyze daily weather data in the city of Medan. The main objective of this study is to forecast weather changes in the future based on the weather conditions of the previous day. Daily weather data was collected from the nearest weather station over a specific period of time. The analysis results indicate that the Markov Chain model provides good estimates of the likelihood of weather changes from one day to the next. The steady state probabilities demonstrate the dominance of partly cloudy and clear weather in the long term. This research provides valuable insights for various sectors related to weather, such as agriculture, transportation, and tourism.
