																		Abstrak:
																		The aim of this research is to describe the reading interest of fifth-grade students at SD 101776 Sampali, identify the contributing factors, and seek solutions to improve it. The subjects of this study are the fifth-grade students of SD Negeri 101776 Sampali. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques include interviews and questionnaires to ensure objective data gathering. Based on observations and interviews with the fifth-grade teacher at SD Negeri 101776 Sampali, supported by distributing questionnaires to the students, it was found that students show little enthusiasm for reading and seldom seek out answers on their own. Instead, they often ask for answers that are already available in the reading materials. Students tend to read only when instructed by the teacher. Even reading textbooks is often done only when there are exams or tests. The low interest in reading among students is also influenced by the type of reading materials available. Typically, students are required to read materials related to their school subjects and are pressured by upcoming exams. 																		Abstrak:
																		The primary objective of this study is to highlight the importance of mediation as a more effective alternative method for resolving joint property disputes compared to conventional litigation approaches. Joint property disputes have become an increasingly pressing issue in the realm of family and civil law. These conflicts often arise in the context of divorce, which can cause tension and uncertainty for the parties involved. According to the decision directory of the Supreme Court of Indonesia, there were 2,316 cases of joint property disputes in 2023, indicating that joint property conflicts are widespread. This underscores the urgent need for a more effective alternative solution. The formal legal approach traditionally used in resolving joint property disputes has various limitations. One major constraint is the lack of integration among the various relevant approaches in the mediation process. This study employs three approaches: psychological, economic, and philosophical. Data collection is based on a literature review and utilizes a qualitative descriptive method for data analysis. The study's findings indicate that mediation offers significant advantages over conventional litigation for dispute resolution. The integrated mediation model developed in this study, which combines psychological, economic, and philosophical approaches, is expected to address the weaknesses of existing mediation approaches. With a holistic and adaptive approach to the complexities of joint property disputes, this model has the potential to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of dispute resolution and provide tangible benefits to the involved parties. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah menyoroti pentingnya mediasi sebagai metode alternatif yang lebih efektif untuk menyelesaikan sengketa harta bersama dibandingkan dengan pendekatan litigasi konvensional. Sengketa harta bersama telah menjadi isu yang semakin mendesak dalam ranah hukum keluarga dan perdata. Konflik ini sering kali timbul dalam konteks perceraian yang dapat menimbulkan ketegangan dan ketidakpastian bagi para pihak yang terlibat. Berdasarkan Direktori Putusan Mahkamah Agung Indonesia pada tahun 2023 terdapat 2316 kasus sengketa harta bersama, ini menunjukkan bahwa persengeketaan harta bersama ada sacara masif. Hal ini menunjukkan kebutuhan mendesak untuk solusi alternatif yang lebih efektif. Pendekatan hukum formal yang selama ini digunakan dalam penyelesaian sengketa harta bersama memiliki berbagai keterbatasan, Salah satu kendala utama adalah kurangnya integrasi antara berbagai pendekatan yang relevan dalam proses mediasi.  Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga pendekatan yaitu pendekatan psikologis, ekonomis dan filosofis. Metode pengumpulan data berbasis studi kepustakaan, dan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dalam menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Mediasi menawarkan keuntungan signifikan dari pada penyelesaian sengketa secara litigasi konvensional, Model mediasi terintegrasi yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini, yang menggabungkan pendekatan psikologis, ekonomis, dan filosofis, diharapkan dapat mengatasi kelemahan dari pendekatan mediasi yang ada saat ini. Dengan pendekatan yang holistik dan adaptif terhadap kompleksitas sengketa harta bersama, model ini berpotensi meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi penyelesaian sengketa, serta memberikan manfaat nyata bagi para pihak yang terlibat.

																		Abstract This research aims to analyze the marketing strategy of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk to enter the international market with a focus on Indomie instant noodle products. Obtain data from trusted sources such as academic journals and books through library research methods. A qualitative approach is used to understand Indomie's marketing strategy through content analysis and data interpretation. This company is famous for its high quality products and various innovations, especially in instant noodle products. Quality standardization in the production process is the key to success in the global market. Apart from that, PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk applies the cost-plus method in determining export selling prices so that its products are flexible and competitive in the international market. In terms of distribution, the company attaches great importance to quality, timeliness, safety and transportation costs. Indomie products are distributed through large wholesalers and retailers and are popular in overseas markets such as Australia. 																		Social Business combines a social mission with business principles to create a positive impact on society while ensuring financial sustainability. Lean Canvas, a tool developed by Ash Maurya, has been recognized as an effective method for quickly designing and testing business models. This study aims to analyze research trends on the application of Lean Canvas in social business using a bibliometric approach. Data were collected from major academic databases such as Google Scholar. The analysis was conducted using VOSviewer and Bibliometrix software, covering annual publication trends, geographical distribution, the most productive authors, the most frequently cited articles, collaboration networks, and main research topics. The results of the analysis show a significant increase in the number of publications on Lean Canvas in social business over the past decade, with a peak in publications occurring in the last five years. Publications are distributed globally, with the highest concentrations in the United States, the United Kingdom, and India. Several authors stand out as the most productive and influential. Collaboration network analysis reveals close relationships between researchers from various institutions and countries, reflecting strong international collaboration. Major research topics include business innovation, social sustainability, social impact, and Lean methodology. Lean Canvas has become an essential tool in social business, with increasing attention from researchers and practitioners. This bibliometric analysis provides deep insights into the trends, influence, and collaboration networks in this research area, and identifies the main topics that researchers focus on. 																		This study aims to examine customer experience, service quality and facilities on customer loyalty ogut coffee cafe Tangerang. This research is a quantitative study that describes and explains the effect of customer experience, service quality, and facilities on customer loyalty ogut coffee cafe Tangerang. The subjects of this study included buyers at ogut coffee cafe Tangerang, where this study used random sampling techniques with 130 respondents. Data collection techniques that researchers use through surveys, interviews, and direct observation to obtain information directly from the source. Meanwhile, secondary data collection was carried out by researchers using the method of distributing questionnaires and direct observation at the research location, where questionnaires were distributed randomly to 130 respondents. Data were analyzed using SPSS software version 25. 																		Penelitian ini membahas konsep belajar dan menuntut ilmu dari sudut pandang Islam, berdasarkan Al-Qur'an dan Sunnah. Pendidikan adalah bagian penting dari kehidupan manusia. Dalam Islam, pendidikan difokuskan pada pengembangan pengetahuan dan akhlak yang baik. Tujuan utama pendidikan Islam adalah mencapai kesempurnaan moral, dan pendidikan berfungsi sebagai alat untuk mencapainya. Dalam artikel ini, subjek pendidikan dan etika menuntut ilmu dibahas dengan menggunakan sumber-sumber Islam. Analisis isi kualitatif digunakan sebagai metode penelitian; data utama berasal dari Al-Qur'an dan Sunnah, serta data sekunder dari literatur yang relevan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Islam menekankan pentingnya pendidikan yang menyeluruh yang mencakup aspek akademik, moral, dan spiritual. Objektif pendidikan, cara belajar, dan peran guru dalam Islam adalah beberapa topik diskusi. 																		Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, dengan setiap siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Akuntansi dan Keuangan Lembaga (AKL) 2 SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta yang berjumlah 35 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, kuesioner, dokumentasi. Uji validitas instrumen yang digunakan adalah triangulasi sumber, triangulasi metode, dan validitas konstruk. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data kuantitatif dan analisis data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Pada pra tindakan proporsi siswa yang memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis rendah sebesar 37%. Pada siklus I proporsi siswa yang memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis tinggi sebesar 52%. Pada siklus II proporsi siswa yang memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis tinggi meningkat menjadi sebesar 77%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran student facilitator and explaining dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa.

																		This study aims to assess the efficacy of the phonics method in improving the English language proficiency of Indonesian first-grade elementary school students. The core group of 32 participants consisted of fifteen female and seventeen male students in the observation and interview techniques used to collect data. The results of this study showed that the phonics method can help increase the vocabulary of early childhood students, as the students can pronounce the letters correctly and remember the sounds of the letters and words. The findings show that the phonics method strengthens their early understanding of English by assisting first-graders in building a solid foundation. The study's findings showed that there are differences in the learning outcomes of beginning reading in students who follow the use of audio-visual media and in students who do not use audio-visual. Phonic method helped students build a solid foundation in reading, which in turn strengthened their foundation for English language proficiency. 																		The aim of this research is to determine the effect of using comic media on students' reading interest at SD 1 Menawan. This research uses quantitative methods with the research method being Quasi Experiment (quasi experiment). Data collection techniques used in this research include interview guides, comics and questionnaires. The respondents in this study were all students in grades IV and V as the control and experimental classes at SD 1 Menawan. Data analysis techniques were processed and analyzed using SPSS 20 data processing software. The research data obtained was carried out by normality test, hypothesis test, and t-test. The sig value was obtained from the results of the t-test of the two variables of the experimental class and the control class of 0.000 < 0.05, it can be concluded that Ho was rejected, which means that the use of comic media as a teaching material has an effect on the increase in students' interest in reading at SD 1 Menawan.
