This study aims to analyze the effect of e-wallet usage on consumer savings behavior and spending patterns in Indonesia. In the digital era, e-wallets have become a commonly used transaction tool due to their convenience, speed, and various promotional features offered. However, behind their convenience, e-wallets also pose new challenges in personal financial management, such as increased consumer behavior and decreased savings intentions. This study uses a quantitative explanatory approach with a cross-sectional survey design to understand the relationship between the intensity of e-wallet usage and consumer savings and spending habits. The results of the study show that ease of transactions and digital incentives can encourage spontaneous consumption behavior and weaken awareness of the importance of saving. However, with adequate digital financial literacy, e-wallets also have the potential to be a tool in managing finances wisely. This study emphasizes the importance of digital financial education so that people can utilize financial technology in a healthy and sustainable manner.

Pesantren memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan autonomi dan keberlangsungan institusi pendidikan Islam di Indonesia. Pesantren menghadapi tantangan untuk berfungsi sebagai pusat pendidikan agama dan penggerak ekonomi masyarakat di dunia yang berkembang cepat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana perencanaan ekonomi di pondok pesantren dapat dilakukan dengan fokus pada sumber daya yang mungkin berkembang, seperti usaha mikro, pengolahan lahan, dan pertanian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan melakukan wawancara dan observasi langsung di beberapa pondok pesantren. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi potensi dan tantangan perencanaan ekonomi di pesantren melalui wawancara dengan pengelola pesantren, santri, dan masyarakat sekitar serta melihat kegiatan ekonomi yang berlangsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan pondok pesantren dapat ditingkatkan dan mereka dapat lebih mandiri secara keuangan. Dalam perencanaan ekonomi, penerapan prinsip manajemen yang baik mendorong kreativitas dan inovasi dalam pengelolaan usaha. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan ekonomi pondok pesantren yang dilakukan secara sistematis dan terencana berkontribusi pada kelangsungan organisasi, pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal, dan peningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakat di sekitarnya.

The government plays an important role in ensuring the' seaworthiness requirements' for navigation. In this context, the KSOP is tasked with monitoring and supervising ship safety certificates issuance to ensure that ships meet the necessary standards. A ship safety certificate is a crucial document that guarantees the seaworthiness and safety of a vessel, serving as a mandatory requirement for any operating ship. With the digitalization era, administrative processes in services have become more efficient. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Shipping and Seafaring Management Information System (SIMKAPEL) in the issuance of cargo ship safety certificates at the Special Port Authority and Harbormaster Office (KSOP) of Batam. Previously, the certificate issuance service was conducted manually and frequently encountered obstacles such as processing delays and administrative errors. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that three months after the implementation of SIMKAPEL, there was an increase in the number of certificates issued. In addition to improving efficiency, the system also positively impacted service transparency and accountability. However, several challenges were identified, including users' limited digital literacy, technical disruptions, and internal adaptation processes. This study recommends improving infrastructure capacity, providing digital training to officers and service users to support the optimalization of SIMKAPEL. Overall, SIMKAPEL contributes positively to the digital transformation of public services in the maritime sector.

Pada sebuah departemen di PT. X terdapat reaktor batch berkapasitas 300 L yang berfungsi utama untuk mensintesis produk berbasis reaksi. Saat ini reaktor tersebut belum dilengkapi jalur pendingin aktif, sehingga kontrol suhu kurang optimal dan proses pendinginan pasca-reaksi berlangsung sangat lambat. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang penambahan jalur koil pendingin dan menghitung kebutuhan kapasitas pendinginannya agar suhu produk dapat diturunkan dari 110?°C menjadi 60?°C secara cepat dan stabil, serta mengevaluasi kinerja termal sistem setelah modifikasi. Analisis beban panas dilakukan dengan persamaan Q = m•Cp•?T (m=300 kg, Cp=4180 J/kg•K, ?T=50?K) menghasilkan Q ? 62,7 MJ. Sistem pendingin baru berupa koil 10 lilitan terbuat dari Stainless Steel 316 dengan diameter pipa 1 inchi di sekeliling reaktor dirancang untuk mendapatkan laju aliran air pendingin 3,08 kg/s (11,08 m³/jam). Perhitungan menunjukkan kapasitas pendinginan baru sekitar 193 kW dengan selisih suhu air 15?K, dan prediksi waktu pendinginan hanya ~5,4 menit. Hasil pengujian menampilkan suhu akhir produk 60?°C dalam 5,4 menit (97% lebih cepat dari 3 jam sebelumnya). Penambahan jalur pendingin terbukti menurunkan viskositas produk dari 8.820 cP menjadi 6.980 cP (dalam rentang spesifikasi 2.000–8.000 cP) dan meningkatkan kandungan padatan dari 38,62% menjadi 39,51. Hal ini menunjukkan sistem pendingin baru berhasil mengoptimalkan sifat reologi dan kualitas produk melalui kontrol suhu yang lebih presisi.

This research discusses the urgency of mastering English in the recruitment process of prospective sailors at PT. Equinox Bahari Utama. In the era of globalization and the international maritime industry, proficiency in English has become an absolute requirement for sailors to meet communication standards on board. The objectives of this research are: (1) to determine the recruitment criteria standards for prospective sailors at PT. Equinox Bahari Utama, and (2) to understand the strategies of prospective sailors in mastering English for successful recruitment at PT. Equinox Bahari Utama. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation during field practice in the Recruitment Division of PT. Equinox Bahari Utama. The research results show that English is a determining factor in all stages of the selection process, from interviews to online tests (Marlins and CES). The SWOT analysis reveals that the company's main strength is the implementation of high standards for English proficiency, but challenges remain in the form of a lack of training. The strategies used by prospective sailors to improve their English proficiency include courses, reading ship safety manuals, speaking practice, and interview simulations.

Environmental education at an early age is a strategic step to shape children's character who care about the sustainability of nature. This article examines the role of simple but meaningful activities, namely coloring used buckets and planting green beans, in fostering environmental awareness in PAUD children. By using an experiential learning approach, children not only learn through theory, but also experience the recycling and planting process directly as a form of contribution to the environment. This study was conducted through a literature study of relevant literature in the fields of early childhood education, environmental education, and experiential learning approaches. The results of the study show that this activity is able to instill the values of sustainability, responsibility, and social awareness from an early age.

Online stores implement several price discount strategies, free shipping to attract consumers. The purpose of this research is to understand how price discounts, free shipping, and viral marketing affect students' decisions to buy in online stores. The method used was quantitative with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The total population in this study is 1484 students. To collect researchers, use a questionnaire distributed online through a google form in the Student Association group on the whatshapp application. 153 people were the researcher's sample for this study. According to the findings of the t-test study, the price discount variable has a significant value 0,003 0,05 and calculation values 3,004 t-table 1,97601. This shows that students' decision to buy from online retailers is somewhat influenced by the variable of price discounts. With t-count value 0,702 t-table 1,97601 and significant value 0,484 0,05, The free delivery variable has no influence on students' decision to buy at online retailers. With a value of sig. 0,000 0,05, and t-count 4,156 t-table 1,97601, Viral marketing variables are known to have an influence on students' online shopping decisions. Meanwhile, simultaneously the variables of discounts, free shipping and viral marketing have an effect on students' purchase decisions in online stores and the value of f-calculation 19,404 f table 2,67 and niliai significance of 0,000 0,05.

KSOP Class III Tanjung has a big responsibility in ensuring that the guidance service runs smoothly. However, the realization of the availability of guided facilities and infrastructure is still not in accordance with the state of the field. This study aims to calculate the adequacy level (ideal) of human resources, facilities and infrastructure for ship guidance according to the report of guiding activities. This research is quantitative descriptive with a formula method or an empirical calculation formula of the level of adequacy, used as a reference or reference provided by the Directorate General of Ports. The results of the study show that there is an excess of Human Resources (HR) and Guidance Infrastructure amounting to 2 guides and 1 kepil ship. The factor that affects the calculation of the ideal result is the characteristics of the vessel's guiding area.

This study aims to assess how village accountants in Oro-Oro Ombo Village, Batu Regency, have improved accountability and transparency in village fund management. We collected data using descriptive qualitative techniques through documentation, interviews, and observations. The results of the study indicate that village accountants are critical in making clear and accurate financial reports, monitoring how money is spent, and teaching the village government and community about money management. Transparency is realized through the publication of budget information on social media and bulletin boards, while accountability is implemented through tiered reporting that involves various parties, including the community. This study stresses the importance of community participation in village financial management to prevent corruption and increase public trust in village governance. We expect the findings of this study to serve as a roadmap for enhancing village budget management.
