The southern district of Rejowingan in Magelang faces challenges like large dumpstores, poor water quality, floods, and rising food needs. Villagers are working with the Ormawa DPM KM PPK team to address these issues. The government launched the Climate Village Program to improve the region's climate and resilience to natural disasters. Permaculture principles can be applied to organic waste management through maggot cultivation, which reduces waste volume and supports sustainable agriculture. This combination of permaculture and maggot cultivation can be an effective and environmentally friendly model for addressing organic waste and ecosystem sustainability.

The aim of carrying out this research is to produce a special electronic-based perinatal death certificate form format at Dr. Soedomo Trenggalek Regional Hospital which can provide a more complete picture regarding the identity of the baby, the baby's mother, diagnosis and other items provided by the doctor in order to increase the accuracy of recording. death at perinatal age. This research method is a qualitative type using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, documentation and brainstorming by exploring 3 variables in the form of physical aspects, anatomical aspects and content aspects. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the design of the general death certificate at Dr. Soedomo Trenggalek still does not contain more detailed information regarding the baby's condition before death so that it can cause errors in determining UCOD (Underlying Cause of Death) according to ICD 10. Therefore, the preparation of this special perinatal death certificate has three main aspects, namely the physical aspect, the anatomy, and content aspects according to user filling needs. In its implementation, the design of this perinatal death form will be designed electronically so that the information contained in it will be integrated electronically through the hospital's SIMRS to support the transition period towards RME (Electronic Medical Records).

This research aims to design and build a tool for detecting and repelling pests on kale plants using Passive Infrared (PIR) sensors and Internet of Things (IoT) based pesticide liquid which can be controlled via the Telegram application. This system works by detecting the movement of pests using a PIR sensor, which then activates the mechanism for automatically spraying pesticide liquid to repel pests. Users can monitor and control this tool in real-time via Telegram, providing flexibility in plant monitoring. Data from sensors is sent to the IoT platform and integrated with Telegram to provide remote notifications and control. Test results show that this tool can detect the presence of pests with high accuracy and is effective in repelling pests from the kale plant area. It is hoped that the implementation of this tool can help farmers maintain the quality and quantity of their kale harvest in a more efficient and environmentally friendly manner.

Abstrak:
Human Immunodeficiency Virus/Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (HIV/AIDS) cases continue to increase and are becoming a top global public health problem. When weight loss is more than 10% below the previous body weight, the relative risk of death is going to increase almost 6-fold. A viral load checkup is a test to measure the amount of HIV in the blood. The increase in nutritional needs and tissue catabolism is caused by the increase in viral load in the body. Malnutrition screening is necessary to evaluate nutritional status so that this treatment can be recommended if the patient is malnourished. This research is an analytical observational study with a cross-sectional design. Analysis was carried out on 109 people living with HIV who received treatment at RSUD Dr. M Yunus Bengkulu. The independent variable in this study is the viral load level, while the dependent variable is screening for malnutrition and the nutritional status of people living with HIV/AIDS—data analysis using the Spearman Rank test. The study results showed no correlation between viral load levels and nutritional status with a value of p=0.243 (p>0.05), and there was a correlation between viral load levels and malnutrition screening with p?001. The viral load of HIV patients at Dr. M Yunus Bengkulu does not correlate with nutritional status, but it correlates with malnutrition screening.

As the globe faces difficulties in 2019, NFT grew popular in making, buying, selling, and trading more efficient while lowering the possibility of fraud. [1] This study aims to examine the claims made in academic literature regarding the sustainability of non-fungible tokens for the environment. Despite the growth of NFTs in 2019, the environmental impact of this technology has received little attention. Using a qualitative exploratory approach, this research analyzes relevant academic journals to understand the theoretical sustainability of NFTs and how that aligns, or fails to align, with the reality. The goal is to raise awareness about the environmental implications of NFTs and provide a critical assessment of the existing claims surrounding their sustainability.
