This service activity was carried out by students who carried out KKN at STF UIN Jakarta with a focus on raising and optimizing productive waqf funds for the construction of an Empowerment House in Cidokom Village. Through the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, this activity involves students, lecturers, local communities and international volunteers in raising funds and implementing economic empowerment programs. As a result, the Empowerment House has become an educational and economic center that supports improving people's skills and independence, while also functioning as an integrated laboratory for students and lecturers. The success of this program shows that productive waqf can be a strategic instrument in building a sustainable and inclusive community economy.

This study aims to analyze the relevance of Carl Rogers' humanistic learning theory in Islamic perspective character education. The type of research used is qualitative research with library research method. The data analysis technique consists of three stages, namely: data condensation stage, data presentation stage, and verification or conclusion drawing stage. The data validity test is carried out using the source triangulation method. Carl Rogers' Humanistic Learning Theory has relevance in the context of Islamic character education. Five important things in the learning process of desire to learn, meaningful learning, learning without punishment, learning by own initiative, and learning and change, provide a useful foundation for the development of students' character and spirituality in accordance with Islamic principles. Both approaches emphasize the importance of active learners, meaningful personal experiences, a positive learning environment, and a continuous process of change. The integration of these two approaches provides a strong foundation for creating more meaningful and effective learning in shaping learners' character in accordance with Islamic teachings that prioritize kindness, justice and compassion in relation to God, fellow humans and the universe. Therefore, the relevance of Carl Rogers' humanistic learning theory in Islamic perspective character education brings a sustainable positive impact in shaping a responsible and noble generation.

The decline in the marriage rate in Indonesia in the last decade is a complex phenomenon with many interrelated causes. The institution of marriage, once a strong tradition binding two individuals in a commitment to live together, has undergone significant changes in recent decades. The latest data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) shows a decreasing trend in the marriage rate nationally. In 2023, there will only be 1,577,255 marriages recorded in Indonesia, a decrease of 128,000 from the previous year. During the last decade, the marriage rate experienced a significant decline of 28.63 percent. In-depth research highlights the socio-economic factors, changes in mentality, and the influence of online mass media, especially social media, that play a role in this change. The influence of online mass media, particularly social media, is also a factor that cannot be ignored in understanding changing attitudes towards the institution of marriage. Social media has broadened access to information and facilitated communication between individuals in unprecedented ways. Not only does this change the way individuals interact and form relationships, but it also influences perceptions of traditional values such as marriage.

Diabetes is one of the non-communicable diseases that is considered dangerous due to its susceptibility to complications. This disease is caused by high blood sugar levels in a person's body, which makes the blood more alkaline and slows down the metabolic process. In this study, we observed 8 variables that are considered influential in diabetes and will build a regression model that can predict the response variable (y) through Logistic Regression Analysis. Logistic Regression Analysis is a statistical analysis method used to describe the relationship between a dependent variable with two or more categories and one or more independent variables that are categorical or continuous. Based on the results, the logistic regression model for factors influencing diabetes in the Indian Pima tribe includes variables such as number of pregnancies, glucose level, blood pressure, body mass index, and diabetes pedigree function

This article discusses the review of Social Conflict Resolution Related to Bullying Cases Through the Deliberation System Based on the Perspective of Pancasila. Bullying can be physical, verbal, and mental. Bullying cases in Indonesia are increasing and need serious handling. Deliberation based on Pancasila values can be a solution to resolve bullying conflicts peacefully and constructively. A culture of deliberation needs to be promoted in schools and communities to create a safe environment and respect for human rights. This article discusses the importance of resolving bullying-related social conflicts through a deliberation system based on the perspective of Pancasila. Bullying conflicts create tension and hostility in society, and if not properly addressed can affect the school and workplace environment. This research uses a normative juridical research method by referring to literature and internet materials. Bullying is a form of physical and psychological violence that can be experienced by anyone, and has long existed in society. Bullying is increasingly widespread in educational institutions, influenced by family, environmental, peer group, and media factors. Victims of bullying experience psychological, physical, social and academic impacts. Perpetrators of bullying also experience psychological, social, academic and long-term impacts. The resolution of bullying conflicts can be done through deliberation based on the values of Pancasila, but if not, the conflict can be resolved through deliberation.

Verry Martin A.S, M Islamic Sharia Tourism Study Program, Department of Management and Business, Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung State Islamic University who was supervised by Dr. Deny Yudiantoro, S.AP., M.M., The research in this thesis is based on the importance of tourism development strategies because the main reason for tourism development in a tourist destination, whether locally, regionally or nationally in a country, is closely related to the economic development of that region or country. The focus of research in writing this thesis is (1) What is the tourism development strategy to increase tourist visits to the Puncak Jowin Tulungagung tourist attraction? (2) What is the strategy for developing human resources to increase tourist visits to the Puncak Jowin Tulungagung tourist attraction? (3) What is the most effective role of media in reaching and influencing the target audience of tourists, especially in the context of digitalization and developments in information technology? This type of research is field research using a descriptive method approach. In collecting data researchers used the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Researchers double-checked to obtain the data obtained and used triangulation techniques, with the aim of obtaining data validity. After that, analyzing it through data reduction and making conclusionsng the validity of the data uses source triangulation and technical triangulation. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the research results show that (1) tourism development strategies to increase tourist visits to the Puncak Jowin Tulungagung tourist attraction are carried out in various ways, including strategies including adding tourist attractions, developing accessibility, developing amenities, developing public facilities. the role of government. (2) human resource development strategy to increase tourist visits to the Puncak Jowin Tulungagung tourist attraction by implementing a capacity building strategy which includes Human Resource (HR) Development, Strengthening organization, Institutional reform (institutional reform) (3) Media strategy that most effective in reaching and influencing the target audience of tourists, by referring to technical and practical means. by implementing promotions on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok to influence the audience of data tourists to Puncak Jowim tourism.

Education plays an important role in shaping students' character and competence. One of the challenges faced by the world of education is how to build students' understanding of subject matter that is relevant to the context of their daily lives. In this case, ethnomathematics is a very potential approach to be applied in mathematics learning. The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of ethnomatics-based mathematics learning to strengthen cultural values. This study uses a Qualitative research method with a case study approach. This approach allows researchers to explore the experiences, perceptions, and impacts of ethnomathematics learning on students and teachers. The research subjects consisted of: students, teachers and parents. The results of this study indicate that ethnomathematics can improve students' mathematics learning achievement, especially in terms of identifying, translating, understanding the meaning of symbols, understanding and applying mathematical ideas, and making an exploration (estimate) related to mathematical concepts that is better than conventional learning.

This article aims to examine the gaps between regulations that negatively impact animal welfare, particularly regarding the legality of using animals as a means of transportation under Article 1, Point 9 of Law Number 22 of 2009 on Road Traffic and Transportation. The implementation of this regulation has led to exploitation resulting in violations of animal welfare, contradicting various animal protection laws. Adverse incidents involving horse-drawn carriages in different regions of Indonesia illustrate that animal welfare is often neglected in the practice of using animals for transportation. Therefore, regulatory reform is needed to align legislation with animal protection principles. This alignment must be addressed urgently because existing regulations fail to effectively protect animals, leading to the continuation of harmful practices. Without regulatory reform, animal exploitation in transportation will persist without adequate legal protection. The findings of this study reveal that using animals for transportation leads to exploitation and fails to ensure animal welfare protection, offering new insights based on progressive legal theory through regulatory reform. A regulatory reform that completely bans the use of animals for transportation, according to progressive legal theory, will provide a legal framework consistent with animal protection principles. This research stands out by integrating progressive legal theory to offer comprehensive solutions to address the impact of existing regulations while prioritizing animal welfare.   Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kesenjangan antar peraturan perundang-undangan yang berdampak negatif terhadap kesejahteraan hewan dalam legalitas penggunaan hewan sebagai alat transportasi di Pasal 1 Angka 9 Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2009 tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan yang dalam pelaksanaannya telah menyebabkan eksploitasi yang berujung pada pelanggaran kesejahteraan hewan yang bertentangan dengan berbagai peraturan perundang-undangan mengenai perlindungan hewan. Insiden buruk yang menimpa kuda delman di berbagai daerah di Indonesia menggambarkan bahwa kesejahteraan hewan sering diabaikan dalam praktik penggunaan hewan sebagai transportasi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan reformasi regulasi untuk menyelaraskan peraturan perundang-undangan dengan prinsip perlindungan hewan. Penyelarasan peraturan harus segera dilakukan karena peraturan yang ada tidak akan mampu melindungi hewan secara efektif, sehingga mengakibatkan praktik yang merugikan hewan terus berlanjut. Jika tidak ada reformasi regulasi, maka eksploitasi hewan dalam transportasi akan terus terjadi tanpa memiliki perlindungan hukum yang memadai. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan hewan sebagai transportasi menimbulkan eksploitasi hewan, sehingga tidak memenuhi perlindungan kesejahteraan hewan, dan menawarkan wawasan baru berdasarkan teori hukum progresif melalui reformasi regulasi. Reformasi regulasi yang sepenuhnya melarang penggunaan hewan sebagai transportasi, berdasarkan teori hukum progresif, akan menyediakan kerangka hukum yang selaras dengan prinsip-prinsip perlindungan hewan. Penelitian ini lebih menonjol karena mengintegrasikan teori hukum progresif untuk memberikan solusi komprehensif untuk mengatasi dampak dari peraturan yang ada agar tetap mengutamakan perlindungan kesejahteraan hewan secara komprehensif. 

Motivation has an important role in the teaching and learning process for both teachers and students. For teachers, knowing students' learning motivation is very necessary. maintain and increase students' enthusiasm for learning. For students, learning motivation can foster enthusiasm for learning so that students are encouraged to carry out learning actions. Students carry out learning activities happily because they are driven by motivation. Currently, many students are less motivated to study. Backpropagation is a supervised learning algorithm and is usually used by perceptrons with many layers to change the weights connected to neurons in the hidden layer. Based on the learning rate and maximum epoch values, artificial neural networks using the backpropagation method can predict the level of student learning motivation with convergent results or the target error is achieved with an epoch of 11 iterations and a training process time (time) of 0.00.08 seconds. From the student learning motivation criteria data which is used as training data, the training targets can be identified. Yes and no input which is transformed into 0 and 1 can predict the level of student learning motivation with low, medium and high student motivation targets with reslt testing 80%.

The agricultural sector plays an important role in Indonesia's capital markets, making a significant contribution to the economy despite facing the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. The consistent growth of this sector, marked by an increase in contribution to GDP by 2.20% in 2020 and 12.4% in 2022, has attracted investor interest. To support better investment decisions, agricultural companies need to improve the quality of the financial information they present. The implementation of PSAK 69, which requires disclosure of the fair value of biological assets, is an important step in increasing corporate transparency and accountability. This research aims to empirically test the influence of the fair value of biological assets and disclosure of biological assets on  firm value in the Indonesian agricultural sector for the 2018-2022 period. The research was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that disclosure of biological assets has a positive effect on increasing firm value, while the fair value of biological assets does not have a significant effect.
