This article examines the importance of building a good organizational culture within school internal administration framework. It aims to investigate efficient methods for building and maintaining an organizational culture that supports student and educator growth. Through an in-depth literature review, several key elements are identified, including visionary leadership, shared vision-mission formulation, and staff empowerment. The article emphasizes the importance of creating a cooperative work environment to foster innovation and creativity. Key aspects examined include learning-supportive physical space design, positive psychological atmosphere creation, reward systems, and conflict management strategies. The research also discusses main obstacles such as resistance to change and generational differences, while presenting practical solutions to address them. In conclusion, building a good organizational culture is an ongoing effort requiring dedication from all parties involved. This research provides important perspectives for education practitioners and policymakers in improving overall educational standards.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran koperasi multipihak dalam meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui Indetifikasi Sumber dan Kategorisasi Data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa koperasi multipihak berkontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan akses anggota terhadap sumber daya, mengembangkan kapasitas melalui pelatihan, menciptakan lapangan kerja, dan memberdayakan ekonomi lokal. Namun, tantangan seperti manajemen yang efektif, pendidikan anggota, dan keterlibatan aktif perlu diatasi untuk mencapai potensi maksimal koperasi. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar koperasi meningkatkan pelatihan manajemen, memperkuat partisipasi anggota, dan menjalin kerjasama dengan pihak eksternal. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi pengembangan koperasi multipihak sebagai alat untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat secara berkelanjutan.

Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengenali manfaat koperasi Multi Pihak dalam konteks UMKM, serta mengeksplorasi bagaimana dapat diperkuat kolaborasi untuk menciptakan ekosistem yang mendukung pertumbuhan UMKM. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa koperasi multi pihak dapat meningkatkan akses UMKM terhadap Modal, Teknologi, dan Pasar, serta meningkatkan efisiensi operasional melalui skala ekonomi dan kolaborasi yang lebih baik. Dengan demikian, koperasi multi pihak dapat menjadi solusi strategis untuk mendorong UMKM yang berkelanjutkan dan daya saing ditengah tantangan globalisasi dan transformasi ekonomi.

The Indonesian economy is largely driven by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), which play a vital role in economic growth. MSMEs have proven resilient during economic crises. This study analyzes the impact of Information Technology, Creativity, and Business Capital on MSME sustainability using quantitative methods. Data from 115 MSMEs were gathered through structured questionnaires. The t-test results reveal that Creativity significantly influences MSME sustainability. Similarly, Information Technology and Business Capital have significant positive impacts, aligning with existing literature. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 43.7% shows that these three variables explain variations in MSME sustainability. To enhance Information Technology utilization, MSMEs should improve data systems and provide training for managers. Creativity can be strengthened by fostering innovation and organizing brainstorming sessions. For Business Capital, MSMEs need investment strategies focused on long-term growth. Additionally, increasing market value through product innovation and collaboration is crucial. These efforts are expected to support the sustainability of MSMEs in Bandar Lampung’s fashion sector.

Early literacy materials can give a person softness of heart, critical thinking skills and creative understanding. The purpose of this study was to understand the ways in which teachers teach group B children aged 5-6 years about the concept of reading and to identify factors that may hinder the successful implementation of these strategies. This study utilized a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data was collected by conducting observations, interviews and documentation. The research noted that teachers apply a variety of strategies in introducing core reading concepts including; whiteboard media as an opener, coloring as a habituation in recognizing letters, letter guessing games with smart wall media, storytelling, stage books. The implementation of these strategies has been quite optimally done at Ra Al-Kamal because the teachers are very enthusiastic and fast so that the learning process is carried out conducively. 

This study aims to analyze the role of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) Mango Lova in enhancing the economic welfare of students at Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika. UMKM Mango Lova, which operates in the culinary sector, has become one of the primary options for students to meet their daily consumption needs while also serving as a source of income. The methodology used in this research is a qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews and surveys with students and the business owner. The results indicate that the presence of UMKM Mango Lova not only contributes to improving students' economies by providing job opportunities but also supports the sustainability of the local economy. Additionally, students involved in this UMKM gain valuable entrepreneurial experience, which can enhance their skills and competitiveness in the future. Overall, UMKM Mango Lova plays an important role in creating an economic ecosystem that supports student development and regional economic growth. This study is expected to provide insights for UMKM managers and educational institutions in developing strategies to support economic growth among students.

The MBKM internship program for IAIN Palangka Raya students at MIS Fathul Iman aims to enhance the educational experience and practical teaching skills. This qualitative descriptive study investigates teachers' responses about the internship's impact over four months. Through interviews, the research reveals that teachers perceive the program as beneficial for fostering collaboration, improving student engagement, and enhancing teaching methodologies. Teachers noted that the presence of interns helped alleviate their workload and introduced fresh perspectives in the classroom. Additionally, the program facilitated professional development for both interns and educators, creating a mutually beneficial learning environment. The findings suggest that the MBKM internship program is a valuable initiative that not only contributes to the personal growth of students but also strengthens the educational community. This study underscores the importance of practical training in teacher education and its positive influence on teaching effectiveness and student outcomes.

The Teacher Professional Education Program (PPG) aims to improve teachers' competence in carrying out the learning process, which in turn has an impact on improving the quality of education. The purpose of the research is to find out how to evaluate the literacy and numeracy skills of teachers participating in the PPG Certain Teachers. This study uses a qualitative approach, namely evaluation research with a case study method that focuses on one phenomenon. The design models used in CIPPO evaluation are context, input, process, product, and outcome. The population is all informants, namely PPG managers, PPG Coordinators, Lecturers, Pamong Teachers and PPG participants of Certain Teachers totaling 569 people. Data collection by document study, interview guidelines and observation guidelines. Qualitative data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawn. In general, based on the graduation percentage of 99.3% declared to have passed UKPPPG and 0.7% did not pass UKPPPG, it can be concluded that the literacy and numeracy skills of teachers participating in certain PPG Teachers are very good and the PPG program at LPTK Malikussaleh University can continue.

This study aims to determine that the Qur'an as the holy book of Muslims plays an important role in guiding daily behavior and actions. In the context of modern life full of challenges, a deep understanding of the Qur'an as the main source of guidance is very crucial to shape the character and moral values ??of Muslims. The purpose of this study is to explore the primacy of the Qur'an as the main source of guidance in the lives of Muslims. The method used for the study on "DIGGING INTO THE PRINCIPLES OF THE Qur'an: THE MAIN SOURCE OF GUIDANCE IN THE LIVES OF ISLAMIC PEOPLE" uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method, which involves the analysis of the texts of the Qur'an and related literature, including interpretations from scholars and previous research. Data are analyzed thematically to identify the basic principles contained in the Qur'an and their application in daily life. This study aims to examine the role of the Qur'an as the main source of guidance in the lives of Muslims, as well as to explore the application of its teachings in social, economic, and spiritual contexts. The results of this study indicate that the Qur'an provides comprehensive guidance for Muslims in various aspects of life. The teachings of the Qur'an on justice, compassion, and social responsibility have proven to be a strong foundation in building a harmonious society. In addition, this study underlines the importance of contextual understanding of the teachings of the Qur'an in order to be relevant to the challenges of today's era.

Traffic accidents are one of the leading causes of death worldwide, where drowsiness while driving is a significant factor that reduces driver alertness. This study develops a real-time driver drowsiness detection system using the Eye Aspect Ratio (EAR) method to avoid this. EAR calculates the ratio of the upper and lower eyelid distances to detect signs of drowsiness based on changes in eye shape. This system utilizes the OpenCV and Dlib libraries to identify faces and measure EAR, with a threshold of 0.25 as a warning trigger. If the EAR value drops below the threshold in several consecutive frames, the system automatically activates an alarm to increase driver alertness. With the advantages of cost efficiency and ease of implementation without additional hardware, this system is suitable for various types of vehicles. The results show that this system is effective in providing early warnings, thus helping to reduce the risk of accidents due to drowsiness.
