																		Abstrak:
Witness protection is the cornerstone of an effective criminal justice system. Therefore, it is important to ensure the quality of witness protection law. This study uses normative method to compare witness protection law in Indonesia, Malaysia and Australia. The result shows several similarities and differences in 5 areas namely a) the subject of protection; b) selection process; c) rights and obligations of parties; d) institutional arrangement; and e) criminal sanctions. Each country has its own approach to regulate the witness protection. Indonesia is progressive in terms of giving special rights for 6 different categories of subject of protections. For instance, special right for compensation and restitution for victims of particular crimes. Indonesia also encourage justice collaborator to give evidence by promising leniency, parole or remission. Conversely, Australia explicitly clarify that the witness protection must not be interpreted as rewarding criminals. Unlike Indonesia, Malaysia and Australia grants equal rights for all witness. Despite such differences, these 3 countries have similarity in terms of the imposition of selection process to ensure the protection is prioritized for those who need it the most. The witness protection must be maintained to balance the interest of witness, accuse and the society. The goal is not to give excessive protection for witnesses, but to adjust the protection according to the limitation of resources and financial. Moreover, Indonesia should adopt the disclosure requirement as implemented in Malaysia and Australia to prevent the witness from using the program to circumvent his legal or financial obligations.

																		Abstrak:
Courses related to procedural law are practicum courses with Course Learning Outcomes (CLO)/ Capaian Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah (CPMK) students who can simulate trials in court. In this case, the moot courtroom's urgency is to provide an infrastructure for students to conduct moot trials. One of the practicum courses is the Constitutional Court's Judicial Procedural Law. Students who take this course must be competent and able to practice in the objective realm of justice. However, based on the observation and tracing results, the service activities' partners do not have a moot courtroom in the constitutional court, so they cannot carry out moot court in the course. Digital/virtual space, known as Metaverse, is a solution for procuring infrastructure for the constitutional court's moot courtroom. The results of this service show that the Metaverse Moot Court of the Constitutional Court is an appropriate technology-based product that is the only quick solution to the absence and limitations of the Constitutional Court's moot courtroom at Partner universities. Partners do not need to spend millions to billions of Rupiahs to procure facilities and infrastructure for the Constitutional Court's moot courtroom. In addition, this product is a solution to time constraints, considering that the campus has operational hours while students are still required to be proficient in practicing proceedings at the Constitutional Court. Finally, the virtual reality technology product implemented in this pseudo-courtroom provides an immersive experience like the real atmosphere in the courtroom. It makes students more excited and increases motivation to practice the trial.

																		Abstrak:
Malassezia furfur is a lipophilic fungus commonly found in tropical regions with high humidity, particularly on human skin. One of the diseases caused by this fungus is Pityriasis versicolor (tinea versicolor). Treatment for this condition typically involves the use of azole-based drugs, either topically or systemically. However, the emergence of azole-resistant Malassezia furfur strains has reduced treatment efficacy. Thus, the development of new antifungal agents is necessary, one of which utilizes nanotechnology such as biologically synthesized silver nanoparticles (AgNPs), which are environmentally friendly and utilize waste materials. Pineapple peel is a type of waste that contains active compounds like flavonoids, alkaloids, tannins, and saponins, which have the potential to inhibit the growth of Malassezia furfur. This study aimed to characterize the biosynthesis of silver nanoparticles from pineapple peel infusion and evaluate their antifungal activity against Malassezia furfur at optimal concentrations and durations. Using a post-test only with control group design, the research involved preparing pineapple peel infusion, synthesizing silver nanoparticles, characterizing them using UV-Vis spectrophotometry, and testing antifungal activity with the well diffusion method. The results indicated the formation of AgNPs, marked by a color change from yellow to dark yellow with wavelengths of 320-340 nm. Antifungal activity tests showed the largest inhibition zone at a 1:6 ratio (11 mm) and the smallest at a 1:2 ratio (2.38 mm). In conclusion, silver nanoparticles synthesized from pineapple peel infusion demonstrated antifungal activity against Malassezia furfur.
