Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the backbone of the Indonesian economy, but in digital business practices, they often face legal challenges in business contracts, whether with suppliers, distributors, or marketplace platforms. This article examines aspects of legal protection for MSMEs in digital business contracts and identifies inequalities that occur in business relationships with large companies. This study uses a normative-juridical research method by analyzing business contract regulations in Indonesia as well as comparative studies with legal systems in other countries. This study concludes that MSMEs need more proactive regulations in ensuring fairness in digital business contracts so as not to experience exploitation from more dominant parties.
 
 

MP BARBER is an exclusive barbershop for men located in Kedemangan Village, Muaro Jambi Regency. Customers have complained about the queues at MP BARBER, reflecting the direct impact of an unsatisfactory experience where customers feel uncomfortable. This situation highlights the importance of queue management and efforts to improve service efficiency, to maintain customer satisfaction and minimize the potential loss of customers in the future. Therefore, the researcher offers the design of an Android-based reservation information system for MP BARBER. The research uses a qualitative approach, the prototype development method, system design using UML, and is assisted by Corel Draw. The system design uses Android Studio, Visual Studio Code, and XAMPP as the database. System testing is carried out using the blackbox method and feasibility testing through 8 respondents, including the owner, employees, and customers of MP BARBER.

The cosmetic industry in Indonesia continues to experience significant development along with the increasing awareness of the community, especially women, towards appearance. This change continues to grow also because the modern lifestyle today increasingly demands an attractive appearance as a form of self-confidence, both for daily and professional activities. This drives consumer interest in quality cosmetic products at affordable prices. In addition, awareness in choosing safe products to use according to skin needs is also increasing, this is in line with the education provided by cosmetic products through the marketing they use.

As an effort to overcome these negative impacts, Islamic religious education in schools plays an important role in forming characters with noble character. This research aims to analyze the role of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in shaping student character through religious values ??at the MTS 1 Pandeglang school. Islamic Religious Education Teachers are not only tasked with delivering religious material, but also function as role models, mentors and directors in students' daily lives. This research also explores how religious values, such as honesty, discipline and empathy, are integrated into school activities and implemented in students' lives. This character building involves all school components, including collaboration between teachers and active participation of students in various activities that prioritize moral and spiritual values. Apart from that, in the context of character formation, the influence of social media is also a concern, where students are given the understanding to filter and select information that is in accordance with religious teachings and noble values. Thus, character formation based on religious values ??at the MTS 1 Pandeglang school is expected to produce individuals who are not only academically intelligent, but also have good morals in social life.

This behavior is increasingly widespread among students along with the rapid development of communication technology. This research aims to provide a general overview of phubbing behavior in students, identify the factors that influence it, as well as its impact on social relationships and the quality of communication between individuals. Literature studies conducted show that phubbing can be triggered by various factors, such as social media addiction, boredom in social interactions, low self-control, and the influence of social conformity. The impacts include a decrease in the quality of social relationships, communication disorders, and reduced academic productivity. Solutions that can be provided are based on analysis of several cases, such as increasing awareness through education and strengthening self-control, creating gadget-free zones, as well as developing empathy and social involvement in students. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the scientific approach in improving Natural Sciences (IPA) learning outcomes among Elementary School students. The method used is a literature review with a descriptive qualitative approach by analyzing various scientific sources such as journal articles, books, and relevant research reports from the past five years. The findings indicate that the scientific approach has a positive impact on students' understanding of science concepts, critical thinking skills, as well as motivation and engagement in the learning process. This approach encourages students to actively participate in scientific processes through the stages of observing, questioning, experimenting, reasoning, and communicating. These stages help make learning more meaningful, contextual, and aligned with students’ cognitive development. However, its implementation still faces several challenges, such as limited facilities and infrastructure, constrained instructional time, and the lack of teacher training in applying this approach effectively. Therefore, support from various stakeholders—including schools, government, and the community—is needed to overcome these obstacles and enhance the quality of science education. Overall, the scientific approach is considered effective in creating interactive, reflective, and student-centered science learning at the Elementary School level.

This study analyzes the effect of board of directors size, board of commissioners size, and audit committee size on firm value in the consumer non-cyclical sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2020–2023. The research highlights the importance of corporate governance in enhancing company performance and competitiveness, especially in sectors facing sustainability challenges and strict oversight. A quantitative method was employed using multiple linear regression with a purposive sample of 77 companies. The results show that the size of the board of directors and board of commissioners has a positive and significant effect on firm value, while audit committee size has no significant effect. These findings suggest that the decision-making capacity of directors and supervisory role of commissioners are key to increasing firm value. Conversely, the audit committee’s existence may not contribute meaningfully if it only meets minimum requirements without functional effectiveness. This study implies the need to strengthen governance structures, particularly by enhancing the capacity of boards, to improve firm value and competitiveness.

The research conducted aims to develop Gapinsa learning media for Mathematics subjects, measurement materials in class V. The developed media can be used to assist in learning activities so that it can be used to overcome problems that occur. The research was conducted at UPT SD Negeri 248 Gresik in the 2022/2023 school year. The type of research used is research and development or called R&D using the ADDIE model. The methods used in this study are observation and interviews used to find out information or the needs of students in the classroom, documents to strengthen evidence during research activities, validation to test the feasibility of the media and questionnaires to determine the response of learning media to the media developed. The subjects of the research conducted amounted to 36 students consisting of 20 male students and 16 female students in the 2022/2023 school year. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers through the development of Gapinsa learning programs, measurement materials have gone through validity tests, including the validation stage, media experts get a score of 85% in the "Very Valid" category and for expert validation, the material gets a score of 93% in the "Very Valid" category. The score obtained from the student response questionnaire obtained a score of 95.2% in the "Very Good" category. So that gapinsa media can be concluded that gapinsa media measurement material can be used in learning activities and get a good response by students.
