The advancement of information and communication technology has made privacy boundaries thinner.  Various personal data on E-Commerce websites are increasingly easy to spread, which creates risks at every stage of personal data processing. This is important to be given further attention, given the high number of transaction valuations that occur through E-Commerce websites. This research aims to analyze what forms of risks can occur at each stage of personal data processing on E-Commerce websites. The stages of personal data processing described in this research are the stages of personal data processing as stipulated in Law Number 27 Year 2022 on Personal Data Protection. This research utilizes a library research method by focusing on legal materials so that it can be said to be library based. The results show that there are different risks at each stage of personal data processing on E-Commerce websites, both before the storage of personal data, and after the storage of personal data by the personal data controller.  This can be in the form of data collection that is not in accordance with applicable regulations, lack of transparency of data collection, and data collection that is not specific, unlimited, and illegal, unauthorized access, disclosure in an unauthorized manner, unauthorized modification, misuse, destruction, and loss of personal data on the system. To reduce the impact of risks, things that can be done are to update the system regularly, or increase the capacity of human resources who process personal data.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah terdapat pengaruh struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, dengan jenis data sekunder. Populasi penelitian adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) periode 2025. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh (total sampling) yang terdiri dari 30 perusahaan per tanggal 24 Februari 2025. Metode pengumpulan data dengan mengunjungi website https://www.idx.co.id. Teknik analisis data menggunakan smartPLS versi 3. Data yang digunakan untuk menganalisis struktur modal meliputi rasio utang terhadap ekuitas (Debt to Equity Ratio/DER), rasio utang terhadap aset (Debt to Asset Ratio/DAR), sedangkan untuk mengukur nilai perusahaan rasio yang digunakan adalah rasio harga pasar saham dengan nilai buku per lembar saham (Price Book Value/PBV), rasio perbandingan antara harga saham dengan laba bersih per saham (Price to Earnings Ratio/PER). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur modal tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Dental and oral health problems in early childhood in Indonesia are still a serious concern. This study aims to determine the effect of audiovisual media on improving the knowledge and skills of brushing teeth of early childhood in An-Nahl Kindergarten, Jambi City. The research method used a quasi-experimental design with a one group pretest-posttest design. The sample of this study was 40 children aged 4-5 years, taken using a total sampling technique. The research instruments included a knowledge questionnaire and an observation sheet for brushing teeth skills. The results showed a significant increase in knowledge scores from 3.03 to 7.33 and skills from 2.43 to 6.80 after being given an intervention in the form of audiovisual media. In conclusion, audiovisual media is effective in improving the knowledge and skills of brushing teeth of early childhood.

This study aims to evaluate the performance of the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) at PT PLN Nusantara Power Unit Pembangkitan Gresik in reducing pollutant loads from domestic wastewater. The evaluation involves analyzing water quality parameters including pH, BOD, COD, TSS, oil and grease, total ammonia, and total coliform at both inlet and outlet of the STP. Additionally, the actual daily discharge was observed and compared to the design capacity to assess operational efficiency. The method used was descriptive qualitative, involving field observation, documentation, and laboratory test data analysis during the January–March 2025 period. The results show that all outlet parameters met the effluent standards set by Regulation No. 68/2016 of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry. However, the actual flow rate, which is only 1.6–3.3% of the design capacity, indicates potential inefficiencies in energy use and biological processes. Therefore, operational adjustments and optimization of STP capacity utilization are necessary for more efficient and sustainable system performance.

This study discusses the conflict between Government Regulation Number 28 of 2024 concerning the provision of contraceptives for students with the principles contained in the Child Marriage Law and the National Education System in Indonesia. Although this policy aims to prevent early pregnancy and transmission of sexually transmitted diseases, the provision of contraceptives for students raises concerns because it is considered to legitimize sexual activity among adolescents. This is compared to child protection efforts as stated in the Marriage Law which stipulates the minimum age of marriage and moral values ??in education. This study uses a normative legal approach to analyze the implications of the policy on children's rights, the education system, and social and cultural values. The results of the study indicate that this policy has the potential to violate the goals of national education and child protection. Therefore, a more balanced policy revision is needed, by integrating comprehensive sex education based on moral values, in order to protect children's rights while providing appropriate education for adolescents.

This research aims to examine the relationship between emotional maturity and adjustment in migrant students at Universitas Negeri Padang. The subjects in this research were migrant students at Universitas Negeri Padang. The number of subjects taken in this research was 109 students. The method used in this research is nonprobability sampling, namely purposive sampling. The measuring instruments used in this research are the emotional maturity scale and the self-adjustment scale. The data obtained in this research were analyzed using the Pearson correlation technique. The results of this study show that there is no significant relationship between emotional maturity and self-adjustment, as shown by the value of r = 0.117 with p = 0.227 (p> 0.05). This shows that there is no relationship between emotional maturity and self-adjustment in Padang State University Migrant Students.
 
 

This research is entitled "Actualization of the Content and Teachings of the Principles in Pancasila to Increase Unity and Oneness in National and State Life". This study aims to analyze the problems that arise in the process of actualizing Pancasila values, especially in the context of unity amidst social diversity. Identification of problems includes low public understanding of Pancasila, minimal participation in social activities, and social injustice that hinders harmony. This study uses a qualitative approach by collecting data through literature studies and interviews. The results of the study indicate that a shallow understanding of Pancasila often causes people to emphasize differences rather than similarities, thus increasing the potential for division. In addition, the rampant inaccurate information on social media worsens the situation. This study recommends the need to increase education and socialization regarding Pancasila, as well as the development of more inclusive policies to encourage active public participation. With this, it is hoped that Pancasila can be actualized as a guideline for life that strengthens the unity of the Indonesian nation, in accordance with the spirit of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika.

The increasing integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in e-commerce has transformed digital marketing strategies, particularly through personalized recommendation systems. However, this advancement has raised ethical concerns regarding data privacy, algorithmic transparency, and consumer autonomy. In Southeast Asia, where digital platforms rapidly expand, these concerns become more complex due to diverse regulatory landscapes and user expectations. This study aims to analyze and compare the transparency of AI-based recommendation systems across three major e-commerce platforms in the region: Shopee, Lazada, and Tokopedia. A qualitative comparative approach was employed using content analysis of official policy documents, including privacy policies and AI guidelines, sourced from each platform between January and March 2024. The analysis utilized LLM-assisted text mining and thematic coding to identify ethical indicators such as algorithmic transparency, user control, and policy readability. The results reveal significant variation in ethical practices: Shopee scored the highest in all dimensions, including algorithmic transparency (score: 9/10), user control (8/10), and policy readability (9/10). Lazada ranked moderately with scores of 6/10, 4/10, and 6/10 respectively, while Tokopedia scored lowest with 3/10 for transparency, 0/10 for user control, and 4/10 for readability. These disparities indicate that ethical communication and user empowerment remain uneven across platforms. This study contributes to the discourse on digital ethics by highlighting the need for regional standards in AI transparency and promoting user-centric ethical design. The findings provide valuable insights for policymakers, platform designers, and digital consumers navigating trust in algorithm-driven environments.

The implementation of e-government has become a key strategy for enhancing public trust in government institutions, particularly in ASEAN countries with varying levels of digital transformation. However, the extent to which e-government adoption influences public trust remains unclear due to disparities in digital infrastructure, public engagement, and policy frameworks. This study examines the relationship between e-government implementation and public trust in ASEAN, identifying key influencing factors. This research employs a quantitative approach using panel data analysis of e-government indices and public trust levels from 2015 to 2023. The dataset includes ten ASEAN countries, covering variables such as the E-Government Development Index (EGDI), digital participation rates, and GDP per capita. The results indicate a significant positive correlation (r = 0.78, p < 0.01) between e-government adoption and public trust, with countries having higher digital participation rates (above 60%) experiencing greater trust improvements. Furthermore, transparency and service reliability (? = 0.64) are more influential than economic factors such as GDP per capita (? = 0.32) in shaping public trust. These findings highlight the crucial role of digital service quality and citizen engagement in fostering public trust beyond economic growth. This study contributes to the literature by emphasizing the need to strengthen digital infrastructure and public participation in e-government initiatives. Future research should explore the socio-political aspects of e-government adoption to provide a deeper understanding of its long-term impact on governance.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the backbone of the Indonesian economy, but in digital business practices, they often face legal challenges in business contracts, whether with suppliers, distributors, or marketplace platforms. This article examines aspects of legal protection for MSMEs in digital business contracts and identifies inequalities that occur in business relationships with large companies. This study uses a normative-juridical research method by analyzing business contract regulations in Indonesia as well as comparative studies with legal systems in other countries. This study concludes that MSMEs need more proactive regulations in ensuring fairness in digital business contracts so as not to experience exploitation from more dominant parties.
