Purpose: This research attempts to investigate the impact of leverage, liquidity, and profitability on financial distress with the sharia supervisory board as a moderating variable, Methods: This kind of study makes use of a quantitative method, Analysis data: Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and moderated regression analysis, Result and discussions: The outcomes of this investigation demonstrate that leverage has a negative and significant effect on financial distress, while liquidity has a positive and significant effect. Conversely, profitability has no effect on financial distress. Furthermore, the sharia supervisory board is unable to moderate the relationship between leverage, liquidity, or profitability on financial distress, Conclusion: This can be considered as financial risk management in the Islamic banking sector, as well as revealing the limitations of the role of the sharia supervisory board in mitigating financial distress.

This research seeks to examine the impact of brand image and brand ambassadors on the purchasing decisions of Wardah cosmetics consumers at Sashop Gorontalo. Data were gathered using questionnaires distributed to Wardah customers at Sashop Gorontalo. The independent variables in this study are brand image and brand ambassador, while the dependent variable is purchasing decision. The research population consists of 97 respondents selected through a purposive sampling method. Instrument testing involved assessments of validity and reliability. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS 25 software. The results of the t-test reveal that brand image and brand ambassador each have a significant individual effect on purchasing decisions. Additionally, the F-test results demonstrate that both variables together significantly influence purchasing decisions

Lakosa Coffee is one of the coffee shops in Pekanbaru. Lakosa Coffee must be able to maintain and increase the number of consumers because it affects the company's profit. This study aims to determine and explain the influence of lifestyle (X1) and location (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y). This research method is a quantitative method. Based on the results of the partial analysis, lifestyle has a positive effect on purchasing decisions for Lakosa Coffee Pekanbaru. Then, partially, location has a positive effect on purchasing decisions for Lakosa Coffee Pekanbaru. And the F test shows that there is a simultaneous relationship between variables X and Y because the F count value> F table. The R Square result is 0.595, this value shows that 59.5% of lifestyle and location have an influence on purchasing decisions for Lakosa Coffee Pekanbaru, where the remaining 40.5% are influenced by variables not used in this study.

This study aims to analyze the listening skills of students of the Indonesian Language Education (PBI) study program at Siliwangi University in understanding folk tales delivered through audiovisual media which is considered capable of increasing student involvement and understanding in the listening process because it combines visual and audio elements simultaneously. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through listening tests. The results of the study indicate that the use of audiovisual media significantly helps students understand the content of the story, characters, and cultural values ??contained in folk tales. In addition, this media also motivates students to be more active and focused in listening activities. This study recommends the use of audiovisual media as an alternative to effective listening learning in language teaching, especially in the context of folk tales.

Photosynthesis is a vital process for plants in converting light energy into chemical energy stored in organic compounds. Light intensity is one of the main factors influencing the efficiency of this process. This study aims to determine the effect of different light intensities on the photosynthesis rate and growth of spinach plants (Amaranthus sp.), which is a C4 plant species.The method used was a quantitative experiment with three light intensity treatments: low (0–10 lux), medium (10–20 lux), and high (>20 lux), each replicated three times over six weeks. Observed parameters included plant height, number and length of leaves, as well as the photosynthesis rate measured using the IRGA method.The results showed that light intensity significantly affected the growth and photosynthesis rate of spinach plants. The high light treatment produced the most optimal growth, with an average plant height of 4.92 ± 0.4 cm and the highest photosynthetic activity. Conversely, the low light treatment caused symptoms of etiolation, reduced vitality, and faster plant death, averaging by the third week.In conclusion, increasing light intensity significantly enhances photosynthesis efficiency and growth in spinach plants. These results can serve as a basis for regulating light intensity in cultivation systems, both conventional and hydroponic.
 

Deviant and negative behavior that we often encounter in children aged 2, 3 to 5 years is also called aggressive behavior. This attitude tends to cause harm to others if this behavior has shown an attitude of hurting or physically attacking. Internal and external factors can be the cause of a child behaving aggressively. Therefore, aggressive behavior can be reduced using certain techniques or methods, one of which is the fading technique. The purpose of this study was to reduce aggressive behavior in early childhood using the fading technique. The research design used in this study was Single Subject Design (SSD) or research with a single subject. The data collection technique used in this study used the observation technique with behavioral tally recording. In the study, 10 intervention sessions were carried out for 7 days with the results of a low aggressiveness categorization with a total score of 54 in the range of 52.5 <X ? 67.5. So it can be concluded that there is effectiveness in implementing the fading technique in an effort to minimize aggressive behavior.

Many problems during the learning process result in a decrease in student learning motivation which has a negative impact on academic achievement and makes students less active. This can be seen from (1) the rarity of students asking or responding to questions (2) students rarely communicate difficulties to teachers (3) students are also often late in submitting assignments. With these problems, researchers tried to apply the project based learning model with a constructivist approach analysis implemented at SMA Negeri 1 Majene. The subjects of this study were 38 grade X MIPA students of PAI subjects and one of the PAI subject teachers. The method used is descriptive qualitative, data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques by means of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study students have been faced with a problem and have the ability to analyze complex problems, investigate, evaluate, viewpoints and draw conclusions based on evidence and reasoning coupled with the spirit of student collaboration is very compact in each group, where a collaboration is a process of achieving a goal that is done together helping each other, and the most supportive thing in the learning process activities is the extrinsic factor of students which is the stimulation from outside, namely the people around them. In the application of constructivism in learning, it is expected that students are more active and teachers as facilitators become more innovative.

The behavior of littering in tourist attractions is caused by many factors, such as: (1) Lack of socialization from the government, (2) Insufficient cleanliness facilities around the beach. People litter carelessly because the trash bins are located far away, which makes them dispose of waste around the areas where they sit and relax. (3) A dirty environment. The dirty state of the environment also serves as a reason for people to litter. Globalization is a phenomenon that brings major changes in various aspects of life, including in the field of Islamic education. This article aims to examine the impact of globalization on the Islamic education system, the challenges and opportunities faced, and strategies for strengthening Islamic education in the midst of global currents. The research method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach. The results of the study show that globalization has an ambivalent impact on Islamic education, which on the one hand opens wide access to science and technology, but on the other hand brings serious challenges related to moral decline, consumptive culture, and identity crisis among the younger generation. Strategies that can be implemented include prophetic approaches, reinventing the Islamic education system, and supporting institutional transformation and human resources. This research recommends that Islamic education not only survive the globalization, but also be able to play an active role in shaping civilization rooted in Islamic values.
