Toddler ialah anak yang berusia 12 – 36 bulan atau 1 – 3 tahun. Toddler berisiko tinggi mengalami kecelakaan yang dapat mengakibatkan kondisi yang fatal yaitu kematian.     Penyebab  cedera  yang  sering  terjadi  yaitu  jatuh,  kecelakaan  sepeda  motor, tranportasi darat, terluka karena benda tumpul/tajam, kejatuhan, terbakar dan gigitan hewan. Factor lingkungan yang tidak aman merupakan factor yang  paling  berperan  dalam  kejadian  cedera  pada  anak-anak  dan  disusul  oleh  factor pengawasan orang tua yang masih rendah serta pengetahuan orang tua tentang pemahaman jenis-jenis kecelakaan yang dapat terjadi pada toddler serta pentingnya pencegahan terhadap bahaya  yang dapat terjadi pada toddler. Banyak orang tua yang bersikap terlalu membiarkan anaknya yang akan berdampak pada keamanan dan keselamatan hidup anak tersebut. Orang tua perlu  memiliki  pengetahuan  tentang  pencegahan  terhadap  bahaya  kecelakaan  pada  anak sehingga orang tua akan bersikap dan berperilaku sesuai dengan pengetahuan yang dimiliki. Studi  pendahuluan  yang  dilakukan  di  wilayah  RW  01  Kelurahan  Meteseh  Kecamatan Tembalang Kota Semarang, diketahui banyak anak toddler yang mengalami kecelakaan seperti tertusuk jarum, jatuh, tersedak dan mengalami luka bakar. Dari 5 orang ibu yang memiliki anak usia  toddler  mengatakan  bahwa  anaknya  pernah  mengalami  kecelakaan  seperti  terjatuh, tersedak , terpeleset , tertusuk jarum, terbakar. Saat ditanya apakah ibu mengetahui upaya apa yang   dilakukan   untuk   mencegah   kecelakaan   yang   terjadi   pada   anaknnya,   semua  ibu mengatakan tidak mengetahui dan belum pernah mendapatkan penyuluhan tentang pencegahan kecelakaan tersebut. Berdasarkan permasalahan serta peluang tersebut, TIM pengabmas Akper Kesdam IV/Diponegoro ingin melakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dengan memberikan penyuluhan tentang Jenis kecelakaan pada anak usia toddler dan pencegahannya. Tujuan kegiatan ini agar ibu-ibu  yang  mempunyai  anak  usia  toddler dapat memahami tentang jenis-jenis kecelakaan yang dapat terjadi pada   anak    dan   cara   pencegahannya.   Edukasi  yang  diberikan  melalui penyuluhan dengan memberikan pengetahuan tentang jenis-jenis kecelakaan dan pencegahannya pada anak usia toddler. Koordinasi dilakukan dengan berbagai pihak terkait sehingga pelaksanaan penyuluhan berjalan dengan lancar. Dikarenakan masa pandemic  covid-19,  dimana  tidak  diperbolehkan  untuk  berkumpul  dengan  jumlah orang yang banyak, maka penyuluhan diberikan lewat zoom meeting. Hasil dari penyuluhan ini ibu-ibu merasa puas dan senang mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang jenis-jenis kecelakaan dan pencegahannya pada anak usia toddler dan semuanya akan mempraktekkan ilmu pengetahuan yang sudah diberikan.

This study analyzes the effect of motivation on employee performance, with work discipline as a mediating variable, among Civil Servants at RSUD Waluyo Jati Kraksaan, Probolinggo Regency. Using a quantitative method with path analysis, data were collected through questionnaires from 100 respondents. The results indicate that motivation has a significant effect on work discipline (? = 0.532; p < 0.05) and employee performance (? = 0.468; p < 0.05). Work discipline also significantly influences employee performance (? = 0.412; p < 0.05). Furthermore, motivation has an indirect significant effect on performance through work discipline, with a mediation influence value of 0.219. The R² value of 0.635 indicates that 63.5% of the variability in employee performance can be explained by motivation and work discipline. The study concludes that increasing motivation and work discipline contributes to improving employee performance. Therefore, institutions should provide incentives to enhance motivation and implement clear discipline policies. Future research is recommended to consider other influencing factors, such as work environment and leadership style, for a more comprehensive understanding.

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh profitabilitas dan pengaruh firm size terhadap pengungkapan Islamic Social Reporting pada perusahaan syariah sector pertambangan yang terdaftar di indeks sahan syariah Indonesia tahun 2018-2020. Penelitian ini diuji dengan menggunakan 2 variabel bebas (independen) yaitu: profitabilitas dan firm size. Untuk variable terikat (dependen) yaitu Islamic social reporting. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan syariah sector pertambangan yang terdaftar di indeks saham syariah Indonesia tahun 2018-2020. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada 45 sampel. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dan dibantu alat analisis SPSS 22 data yang digunakan adalah data panel. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah profitabilitas secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan teradap Islamic social reportimg, sedangkan firm size tidak berpengaruh terhadap Islamic social reporting. Dari hasil uji simultan profitabiitas dan firm size tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Islamic Social Reporting.

ABSTRACT
                This study aims to determine how the influence of asset and debt management on firm value in the technology sub-sector on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2016-2020. In this study, in general, explaining the total assets and total debt of several companies turned out to be fluctuating which could harm the company. This study uses a quantitative approach using multiple regression analysis tools with panel data. results Based on data that has been managed using the eviews 8 application. Total assets partially affect firm value, total debt partially has no effect on firm value, total assets and total debt have a simultaneous effect on firm value.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pengelolaan aktiva dan kebijakan hutang terhadap nilai perusahaan pada sub sektor teknologi di bursa efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2020. Dalam penelitian ini secara umum menjelaskan Total aktiva dan total hutang dari beberapa perusahaan ternyata mengalami fluktuasi dimana dapat merugikan perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat analisis regresi berganda dengan data panel, melakukan pengelolaan data dari laporan keuangan perusahaan yang berjumlah 7 perusahaan papan utama yang menjadi sampel peneliti. Total aktiva secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, total utang secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, total  aktiva dan total utang berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

The platforms are usually owned by individuals, in the village of Pangkalan Dewa, West Kotawaringin Regency, there are 5 palm oil platforms, one of which is the CV Ibrahim Putra platform. Many farmers sell their oil palm harvests to the CV Ibrahim Putra platform, this can be seen from the farmer data in 2021 that there are 200-250 permanent farmers who sell their oil palm harvests to the CV Ibrahim Putra platform. on the other platforms there are less than 100 farmers. This type of research is field research. Subjects consist of employees and farmers who sell their crops to the CV Ibrahim Putra platform. The technique of determining the subject is purposive sampling. The data analysis is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. The buying and selling system of the CV Ibrahim Putra platform is to pick up the fruit to the farmer's land or the farmer delivers it directly to the CV Ibrahim Putra platform, then the fruit is weighed using a ram scale, the fruit that has been weighed will be paid by the platform in cash with a receipt of the sale. The buying and selling system of the CV Ibrahim Putra platform in terms of transactions and pricing is legal according to Islam because there are no violations of Islamic sharia provisions. The presence of the CV Ibrahim Putra platform has a positive value for farmers and can improve the economic welfare of oil palm farmers.

The aims of this study were (1) to describe the types of figurative language that are contained in the Anthology of Teacher's Poems about a Book and the Secrets of Knowledge; and (2) describe the implications for learning literature in high school. This research approach is descriptive qualitative, in line with the findings of the study, namely in the form of a description of the types of figurative language repetition in the Anthology of Teacher's Poetry about a Book and the Secrets of Knowledge and their implications for learning literature in high school. This type of research is qualitative, because the data findings are not obtained by statistical calculations (quantitative) but in the form of phrases, clauses and sentences contained in the Anthology of Teacher's Poems about a Book and Secrets of Knowledge. The results of this study show the following data, namely (1) the figurative language of repetition contained in the Teacher's Poetry Anthology of a Book and the Secret of Knowledge is a repetition of alliteration type of figure of speech consisting of nine quotations, the alliteration figure of speech in these quotations gives rise to an aesthetic impression of the poem. The figure of speech of repetition of the mesodiplosis type has one quote, the figure of speech of mesodiplosis in these quotations emphasizes the meaning of the poem. The figure of speech of repetition which is the type of repetition of five quotations, the figure of speech of repetition in these quotations raises the affirmation of meaning and adds to the aesthetics of the poem. The figure of speech of repetition of the epistrofa type has three quotations. the figure of speech of epistropha in these quotations raises the affirmation of the meaning of the poem, thus the dominant form of repetition used in the Anthology of Guru's Poetry About a Book and the Secrets of Knowledge is a form of repetition of the alliteration type. (2) The implications of the analysis of figurative language in the book Anthology of Teacher Poems About a Book and Secrets of Knowledge for the learning of literature in high school can provide an understanding of the types of figurative language of repetition in a poem. These implications can be used as additional teaching materials to improve students' ability to understand the building blocks of a poem while at the same time creating a work of poetry.

This study aims to (1) describe the obsession of the characters in the novel Guru Aini by Andrea Hirata, (2) describe the inner conflicts experienced by the characters in the novel Guru Aini by Andrea Hirata, (3) describe the relevance of the obsession of the characters in the novel Guru Aini by Andrea Hirata in literature learning in high school.
The method used in the research is a qualitative description method. The data in this study were sentences, dialogues, and paragraphs in the novel Guru Aini by Andrea Hirata. The data source in this research is the novel Guru Aini by Andrea Hirata published in February 2021 published by PT Bentang Pustaka with a total of 336 pages. The data collection technique is done by using the library / reading technique, taking notes, and then entering it into the data collection table. Data analysis techniques used data reduction, data exposure, and inference. The validity of the data was obtained through source triangulation.
The results of this study indicate that (1) the obsession of the characters in the novel Guru Aini by Andrea Hirata, there are four characters who have an obsession, Desi is one of the characters who has an obsession with Desi's obsession, which is obsessed with finding students who are geniuses in mathematics in Ketumbi's village. (2) inner conflict in the novel Guru Aini by Andrea Hirata, there are ten characters who have inner conflicts, Desi is a character who often experiences inner conflicts. (3) the relevance or relevance of the novel Guru Aini by Andrea Hirata in learning literature in class XII high school with basic competencies. 3.3 Analyzing fiction in novels.

This study aims to determine the effect of Sustainability Reporting on Firm Value. The population of this study are non-financial companies from 2018-2020. The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling method with predetermined criteria so as to produce 138 samples of non-financial companies to be studied. The data used are secondary data in the form of financial reports and company annual reports obtained through the website www.idx.co.id. The results of this study show that the Sustainability Report has a positive and significant effect on firm value

The fact of industrial development is that in Wanarejan village, Pemalang city is famous for the production of woven fabrics and is a characteristic of the village. so the purpose of this study is to describe the analysis of developments contained in the home industry of weaving in the village of Wanarejan. In this study, the population used were entrepreneurs of goyor woven fabrics. This research is a research with a qualitative approach with descriptive data type, which is trying to present objective facts in accordance with the conditions that occurred at the time the research was conducted. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study found that the production of woven sarongs is still in demand by people in Pemalang City and in other cities. Sales of this woven sarong export to various countries. Woven fabric products have their own characteristics because of the use of simple weaving techniques with non-machine looms, thus adding a more beautiful, smooth and neat impression. The hallmark of the goyor woven sarong that makes it a fashion with its traditional characteristics lies in its design and good quality level.

This study aims to determine the effect of teacher professional competence and learning environment on learning motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this study is an analytical approach, namely a quantitative approach and descriptive and verification methods. The samples used in this study were all students of class XII one of the Senior High Schools in the city of Bandung, so the number of samples used in this study were 123 samples. The analytical tools used in this study are multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption testing, namely normality test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing using the SPSS v25 a The results showed that the results of the T-Test of teachers' professional competence had a significant and significant effect on learning motivation, the learning environment had a significant and significant effect on learning motivation. In accordance with the results of the F test is a significant effect on learning motivation.
