In a conversation, it definitely requires a principle of cooperation, so that the speech partner can understand what the speaker is saying. However, often between speakers or their interlocutors violate conversations which can result in a violation of the principle of cooperation. So that this research was made with the aim of knowing the implementation and violation of the cooperative principle contained in the Stand-Up Comedy Season 2 conversation. note in the process of data collection stage. As a result, the researcher found several utterances that implemented or violated the cooperative principle in a conversation on the Stand-Up Comedy Season 2. The results were in the form of three conversations which were maxims of quality (one utterance did not violate the maxim of quality and two utterances violated the maxim of quality). Two conversations of maxim of quantity (one utterance violates and one utterance does not violate maxim of quantity). Three conversations are maxims of relevance (two utterances do not violate and one utterance violates maxims of relevance). World Health Organization (WHO) telah mengumumkan virus corona atau covid-19 sebagai pandemi, yaitu keadaan dimana populasi di seluruh dunia memiliki peluang dapat terjangkit atau terkena infeksi. Keadaan ini tentunya juga berdampak pada perekonomian Indonesia yang secara langsung juga berdampak pada dunia pendidikan di Indonesia. Mengingat pandemi ini adalah suatu musibah yang mendadak sehingga mengakibatkan kebijakan atau keputusan yang diambil secara cepat tanpa adanya persiapan yang matang membuat guru, siswa, dan orang tua merasa kebijakan tersebut kurang efektif terutama bagi sebagian siswa yang teknik pembelajarannya tidak terbiasa dengan daring. Untuk itu kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini sebagai sarana penyampaian kebermanfaatan ilmu dan rasa kepedulian terhadap masyarakat dibidang pendidikan dalam bentuk pendampingan belajar melalui kegiatan bimbingan belajar di rumah. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini untuk tetap mengefektifkan dan memaksimalkan dari tujuan pembelajaran di sekolah. Program ini dilaksanakan pada daerah yang telah terkonfirmasi zona hijau oleh pemerintah setempat. Kegiatan ini melibatkan siswa Sekolah Dasar di Dusun Wali, Yeh Embang, Kec. Mendoyo, Kab. Jembrana Prov. Bali.  Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan minat dan motivasi belajar siswa mengalami perkembangan yang baik. Perlunya perbaikan fasilitas dalam keberlanjutan pelaksanaan program kegiatan bimbingan belajar            sehingga siswa lebih nyaman dalam belajar.

The decline in the use of Indonesian as a mother tongue seems to be starting to bloom among the younger generation. There are so many young people who are actually proud when in their daily life they are fluent in foreign languages ​​and actually do not have the ability to speak Indonesian properly and correctly. In the midst of this irony, the author provides a brief analysis of the importance of speaking Indonesian in order to increase the sense of nationalism. It is hoped that this brief analysis will make the younger generation aware of the importance of having good and correct Indonesian language skills. The analysis this time uses a descriptive analysis method where the research tries to describe a phenomenon or event that occurs whose data is in the form of oral or written data presentations from people around the research object area, namely the Indonesian language itself. From this brief analysis, it is concluded that to form a nationalist generation, it can be started from small steps such as getting used to using Indonesian as a daily language and continuously honing Indonesian language skills either through writing or speaking skills.

Seluruh madrasah di Indonesia melakukan aktivitas pembelajaran secara online, tidak terkecuali di MI Mathalibul Huda Mlonggo. Selama ini pembelajaran hanya dilakukan dengan mentransfer teks, gambar, video. Sehingga kurang interaktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Augmented Reality merupakan teknologi penggabungan antara dunia virtual dengan dunia nyata. Ini menjadikan pengalaman baru yang interaktif dan dapat dimanfaatkan pada pembelajaran. AR dapat digunakan untuk memodelkan proses siklus air secara 3D. User hanya butuh menginstal aplikasi pada smartphone dan scanning QR Code yang telah ditentukan. Setelah terdeteksi QR Code yang digunakan akan menampilkan objek 3D dan informasi yang dicantumkan.Hasil dari penelitian AR ini dapat menampilkan siklus daur hidup air secara 3D dan realtime.

<p><strong>Abstract: </strong>The increase in divorce cases that occur in Indonesia from year to year has caused many victims, one of them is children. The majority of children who have a history of parental divorce can have high stress and low subjective well-being. One form of effective treatment is music therapy. This study uses an experimental quantitative approach with a pretest-posttest control group design. The subjects in this study were divided into two groups consisting of 5 subjects in the experimental group and 5 subjects in the control group. Data were obtained through two scales, namely the stress scale and the subjective well-being scale. This study used an independent sample t-test with p value = 0.028 (p &lt; 0.05) for stress and p = 0.008 (p &lt; 0.05) for subjective well-being. These results indicate that there are significant differences in the control and experimental groups. Thus, it can be concluded that music therapy is effective for reducing stress and increasing subjective well-being significantly in early adults who have a history of parental divorce.<br /><strong><em>Keywords: </em></strong><em>Adults, Broken Home, Music Therapy, Stress, Subjective Well-Being</em></p><p><strong>Abstrak: </strong>Peningkatan kasus perceraian yang terjadi di Indonesia dari tahun ke tahun menimbulkan banyak korban salah satunya anak. Mayoritas anak yang memiliki riwayat perceraian orang tua dapat memiliki stres tinggi dan <em>subjective well-being</em> yang rendah. Salah satu bentuk penanganan yang efektif ialah terapi musik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksperimen dengan desain <em>pretest-posttest control group design</em>. Subjek dalam penelitian ini terbagi menjadi dua kelompok yang terdiri dari 5 subjek kelompok eksperimen dan 5 subjek kelompok kontrol. Data diperoleh melalui dua skala yaitu skala stres dan skala <em>subjective well-being</em>. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji <em>independent sample t-test </em>dengan nilai p=0,028 (p&lt;0,05) untuk stres dan nilai p=0,008 (p&lt;0,05) untuk <em>subjective well-being</em>.<em> </em>Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada kelompok kontrol dan eksperimen. Sehingga, dapat disimpulkan, terapi musik efektif untuk menurunkan stres dan meningkatkan <em>subjective well-being</em>  secara signifikan pada dewasa awal yang memiliki riwayat perceraian orang tua.<br /><strong><em>Kata Kunci: </em></strong><em>Dewasa Awal, Perceraian, Stres, Subjective Well-Being, Terapi Musik</em></p>

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of liquidity and solvency on profitability at PT. Bank Nagari. This type of research is quantitative, where this study uses time series data (time period). The data taken in this research are 60 monthly financial report data of Pt.Bank Nagari. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation/library study. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data, while the data source is secondary data. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with the help of the Eviews 12 program. The hypothesis is tested using t-test at = 0.05. The results of this study indicate that liquidity has an effect negative and significant to profitability, while solvency has no effect on profitability. The coefficient of determination of liquidity and solvency is 29.72% while the remaining 70.28% is explained in other variables.
 

The purpose of this study is to ascertain whether the population growth rate and unemployment rate have an impact on the poverty rate in West Java. Population growth and the unemployment rate are the independent variables, followed by the poverty rate as the dependent variable. The time series data used in this study include the years 2019 through 21. Multiple regression using SPSS 25.0 is the analytical approach employed. Where the regression equation, Y = 41,491 + 9,385 X1 + 14,239 X2, is discovered. This demonstrates that the poverty rate in the province of West Java has a unidirectional relationship with both the unemployment rate and population growth. The T test results showed that there was no relationship between West Java's poverty level and the unemployment rate. Additionally, the West Javan poverty rate is unaffected by the population growth variable. The F test indicates that the independent factors collectively have an impact on the dependent variable. The poverty rate is affected by the unemployment rate and population growth to the tune of 7.7%, with other factors affecting the remaining 92.3%.

Studi ini mengulas tentang kondisi sosial, ekonomi, dan politik dari negara Belanda sebagai bagian dari G10. Studi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi dan penjelasan mengenai kondisi sosial, ekonomi, dan politik dari berbagai sisi negara Belanda. Kondisi sosial Belanda berupa lokasi geografis, populasi demografis, tingkat kemiskinan, dan tingkat pengangguran. Kondisi ekonomi berupa Gross Domestic Product, perdagangan internasional, tingkat inflasi, nilai tukar, dan tingkat upah. Kondisi politik berupa komposisi pemerintah, iklim politik, dan hubungan luar negeri. Dengan metode penelitian yang bersifat kualitatif maka dapat memberikan gambaran mengenai isi studi ini. Dari studi yang sudah dilakukan didapatkan hasil bahwa ada kondisi-kondisi yang melatarbelakangi Belanda dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor sehingga terjadi peningkatan maupun penurunan pada beberapa kondisi tersebut. Dengan penelitian ini maka implikasi yang dapat diberikan yaitu dengan informasi dan wawasan pada penelitian untuk pihak-pihak terkait dan dapat mengevaluasi kinerja masing-masing negara dengan aspek sosial, ekonomi, dan politik.

Observations that contain the intent to determine how much influence the variable understanding of SIA, compensation, competence, motivation, experience on the performance of employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia Witel Solo. The population contained in this study amounted to 70 employees with sample criteria targeting employees who use accounting information systems totaling 42 employees. The tool to analyze the data is multiple regression analysis. With the results of the partial research test where the variables of understanding accounting information systems, compensation, and work experience have no significant effect on employee performance, while competence and work motivation affect employee performance. And the results of the simultaneous test of all these variables together have a significant effect on employee performance.
