Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA) and Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri (PMDN) are important sources of financing for developing regions and can make a significant contribution to development. As a component of capital flows, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) is considered a relatively stable inflow compared to other capital flows, such as portfolio investment and foreign debt. A country's economy relies on investment to solve various problems, crises, and economic challenges. This is because investing in certain sectors of the economy can quickly change the various economic challenges facing a country. Both private and public investment bring many benefits, including job creation. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of domestic and foreign investment on economic growth. This type of research is quantitative research. The research instrument used is documentation of research instruments through books and scientific journals. Data analysis using multiple regression method. As a result, it can be seen that foreign investment has a large positive effect on economic growth. Foreign direct investment helps Indonesia achieve stable national development. But domestic investment has no effect on economic growth. The implementation of this research is the need for the government's role as a regulator to support increased domestic and international investment in order to encourage Indonesia's economic growth.

Novels usually only contain writings and rely on the imagination of the reader to describe what happened. Writers and authors must be able to describe their imagination so that the reader can be carried away in the story. For this reason, writers and authors usually use language style to make the story more lively. Tere Liye is one of the well-known Indonesian writers who has its own characteristics in the writing style of each novel. The style of language used by each writer and author of novel will be different. In this study, it will be discussed the style of language used in the novel "Hujan" by Tere Liye. The “Hujan” novels managed to enter the ranks of the Best Seller novels when it was published. It's not only the storyline that can attract readers, but the language it uses also manages to attract people to read novels. This study uses an analytical method, namely by analyzing the contents of the novel "Hujan" by Tere Liye. This study will discuss the language styles contained in the novel “Hujan” including allegory, alusio, anticlimax, antithesis, asyndeton, hyperbole, climax, metaphor, correction, paradox, personification, pleonasm, polysyndeton, repetition, rhetoric, simile, and synecdoche.

Public Health is a part of science that discusses and studies the prevention and treatment of disease in each individual. Some of the conditions found in the community include complaints of knee pain and back pain. The most common knee pain is osteoarthritis. Osteoarthritis is the most common form of arthritis, affecting millions of people worldwide. This disease occurs as a result of degenerative joints that affect many joint tissues. This problem arises when the protective cartilage at the ends of bones becomes damaged over time. Osteoarthritis usually occurs at the age of 40-60 years. This is caused by the process of degeneration occurring in old age. Apart from osteoarthritis, shoulder diseases are also found, such as spasms and trigger points in the upper trapezius muscle. One of the interventions or modalities provided by infrared physiotherapy. Infrared is one of the physiotherapy modalities in providing services to patients with the aim of causing a relaxation effect and reducing pain. Infrared is a peacock wave that can relieve pain and stiffness in joints and muscles. The process of vasodilation of blood vessels produced by infrared light can accelerate the removal of several pain-stimulating chemicals including bradykinin, serotonin, histamine, and proteolytic enzymes. As well as prostaglandins and substance P which increase the sensitivity of the endings of pain fibers, so that ultimately infrared can reduce the intensity of pain. Apart from providing physiotherapy intervention, they also provide socialization or counseling to the community according to the condition they are complaining about. Dalam pemilihan marketplace terbaik di kalangan masyarakat terdapat beberapa faktor yang menjadi penilaian. Pemilihan marketplace terbaik ini berdasarkan penilaian dari beberapa responden atau kalangan masyakarat maka yang menjadi beberapa faktor penilaian, yaitu : tampilan aplikasi, kualitas produk,  keamanan , pembayaran dan pengiriman. Tujuan yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini dapat memberikan sebuah informasi dalam menggunakan marketpalce dengan cara pemilhan marketplace terbaik dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data secara kuesioner melalui pemberian kuesioner kepada seluruh kalangan masyarakat. Data yang sudah dikumpulkan tesebut lalu dilakukan proses analisis data dengan menggunakan perbandingan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) melalui sistem pendukung seperti expert choise. Dalam hal ini yang menjadi marketplace terbaik adalah Shopee dengan  38,9% untuk penilaian AHP dan penilaian SAW dengan nilai 1 atau 100%.

Sadu.Secara simultan tingkat pendidikan dan pemahaman akuntansi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan UMKM Desa Sungai Jambat Kec.Sadu.Uji determinasi pada output model summary dari analisis regresi linier berganda tepatnya pada kolom adjusted R2 yaitu sebesar sebesar0,123.Dengandemikianmenunjukkanbahwa variabel independen mempengaruhi variable dependen sebesar 12,3% Sedangkan sisanya 87,7% lainnya dipengaruhivariabel lain yang tidak ditelitidalampenelitian ini. Therefore, in this study we want to design an instrument for measuring performance at Red&Blue cafes using the BSC. The initial stage in designing the instrument is to conduct internal and external analysis to determine the position of the business in the industry and the strategy that must be used. The SWOT approach is used in the analysis of the internal and external environment. From the SWOT analysis, it can be seen that the Red&Blue cafe is in quadrant I position. The strategy that must be applied is an offensive and defensive strategy as a complement. This strategy requires Red&Blue to improve its marketing strategy in order to bring even greater opportunities to the business. The next stage is through the formulation of strategic objectives, the objectives of which are designed; increase profits, increase customer loyalty, improve relationships with new customers, develop quality products with innovation, develop good and quality services, improve employee job satisfaction, increase employee skills, and knowledge employee knowledge. The eight strategic objectives are translated into 2 key financial performance indicator (KPI) perspectives, 3 internal business process KPIs, 4 customer KPI perspectives, and 5 KPI growth and learning perspectives, with targets for each KPI set based on discussions with Red&Blue cafe owners.

Latar Belakang: Kehamilan merupakan suatu kondisi yang akan dialami oleh setiap perempuan yang sudah menikah, namun pada masa kehamilan tidak selalu bisa dilalui dengan kondisi tubuh yang fit. Permasalahan yang biasanya muncul adalah ketidaknyamanan selama kehamilan misalnya mual muntah, sakit kepala, sering kencing, keputihan, nyeri punggung dank ram pada kaki. Tujuan: laporan tugas akhir ini ditujukan untuk member asuhan kebidanan secara komprehensif terhadap ibu hamil, bersalin, nifas, bayi baru lahir dan KB. Metode: penelitian deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Asuhan kebidanan menggunakan  Continuity of Care serta data dikumpulkan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, serta penatalaksanaan asuhan. Subyek yang digunakan yaitu Ny. H G2 P1A0 usia kehamilan 32 minggu dengan kehamilan normal keluhan sering kencing di PMB Lilis Suryawati, M.Kes. tempat penelilitian Desa Sambong Dukuh Kecamatan Jombang Kabupaten Jombang. Hasil : asuhan kebidanan terhadap Ny H G2 P1A0 dengan kehamilan normal keluhan sering kencing, asuhan persalinan dengan persalinan normal spontan belakang kepala tidak ada penyulit maupun komplikasi, asuhan nifas dengan nifas normal tanpa penyulit dan komplikasi, asuhan keluarga berencana dengan metode kontrasepsi MAL, asuhan bayi baru lahir dengan bayi baru lahir normal. Kesimpulan: Asuhan kebidanan komprehensif ini mencakup pemberian asuhan dan penatalksanaan secara mandiri dan kolaborasi, tidak ada penyulit selama pemberian asuhan pada masa kehamilan, persalinan, nifas, keluarga berencana dan bayi baru lahir.Kata Kunci: isi, format, artikel.

Background:Puskesmas in the JKN/BPJS system have a major role in health services. If the puskesmas services provided are good, then JKN participants will use health services more at the puskesmas. Puskesmas Kumun is one of the puskesmas that has a wide working area and serves 9 villages. The number of BPJS participants in puskesmas has reached 61%, but the use of national health insurance shows a less percentage. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the use of national health insurance at the Kumun Health Center.
Method: This type of research is a quantitative study using a cross sectional approach, with a sample of 100 samples. This research was conducted in the district of Kumun Debai. Sampling with accidental sampling technique. Data obtained by filling out questionnaires by respondents. Data analysis was performed using univariate and bivariate (chi-square) tests.
Result:Based on the statistical test in this study, it showed that the factors related to the utilization of the national health insurance were knowledge (p=0.019), education (p=0.000), occupation (p=0.013), income (0.011), and health facilities. And there is no relationship between attitude (p = 0.069), and trust (p = 0.054) with the use of the national health insurance.
Conclusion: There is a relationship between the variables of knowledge, education, occupation, income, and health facilities with the use of national health insurance at the Kumun Community Health Center in Sungai Penuh City.
