																		Abstrak:
This study aims to provide an overview of children's learning behavior, the factors influencing it, and how the subjects interact with tutors and peers in the teaching and learning process within the non-formal learning community Sahabat Pelangi in Manado. The research specifically compares children who are still attending school with those who have dropped out. A qualitative approach was employed using a phenomenological method. The researcher served as the main instrument to explore the children's subjective learning experiences. The research subjects consisted of two 11 y ear old children with different educational backgrounds. Data collection techniques included observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman's model, which involves data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Observations were conducted in social situations within the non-formal learning environment. The results show that children's learning behavior is influenced by motivation, environmental support, and the educational structures available to them. Children who are still in school tend to demonstrate more independent, structured, and active learning behaviors, supported by the roles of family and school. In contrast, children who have dropped out of school show a high but unstable interest in learning and rely heavily on the community as an alternative learning space. This study highlights the importance of learning communities as a form of inclusive education, particularly for children living in vulnerable social and economic conditions

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions with price as a moderating variable at Nawa Bistro Solo. Using a quantitative approach with causal-comparative design, data were collected through online questionnaires from 48 respondents selected by purposive sampling. The research instrument consisted of 20 question items with a Likert scale of 1-5 that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis used moderation regression with classical assumption tests. The results show that product quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions with a regression coefficient of 0.612 (p < 0.05). Price proved to act as a moderating variable that strengthens the relationship between product quality and purchasing decisions with an interaction coefficient of 0.284 (p < 0.05). The majority of respondents (77.1%) showed positive purchasing decisions and 66.7% gave positive assessments of product quality. These findings imply that appropriate value-based pricing strategies can optimize the impact of product quality on consumer loyalty in the culinary industry.

																		Abstrak:
The social identity of the Osing indigenous youth in Banyuwangi faces major challenges due to the influence of globalization that often affects local culture. This study aims to explore the role of traditional schools as a political identity space in shaping and reflecting the social identity of Osing youth. Using a qualitative approach and ethnographic methods, this study explores the experiences of youth in their involvement in the Pesinau traditional school. The findings show that traditional schools function not only as a place to preserve local cultural values, but also as a forum for building collective awareness, strengthening identity, and becoming a cultural protection from global domination. Identity as Osing youth is not obtained automatically, but is formed through a process of reflection, active participation, and negotiation of meaning in daily cultural activities. Traditional schools support the transformation of local values into adaptive contemporary expressions through the use of digital media, art, and education that are appropriate to the context. In this way, traditional schools play an important role as institutions in maintaining the continuity of cultural identity while creating innovative spaces for indigenous youth to face the challenges of the modern era.

Anemia is a condition where a person's body experiences a decrease or the number of red blood cells in the body is below normal limits. this can occur due to a lack of hemoglobin in the body, thereby affecting the amount of red blood cell production. in indonesia, the incidence of anemia in pregnant women is still quite common. one way to prevent anemia in pregnant women is to consume iron (fe) tablets. however, the compliance of pregnant women in consuming iron tablets is still low, which is caused by various factors such as knowledge and regularity which will later influence the formation of health behavior. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between knowledge and the regularity of pregnant women consuming iron (FE) tablets at PMB Winanti, S.Tr.Keb. This research is research that uses a cross sectional approach. this research uses a non-probability method, namely sampling with 62 respondents. data analysis used in the research includes univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using the chi-square test. The results of the study showed that the majority of respondents had sufficient knowledge, namely 45.2%, and had a balanced regularity, namely regular 50.0% and irregular 50.0%. this was proven by the chi-square statistical test showing the relationship between knowledge and regularity of pregnant women in consuming iron (fe) tablets with a result of 54.8% obtained a p value of 0.023 (p<0.05). From the results of this study, it was concluded that there was a significant relationship between knowledge and the regularity of pregnant women consuming iron tablets.

																		Abstrak:
Global brands increasingly rely on emotional branding to foster consumer loyalty, yet its effectiveness varies across cultural contexts. Many organizations continue to adopt universal emotional strategies without accounting for how cultural values shape emotional perception and brand attachment. This study explores how emotional branding drives customer loyalty through constructs such as brand love, attachment, trust, and self-congruity, and how these mechanisms are moderated by cultural dimensions including individualism–collectivism, communication context, and power distance. Findings indicate that emotional appeals resonate differently depending on local cultural norms: collectivist and high-context societies respond more positively to subtle, relational branding, while individualist and low-context cultures favor explicit, identity-centered emotional messaging. Strategic implications highlight the importance of culturally adapted storytelling, platform-specific messaging, and authenticity in emotional branding execution. Brands that align emotional content with local cultural expectations are more likely to foster sustained loyalty. Further research is encouraged to examine emotional branding in emerging markets and digital ecosystems to advance culturally responsive global marketing practices.

																		Abstrak:
This study evaluates the implementation of Behavior Based Safety (BBS) in improving occupational safety compliance at PT Wichindo Pratama, a heavy equipment manufacturing company with high work risks. The topic was chosen due to frequent violations of safety procedures, such as the improper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and neglect of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), which increase the risk of accidents. A qualitative method was used through direct observation, in-depth interviews with 12 shift workers, and field assessments of safety facilities. The findings show that although the company has an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) management system, non-compliance still occurs. Issues include incomplete PPE usage, disorganized work tools, and unsafe rest habits. Observations revealed potential hazards such as physical (noise), chemical (oil exposure), ergonomic (awkward postures), mechanical (machine use without full PPE), biological, and psychological risks (stress from shift work). BBS is seen as a strategy to connect existing OHS policies with safe work behavior by focusing on mindset and daily habits. The implementation of BBS is expected to reduce accidents and support the creation of a safer, more sustainable workplace.

																		Abstrak:
This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and price on consumer satisfaction in Grab online transportation services in Bogor City. The study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, involving 63 respondents who are active Grab users. Data were obtained through a structured questionnaire and have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis process was carried out using multiple linear regression to identify the simultaneous and partial effects between independent variables, namely service quality and price, on the dependent variable, namely consumer satisfaction. Prior to analysis, classical assumption tests were conducted including multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and normality tests to ensure the accuracy of the regression model. The results of the study indicate that service quality and price significantly affect consumer satisfaction both simultaneously and partially. This emphasizes the importance of improving service quality and determining competitive prices to maintain consumer loyalty. This study provides insights for Grab management and other online transportation sectors to optimize consumer experience-based marketing strategies. By focusing on consumer needs and improving operational aspects, companies can increase their competitiveness in an increasingly competitive market.
