The utilization of rice straw as a renewable energy resource has received growing attention in the context of regional energy security and carbon emission reduction, particularly in Central Java, Indonesia. This review explores the potential of rice straw as a feedstock for bioethanol production, emphasizing its primary lignocellulosic components—?-cellulose, hemicellulose, and lignin—and key conversion stages, including pretreatment, hydrolysis, fermentation, and purification. In addition, the performance of various technologies for converting bioethanol into electricity is critically examined. Among these, Direct Ethanol Fuel Cells (DEFCs) are identified as the most efficient, offering conversion efficiencies of 40–60% and notable environmental advantages over conventional ethanol-fueled combustion generators. The findings suggest that the integration of high-efficiency conversion technologies with the region’s abundant rice straw resources could represent a strategic pathway toward a more sustainable and low-emission regional energy system.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengharuh fitur menu rekomendasi makanan terhadap tingkat kepuasan pelanggan pada layanan Go-Food di aplikasi Go-Jek. Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong perusahaan untuk menciptakan inovasi layanan yang lebih personal dan efisien. Salah satu fitur yang berkembang dalam layanan aplikasi pesan antar makanan adalah fitur menu rekomendasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada pengguna aktif Go-Jek. Data dianalisis menggunakan Teknik regresi linier sederhana untuk menguji hubungan antara variable fitur rekomendasi makanan dan kepuasan pelanggan. Kemudahan penggunaan, relevansi pilihan makanan, serta tingkat personalisasi menjadi faktor utama yang memengaruhi pengalaman pengguna secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan strategi layanan digital yang berorientasi pada kepuasan pelanggan serta menjadi referensi dalam pengembangan fitur serupa pada platform layanan digital lainnya.

This study aims to analyze the strategic role of differentiated learning management in developing teacher competencies. Employing a literature review methodology, this study examines and synthesizes various relevant scholarly sources addressing the concept of differentiated learning management and its connection with enhancing teachers' competencies. The findings reveal that the implementation of differentiated learning management—encompassing planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating learning focused on meeting diverse student needs (through differentiation of content, process, and product based on readiness, interests, and learning profiles)—significantly challenges and sharpens teachers' pedagogical and professional competencies. This process encourages teachers to be more innovative in instructional design, effective in managing heterogeneous classrooms, and adaptive to curriculum demands. It is concluded that differentiated learning management is a crucial and effective approach for the sustainable improvement of teachers' competencies, thus fostering an inclusive and high-quality learning environment.

Quality health services are a basic right of the community and it is the responsibility of health institutions to fulfill them. Sundari General Hospital as one of the main health service providers in its area also faces challenges. This study aims to analyze the role of logistics management in improving the quality of health services at Sundari General Hospital. This study uses a qualitative approach that aims to describe the role of logistics management in improving the quality of health services at Sundari General Hospital. The study shows that the distribution of medical logistics at Sundari General Hospital uses a one-stop system with a pharmacy installation as a distribution center for centralized stock control and coordination between units. A flexible logistics management system is implemented with the FIFO and FEFO methods for stock rotation, supported by standard warehouse facilities, thus maintaining the quality and availability of drugs and medical devices for optimal service. Based on the results of the study, logistics management at Sundari General Hospital has been shown to play an important role in improving the quality of health services.

The analysis intends to evaluate the impact of company values also workload on staff performance at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Depok Margonda 2. Utilizing a quantitative statistical method, data collection involves observations and surveys provided to 33 employees. Using SPSS version 27, data assessment included aNOVA, correlation analysis, chi-square test, and R-squared value. Outcomes from the t-test reveal workplace culture (X1) adversely affects employee output (Y), yielding a t-value of -5.266, greater t-table 1.697 a significance value of 0.000. In conclusion, workload (X2) contributes positively and considerably to performance, reflected by a t-value of 5.765 > t-table 1.697 also a significance of 0.000. The F-test confirms that both variables jointly affect performance significantly (F-value 16.700 > F-table 3.316). The coefficient of determination (R²) measures 52.7%, revealing that work culture and workload together affect performance, with the remaining 47.3% influenced by different variables.

Economic distribution is one of the important topics in Islamic economics because it is related to the equality and welfare of the community. This article discusses distribution instruments from the point of view of capitalist and Islamic economics. Capitalism popularized by Adam Smith emphasized individual freedom in asset ownership, but it often led to inequality and poverty. In contrast, Islamic economics emphasizes justice and the equitable distribution of wealth according to religious principles. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a literature review. This research reaches the conclusion that an Islamic economic system should be established, which emphasizes the value of justice in property as well as human freedoms and actions in accordance with religious teachings.

The mentoring program for Posbindu Dahlia Indah Petuakan Selatan MSMEs aimed to enhance business competitiveness through digital marketing strategies and human resource management strengthening. The challenges faced by this MSME included suboptimal use of digital platforms, unattractive packaging, and ineffective human resource management. The community engagement activity was conducted over three months using a participatory approach involving direct training, consultations, and periodic evaluations. The results showed significant improvements in the activation and optimization of e-commerce accounts, packaging quality enhancement, and a more structured division of tasks. Increased HR competencies contributed to higher production capacity and operational efficiency. This activity concluded that the synergy between digital marketing and HR management strengthening successfully improved product visibility and the competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital marketplace.

This study explores the optimization of non-normal assignments utilizing the Hungarian method for both maximization and minimization. The Hungarian algorithm is a combinatorial optimization technique that efficiently solves assignment problems, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. By applying this method to non-normal assignment scenarios, we aim to demonstrate its effectiveness in enhancing productivity and reducing costs in various industries. The findings indicate that the Hungarian method can significantly improve decision-making processes in complex assignment frameworks, leading to more efficient operations.

This paper discusses the methodologies for balanced transportation problems and their solutions, focusing on efficient and cost-effective distribution of goods from multiple sources to various destinations. The study highlights the importance of maintaining supply and demand balance and explores systematic approaches such as initial solution methods—North-West Corner, Least Cost, and Vogel Approximation Method—and the optimal solution technique, Stepping Stone. An illustrative case involving a company with multiple factories and markets demonstrates the application of these methods, resulting in minimized transportation costs. Additionally, the process of fertilizer allocation and cost analysis is examined, emphasizing the use of the Stepping Stone method to achieve cost minimization. The findings underscore the effectiveness of combining initial heuristics with iterative optimization to attain optimal transportation solutions, thereby enhancing logistical efficiency and reducing operational expenses.

Sitiung is a nagari in West Sumatra. It is located in Sitiung District, Dharmasraya Regency, West Sumatra Province. This Nagari has an area of about 32.27 km2 and is about 18 km from Punjung Island, the capital of the regency. It is also the administrative center of Sitiung Sub-district. Mapping was conducted in the area to determine the administrative boundaries between jorong and the topography of the nagari. A map is simply defined as a representation of an area in which symbols indicate information about the area. Due to the fact that maps indirectly serve as a communication tool between the creator and the person reading it, the captions relating to the contents of the map are very important. The more detailed and complete the information contained in the map, the better and higher quality it is. In addition, it is easier for readers and users to use it. Data collection in the field can be done in various ways. Administrative and Topographic maps will be produced from the measurements taken.
