The motives for motorbike robbery behavior in Bekasi have become a significant concern in recent years. The research results show that economic, social and cultural factors have an important role in influencing motorbike theft. This research shows that motorbike theft in Bekasi occurs more often in areas with high levels of poverty and low levels of education. The method in this research uses the literature study method. Apart from that, research also reveals that motorbike theft in Bekasi is mostly carried out by individuals who have criminal records and are involved in criminal organizations. Based on the research results, the government and society should make efforts to increase public awareness of the importance of protecting motorbikes and improving people's quality of life. to reduce motorbike theft in Bekasi

Purpose: This research scrutinizes the impact of NEW SAKPOLE on increasing Original Local Government Revenue (PAD) post-pandemic in Central Java Province BAPENDA.
Methods: This research employed qualitative methods with a descriptive research approach. The types and sources of data used were primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques were conducted by looking for references from various sources, such as reports, previous research journal articles, and news sources related to research. Since the data analysis techniques utilized in NEW SAKPOLE application research must be appropriate to the data collection type, qualitative analysis was performed to analyze data collected from interviews, observations, and FGDs.
Result: The research results uncovered that NEW SAKPOLE is a public service innovation by the Central Java Government that encourages people to be obedient and disciplined when paying motor vehicle taxes. Implementing this application service is highly effective, as it can save people's time and energy and does not cause crowds, especially during and after the pandemic. Other governments can imitate this innovation to increase revenue from the tax sector, especially the motor vehicle tax sector, which potentially increases Original Local Government Revenue in Central Java Province.
Novelty: This research enriches literature by discovering the impact of implementing NEW SAKPOLE on increasing Original Local Government Revenue. This research provides new insights and sound examples for related parties regarding implementing the E-SAMSAT application in facilitating Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) payments by considering post-COVID-19 as the current condition when this research was conducted. This study also completes a sector-by-sector analysis that has yet to be carried out in previous studies regarding the implementation of NEW SAKPOLE.

This study discusses the social role of the ummah in building solidarity based on the interpretation of Surah At-Tawbah verse 71. The study method used is to use literature review. This study outlines the concept of solidarity in Islam and how Muslims can play an important role in strengthening solidarity in society. By analyzing the interpretation of verse 71 of Surah At-Tawbah, this article highlights the importance of cooperation, help, and social care in creating strong solidarity among Muslims.

This study aims to examine the influence of Local Leadership Role and Community Participation on Community Economic Improvement either directly or indirectly through Asset Based Community Development in Penglipuran Tourism Village Bali. The quantitative research method was used with 100 residents as a sample selected by purposive sampling. Data analysis using SMART PLS. Based on the results of the study, Local Leadership and Community Participation have a positive and significant effect on Asset Based Community Development in Penglipuran Tourism Village Bali. From the results of the mediation test, it was also found that Local Leadership cannot directly affect Community Economic Improvement but must be through community empowerment programs, namely Asset Based Community Development.  While Community Participation can directly affect Community Economic Improvement and also have an indirect effect through Asset Based Community Development.

The learning process greatly influences students' success in achieving learning goals, one of which is increasing students' critical thinking . Critical thinking at this time is one of the skills that really needs to be improved in 21st century education. This research aims to provide an overview of the influence of the RADEC learning model on students' critical thinking in elementary school science learning. This type of research is quantitative in the form of a quasi experimental design . The design applied is The Non equivalent Control Group Design . The technique used for sampling is cluster random sampling . The data analysis technique used is using a prerequisite test in the form of a normality test, then a homogeneity test and hypothesis testing using the t test. The average on the pretest in the experimental class was 44.05263 , after applying the RADEC learning model the post-test was 82.47. The control class obtained an average of 44.15 in the pretest and 69.5 in the post-test after learning using the conventional approach. After carrying out the t-test, it was obtained that t = 3.68 and t table was 1.68709 with a significance level of 0.05. Thus, t = 3.68 > t table = 1.68709, it can be concluded that the influence of the RADEC model was found on students' critical thinking in elementary school science and science learning.

The life of the people of Jember, which has long been inseparable from tobacco farming activities, sparked the birth of the idea of building a tobacco museum. This tobacco museum can be said to be a representation of how tobacco developed in the city of Jember. Several aspects contained in it also support the representation process. Starting from the beginning of the construction of the museum which was inspired by the habits of the people of Jember city, namely tobacco farming, the names of several agricultural tools were born from the language of the local community, even to the concept of the building which was interpreted as having similarities with one of the tools for tobacco production, namely the Atag warehouse. This research uses a representation theory perspective proposed by Stuart Hall. According to Hall, there are three approaches to the representation process consisting of reflective, intentional and constructionist approaches. The aim of this research is to find out how the representation process occurs in the tobacco museum. This type of research is qualitative research with an ethnographic approach. The results of the research show that there has been representation in the tobacco museum where the process involves various aspects contained in the museum itself.
 
 

Can Macanan Kaddhuk is a traditional art typical of the Jember region, East Java. The creation of this art has become the sole meaning of Jember culture, which has its own story and has gained public legitimacy for this local culture. Events exist from the founder's subjective composition which continues to be passed down to legitimize society. This art also characterizes itself as an acculturation of several cultures around its region. So, it is very interesting that the presence of its founder at the beginning of the emergence of social culture made the beliefs dominant among each group. Moreover, the development of this culture has a very unique style, representing every art activist's interpretation. The expression of symbolic meaning and aesthetic value in the art of Can Macanan Kaddhuk requires encouragement in the post-modern world in terms of art, so the research uses a qualitative approach with appropriate methods. The results of this research show that it is not only focused on its function, namely as entertainment, but is intended as a medium for conveying the moral and spiritual messages contained therein.

The phenomenon of student brawls at SMK 10 November Tambun Selatan is a serious problem that has a negative impact on physical, emotional, social, and material. This study aims to analyze the factors that cause and solve juvenile delinquency, especially brawls. Using descriptive qualitative method with purposive sampling technique, data were collected through interviews and observations of counseling guidance teachers and students involved. Data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model. The results showed three main factors causing brawls: psychological factors (self-esteem and motivation), social factors (group pressure), and subcultural factors (peer group influence). Handling includes identification and evaluation, communication, coaching, education, and punishment. These measures, which involve cooperation between the school, parents and students, are expected to reduce cases of brawls and restore order in the school and community.

The role of education and assistance to taxpayers in the context of Lontos Village. Through a scientific approach, this research highlights the importance of education and assistance as an effort to increase taxpayers' understanding and awareness of tax obligations. The implementation of this service aims to provide education and assistance as well as provide understanding and awareness to the public as taxpayers regarding the importance of paying taxes in Lontos Village, East Luwuk District. The methods used in implementing the service are direct observation, interviews, and carrying out service activities related to tax education in Lontos Village. The results of the service implementation are that structured and targeted education and assistance can make a positive contribution in increasing taxpayer compliance and strengthening the relationship between taxpayers and the village government as the authority in tax collection. The implication of these findings is the need to increase education and mentoring programs on an ongoing basis to support tax awareness and strengthen the tax system at the local level. The service carried out provides valuable insight for related parties in designing effective strategies to support tax compliance in Lontos Village, East Luwuk District, Banggai Regency and may also be applied in a broader taxation context.

Utilization of Artificial Intelligence-Based Paraphrasing Improves Efficiency of Student Assignment Completion in Surabaya. In this era of over-evolving technology, artificial intelligence technology (AI) has made significant contributions in various fields, including education. One potential implemantation of artificial intelligence technology is an automated AI-based online paraphrasing tool in education 4.0 era. This research aims to examine the effectiveness of using AI-based online paraphrasing in improving the efficiency of student assigntment completion in Surabaya. The research metodolgy involved a survey with student from various universities in Surabaya with a descriptive approach technique. The results show that the use of AI-based online paraphrasing tools can significantlu reduce the time needed to complete assignments without reducing the quality of the content. This tools helps students to understand the material, develop writing skills, and avoid plagiarism. This research result is expected to encourage the use of digital technology in the learning process, which is expected to improve academic productivity. Thus, AI-based online paraphrasing tools can be part of a more modern and effective learning strategy.
