This article reviews Islamic Education Management influencing the Education System, Education Management and Education Personnel. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis for further development. The results of this literature review article are: First, educational personnel influence Islamic education management, second, educational management influences Islamic education management, and third, the education system influences Islamic education management.

The basic materials sector company is one of the sectors that is expected to have bright prospects in the future and is one of the sectors that has a sizable role in contributing raw materials. If we look at the stock prices of several basic materials companies, they have experienced erratic increases and decreases. The high and low stock prices are influenced by how the company's financial performance is. The data used in this research is secondary data, namely in the form of annual reports of companies in the basic materials sector for 2017-2021. This research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The statistical method used is simple regression analysis, panel data regression method, F test, t test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The results showed that environmental costs had a partial positive and significant effect on the financial performance of basic materials sector companies listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index. Environmental performance had a partial positive and significant effect on financial performance in basic materials sector companies listed on the Sharia Stock Index. Indonesia. Then environmental costs and environmental performance have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on financial performance in basic materials sector companies listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index.

This research aims to test whether system quality and service quality influence user satisfaction and have a net beneficial impact on mobile banking application users. The type of research in this research is quantitative. The results of this research show that there is a significant influence on system quality on user satisfaction, there is a significant influence on service quality on user satisfaction, there is a significant influence on system quality on net benefits, there is no significant influence on service quality on net benefits, there is no significant influence on user satisfaction on net benefits, user satisfaction is unable to mediate system quality on net benefits is not significant, and user satisfaction is not able to mediate service quality on net benefits is not significant.

This research aims to determine the effect of foreign ownership tax and profitability on the implementation of transfer pricing. This research uses a quantitative approach with secondary data in the form of data obtained from mining sector companies registered on the sharia securities list for the period (2017-2022). The sampling method uses purposive sampling with a sample consisting of 7 companies. This research uses data analysis methods, namely multiple linear regression and panel data processed with the SPSS application. The results of this research show that the tax and profitability variables do not have a significant effect on the application of transfer pricing, while foreign ownership has a positive and significant effect on the application of transfer pricing.

Data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) shows that vocational school graduates occupy the highest position in the unemployment rate. The problem found in several vocational schools in Temanggung is the lack of work readiness seen from career adaptability which is the individual's readiness to face predictable tasks and be able to participate in work roles and be able to adapt to unexpected situations that arise due to changes in conditions. work (Savickas, 2005). Therefore, To increase work readiness in vocational school students, a work readiness training program is needed to increase career adaptability in vocational school students in Temanggung Regency. The aim of this research is to determine the increase in the implementation of vocational school student employment readiness training programs. The method used is quantitative experimentation with a one group pretest-posttest design. The side technique used was a saturated sampling technique with 10 vocational school students as participants. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon Signed Rank test. The research results showed that the implementation of the work readiness training program was able to increase career adaptability in vocational school students (Z = -2.859 and sig = 0.004).

Data Data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS menunjukkan bahwa lulusan SMK menduduki posisi tertinggi pada tingkat penganggurannya. Permasalahan yang ditemukan pada beberapa SMK di temanggung yakni kurangnya kesiapan kerja dilihat dari adaptabilitas karir yang merupakan kesiapan individu dalam menghadapi tugas-tugas yang dapat diprediksi dan dapat berpartisipasi dalam peran kerja serta dapat menyesuaikan diri dalam situasi yang tidak terduga yang muncul karena adanya perubahan dalam kondisi kerja (Savickas, 2005). Maka dari itu, untuk meningkatkan kesiapan kerja pada siswa SMK, diperlukan adanya program pelatihan kesiapan kerja untuk meningkatkan adaptabilitas karir (career adaptability) pada siswa SMK di Kabupaten Temanggung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peningkatan dari penerapan program pelatihan kesiapan kerjai siswa SMK. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif eksperimen dengan one group pretest-posttest design. Teknik sampling yang digunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan partisipan sebanyak 10 siswa SMK. Analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan program pelatihan kesiapan kerja mampu meningkatkan career adaptability pada siswa SMK (Z = -2.859 dan sig = 0,004).




 

Orphans often face obstacles in obtaining proper education. This program provides support through scholarships and participation in Qur'anic and Mathematics Olympiad competitions. Through this program, orphans can access quality education, increase their confidence, and develop their potential. The community service method was conducted through observation and documentation. The results show an increase in academic achievement and moral character development of the orphans. In conclusion, this program plays an important role in supporting orphans in achieving their right to education and developing their potential through educational competitions. Income tax (PPh) is a tax imposed on the income of individuals, companies or other legal entities on income received or earned during the tax year.
 

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the main sectors supporting the Indonesian economy. Kedung Sumur Village and Bluru Permai Village are one of the small areas that have several unique Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). In its development, these MSMEs experience obstacles such as a lack of understanding of the importance of NIB ownership as a form of Business Law for business actors in the food category. The research methods used in this study include quantitative and qualitative data collection through surveys, interviews, and documentation studies. The research sample will consist of fadhil cake MSMEs and Firmala wet cake MSMEs. For all business owners, the Business Identification Number (NIB) is an important component in the legitimization of their company.

Iron deficiency anemia is the biggest health problem in the world, especially for young women. The prevalence of anemia in adolescents is 27% in developing countries and 6% in developed countries. In Indonesia, the prevalence of anemia is quite high, namely 21.7% with a proportion of 22.8% in rural areas and 20.6% in urban areas and 23.9% in women and 18.4% in men. This study aimed to determine the difference in the effectiveness of mung bean drink and red guava juice on increasing Hb level. This research applied a Quasy-Experimental research design. The research sample consisted of 90 female students who were divided into 2 groups. Before giving the intervention, a pre-test was carried out by measuring the Hb level, and then the samples were given treatment for 7 days and Post-test on the last day. The results showed that mung bean drink affected hemoglobin increase with a value of p = 0.000 and guava juice also affected hemoglobin increase with a value of p = 0.004. There was a difference in giving mung bean drink with red guava juice on the increase in Hb levels with a value of p = 0.045. It is expected that the results of this study could provide additional information regarding the difference in the effectiveness of giving mung bean drink and guava juice on increasing Hb levels and providing input for clinicians to manage anemia, especially in adolescent girls.

Drug prevention socialization activities and drug abuse punishment at SMPN 3 Pegandon aim to increase students awareness of the dangers of narcotics and the legal consequences arising from drug use. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of these socialization activities in achieving these goals. The research method used was structured interviews with students and teaching staff at SMPN 3 Pegandon. The results of the study showed that socialization activities were able to increase students' understanding of the dangers of narcotics and awareness of punishment. However, there are challenges in implementing anticipatory behavior against daily drug abuse. The implications of this study highlight the need for improvements in the implementation strategy of more inclusive and sustainable drug prevention socialization in the school environment.
