																		Abstrak:
Human rights are a fundamental problem in every country, especially in developing countries like Indonesia. As a democratic country, Indonesia must pay attention to this. Human rights must be taught in schools to every student. This research aims to find out whether citizenship education can be used as a tool to prevent human rights violations and how it affects the evaluation of education programs in Indonesia. By using this method, it is hoped that everyone will know their rights and obligations well. Citizenship education can be an important means to achieve this goal, because citizenship education is one of the learning tools that talks about human rights and is studied in all schools. The method used in this research is literature review, the literature review aims to make an analysis and synthesis of existing knowledge related to the topic to be researched. The research results show that the quality of education services is still low due to inadequate support for facilities and teaching staff throughout Indonesia, especially in remote areas. This results in the number of students dropping out of school remaining high, so that many Indonesian students are unable to continue their education to a higher level.

																		Abstrak:
This study examines microeconomic activities in the form of part-time plywood manufacturing in Jerukgiling Village, Kendal Regency, which has been running for two years and involves ten workers. Plywood production is carried out by housewives as an additional job after completing household chores and activities in the rice fields. With a price of Rp1,200 per sheet, plywood production provides additional income for families in the village. The raw materials for making plywood come from sengon and jagon wood, provided by Mr. Gunawan, a boss from Brayu Hamlet, Kertosari Village, Singorojo Subdistrict, Kendal District. The production process is carried out in a special place that is now available, unlike before when it was done in each house. Plywood is collected every day with a production quantity of 200-300 pieces, although payment is made at a later date. The study also found that working hours are flexible, with production activities extending into the evening. The health center routinely checks the health of the workers every month to ensure that their health conditions are maintained. The analysis concludes that this plywood-making business not only provides economic benefits, but also provides flexibility for housewives in carrying out their dual roles. The main resource person for this research was Mrs. Karomah, one of the workers, who provided a detailed description of the dynamics and challenges faced in running a plywood-making business while taking care of their children

																		Abstrak:
The high pedestrian activity and traffic flow in the education area on Jalan Raya Abepura-Sentani Jayapura City led to the provision of Pedestrian Bridges (JPO) in two locations, namely in front of the Cenderawasih University Auditorium (JPO-1) and in front of SMP YPPK Santu Paulus (JPO-2). This research was conducted to determine the suitability of the physical geometric standards of the pedestrian bridge and its level of effectiveness, as well as factors that affect pedestrian satisfaction in using the two Pedestrian Bridge (JPO) facilities. Geometric analysis was carried out using the standard of Pedestrian Bridge Planning Procedures for Urban Pedestrians (1995) and Technical Planning of Pedestrian Facilities (2023), calculation of the level of effectiveness using the volume of crossings, and analysis of service satisfaction using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The results found that the condition of JPO-2 is better and meets the standards because it uses a slope that can be used by people with disabilities, while the slope on the steps of JPO-1 is too steep (40°) and narrow with a width of 1.4 meters, so the effectiveness level of JPO-2 is higher (67%) than JPO-1 (52%). Factors affecting user satisfaction are aspects of comfort, safety, and security.  The main obstacles in using the pedestrian bridge are dirty conditions, no lighting, the presence of people under the influence of alcohol or extortionists, and damage to the Pedestrian Bridge (JPO) facilities.

																		Abstrak:
An increasing number of teenagers are engaging in uncleanliness and unhealthy behavior which is a significant cause for concern. These behaviors range from mild to severe. Clean and healthy living practice are far from the habits of teenagers. The aim of this study was to analyze the Health Belief Model in addressing the unhealthy behavior of adolescents in the Malang Region. The cross-sectional design used with a sample size of 148 individuals, selected through accidental sampling. Instruments included open and closed questionnaires as well as observational sheets, with data collection techniques comprising interviews and observations. Data analysis used univariate, bivariate and multivariate tests. The results indicated that three variables had a significant relationship with clean and healthy living behaviors: perceived barriers (p=0.000), perceived susceptibility (p=0.000) and perceived self-efficacy (p=0.009). The majority of respondents (63.5%) exhibited good clean and healthy living behaviors. The most dominant variable influencing a clean and healthy living was perceived barriers with OR=17.15. It is recommended that future researchers investigate the effectiveness of clean and healthy living behaviors education, also the dangers of smoking and sexual behavior in adolescents.

																		Abstrak:
Housewives are particularly vulnerable to stress when dealing with household problems, especially when they lack adequate mental and physical preparation. Brain gym or brain exercise known for its effectiveness in reducing stress among housewives, consists of simple movements designed to stimulate, relieve, and relax the brain. This activity can help activate the brain and clear the minds of housewives. This study utilized a quasi-experimental design. The population consisted of 30 housewives living in the RT 6 RW 1 Kedung Kandang Buring area. Data were collected using the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10) questionnaire and analyzed with a paired sample t-test. The results showed a significant p-value of 0.000 (α 0.05), indicating that brain gym has a significant effect on reducing stress among housewives. There was a notable decrease in stress levels before and after performing brain gym. It is recommended that housewives regularly engage in brain exercise to maintain and improve their mental health condition.
