Abstrak:
Traditional medicine has been believed for generations to be effective in treating various diseases and is recognized for its safety. One reason people opt for herbal medicine is its affordability compared to chemical drugs. Additionally, herbal medicine is required to be free of medicinal chemicals (BKO). However, a public warning issued between 2020 and 2025 indicated that some herbal preparations still contained substances like sildenafil citrate and caffeine. The aim of this research is to establish a validated analytical method to detect the presence of sildenafil citrate and caffeine in stamina-enhancing herbal medicines using Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) with densitometry. This method was selected due to its cost-effectiveness and its ability to separate two compounds. In this study, category II validation was conducted to identify impurities in the preparations, focusing on test parameters such as selectivity and Limit of Detection (LOD). The selected mobile phase for this study was a mixture of chloroform and ethanol (9.5:0.5 v/v). The TLC plate was analyzed with a densitometer at a wavelength of 254 nm. The Rf value for sildenafil citrate was found to be 0.32, while the Rf value for caffeine was 0.52, resulting in a separation (Rs) value of 2. The LOD for sildenafil citrate was determined to be 8.5418 ?l/ml (equivalent to 0.0854 mg in a 600 mg sample), whereas the LOD for caffeine was 4.7987 ?l/ml (or 0.0959 mg in a 600 mg sample).

The high rate of employee turnover in the café business, along with café Sapa Seduh's record-high turnover of 40% in the past year, prompted the research. The study used a quantitative methodology with an explanatory focus. With complete sampling as the method of selection, the population comprised all eighteen permanent employees. A validated and reliable Likert-scale questionnaire was used to gather data. Multiple linear regression in SPSS version 26 was used to analyse the data. The findings indicated that there was a significant partial effect of the workload variable on turnover intention (significance value 0.000 < 0.05), but no significant partial effect of the compensation variable (significance value 0.481 > 0.05). Nevertheless, the combination of workload and compensation had a notable impact on turnover intention (significance value 0.000 < 0.05), as determined by an Adjusted R Square value of 0.851. These results show that employees' intention to leave is most affected by workload. Consequently, in order to lower turnover rates, management should prioritise the equitable management of staff workloads.

Abstrak:
Stunting remains one of the major public health issues at the national level in Indonesia. As an archipelagic country, Indonesia faces unique challenges in tackling stunting, particularly in regions with limited access to healthcare services. Advances in information technology offer new opportunities to support stunting prevention efforts, including through the utilization of health data. Such data can be used to detect stunting risks early and to monitor children's nutritional status more effectively. The use of health data applications or systems by Posyandu cadres is influenced by various factors, including availability of time, cost, level of trust, and perceptions of ease of use and usefulness. This study aims to identify the determinants of health data utilization by Posyandu cadres for toddlers as a stunting prevention effort in Geneng Subdistrict, Ngawi Regency. This research is an analytical quantitative study with a cross-sectional approach. A sample of 80 Posyandu cadres for toddlers in Geneng Subdistrict was selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using univariate, bivariate, and multivariate logistic regression tests to identify the factors influencing the use of health data in stunting prevention. The results show that the significant determinants include the age of the Posyandu cadre, their education level, and the amount of time they dedicate to Posyandu activities. The determinants of age, education level, and time significantly influence the utilization of health data and thereby affect the optimization of stunting prevention. Strengthening cadre capacity in these aspects is necessary to support more effective stunting prevention.

This study aims to analyze the effect of rebranding on consumer loyalty, with brand image as a mediating variable—a case study on Twitter’s rebranding to X. A quantitative approach was employed, using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 134 respondents. The collected data were analyzed using SmartPLS 4 software. The results indicate that rebranding does not have a direct effect on consumer loyalty. However, rebranding has a significant effect on brand image, and brand image, in turn, has a significant effect on consumer loyalty. The results of the indirect effect test, conducted using the bootstrapping method, also show that brand image significantly mediates the relationship between rebranding and consumer loyalty. Based on these findings, companies planning to implement a rebranding strategy are advised to focus on developing a positive, strong, and relevant brand image.

Musyarakah financing is a strategic tool to empower Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) through justice, collaboration, and profit-sharing based on Islamic principles. This study explores the implementation of musyarakah contracts in MSEs, identifies existing challenges, and proposes optimization strategies. Through a literature review, the study reveals that while musyarakah provides fair, interest-free financing, its application is limited by low Islamic financial literacy, weak oversight, and limited technological and managerial capabilities among MSE actors. Despite these issues, musyarakah plays a vital role in expanding access to capital, improving business practices, and strengthening MSEs' position in the national economy. Optimization can be achieved through enhanced education, stronger and sustainable partnerships, simplified regulations, and digital integration. With these improvements, musyarakah has strong potential to serve as an inclusive, sustainable instrument aligned with Islamic economic values, contributing significantly to the growth and resilience of the MSE sector. Keywords : Islamic Finance, Micro and Small Enterprises, Musyarakah.

Abstrak:
In the densely populated Simpang Tanjung urban village, waste management is an important challenge in creating a clean and healthy environment. And for that, the effort made by the local government is to collect waste retribution as a source of local revenue (PAD) to be used to support cleaning operational costs. This study aims to improve cleaning services and evaluate community participation and to de-termine the effectiveness of waste retribution management. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach by collecting data through direct interviews with cleaning officers, village officials and the community. This research shows that community participation in paying retribution is good and the collected funds are managed accountably. The management of waste retribution in Simpang Tanjung urban village runs quite well and effectively. However, there are several obstacles both internally and externally such as the lack of cleaning staff, limited waste transportation infrastructure and low public awareness about disposing of waste in the provided place. Therefore, it is important for the government to increase education about disposing of waste in its place and educate waste management in order to create a healthy and clean environment.

As one of the cardiovascular diseases, heart failure is a condition in which the heart loses its ability to pump blood adequately to deliver oxygen throughout the body's tissues. According to a WHO survey in 2016, non-communicable diseases such as cardiovascular problems accounted for 38 million out of 56 million total global deaths. Of these, 17.5 million deaths were specifically caused by circulatory system disorders. In Indonesia, heart failure ranks as a leading cause of mortality. Based on the 2018 Basic Health Research (Riskesdas) data, the prevalence rate of heart disease in the country reached 1.5%. Hypertension has been identified as one of the main risk factors that can trigger heart failure. This study aims to analyze the correlation between the profiles of heart failure patients and the effectiveness of combination antihypertensive therapies involving Beta Blocker–ACEI, Beta Blocker–ARB, and Beta Blocker–Diuretic in patients hospitalized at Dr. Loekmono Hadi Regional Hospital, Kudus. The study employed an observational analytic method with a cross-sectional approach using patient medical records. The data were collected from Dr. Loekmono Hadi Regional Hospital, Kudus. The sample population included heart failure patients who received combination antihypertensive therapy (Beta Blocker–ACEI, Beta Blocker–ARB, or Beta Blocker–Diuretic) during their inpatient care in 2024. The sampling technique used was total sampling, with 77 patients meeting the established inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data analysis was performed using univariate and bivariate methods supported by the Chi-Square test. The most commonly used combination therapy was Beta Blocker + Diuretic, administered to 36 patients (46.8%). The average blood pressure of heart failure patients before therapy was 143.81/83.05 mmHg, and after therapy, it was 126.10/76.23 mmHg. Most patients (69 patients or 89.6%) achieved normal blood pressure levels (<140/90 mmHg) post-therapy. Chi-Square analysis indicated a significant correlation between age (p=0.04) and therapy effectiveness. In contrast, no significant association was found between gender (p=1.000) or the type of combination therapy used (p=0.895) and therapeutic outcomes.
