Electric current inserted to the soil media to stimulate plant growth is called electric fertilizer (EF). There are two types of plant fertilization methods, physical & chemical fertilization (synthetic chemistry and organic chemistry). EF is an alternative physical fertilizer that can be used for enhance plant growth beside chemical and biological fertilizer. Using EF can decrease inorganic or agrochemical input which often lead to soil degradation and high production cost in the implementation.
This research aims to design EF apparatus to exerting DC electric current and voltage to the soil using electrode plate as a probe to stimulate sweet corn (Zea mays L.) growth and to design an automatic irrigation system using soil moisture sensor. This research also examines the effect of electric input on sweet corn growth. 
The application of EF with 12V DC (in variable C) which observed for five days show the highest measurements results, but the control variable (A) had a more stable increase in plant height. This research show that EF can stimulate sweet corn growth when it set under appropriate time and electric voltage condition. Variables C and A had the similar weigh, with a difference of 0,02 gram.

Keuntungan memiliki sistem informasi penjualan suku cadang sepeda motor di NOPNOPPART antara lain memudahkan promosi produk, membuat saluran distribusi baru, memberikan penghematan yang signifikan dalam hal biaya pengiriman informasi yang dapat meningkatkan penjualan dengan cepat dan dapat meningkatkan pelayanan kepada pelanggan NOPNOPART.

At this time the learning process is still partially carried out online (in the network) considering the positive cases of Covid-19 that still exist in the Semarang City area. The implementation of online learning is not without problems, even in several countries, especially Indonesia, it is reported that countries that adopt online learning on average are actually much smaller than expected. The implementation of online learning makes students less understanding of the learning materials provided and students' low interest in learning during the pandemic. This study aims to create a learning application for grade VI elementary school students that contains learning materials, practice questions that are randomized using LCM and facilitate the results of the assessment of the questions. From the results of LCM randomization, each student did not get the same or twin questions. From the test of 3 students, it was found that the questions that appeared in the same order were question number 6, while the questions that appeared in a different order were questions number 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10

The Butler movie explored discrimination between white and black people that created social grade which lead to the conflict. This became a very interesting one to explore. The purpose of this study was to find more about the racism in such movie. The researcher used a qualitative descriptive method, and the research material was a dialogue from the movie "The Butler". The analyse was done by using the theory of racism, "three types of racism”, Michel Wieviorka (1995). The dialogue of the movie accompanied by picture as the sample of the data in analysis done by contextually and theoritically. The result of the study showed attitudes racism was the most prevalent, which means there are discriminations occured to black people in The Butler movie. Attitudes is a pattern of thinking or feeling about something or someone, generally represented in a person's behavior. While prejudice and opinions racism are the most rarely occured in such movie. Prejudice rarely occured in the social life because black people can not express their feeling and they struggle welfare, which was hard to achieve in the movie. Opinions rarely occured in the movie because white people grade was higher than black people in such movie.

Artikel ini akan membahas tentang putusan pengadilan yang menjatuhkan pidana dibawah minimum khusus pada tindak pidana persetubuhan terhadap anak yang diputus oleh Pengadilan Negeri Magelang di Mungkid dengan Nomor 235/Pid.Sus/2018/PN.Mkd. Anak mempunyai peran penting dalam perkembangan pembangunan bangsa dan negara sehingga negara bertanggungjawab memberikan perlindungan terhadap anak. Permasalahan pada putusan ini adalah hakim dinilai tidak melaksanakan perlindungan bagi anak sebagaimana tujuan pembatasan ancaman pidana minimum khusus yang telah ditentukan di dalam UU Nomor 17 Tahun 2016 tentang Perlindungan Anak.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transaksional dan pengembangan karier terhadap kinerja pegawai di Ditreskrimsus Polda Jawa Tengah. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang bekerja sebanyak 70 responden, dengan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah proportionate stratified random sampling. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer, dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis linier menyatakan bahwa kepemimpinan transaksional dan pengembangan karier berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai koefisien determinasi dan pengembangan karier dapat menjelaskan variasi variabel kinerja pegawai sebesar 58,3%. Hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji statistik t diperoleh bahwa kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan pengembangan karier berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

This research was aimed to investigate the effect of profitability, capital structure, firm size, and dividend policy on firm value. Measurement of firm value in this research used price to book value (PBV). This research used manufacturing companies of food and beverages industry listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange for periode 2016-2020. The sample selection method used purposive sampling technique and obtained 44 samples. The data analysis used multiple linear regression test with SPSS 25 were used to analyze data. The result of analysis showed that capital structure, firm size and dividend policy has no effect on firm value. On the other side, profitability has significant positive effect on firm value.
