The problem in this study is the lack of communication between superiors and employees. There are still employees who are not disciplined in company regulations, the physical work environment at CV. Asia Mega Mas is inadequate and employee performance appraisal data has decreased from 2021-2023. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of communication, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at CV. Asia Mega Mas. The type of research is quantitative. The population in this study is employees of CV. Asia Mega Mas totaling 48 samples while the sampling technique uses the saturated sampling method. The sources in this study come from primary data and secondary data. The data collection method uses observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Data processing is assisted by the SPSS version 25 tool. The results of the (t) test or partial test show that the communication variable (0.001) is greater than the alpha 5% (0.05) or t count = 3.561> t table 2.015. The work discipline variable (0.000) is greater than the alpha 5% (0.05) or t count = 4.168> t table 2.015. And the environmental variable (0.009) is greater than the alpha 5% (0.05) or t count = (-2.728)> t table 2.015. Then simultaneously the (F) test significant value F is smaller than 5% or 0.05 or the f count value = 36.243> F table 2.82. The results of the determination coefficient (R2) The adjusted R Square value is 0.692 (69.2%). So it can be said that 69.2% of the variation in communication, work discipline and environment variables in the model can explain employee performance variables, while the remaining 31.8% is influenced by other variables outside the model.

Abstrak:
This study evaluates the implementation of Behavior Based Safety (BBS) in improving occupational safety compliance at PT Wichindo Pratama, a heavy equipment manufacturing company with high work risks. The topic was chosen due to frequent violations of safety procedures, such as the improper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and neglect of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), which increase the risk of accidents. A qualitative method was used through direct observation, in-depth interviews with 12 shift workers, and field assessments of safety facilities. The findings show that although the company has an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) management system, non-compliance still occurs. Issues include incomplete PPE usage, disorganized work tools, and unsafe rest habits. Observations revealed potential hazards such as physical (noise), chemical (oil exposure), ergonomic (awkward postures), mechanical (machine use without full PPE), biological, and psychological risks (stress from shift work). BBS is seen as a strategy to connect existing OHS policies with safe work behavior by focusing on mindset and daily habits. The implementation of BBS is expected to reduce accidents and support the creation of a safer, more sustainable workplace.

Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) are a global health challenge, especially in low- and middle-income countries. Early identification of NCDs in the productive age group is very important considering the contribution of the productive age group to the national workforce and its impact on the health of future generations. This community service activity aims to increase awareness and participation in school-based non-communicable disease screening programs, especially at St. Yoseph High School, East Jakarta. The implementation of screening activities includes anthropometric examinations, blood pressure, blood sugar, and short interviews. Students with unhealthy lifestyles, such as lack of physical activity and unbalanced diets, are at high risk of developing non-communicable diseases. This activity encourages public awareness of the importance of maintaining health to prevent non-communicable diseases. This can reduce the global health burden and the economic burden for advanced disease care. Thus, this activity can improve the quality of life of the productive age population in the future.

Software testing is a critical phase in information system development to ensure the system's quality and reliability. This study aims to evaluate the reliability and functionality of PT Perta Sakti Abadi's financial information system using the black-box testing method with the Equivalence Partitioning (EP) technique. This technique allows input data to be grouped into valid and invalid categories, minimizing test cases without reducing testing coverage. The testing focuses on the login feature as the system's primary component by evaluating various input combinations. The testing scenarios include boundary conditions to ensure the system handles inputs correctly in various situations. The results indicate that the system successfully verifies valid credentials, rejects access with invalid data, and provides informative error messages. Additionally, the system demonstrates resilience in handling testing scenarios, including inputs with special characters and empty fields. Input validation mechanisms function optimally, supporting secure user access and ensuring the login feature aligns with functional specifications. This successful testing forms a strong foundation for testing other modules, such as multi-level authentication and data encryption. Thus, the Equivalence Partitioning technique within the black-box testing method proves effective in enhancing the quality of web-based financial information systems.

Abstrak:
The development of technology with digital image processing is often utilized to solve various problems in image processing, such as facial recognition, object detection, and interaction between users. In this study, we developed an interactive hand gesture-based game titled "Slap Mosquito" that utilizes image processing techniques to control the game through hand gestures. Using Rapid Application Development (RAD), Python, OpenCV, and Pygame methodologies, this game allows users to slap mosquitoes virtually in real-time through hand gesture recognition that is read by the camera and translated into in-game actions. RAD allows rapid development iterations and improvements based on user feedback, which is essential for improving system responsiveness and accuracy. This study focuses on detection precision, system responsiveness, and the impact of lighting on game performance, as measured using frames per second (FPS) and user gameplay results. The test results show that optimal lighting meets high detection accuracy, while low lighting conditions have a negative impact on accuracy and responsiveness. The results of this study provide insights for further development of gesture-based applications, especially regarding the importance of optimizing technical parameters and RAD methodology in improving user experience.

This study examines the influence of Electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM) on purchase intention among Mixue consumers, considering the Fear of missing out (FOMO) factor. Employing a quantitative approach, the research surveyed 108 ice cream enthusiasts in Surabaya, Indonesia. Data collection was conducted through an online questionnaire using the Google Form platform. The data analysis utilized the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with SmartPLS 4.0 software to evaluate the relationships between eWOM, FOMO, and purchase intention variables. The findings indicate a positive and significant relationship between eWOM and purchase intention. Furthermore, FOMO is proven to play a mediating role in the relationship between eWOM and purchase intention. These results have important implications for digital marketing strategies, particularly in the food and beverage industry. The study highlights the importance of leveraging eWOM and FOMO mechanisms in marketing campaigns as effective strategies to drive consumer purchasing decisions. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of consumer behavior in the digital era, specifically within the Indonesian market context.
