This study analyzes the concept of profit margin determination in murabahah contracts from the perspective of fiqh muamalah. Murabahah, as a widely used financing instrument in Islamic financial institutions, often encounters controversy due to the practice of setting margins based on conventional interest benchmarks such as the BI Rate. This raises concerns about its compliance with sharia principles. Using a qualitative approach through literature review, the study examines classical and contemporary fiqh views, regulatory fatwas, and empirical findings on margin determination practices. The results show that while murabahah is legally valid under Islamic law, the current implementation in many institutions deviates from its original intent, particularly regarding transparency, fairness, and independence from riba-based benchmarks. The study recommends a cost-plus pricing model that incorporates real operational costs, transaction risk, and maqashid al-shari’ah considerations. It also emphasizes the need to enhance the role of Sharia Supervisory Boards and issue regulatory guidelines to ensure margin setting aligns with Islamic ethical standards. This research contributes to the discourse on aligning modern Islamic financial practices with the foundational values of justice, transparency, and public interest in Islamic economics.Keywords: fiqh muamalah, Islamic finance, margin, murabahah, sharia compliance

This paper analyzes the exhaust emission, noise, and performance of 110cc motorcycles experimentally through PCCS exhausts compared to standard exhausts. This study adopts an experimental method involving three tests: exhaust emission testing based on the SNI 09-7118.1-2005 standard, noise measurement using the static test procedure according to the UN-R 41-04 standard, and performance evaluation conducted with an inertial dynamometer. Implementing the PCCS exhaust system on a 110 cc automatic motorcycle positively impacts exhaust emissions, noise levels, and engine performance. Compared to the standard exhaust, the PCCS significantly reduces CO and HC emissions by 78.99% and 55.99%, respectively, while maintaining noise levels within regulatory limits in urban conditions. In terms of performance, the PCCS delivers higher torque and power output, particularly in the 3500–5500 RPM range, which aligns with typical riding conditions. These improvements are attributed to the system’s efficient exhaust flow and reduced backpressure. The PCCS exhaust presents a promising solution for enhancing environmental sustainability, performance, and rider comfort in small-displacement motorcycles.

This study is about the role of rahn contracts in financing micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), which aims to increase the effectiveness of the use of rahn contracts in supporting access to sharia financing. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach through a study of relevant literature. The results of the study indicate that rahn contracts play a very important role in opening access to micro financing for MSME actors, especially through Islamic financial institutions such as Islamic pawnshops and Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT). In recent years, the use of rahn contracts has increased significantly because it is considered capable of providing fast, flexible financing solutions that are in accordance with the principles of justice and sharia. Rahn is an inclusive alternative for MSMEs that do not have fixed collateral and have difficulty accessing conventional financing.Keywords : Fiqh Muamalah, Islamic Finance, Microfinance, MSMEs, Rahn Contract

The construction of the Musi 6 Bridge in 2 Ulu Village is an opportunity to develop existing potential. One of them is tourism development. A number of tourist attractions have the potential for development as an effort for sustainable tourism. For this reason, Community Service conducted a SWOT analysis of tourism and recommendations that are relevant to the situation in the field. Approaching the Community through interviews and Focus Group Discussions is a method of data analysis. In general, tourism in the 2 Ulu Area requires Community skills in activity management because the available locations can be used as a means of performance or exhibition. Of course, this is a collaboration between the surrounding community, government, private sector and community.

Mycobacterium Bovis is a serious infection that affects cattle and has ramifications for human health, especially in areas where close contact between humans and animals is widespread and pasteurization of dairy products is not widely used. The purpose of this work is to identify risk factors connected with M. bovis infection, estimate the prevalence of the disease in east Darfur State, and underline the main aspects of the disease. The study included a total sample size of 100 cows milk collected from different localities of East Darfur State in Sudan ( Abu Matarq 21.1%, Yaseen 15.3%,El-Daein 22.1%, Abu Karinka 6.8% and Assalaya 5.1% ) this study estimated that 25% of the collected raw milk specimen was positive for mycobacterium. The incidence of Mycobacterium Bovis in Sudan is the result of a complex interaction of cattle management techniques, environmental conditions, and public health initiatives. While there is increased knowledge of the disease and efforts to control it, obstacles such as limited resources, cultural customs, and environmental stressors continue to impact its tendencies.
 

This study aims to estimate the economic value of the Trokon River in Rejang Lebong Regency as a natural resource with both ecotourism potential and essential ecological functions. The research applies the Contingent Valuation Method (CVM) using a Willingness to Pay (WTP) approach to determine how much visitors and local residents are willing to contribute to the conservation of the river. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents, consisting of tourists and local community members. The results show that the average WTP is IDR 12,000 per visit, with a total estimated economic value of IDR 60,000,000 per year. Significant factors influencing WTP include income level, frequency of visits, and environmental awareness. These findings indicate that the Trokon River holds considerable economic value that should be integrated into community-based conservation management. The study recommends implementing a voluntary conservation fee system and strengthening local institutions to support sustainable management.

This article discusses "Contemporary Islamic Education Problems and Development Strategies," highlighting the various challenges faced by the Islamic education system in Indonesia. Issues such as value crisis, unclear educational goals, and curriculum inconsistency are the main focus of the analysis. The author emphasizes the importance of returning to the sources of Islamic teachings, such as the Qur'an and Hadith, to ensure that education is not only academically intelligent, but also rooted in moral and ethical values. In an effort to overcome these problems, educational development strategies that include curriculum innovation, improving teacher quality, and instilling spiritual values ??are suggested. With a holistic approach, this article aims to provide guidance in a more relevant and effective Islamic education reform, which is able to produce a superior generation with noble character and is ready to face global challenges.

The portable electric canting innovation has been developed to enhance the productivity of batik artisans in Pekalongan by considering Quality Function Deployment (QFD). This research aims to address the challenges faced in the traditional batik-making process, which is often time-consuming and labor-intensive. The research method employed includes identifying user needs, developing questionnaires, and analyzing data to evaluate user satisfaction with the electric canting. The results indicate that the portable electric canting can improve efficiency and comfort in the batik-making process while meeting users' needs for a practical and high-quality tool. Thus, this innovation is expected to contribute to the preservation of batik art in Indonesia.
 
 

This study provides a new perspective on the influence of social media marketing activities (SMMA) on the purchase intention of students towards the Kahf brand. The use of social media has truly increased massively, and this has led many companies to change the way they engage their brands with consumers. This phenomenon creates a need for this research to further investigate the influence of Social Media Marketing Activities (SMMA) on social brand engagement (SBE), brand equity (BAQ), and purchase intention (PIN). Therefore, the aim of this study is to explore the impact of SMMA on students' purchase intentions regarding the Kahf brand, considering brand equity and social brand engagement. This research uses the SOR (Stimulus Organism Response) theory as the foundation of the study. This research uses a quantitative method with 144 respondents, employing Roscoe's formula and purposive sampling technique. The data in this study was obtained by having respondents fill out a questionnaire. There are 20 questions that respondents must answer through Google Forms. The researcher analyzes the results of the discriminant validity using the Fornell-Larcker Criterion. This research aims to determine the impact of social media marketing activities (SMMA) and purchase intention on the products offered by the Kahf brand. The survey results will be analyzed using descriptive statistics, employing PLS-SEM version 4.0 and SPSS to test the quantitative data. The results of this study indicate that social media marketing activities have a positive and significant impact on purchase intention, while brand equity and social engagement do not have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. The findings suggest that the effectiveness of marketing is achieved through social media marketing activities that positively and significantly influence respondents' purchase intentions.
