Abstrak:
Bananas are one of horticultural plants with a large production potential in Indonesia. There are two types of bananas in Indonesia, namely that can be eaten immediately and which must be processed first before eaten. Processed bananas are very abundant and one example is a snack called Ledre. One of the Ledre Banana processing industries in Malang City is UD Dua Putri Dewi. The purpose of this study is to find out the marketing strategies used by UD Dua Putri Dewi by using SWOT Analysis as the research method. The results of the analysis show that each factor in the marketing strategy has a varied score. In the strength of the ledre’s banana UD Dua Putri Dewi, the highest score of the indicator score was the delicious ledre banana with a score of 0.189. Weakness factor has the highest score score indicator is the incomplete regulation of the implementation of production and fund management, including SOP (standard of operation and procedure) with a score of 0.121. The opportunity factor (Opportunity) has the highest indicator score, which is very useful government support with a score of 0.206. Threat factor (Threat) has the highest score of the indicator, namely the number of competitors who are increasing and competitive with a score of 0.154. The marketing strategy in UD Dua Putri Dewi using SWOT analysis is in quadrant I which is a strategy that supports aggressive strategies. At that position UD Dua Putri Dewi is in a situation where its strength is taking advantage of opportunities. Thus, the strategy that must be applied in this condition is to support an aggressive growth policy (Growth Oriented Strategy).

Abstrak:
Penelitian terdahulu banyak mengulas determinan swasembada beras dari sisi input internal maupun eksternal. Dalam penelitian ini kesenjangan harga gabah terhadap beras dan kesejahteraan petani diperhitungkan sebagai variabel penelitian.
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peramalan/ trend swasembada beras dalam menopang ketahanan pangan di masa depan serta mengetahui faktor apa saja yang berpengaruh terhadap pencapaian swasembada beras.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode trend analisis dan regresi linier berganda Lead Square (LS) dengan menunjukkan hasil bahwa trend kemampuan swasembada beras dengan bertumpu produksi domestik dalam mendukung kemandirian pangan di masa depan adalah positif artinya nilai kecenderungan swasembada beras meningkat sejalan dengan meningkatnya waktu. Variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap swasembada beras secara signifikan adalah pasokan beras, produktivitas beras, dukungan pemerintah, kesejahteraan petani dan dummy (masa Orde Baru dan Reformasi). Sedangkan variabel yang tidak signikan adalah tingkat konsumsi beras.

Abstrak:
Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membantu memberikan solusi pada beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh ibu Yeni Indah S. sebagai pemilik usaha produktif krupuk yang berada di Desa Medokan Semampir, Kecamatan Sukolilo Kota Surabaya. Metode pelaksanaan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) berorientasi kepada solusi dari permasalahan yang disepakati bersama, ada 4 hal yaitu peningkatan manajemen Mitra, peningkatan teknologi, peningkatan produksi dan pengembangan akademis. Hasil kegiatan PKM ini adalah Mitra dapat membuat ampas tahu basah menjadi tepung ampas tahu kering, yang selanjutnya tepung ampas tahu dapat digunakan sebagai pengganti tepung terigu dalam pembuatan kerupuk, mampu melakukan pemasaran dan cara menghitung keuntungan sebuah bisnis secara sederhana. Berdasarkan hal tersebut di atas diharapkan Mitra di Medokan Semampir bisa menambah ekonomi/penghasilan rumah tangga dengan tanpa meninggalkan rumah terlalu lama, sehingga kehidupannya lebih sejahtera.

Abstrak:
A good and feasible centrifuge is needed in the world of health, therefore a digital tachometer is needed to calibrate a centrifuge. Digital tachometer is a measuring instrument used to measure the rotation speed of a motor. This tachometer will be tested to function by being compared to using Digital Laser Photo Tachometer. This tachometer will display the number of rotations per minute of a motor according to the speed setting on the centrifuge using the output of this E18-D80NK sensor which will later be processed by the Arduino Nano. As for this feature charger and data storage mode, so that user can save the data of measurement results on SD Card, and beside that user can also be a way of charging when after usage or before usage. At testing the tool used point settings 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000, and 12000 RPM. Based on the measurement results of centrifuge using tachometer module and comparison tachometer have average percentage of error varying at each setting point. The smallest error 0.8% at the setting Point 3000 RPM, while the largest error 4.9% at the setting point 1000 RPM. The Tacometer error value on this Centrifuge measurement is still within the tolerance limit of ± 10%

Penyelundupan merupakan tindak kejahatan yang dapat merugikan negara, oleh karena itu aparat/Bea dan Cukai selalu berupaya untuk melakukan pencegahan dan pemberantasan. Dalam proses penanganan rokok hasil penyelundupan dari luar negeri melalui laut di KPPBC Kota Jambi ada permasalahan yaitu kurangnya petugas penindakan yang mengakibatkan keterlambatan penyergapan barang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses penanganan rokok hasil penyelundupan dari luar negeri melalui laut di KPPBC Kota Jambi dan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hambatan yang terjadi pada proses penanganan rokok hasil penyelundupan dari luar negeri melalui laut di KPPBC Kota Jambi.Metode penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yaitu metode yang digunakan untuk memberikan penjelasan dan gambaran mengenai kejadian/fakta di lapangan sebagai informasi yang bisa dipercaya. Sedangkan informan (narasumber) dalam penelitian ini yaitu semua pegawai KPPBC Kota Jambi.Hasil penelitian ini adalah proses penanganan rokok hasil penyelundupan dari luar negeri melalui laut di KPPBC Kota Jambi terdiri dari serangkaian kegiatan antara lain 1) persiapan Proses Penanganan Rokok Hasil Penyelundupan yang meliputi: a. persiapan peralatan, b. persiapan SDM, dan c. persiapan TPS. 2) pelaksanaan Proses Penanganan Rokok Hasil Penyelundupan yang meliput 10 proses yaitu a. proses penyelidikan barang, b. proses penyergapan barang c. proses pemeriksaan barang, d. proses.penyitaan barang, e. proses penyerahaan barang ke pabean, f. proses penimbunan barang, g. penetapan barang ke Barang Milik Negara, h., Persiapan Pemusnahan i, Pemusnahan Barang dan j, proses pelaporan barang ke pusat. 3) kesimpulan secara umum proses penanganan rokok hasil penyelundupan dari luar negeri melalui laut di KPPBC Kota Jambi telah berhasil dilaksanakan, meskipun demikian masih ada hambatan berupa kurangnya petugas dan tempat penimbunan sementara yang terjadi di sana, hambatan tersebut dapat diatasi dengan penambahan petugas dan penambahan tempat penimbunan sementara.

Abstrak:
<p>An incubator is a place designed to maintain a certain temperature condition. Incubators are often found in hospitals and farms. In hospitals, the Incubator functions to warm newborns, or premature babies. On farms, this incubator is usually used for egg hatchers and as a place for newly hatched chicks. Incubators are usually in the form of a room or box (box) of a certain size. In this research will be designed a prototype to modify the infant incubator by adding sensors to regulate the temperature and control using a Arduino microcontroller. This incubator has a measurement system and temperature regulation using LM35 sensors, heaters and fans as actuators that can cool the incubator room with Arduino as controlling. Temperature setting will be monitored by LABVIEW. In the Arduino system a program can be set up that can adjust the temperature . The temperature required by the premature baby, so that it can maintain the stability of the temperature. If the temperature in the incubator is smaller than the temperature setting, the heater will turn on and the fan speed will decrease to increase the temperature according to the settings entered. If the temperature in the incubator is greater than the temperature setting entered, the heater will turn off. The results showed that the linear regression value between the temperature values with the ADC value of y = 0.4883x with a determination coefficient of 1, while the linear regression value between the temperature with a voltage value of y = 99.481x with a coefficient of 0.9984.<br />Keywords: Infant Incubator, temperature sensor, LM35.</p>

This study aims to measure the level of effectiveness of the use of flash cards and applications based on Augmented Reality as a learning aid. The use of Android applications and AR cards that can also function as flash cards has proven to attract interest and increase student motivation in learning. Number recognition material and addition of unit numbers are chosen as the initial experiment stage which aims to introduce the use of assistive devices in the form of tablet PCs or smartphones to the children. Based on the results of the study, both teachers and students felt helped by the existence of this application as a variety of learning media. The research method used in this study is Multiple Baseline Design Across Subjects, while the sampling technique used is census sampling technique.

<p>The purpose of this study is to analyze organizational commitment, organizational climate, and work security on job satisfaction. Effect of organizational commitment, organizational climate, and work security on turnover intention. PT Karya Mitra Nugraha Semarang. This research is analytical, which explains the influence between research variables and facts. In this study the population is all employees of PT Karya Mitra Nugraha Semarang who are respectable 530 people. While the sample in the study was 85 people. The data analysis technique in this study is Path Analysis. The results showed that the commitment variable was positive and significant for job satisfaction, positive and significant for job satisfaction, positive and significant for job satisfaction. Negative and significant job satisfaction on turnover intention, negative and significant organizational commitment to turnover intention, organizational climate does not have a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Negative and significant job security on turnover intention.<em></em></p>

A musical instrument is a device created to produce sound. The price of musical instruments themselves varies depending on the type of instrument and the quality of the material used to make the instrument. At NU 07 Brangsong Middle School, there were no instruments except tambourines. That is because there is no funds to buy a musical instrument. The school allocates more funds to buildings or school buildings and scholarship assistance for underprivileged children and intelligent children. Thus students at the school cannot practice or hone their skills in music. From these problems can actually be solved by an arduino-based Piano, Harp, Marching Bell Digital instrument using laser light and LDR. Because this tool can be made at a low cost and can function more than one musical instrument. The working system of this tool is that there are several lasers that will emit light directly on the LDR sensor (in pairs). And when a pair of laser beams and LDR number one are blocked by an object or hand it will emit a piano sound with a "DO" motif. Furthermore, when a pair of laser beams and LDR number two are blocked, it will emit piano sound with the "RE" orientation and so on. This tool is also equipped with buttons that function as a selector of the type of sound that will be generated and the desired octave.
