Abstrak:
KSP (Koperasi Simpan Pinjam) Makmur Mandiri bergerak dalam usaha perkreditan yang menyediakan pinjaman atau kredit sebagai mana koperasi pada umumnya. Sistem penerimaan pinjaman dalam KSP Makmur Mandiri yang sedang berjalan dilakukan dengan cara calon peminjam datang ke lokasi koperasi dengan mengajukan peminjaman kemudian karyawan mendata peminjam ke dalam form rekomendasi anggota setelah itu form rekomendasi anggota tersebut diberikan kepada pimpinan koperasi.
Masalah yang terjadi pada KSP Makmur Mandiri adalah kehadiran pimpinan koperasi yang sering tidak ada di koperasi, sehingga pengajuan pinjaman yang ada di koperasi menumpuk dan tidak dapat segera di tentukan hasil kelayakan pinjaman. Selain itu masalah yang juga terjadi di koperasi adalah penilaian yang dilakukan pimpinan dalam menentukan kelayakan pinjaman masih bersifat subyektif yaitu hanya memberikan keputusan layak atau tidak seorang peminjam, tanpa memperhitungkan persentase nilai kelayakan pinjaman tersebut.
Solusi untuk menyelesaikan masalah ini maka dibuatlah sebuah keputusan penentuan kelayakan yang mampu membantu pimpinan dalam proses penilaian dan memberikan perhitungan tepat dalam menilai kelayakan pinjaman. Metode yang dapat mendukung keputusan adalah Fuzzy logic, karena penilain yang bersifat subyektif atau non-linear dapat dimodelkan dan dihitung secara tepat.

<div><table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0"><tbody><tr><td align="left" valign="top"><p class="Abstract"><em>Semarang as one of the big cities in Central Java has provided public transportation which is Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) as an effort to reduce congestion and the use of private transpotation. There are eight main corridor and one special corridor that are provides until 2021, one of them is Corridor II with Terboyo-Sisemut Route. This study is aim to analyze the servce performance of Corridor II with the optimalization the use of BRT in this route, find the problem factors that influence and formulate the step for quality services improvement. The method of this study is quantitative method by calculating the weight value through assessment indicators based on the standards of the Director General of Transportation. These indicators are obtained from the results of dynamic surveys and static surveys. From the analysis, the service performance of BRT Corridor II at Terminal Terboyo-Sisemut PP is in good category. The number of fleets needed in corridor II is 21 units. Based on the results of the evaluation, one recommendation to improve the quality service of BRT is to make a special lane for BRT to make travel time faster, so that users are more interested in using BRT.</em></p></td></tr></tbody></table></div>

Abstrak:
The purpose of this study wants to test the Information System Succes Model through Accounting Software. The test examines the effect of System Quality to Service Quality, the effect of System Quality to Work performance, and the effect of Service Quality to Work Performance. The object in this research is MYOB accounting software. The data gathered with questionnaires in 2 types, paper and online. From 500 questionnaires are distributed, 315 was returned. It consists of 194 respondents through online, and 116 respondents through the paper. The obtained data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling. The result of data analysis showed that the System Quality has a positive significant effect on the Service Quality, Service Quality has a positive significant effect on Work Performance, and System Quality have a positive significant effect on Work Performance. The overall result indicates that MYOB accounting software has good quality and related to user performance. Specifically, the user refers to the basic user, which is a university student.

Abstrak:
Technological developments encourage changes in the way decisions are made. In terms of stopping the application of urea fertilizer, farmers still rely on BWD observations. In this study, using the RnD method by directly observing the research location in the farmer group Gapoktan, in the village of Tosari, Kendan district and analyzing the problem then making a prototype which will be tested by experts. In this study, a tool was made using NodeMCU with TCS3200 sensor to detect color, which was then sent via the internet to the database using IoT technology. In this study, using several trials with different parameters of urea fertilizer use and the results of the TCS3200 sensor can detect colors according to what is on the BWD and send data to the database via the internet. In this system, farmers can recommend the use of suitable urea fertilizers outside a certain area so as to minimize errors in the observation on BWD, this will make the use of urea fertilizer to be the right dose.

Covid-19 Pandemic gives many social changes in society specially in communications study. One important policy made during Covid-19 is related to students who are required to study at home. Ruangguru is top of mind in digital based learning company, especially during this pandemic. Covid-19 and this policy made Ruangguru as Indonesia online learning company with the most followers, to adapt in giving online communication message, especially in @ruangguru (Instagram). This research aims to see the social presence of Ruangguru in social media (Instagram) during Covid-19 Pandemic through three dimensions of social presence, which are: social context, online communication, and interactivity. On previous research, it was mentioned that social presence relates to brand engagement. Brand's social presence in social media is important to be researched due to more brand using social media as primary communication tool to gain brand engagement. Method used in this research is case study with qualitative approach. Through Ruangguru's post on Instagram, researcher observes using three dimensions of social presence. The result of this research depicts Ruangguru as showing good social presence based on three dimensions of social presence during Covid-19 Pandemic in social media Instagram.

Recent technological developments determine humans to be creative in creating tools that implement technology in it with the aim of facilitating human tasks in daily activities. Inappropriate use of fertilizers can cause losses, both losses on fertilizer, on plants, as well as on the soil and the environment around fertilization. Losses on plants such as unhealthy plant growth and susceptible to disease pests, plant yields are not as expected or low. From the background above, the writer found an idea to create a system or tool that can help farmers in determining the dose of Nitrogen fertilizer in their rice plants, through the storage of the dosage data of each land. The user did five scans, from each scan producing RGB values, each RGB value from five samples was then matched with the BWD dose color indicator. The sample dose results are then sent by the NodeMcu microcontroller to the webserver database. Based on the assessment of the test conducted by 10 Users by Gapoktan Farmers Group of Tosari Kendal Village, the total value of 372 that has been averaged to be 37.2 is between 31 - 40 which is classified in the category of "Very Valid or Very Effective".

Pemerintah desa Kukuh Kecamatan Kerambitan memiliki program Bank Sampah pada yang berfokus pada tabungan sampah organik yang dikelola unsur PKK yang tergabung dalam Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Dhari Winangun Kukuh. Tujuan program ini adalah untuk memanfaatkan mesin pencacah sampah organik yang diterima KWT dari pihak ketiga sebelumnya. Dari hasil produksi yang diperoleh akan bekerjasama dengan BUMDesa dalam penjualan pupuk organik. Program ini juga dibarengi dengan upaya pemilahan sampah di sumber timbulannya. Namun, sampai saat ini belum ada pemilahan sampah atau dengan kata lain sampah masih dalam satu wadah yang tercampur.Oleh karena itu, tim PKM mengajukan solusi berupa pendampingan edukasi pemilahan sampah kepada masyarakat serta pelatihan pemanfaatan kantong komposter untuk membuat kompos skala rumah tangga. Adapun target yang diharapkan antara lain persentase warga yang memilah dan menjadi pelanggan tabungan sampah > 60%, keterampilan penggunaan kantong komposter sampai tahap mahir. Hasil pengabdian untuk kegiatan sosialisasi pemilahan sampah menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta 25,9% dan peningkatan keterampilan/praktik 28.6%. Berdasarkan hasil pelatihan penggunaan dan pembagian kantong komposter kepada pihak mitra dengan tingkat pemahaman dan keterampilan termasuk kategori baik, dengan tingkat partisipasi tabungan sampah mencapai 70%.

Abstrak:
The Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education has announced the results of ranking universities in Indonesia. Universitas Brawijaya has experienced ups and downs in ranking. During the period of 2015-2019, the best ranking of Universitas Brawijaya in the fifth recruitment in 2016. This study aims to formulate a series of optimization strategies for improving UB's rank. Research approach with qualitative methods and the literature review technique and focusing on several approaches to formulate strategy, which are Balanced Scorecard, SWOT, and SPACE. Retrieval of data with the method of observation and documentation. While data validation with Triangulation. The results of this study explained that the Balanced Scorecard, SWOT, and SPACE could be used to solve strategy formulation problems. There are eleven strategic steps to optimize and improve Universitas Brawijaya's ranking by following the indicators set by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education.
