Dalam mengembangkan suatu usaha atau penjualan adalah dengan mengikuti perkembangan teknologi termasuk penggunaan sistem untuk interaksi jual beli. Sudah banyak pedagang yang melakukan interaksi jual beli secara online. Selain itu, untuk mengembangkan suatu usaha juga diperlukan yang namanya prediksi penjualan pada masa yang akan datang agar penjual mengetahui dan mempersiapkan jumlah barang yang akan terjual untuk menghindari kekurangan ataupun kelebihan jumlah barang. Untuk mencari prediksi penjualan tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai metode salah satunya yaitu metode Double Exponential Smoothing. Metode Double Exponential Smoothing merupakan metode runtut waktu yang menggunakan data dari masa lampau untuk diprediksi pada periode selanjutnya. Data yang diolah yaitu data penjualan pada Toko Pakaian Dasni selama satu tahun. Hasil yang didapatkan berupa sistem prediksi penjualan selama 3 bulan periode selanjutnya yang dihitung tingkat keakuratan prediksi menggukan MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) dengan dicari error terkecil karena semakin kecil error maka semakin akurat untuk memprediksi jumlah penjualan pada periode selanjutnya. Sistem prediksi ini juga dirancang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP. 

The purpose of this study was to notice and analyze the increase of employee productivity by the approach occupational health and working environment safety in supporting Business Sustainability PT. Morich Indo Fashion. The research method used was quantitative. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Morich Indo Fashion Karangjati Semarang Regency Quality Control section. The sample used was 72 using the proportional random sampling which was carried out randomly without regard to the existing strata in the population. The analysis used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. The findings of this study as follows the influence of the role of occupational health and safety and work environment significantly on work productivity. This meant that the role of occupational health and safety and the work environment was positive and significant to the work productivity of PT. Morich Indo Fashion. In sum, the sustainability of the company’s business became more guaranteed.

Perancangan aplikasi PANTAU ditujukan untuk petani yang mendapatkan bantuan hibah tanaman untuk penghijauan dan komersil. Dalam aplikasi pantau ini organisasi yang bekerja sama dengan petani dapat memantau perkembangan tanaman yang dihibahkan dan petani dapat mengirimkan informasi kondisi tanaman secara up to date melalui masing masing akun yang dimiliki. Dalam perancangan UI/UX aplikasi PANTAU digunakan design thinking method untuk mengetahui kebutuhan perancangan sesuai dengan yang dibutuhan user. Dan untuk testing menggunakan heuristic evaluation dan usability testing untuk mengetahui keefektifan dari rancangan UI/UX aplikasi PANTAU. Adapun testing ditujukan pada 22 user yang terdiri dari petani, organisasi dan pengelola sistem.

At this time, the COVID-19 pandemic is currently sweeping the world, especially our own country, namely Indonesia itself, which has had various impacts, including the economy. The impact of the Corona virus on the economy in Indonesia results in a potential economic growth of 0.4%, which is a bad scenario. With the existence of COVID-19, many were affected, which resulted in many companies terminating their jobs (PHK, Sumarni, and Panday, 2020). Research was conducted to find out whether relational capability and product innovation had an influence on competitive advantage during the COVID-19 period. 19. The method used by researchers using quantitative methods with a sample size of 35 fashion creative industries in the city of Bandung. Researchers used multiple linear regression analysis techniques and hypothesis testing (F and T tests). This study used the SPSS version 25 program. From the results This study shows that there is a significant and positive influence between relational capabilities and competitive advantage, but not between product innovation and competitive advantage during the COVID-19 period.

Penelitian Kepustakaan atau Library research adalah telaah kepada beberapa referensi yang berhubungan dengan penelitian yang dilakukan baik telaah pemikiran tokoh dan yang lainnya. Evaluasi yang merupakan suatu proses dan tindakan yang terencana untuk mengumpulkan informasi tentang kemajuan, pertumbuhan dan perkembangan (peserta didik) terhadap tujuan (pendidikan), sehingga dapat disusun penilaiannya yang dapatdijadikan dasar untuk membuat keputusan. Evaluasi dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi peserta didik, pendidik, materi pendidikan, proses penyampaian materi pelajaran, dan berbagai aspek lainnya yang berkaitan dengan materi pendidikan.

Inovasi Siap Nikah Kartu Keluarga Selesai dibuat (Sini Kakek Seleb) pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Payakumbuh diciptakan untuk memudahkan masyarakat mengurus perubahan kartu keluarga setelah terjadi peristiwa pernikahan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan inovasi Siap Nikah Kartu Keluarga Selesai dibuat (Sini Kakek Seleb) pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Payakumbuh serta untuk mendeskripsikan faktor penghambat yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan atribut keberhasilan inovasi menurut Bugge, yaitu Tata Kelola Inovasi, Sumber Ide-Ide untuk Inovasi, Budaya Inovasi, Kemampuan Alat-Alat, Tujuan, Hasil, Biaya, dan Hambatan, dan Mengumpulkan Data Inovasi untuk Inovasi Tunggal. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data yang diperlukan baik primer maupun sekunder dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis sehingga ditarik kesimpulan dari masalah penelitian yang ada. Hasil penelitian ini adalah inovasi Siap Nikah Kartu Keluarga Selesai dibuat (Sini Kakek Seleb) pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil belum optimal karena masih terdapat beberapa kendala seperti kurangnya sumber daya manusia dan kurangnya sosialisasi kepada masyarakat. 

The COVID-19 pandemic is an epidemic that has spread to various continents and countries. Since March 2nd, 2020, the name Indonesia has been included in the country affected by the corona virus. Not only is it detrimental on the health side, this pandemic has greatly impacted the economy in Indonesia, especially in Seririt District, especially in Sulanyah Village, most of the people who are involved in the business sector, one of which is through micro, small and medium enterprises, suffered losses. In this case, it is hoped that the role of the government will participate in helping the development of these micro, small and medium enterprises. One of the government programs to assist business actors is by providing social assistance through the micro, small and medium enterprises Direct Cash Assistance program in the form of Micro Business Productive Assistance. This type of research is a qualitative research that seeks to collect facts and circumstances properly through interviews. The interviews conducted in this study were intended for business actors affected by Covid-19 and recipients of assistance. The results of the research show that the effectiveness of assistance provided by the government is very helpful in maintaining and developing businesses for beneficiaries. With this assistance, sales turnover, goods production, and business actors' profits have increased.

This study aims to apply the preparation of financial reports using computerization in Killisa Design SMEs in the face of increasingly advanced developments in producing effective and efficient financial reports, of course in accordance with the standards expected by capital providers. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method approach. By using the application of computerization, namely Microsoft Excel, it is one of the new breakthroughs to provide solutions to the problems MSMEs are currently facing. It is very important to separate the assets of each business because with this separation, business actors can find out how the continuity of their business is sign or just stagnant. Furthermore, the application of the use of computers to the preparation of financial reports needs to be carried out in other MSMEs in Banyuwangi Regency. Because the use of computerization makes it easier to make effective and efficient financial arrangements.
 

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability, ownership structure, effectiveness of the audit committee, solvabilitas on timeliness in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research year period used is 4 years, namely the 2016-2021 period. The population of this study includes all consumer-based industrial sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2016-2021 period. The sampling technique used a population sampling technique. Based on the criteria set, 17 companies were obtained, the type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The analysis method used is panel data regression analysis. The results of the research simultaneously show that profitability, ownership structure, audit committee effectiveness and solvency have an effect on timeliness. Meanwhile, if partially tested, it shows that profitability, ownership structure, audit committee effectiveness and solvency have no significant effect on timeliness.
 

Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan hipotesis penilti: terdapat pengaruh secara parsial budaya kerja (X1), motivasi ekstrinsik (X2), beban kerja (X3) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y).
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dengan metode wawancara, observasi, studi kepustakaan, dan kuesioner. Pengembilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu seluruh karyawan Perusahaan Tanaman Yohan Nurser sebanyak 38 karyawan.
Hasil penelitian menggunakan bantua program SPSS versi 25, menunjukkan bahwa: (1) budaya kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinrerja karyawan dengan nilai thitung -5,702 dan nilai Sig. 0,000 < 0,05.
(2) motivasi ekstrinsik secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai thitung 0,199 dan nilai Sig. 0,843 > 0,05. (3) beban kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan nilai thitung -0,789 dan nilai Sig. 0,436 < 0,05. (4) budaya kerja, motivasi ekstrinsik dan beban kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai Fhitung 11.637 dan nilai Sig. 0,000 < 0,05. Dari hasil uji analisis regresi linear berganda maka menghasilkan rumus persamaan Y = 49,609 + (-0,812)X₁ + 0,067X₂ + (- 0,252)X₃.
