The implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) has become a pivotal advancement in enhancing hospital service quality. This study aims to analyze the impact of EMR implementation on the quality of healthcare services by comparing the conditions before and after its adoption. Through a comprehensive literature review of peer-reviewed articles published in the last ten years indexed by Scopus, Web of Science, and Sinta 1 and 2, this research identifies key improvements in efficiency, data accuracy, patient safety, and user satisfaction. The findings reveal that EMR significantly reduces medical errors, shortens patient waiting times, and improves interdisciplinary collaboration. However, challenges such as infrastructure readiness and human resource adaptation remain critical barriers. The study concludes that strategic planning and continuous training are essential to maximize the benefits of EMR for sustainable service quality enhancement in hospitals.

This study aims to analyze how the implementation of collaborative governance in the Nutritious Food Yard Program (P2B) strengthens community-based food security in Sidoarjo Regency. A qualitative approach with a case study method was used to explore the social dynamics in depth. The research was conducted in Kampung Edukasi Sampah, Sekardangan Sub-district, one of the active areas in P2B implementation. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis involving key stakeholders such as the Sidoarjo City Food and Agriculture Office, Sidoarjo Police Sector, village officials, farmer groups, and environmental cadres. The analysis applied the collaborative governance model by Ansell and Gash (2008), which includes five indicators: face-to-face dialogue, trust building, commitment to the process, shared understanding, and intermediate outcomes. The findings show that most indicators of collaboration have been realized, particularly in communication and trust-building aspects. However, some challenges remain, including the absence of formal agreement documents among actors, inconsistent communication, lack of program outreach, and overlapping roles between the police and related agencies. This research contributes to strengthening cross-sectoral collaboration models in community-based food security programs in urban areas.

This study aims to examine how transformational leadership by school principals plays a role in improving teacher performance at the elementary school level. The research adopts a literature study approach, with data collected through documentation and analyzed using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. The findings indicate that transformational leadership by school principals has a significant impact on enhancing teacher performance. Principals who are able to inspire and motivate teachers through a clear vision, emotional support, and by providing space for innovation can create a conducive work environment for professional teacher development. Furthermore, a leadership style that encourages collaboration and gives recognition for teachers’ achievements has been proven effective in boosting their work spirit and commitment to improving the quality of education. With such a leadership approach, principals are able to comprehensively enhance teacher performance, which ultimately has a positive impact on the quality of learning in elementary schools.

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) at Adfar Store Gresik, a trading business engaged in rice distribution. The BMC is used as a strategic tool to describe and evaluate nine key elements of the business: Key Partnerships, Key Activities, Key Resources, Value Propositions, Customer Relationships, Channels, Customer Segments, Revenue Streams, and Cost Structure. This research employs a qualitative phenomenological approach with data collection techniques through observation and in-depth interviews. The results show that Adfar Store Gresik effectively utilizes strategic partnerships, core activities, and key resources to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The main values offered include medium-quality rice, competitive pricing, and friendly service. In addition, distribution and communication strategies through social media and direct delivery services provide a competitive advantage in the market. The study concludes that the application of the BMC can help in designing a more structured business strategy, increasing competitiveness, and driving sustainable business growth.

Administration plays a crucial role in ensuring the succes of an organization. In simple terms, administration is a process that includes planning, organizing, controling, and supervising various activities to achieve organizational goals effectively and efficiently. This study aims to analyze employee training administration at PT INKA (Persero). The research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, involving data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. The result show that the administration of employee training at PT INKA (Persero) still faces challenges, mainly due to the lack of awareness among some employees, about the importance of organiizng training document properly. Moreover, imporevemnts are needed in the areas of record-keeping, documentation, and traininf data management to ensure a more systmatic and structured approach.

Language is crucial for human interaction, making foreign language education, especially Japanese, increasingly vital in the global era. Indonesia holds the second-highest number of Japanese learners globally. This study evaluates SakuJapan, a Japanese learning application, to enhance basic Japanese skills among IPB Vocational School students. Using a quantitative descriptive approach with 20 students, data was collected via online questionnaires on usage, features, effectiveness, and motivation. Findings show SakuJapan is an effective and user-friendly tool; 75% of respondents regularly use features like Hiragana, Katakana, vocabulary, and practice questions. The application scored an average effectiveness of 4.3 out of 5, with 85% of users gaining confidence in basic Japanese. While generally well-received, suggestions include offline features, varied exercises, adjustable game difficulty, and more audio, daily conversations, and JLPT-standardized tests. These insights guide further development for a more comprehensive and adaptive learning platform.

This study aims to determine the partnership pattern between CV Agrowates and melon farmers and to determine the difference in income of melon farmers before and after partnering.  The research design used in this research is descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis methods with survey research methods, sampling using saturated sampling To determine the income of farmers before and after partnering used cost analysis and farm income (profit), namely Profit (p) = Total Revenue (TR) - Total Cost (TC). To determine the difference in income of melon farmers before and after the partnership was further analyzed with the T-test.    The results showed that the partnership pattern between the CV Agrowates company was the Agribusiness Operational Cooperation (KOA) partnership pattern. The role of partner farmers as providers of land, labor, production equipment and production facilities such as fertilizers, while the company as a means of providing seeds, extension and guidance of cultivation personnel. The partnership pattern significantly shows a real difference.  Income before partnering amounted to Rp. 116,259,299.93 with R / C of 2.95 while the income of farmers after partnering amounted to 146,612,513.3 with R / C of 3.37, Partnership can increase the income of melon farmers in Wates Village by 26.11%.

Electronic money laundering has become a critical issue as a form of cybercrime. Advances in technology demonstrate that digital forensic applications, particularly those utilizing smartphones, can be employed to uncover digital traces of money laundering transactions. This study aims to analyze the relevance of existing legal frameworks, the effectiveness of smartphone forensic techniques, and the challenges faced in their implementation in Indonesia. Based on a review of the literature and regulatory analysis, it was found that legal frameworks such as UU No. 8 of 2010 on the Prevention and Eradication of Money Laundering (TPPU) and UU No. 19 of 2016 on Information and Electronic Transactions (ITE) provide an adequate legal foundation. However, gaps in implementation, such as limited human and technological resources, remain significant obstacles. Forensic techniques, including metadata analysis and device extraction, have shown great potential in identifying the flow of illicit funds. Nonetheless, their application is hindered by data confidentiality and the lack of uniform technical standards. Given the increasing complexity of digital crimes, an integrated approach is required, combining regulatory strengthening with technological capacity building, to enhance the effectiveness of smartphone forensics in addressing electronic money laundering.

This study investigates how teaching methods affect students' willingness to learn. Students' interest and engagement in the learning process can be enhanced by effective teaching methods. Different teaching philosophies, including collaborative, inventive, interactive, and authoritative, have varying effects on students' willingness to learn. To achieve the best learning outcomes, it is necessary to choose a teaching style that suits the needs and characteristics of students. In this study, a qualitative approach was used to analyze students' perceptions of various teaching styles in the classroom environment. The results showed that interactive and collaborative methods tend to increase learning motivation more than the one-way authoritative style. In addition, teacher emotional involvement, the use of interesting learning media, and a conducive classroom atmosphere also contribute greatly to shaping students' learning interests. These findings are expected to be a reference in designing more adaptive and effective teaching strategies.

This study aims to determine the effect of the addition of grape leaf extract to chitosan edible coating on vitamin C and phenolic content of red grapes on day 0 and 7 storage at room temperature. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with four concentrations of grape leaf extract (0%, 3%, 4%, and 5%). Measurement of vitamin C and phenolic content was done using UV-Vis spectrophotometric method. The results showed that the addition of grape leaf extract significantly increased the vitamin C content of grapes both on day 0 and day 7, with the highest level found in the 5% treatment. Phenolic content increased at 3% concentration on day 0 but decreased at 3% concentration on day 7. Two Way Anova statistical test showed a significant effect of extract concentration and storage time on vitamin C and phenolic content. The addition of grape leaf extract into chitosan edible coating was effective in maintaining vitamin C and phenolic content and extending the shelf life of grapes at room temperature. These findings support the potential use of natural materials as plant-based preservatives in food coating systems.
