This study aims to examine the influence of revenue sharing funds, general allocation funds, and special allocation funds on capital expenditures of Regency/City Governments in West Java. This study uses secondary data in the form of quantitative data contained in regional financial statistics reports from APBD and TKDD reports. Data collection techniques are obtained through documentation and literature studies. The population in this study was 27 Regencies/Cities in West Java, with a sample size of 135 taken using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests in the form of normality tests, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity, and hypothesis testing in the form of multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, and R2 test. The results of the study indicate that Revenue Sharing Funds have a positive effect on Capital Expenditures with a significance value of 0.003 < 0.05 and a t count value of 3.041 > 1.65648 t table. General Allocation Fund has a positive effect on Capital Expenditure with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a t count value of 4.330 > 1.65648 t table. While the Special Allocation Fund has no effect on Capital Expenditure with a significance value of 0.743 > 0.05 and a t count value of 0.329 < 1.65648 t table.
 

Policy advocacy in Tamansari, Bandung City, reflects the struggle of local communities in maintaining their rights to living space amidst the pressures of modernization and urban development. The area faces challenges such as land tenure conflicts, gentrification, and evictions, which raises the need for an inclusive and equitable policy approach. Advocacy is carried out through community empowerment, collaboration with civil society organizations, and support from various parties, including academics and NGOs. The research method used in this study is qualitative with data collection techniques from interviews and documentation studies. The results of this policy advocacy show that the advocacy process emphasizes the importance of community participation in decision-making, policy transparency, and a balance between development needs and the protection of local residents' rights. The Tamansari case study provides important lessons on effective advocacy strategies in the context of urbanization and land conflicts, while also offering a model for a collaboration-based approach to creating sustainable and inclusive policies.

Students' lack of interest in learning to write the text of the Class X newspaper depends on the completeness of the content (elements of the newspaper), spelling and punctuation, and structure of the newspaper. This study aims to describe the results of applying the project-based learning model in learning to write news texts for Class X students of SMA N 01 Tanjung in the 2023-2024 academic year. This study is included in the experimental research with the descriptive quantitative approach. The data obtained in this study were collected by observation (observation) and questionnaire (questionnaire), while purposive sampling was used. The type used in this study is a one-shot case study. After data analysis, the results of this study are as follows: 1) in the aspect of knowledge, there are 28 students, or 78%, who obtained scores above the KKM, while 8 students, or 22%, have not completed the KKM. From the percentage, the completeness of the value was obtained at 77.27. 2). In the aspect of skills, there were 30 students, or 83%, obtained grades above KKM, while 6 students, or 17%, had not reached KKM completeness. From the present, the completeness value was obtained by 81.33. Thus, applying the project-based learning model in learning to write news text for class X9 students can influence the achievement of the specified learning goals.

This study examines the influence of green perceived quality on green purchase intention in the skincare industry. As consumers increasingly demand environmentally responsible products, understanding the drivers of green consumer behavior becomes essential. This research investigates the relationship between green perceived quality and green purchase intention through green perceived value, with environmental awareness acting as a moderating variable. A quantitative method was employed through an online survey distributed to 270 purposively selected consumers of Avoskin, a skincare brand in Indonesia. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares. The results indicate that green perceived quality significantly effects green purchase intention, both directly and through green perceived value. Moreover, environmental Awareness strengthens the relationship between Green Perceived Quality and Green Purchase Intention. This study contributes to the understanding of green consumer behavior by highlighting the dual role of Green Perceived Value and Environmental Awareness. Practical implications include guidance for skincare marketers to enhance consumer perception and awareness, thereby increasing purchase intention toward sustainable cosmetic products.

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membangun jiwa kewirausahaan pada 30 remaja binaan SOS Children's Village Banda Aceh melalui program pelatihan intensif satu hari. Pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif yang menggabungkan metode ceramah interaktif dan workshop keterampilan praktis, dengan materi utama berupa motivasi kewirausahaan dan pengenalan peluang usaha. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan keberhasilan program dalam meningkatkan motivasi peserta, dimana 90% remaja menyatakan antusiasme tinggi untuk memulai usaha mandiri setelah mengikuti pelatihan. Namun demikian, teridentifikasi beberapa kendala utama seperti kurangnya pemahaman dasar tentang mekanisme berusaha, keraguan akan kemampuan diri, serta kebingungan dalam menentukan langkah awal memulai bisnis. Faktor pendukung utama adalah semangat dan keterlibatan aktif peserta selama proses pelatihan. Program ini berhasil memperkenalkan berbagai peluang usaha potensial seperti usaha kuliner rumahan, jasa fotografi kreatif, serta kerajinan tangan berbahan lokal. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa meskipun motivasi telah berhasil dibangun, diperlukan pendampingan lebih lanjut untuk mengkonversi semangat tersebut menjadi aksi nyata. Untuk kegiatan serupa di masa depan, disarankan untuk mengembangkan program lanjutan berupa pendampingan intensif, akses permodalan, serta pembentukan jejaring usaha guna memastikan keberlanjutan usaha yang dirintis peserta. Hasil program ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pengembangan model pembinaan kewirausahaan bagi remaja marginal.

This study aims to explore the influence of Kopi Sejuta Jiwa's TikTok content on students' purchasing decisions and to identify non-digital factors that also influence these decisions. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design, with primary data obtained through interviews with four students from different batches who have purchased Kopi Sejuta Jiwa products and are active TikTok users. Secondary data was obtained through observation of three TikTok content with the highest interaction from the official Kopi Sejuta Jiwa account. The results of the study indicate that students' purchasing decisions are more influenced by price, taste, location, and personal experience, while TikTok content is considered to have the potential to influence if it is packaged attractively and does not feel overly promotional. Content observation revealed that despite varied content approaches, engagement levels remain relatively low. This study concludes that digital marketing strategies need to be optimized through relevant, inspirational, and interactive content, while still balancing quality products and direct services.
 

This article examines various factors that determine the success and competitiveness of cooperatives in Indonesia from the perspective of economic management education. The analysis draws upon recent empirical studies, theoretical reviews, and case-based comparisons published in the past five years. Findings reveal that institutional governance, member participation, digital innovation, cooperative education, and capital structure are key determinants of cooperative performance. Educational efforts in management, especially in vocational and community-based settings, significantly influence the sustainability and competitiveness of cooperatives in the modern economy.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaturan hak waris bagi anak yang lahir dari hubungan incest dalam perspektif hukum Islam. Hubungan incest, yang secara tegas dilarang dalam Al-Qur’an, Hadis, serta peraturan perundang-undangan nasional, merupakan pelanggaran terhadap prinsip moral, sosial, dan hukum keluarga. Namun, persoalan mengenai hak-hak keperdataan anak yang lahir dari hubungan tersebut, khususnya hak waris, tetap menjadi isu yang kompleks dan memerlukan kajian lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach) serta studi literatur. Berdasarkan ketentuan Kompilasi Hukum Islam dan pendapat jumhur ulama, anak yang lahir dari hubungan incest diperlakukan sebagai anak hasil zina, yang hanya memiliki hubungan keperdataan dengan ibu dan keluarga ibunya, sehingga tidak berhak mewarisi dari ayah biologisnya. Ketentuan ini sejalan dengan prinsip hukum Islam yang menempatkan keabsahan perkawinan sebagai syarat mutlak dalam penetapan nasab dan hak waris. Di sisi lain, penting untuk tetap memperhatikan pemenuhan hak-hak dasar anak sesuai prinsip keadilan sosial dan perlindungan anak. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memperkaya khazanah pemikiran hukum Islam kontemporer mengenai perlindungan anak dalam konteks yang penuh tantangan ini.

Good nutritional knowledge can help individuals to consume macronutrient intake in accordance with the body's needs, so that nutritional status can be adequately met. A cross-sectional study design and quantitative research methodology are employed. The study's sample consisted of twenty people who were chosen by purposive sampling. The Spearman rank correlation test was applied in both univariate and bivariate analyses. The results showed that most individuals' nutritional status was normal status (55%). Based on the Spearman rank test, no significant association was identified between nutritional knowledge (p=0.206), protein consumption (p=0.762), and carbohydrate consumption (p=0.772) with nutritional status. Nevertheless, fat consumption (p=0.049) showed a significant link with nutritional status. The results of this research suggest that nutritional status does not correlate with nutritional awareness, protein intake, or carbohydrate intake. However, fat intake is associated with nutritional status. It is intended that this study will inspire participants to practice mindfulness of their macronutrient intake. Coaches are also expected to provide guidance to UNESA volleyball club members to be more discerning in selecting foods for consumption

West Java is a province rich in history, culture, and traditions that form an essential part of Indonesia's national identity. Culture-based education plays a strategic role in shaping the character and cultural appreciation of younger generations toward the nation's heritage. This study employs a qualitative approach by introducing elements of West Javanese culture to students at SDN Sepang, Serang City, through visual learning media. The visuals depict cultural elements such as Jaipong dance, Wayang Golek puppetry, Angklung musical instruments, traditional clothing, and regional cuisine. The findings indicate that visual media effectively enhances students' interest and understanding of local culture while fostering a sense of pride and love for cultural heritage. The pedagogical approach, inspired by the Montessori method, offers students the freedom to explore, thereby promoting creativity and independence in learning about culture. This cultural learning not only preserves traditional values but also serves as a means of social transformation in addressing the challenges of globalization. The study emphasizes the importance of integrating local culture into the formal education curriculum, the need for teacher training, and community involvement to support sustainable cultural education. Therefore, culture-based education can serve as a strong foundation for cultivating knowledgeable, culturally-rooted, and character-driven future generations, contributing to sustainable national development.
