Abstrak:
Inclusive education plays a crucial role in achieving equal access and improving the quality of education for all students, including students with special needs. In the context of Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) learning, the implementation of inclusive education still faces significant challenges, both in terms of teaching strategies, teacher skills, and available supporting facilities and infrastructure. This study aims to describe the perceptions of PJOK teachers and classroom teachers regarding the implementation of inclusive learning for students with special needs in PJOK activities at the elementary school level. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including semi-structured interviews and documentation. The research subjects consisted of PJOK teachers and classroom teachers who teach at SDN 2 Gobras. The results show that the teachers have a good understanding of the importance of creating a friendly, adaptive, and enjoyable learning environment for students with special needs. The teachers make adjustments in learning activities through modifying tools, implementing small group strategies, providing appropriate motivation, and close collaboration with homeroom teachers and parents. However, limitations in the training received and the support of existing facilities remain significant obstacles. The findings of this study provide important implications regarding the need for ongoing training and strengthened collaboration between teachers to support the creation of more effective and sustainable inclusive education. Therefore, this research is expected to make a positive contribution to the development of inclusive education in elementary schools and raise awareness of the importance of supporting students with special needs in the learning process.

This study uses a qualitative method to analyze the optimization of digital branding strategies in enhancing the competitiveness of Islamic banks in the digital economy era. Changes in consumer behavior, advancements in information technology, and increasing competition in the banking sector are the main factors driving the importance of digital branding as a modern marketing strategy. Islamic banks are required not only to comply with Sharia principles but also to adapt to digital transformation dynamics to maintain their relevance. This study explores various elements of digital branding such as digital visual identity, social media interaction, and brand narratives based on Islamic values that help shape positive consumer perceptions. The findings reveal that Islamic banks that consistently implement digital branding strategies are more likely to build customer loyalty, increase brand awareness, and create strong differentiation from conventional competitors. These findings affirm that digital branding is not merely a promotional tool but a strategic instrument in building public trust and brand image in the rapidly evolving digital transformation era.

This study examines the relationship between corporate financial disclosure and investment decisions by shareholders and investors in capital markets. Using a comprehensive dataset of 486 publicly listed companies from multiple stock exchanges over a five-year period (2018-2022), we investigate how the quality, scope, and timing of financial disclosures influence investment behaviors, pricing efficiency, and capital allocation. Through multiple regression analysis, structural equation modeling, and panel data techniques, we find that higher disclosure quality is significantly associated with increased trading volumes (?=0.42, p<0.01), lower bid-ask spreads (?=-0.38, p<0.01), and reduced stock price volatility (?=-0.31, p<0.01). Our analysis reveals that voluntary disclosures beyond regulatory requirements have a stronger impact on institutional investor decisions compared to retail investors. Additionally, the study documents that forward-looking financial information and segment reporting have particularly strong effects on investment decisions during periods of market uncertainty. The findings contribute to disclosure theory and provide empirical evidence for regulators considering disclosure policy reforms, corporate executives formulating communication strategies, and investors developing investment frameworks that incorporate disclosure quality assessment. The study addresses the causality challenge through instrumental variable estimation and difference-in-differences analysis of regulatory changes, enhancing the robustness of the identified relationships.

Abstrak:
This study examines the impact of corporate governance structures on the transparency and accuracy of financial reporting in banking institutions. Using a quantitative research approach, the study analyzes data from 150 banks across 25 countries over a five-year period (2019-2023). Multiple regression analysis reveals that board independence, audit committee effectiveness, and ownership concentration significantly influence financial reporting quality. The findings indicate that stronger corporate governance mechanisms lead to improved financial reporting quality, with board independence having the strongest positive impact. This research contributes to the existing literature by establishing empirical evidence of the relationship between specific corporate governance mechanisms and financial reporting quality in the banking sector, which has implications for regulatory policy and banking governance practices.

Stunting remains a significant public health challenge in Indonesia, particularly among children aged 6-59 months. Stunting, defined as low height-for-age, results from chronic undernutrition during the most critical periods of growth and development. This study aims to analyze the sociodemographic and socio-cultural factors associated with stunting in Gorontalo, Indonesia, to inform targeted interventions. A cross-sectional study was conducted with 325 children aged 6-59 months, selected consecutively. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire covering seven sociodemographic and two sociocultural factors, alongside the Individual Dietary Diversity Score (IDDS) questionnaire. Bivariate analysis was performed using Chi-Square tests, while multivariate analysis employed Logistic Regression to identify significant predictors of stunting. The prevalence of stunting among the sample was 35.7%. Bivariate analysis identified Birth Length, Birth Weight, Family Income, Exclusive Breastfeeding, Complementary Foods, Food Diversity, and Parenting as factors associated with stunting. Multivariate analysis revealed that Birth Length (OR=0.377; 95% CI: 0.188-0.754), Birth Weight (OR=0.231; 95% CI: 0.095-0.561), Exclusive Breastfeeding (OR=0.307; 95% CI: 0.164-0.575), and Food Diversity (OR=0.064; 95% CI: 0.033-0.123) were significant protective factors against stunting. Conversely, Family Income and Education were identified as confounding factors. The findings underscore the critical importance of the first 1000 days of life in preventing stunting. Efforts should improve maternal nutrition to ensure optimal birth weight and length, promote exclusive breastfeeding, and enhance dietary diversity among young children. Addressing these factors can significantly reduce the prevalence of stunting and improve child health outcomes in Gorontalo.

Abstrak:
The National Health Insurance Program (JKN) organized by BPJS Health aims to improve access and quality of health services for all levels of Indonesian society. This research examines the effectiveness of the JKN program, with a focus on the use of the JKN mobile application, program implementation in health facilities, and factors that influence service quality. Based on case studies in several regions, the research results show that the JKN mobile application makes it easy for participants to access health-related services and information, although there are still obstacles such as a lack of public understanding of the application and technical problems. Apart from that, health services in hospitals and community health centers still face challenges such as a shortage of medical personnel, delays in services, and timeliness in administrative processes. Although the JKN program has expanded access to services, challenges in equal distribution of service quality and health resources still need to be overcome. Overall, the JKN program plays an important role in improving people's health and welfare, but improvements are needed in terms of community understanding, infrastructure and service efficiency to achieve more optimal and equitable health goals throughout Indonesia.

Abstrak:
This study aims to examine the role of family environment in motivating elementary school students to learn. Family education is the initial foundation in the formation of learning motivation that contributes greatly to students' academic success. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that a harmonious family environment, parental attention, and providing motivation consistently had a significant effect on increasing students' learning motivation. Factors such as managing study time, monitoring academic progress, and developing children's personalities are important aspects in supporting learning. We conclude that parents' active involvement in creating a conducive learning atmosphere and providing internal and external motivation can improve students' learning success. The findings are expected to enrich insights into the importance of the family's role in students' education.

This study aims to determine (1) spelling and writing errors; (2) grammatical errors; (3) punctuation errors; and (4) inconsistent use of terms in Kompasiana's online news entitled "Pakuwon Mall Surabaya Green Building Innovation for a Sustainable Environment". This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with documentation methods and literature studies or literature reviews and observations as data collection techniques. Based on the analysis carried out, there are several related errors: (1) spelling errors including typos and use of prepositions; (2) grammatical errors including incorrect use of sentence subjects and use of phrases; (3) punctuation errors including the lack of use of commas in several sentences; and (4) inconsistent use of terms including the use of foreign languages ??that are not accompanied by their meanings.

Abstrak:
This research aims to identify the reproduction and development of Bryophyta, especially the moss Octoblepharum albidum. Moss is a group of lower plants that play an important role in ecosystems, especially in humid areas such as tropical rainforests. The method used in this research includes observing the morphology and reproduction of moss using a stereo microscope to observe sporangium and spores. The results showed that Octoblepharum albidum has a lance-shaped leaf morphology, pale green in color, and has a thick texture. There are four brown sporangium, each containing more than 200 spores. This research reveals the importance of Bryophyta in maintaining ecosystem balance and as environmental indicators, as well as providing insight into the factors that influence the growth and development of moss in different habitats.

Abstrak:
Students with small speech limitations have low self-confidence which makes it difficult for them to interact with other students. The first aim of writing this article is to describe the role of teachers in increasing the self-confidence of students with limited speech in elementary schools. Second, to describe the self-confidence of students with limited speech in elementary school. This research uses qualitative research. The subjects in this research were teachers, school principals and students with mild speech impairment. The results of this study show that students with limited speech have low self-confidence and have sensitive feelings. The teacher's role is to create a friendly, comfortable environment, provide equal attention, provide opportunities for opinions, and carry out group activities as an effort to increase the self-confidence of students with disabilities. In this research it can be concluded that teachers have an important role in increasing self-confidence in students, especially those who have speech limitations or are speech impaired.
Peserta didik dengan keterbatasan bicara ringan, memiliki kepercayaan diri rendah yang membuat mereka sulit berinteraksi dengan peserta didik lainnya. Tujuan pertama dari penulisan artikel ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan peran guru dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri peserta didik dengan keterbatasan berbicara ringan di sekolah dasar. Kedua, untuk mendeskripsikan kepercayaan diri peserta didik dengan keterbatasan berbicara ringan di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru, kepala sekolah dan peserta didik penyandang gangguan tuna wicara ringan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik dengan keterbatasan berbicara ringan memiliki kepercayaan diri yang rendah dan memiliki perasaan sensitif. Guru berperan menciptakan lingkungan yang ramah, nyaman, memberikan perhatian yang merata, memberi kesempatan berpendapat, melakukan kegiatan berkelompok sebagai upaya peningkatan kepercayaan diri peserta didik dengan keterbatasan. Dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa guru memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan rasa percaya diri pada peserta didik. Terutama yang memiliki keterbatasan berbicara atau tuna wicara.
