Abstrak:
An integrated physical education policy was a strategic approach in shaping a healthy lifestyle from an early age. This study aimed to determine the effect of the integrated physical education policy implementation on the healthy lifestyle of elementary school students. The method used was descriptive quantitative with a survey approach. The sample consisted of 120 students from four elementary schools that had implemented the policy in X city. The results showed a significant positive correlation between the implementation of the integrated physical education policy and the improvement of students' healthy living behaviors, which included regular physical activity, a balanced diet, and awareness of personal hygiene and health. This policy proved effective in instilling healthy living values through structured physical activities and supporting the strengthening of character education

Abstrak:
In the context of secondary education, the Strategic Plan (Renstra) is an essential instrument in directing the implementation of school performance in a structured and long-term orientation. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Strategic Plan-based school performance implementation system in Minahasa Regency, by highlighting the integration of strategies into managerial practices, leadership effectiveness, and stakeholder participation. Using a qualitative approach of case studies, data was collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, document analysis, and questionnaires that were distributed to school principals, teachers, education staff, and school committees. The study results show that although most schools have prepared the Strategic Plan document according to the provisions, its implementation has not been thoroughly internalized in daily operational management. Many schools still position the Strategic Plan as an administrative document without integrating it into the evaluation and strategic decision-making process. The role of the principal as a strategic leader greatly determines the success of the implementation, but the uneven leadership capacity is a significant challenge. Stakeholdeconsider the Strategic Planr participation, especially teachers and the community, is also still minimal, while the evaluation system does not use comprehensively structured performance indicators. These findings underscore the importance of strengthening collaborative organizational culture, strategic leadership training, and the development of data-driven performance measurement systems. This research contributes to the literature on strategic education management. It opens opportunities for further exploration related to the digitalization of the Strategic Plan and the integration of strategy-based school performance evaluation.

Abstrak:
This community service aims to foster an entrepreneurial spirit through optimizing community creativity in processing pineapple into processed products. This community service uses a training method targeting PKK mothers in Belik Village, Belik District, Pemalang Regency. The training activity was carried out on June 30, 2024 at the Belik Village Hall. The PKK mothers were very enthusiastic about participating in the pineapple wingko making activity. This was proven by their attention to following the activity until it was finished. The result of this community service was that there was one MSME that succeeded in making pineapple wingko and marketing it in the village environment. Although it is still at the village level, this proves that an entrepreneurial spirit has been built so that it generates additional income. Pineapple is the main agricultural commodity in Belik District which can be developed through diversification of processed products that have high selling value and increase the selling value of pineapple. Pineapples, which are usually sold whole as fruit, are now being developed into pineapple wingko.

Abstrak:
This study centers on examining the impact of digital literacy, entrepreneurial characteristics, and competitive advantage on entrepreneurial success. In the rapidly evolving digital era, the ability to utilize information technology has grown to be a crucial aspect in supporting business activities, specifically for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). This analysis employs a quantitative method using surveys aimed at MSME entrepreneurs. Multiple linear regression was conducted to analyze the relationship between independent variables and the dependent variable. The outcomes reveal that digital literacy, entrepreneurial characteristics, and competitive advantage have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial success. These findings suggest that enhancing digital literacy, entrepreneurial attitudes and behaviors, and strategies to build competitive advantage are key factors in achieving business success.

Abstrak:
Work-life balance has become an important issue in human resource management, mainly because of its impact on employee satisfaction and performance. This study examines the influence of work-life balance on employee performance, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This study uses a causal approach with 115 employees at PT. Biotis Agrindo. The data was analysed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The study results show that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance, both directly and indirectly through job satisfaction. These findings confirm that job satisfaction mediates the relationship between WLB and performance, reinforcing the social exchange theory that perceptions of fair treatment from organisations will be reciprocated with positive work behaviours. The practical implication of this research is that organisations need to implement work policies that support work-life balance as part of performance improvement strategies.

. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of internal quality audits, leadership, and madrasah commitment on service quality at MAN 1 Lamongan. In an era of increasingly fierce competition in education quality, madrasahs are required to continuously improve and innovate their educational services. Internal quality audits are an important tool for identifying the strengths and weaknesses of an institution, while effective leadership and madrasah commitment are the main pillars in fostering a culture of sustainable quality. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data is collected through the distribution of questionnaires to all educators and educational staff at MAN 1 Lamongan. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to determine the relationship between independent variables (internal quality audit, leadership, and madrasah commitment) and dependent variables (service quality). The results of the study indicate that simultaneously, all three independent variables have a significant influence on service quality. Partially, internal quality audit has a positive influence through improved evaluation systems and continuous improvement. Effective leadership creates a conducive work environment and encourages active participation from all madrasah components. Meanwhile, the madrasah's high commitment to the institution's vision and mission further strengthens efforts to provide excellent service to students and the community. Thus, collaboration between the audit system, leadership, and madrasah commitment is a key factor in improving the quality of educational services at MAN 1 Lamongan. This study recommends the importance of strengthening quality management capacity and consistently involving all madrasah components in the process of improving service quality.

Abstrak:
This study aims to reveal Financial Behavior and Financial Attitude influence the development of micro, small and medium enterprises in Jambi City. This thesis uses a quantitative approach using multiple regression statistical analysis methods partially and simultaneously with a sample of 60 MSMEs. The results of the study indicate that Financial Behavior has a significant influence on the development of MSMEs in Jambi City. Financial attitude has a significant influence on the development of MSMEs in Jambi City. Financial Behavior and Financial Attitude together or simultaneously have a significant influence on the development of MSMEs in Jambi City. In business development, good knowledge is needed to help MSMEs to be innovative and produce new ideas to develop their businesses and knowledge management can help companies to develop a healthy and positive work culture.

Abstrak:
Vitamin D deficiency is a condition that often goes unnoticed but has widespread health implications, particularly among the adult population. Through this community service activity, vitamin D levels were screened in 49 adult participants in the Danau Sunter area using serum 25(OH)D testing, accompanied by education on the importance of vitamin D, its natural sources, and strategies for preventing deficiency. The results showed variation in vitamin D levels among participants, with a mean of 59.13 ng/mL and a range of 26.6–91.8 ng/mL. A total of 3 participants (6.12%) were found to have vitamin D deficiency. Several individuals were identified as being in the deficiency category, requiring further intervention. The educational component played an important role in increasing participants’ awareness and understanding of the role of vitamin D in preventing musculoskeletal and metabolic complications. This program successfully identified individuals in the community with vitamin D deficiency and improved knowledge regarding its prevention.

Abstract. Aging naturally reduces physiology, increasing susceptibility to injuries, particularly in the knee joint, which supports substantial body weight and is vulnerable to osteoarthritis and ligament injuries. The current study investigates the effectiveness of leg muscle strength training in reducing knee pain intensity among elderly women aged 45 years and older residing in Gayamsari District, Semarang. A pre-experimental design employing a one-group pre-test post-test approach was implemented. Forty-two participants were selected using purposive sampling methods. The intervention involved leg muscle strengthening exercises conducted twice per week for six weeks, with each session lasting 40 minutes. Knee pain intensity was assessed using the Numerical Rating Scale both prior to and following the intervention. Data analysis was performed using the Wilcoxon signed ranks test due to non-normally distributed data. Findings indicated a statistically significant reduction in knee pain intensity, with average pre-test pain scores recorded at 3.2 ± 2.2 and average post-test scores recorded at 0.9 ± 1.4 (p = 0.000). Of the participants, 40 demonstrated a reduction in pain levels, whereas 2 participants showed no improvement, potentially influenced by additional medical conditions including gout and hypertension. In conclusion, leg muscle strength training significantly contributed to reducing knee pain intensity in elderly women, thereby justifying inclusion in rehabilitation programs targeting knee pain associated with osteoarthritis and ligament injuries. Further research is recommended to investigate tailored training protocols that account for co-morbid conditions and their impact on pain management efficacy.
Abstract in Indonesia. Penuaan secara alami mengurangi fisiologi, meningkatkan kerentanan terhadap cedera, terutama pada sendi lutut, yang menopang berat tubuh yang substansial dan rentan terhadap osteoatritis dan cedera ligamen. Penelitian saat ini menyelidiki efektivitas latihan kekuatan otot kaki dalam mengurangi intensitas nyeri lutut di antara wanita lanjut usia berusia 45 tahun ke atas yang tinggal di Kecamatan Gayamsari, Semarang. Desain pra-eksperimental yang menggunakan pendekatan satu kelompok pra-tes pasca-tes diterapkan. Empat puluh dua peserta dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Intervensi melibatkan latihan penguatan otot kaki yang dilakukan dua kali seminggu selama enam minggu, dengan setiap sesi berlangsung selama 40 menit. Intensitas nyeri lutut dinilai menggunakan Numerical Rating Scale sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji peringkat bertanda Wilcoxon karena data tidak terdistribusi normal. Temuan menunjukkan pengurangan signifikan secara statistik dalam intensitas nyeri lutut, dengan skor nyeri pra-tes rata-rata tercatat sebesar 3,2 ± 2,2 dan skor pasca-tes rata-rata tercatat sebesar 0,9 ± 1,4 (p = 0,000). Dari peserta, 40 menunjukkan pengurangan tingkat nyeri, sedangkan 2 peserta tidak menunjukkan perbaikan, yang mungkin dipengaruhi oleh kondisi medis tambahan termasuk asam urat dan hipertensi. Sebagai kesimpulan, latihan kekuatan otot kaki berkontribusi signifikan terhadap pengurangan intensitas nyeri lutut pada wanita lanjut usia, sehingga membenarkan dimasukkannya dalam program rehabilitasi yang menargetkan nyeri lutut yang terkait dengan osteoatritis dan cedera ligamen. Penelitian lebih lanjut direkomendasikan untuk menyelidiki protokol pelatihan yang disesuaikan yang memperhitungkan kondisi komorbiditas dan dampaknya terhadap kemanjuran manajemen nyeri.

This paper provides a comprehensive examination of the concept and implementation of skill management as a cohesive set of competencies encompassing technical, interpersonal, conceptual, and strategic skills within organizational and entrepreneurial contexts. The background highlights the critical role of skill management in addressing the challenges posed by a highly competitive and rapidly evolving business environment, where mastery of these competencies determines both individual and organizational effectiveness in planning, organizing, leading, and controlling resources to achieve collective objectives. Grounded in a literature review of seminal works by Robbins & Coulter, Katz, Drucker, Mintzberg, Armstrong, and Barney & Hesterly, this study adopts a structured approach that covers definitions, classification of skill types, their roles in organizations, development strategies, implementation challenges, and applications in entrepreneurship. The findings indicate that: (1) technical, human, and conceptual skills are complementary across different managerial levels; (2) skill development requires a blend of formal education, field practice, mentorship, and technology utilization; (3) primary challenges include technological adaptation, complexity of decision-making, and limitations in training resources; and (4) in entrepreneurial ventures, effective skill management is fundamental to planning, finance, human resources, innovation, and communication. In conclusion, skill management should not be viewed as a static competency but as a strategic asset that must be continuously enhanced through lifelong learning, enabling both individuals and organizations to sustain growth and resilience in the era of globalization and digital transformation.
