Abstrak:
This study examines the effect of personalization-based digital marketing strategies on brand loyalty within cross-cultural contexts, employing A/B testing and multivariate analysis methods. The research is motivated by the critical role of digital marketing in fostering consumer relationships and the challenges of understanding cultural differences that influence consumer responses to marketing strategies. The primary objective of the study is to analyze how cultural dimensions moderate the effectiveness of personalized marketing content in enhancing brand loyalty. The study was conducted through an experiment involving 200 participants divided into two groups: one group received personalized digital content, while the other received standard content. Multivariate Analysis of Variance (MANOVA) was used to evaluate the effects of culture and marketing strategies on brand loyalty, consumer satisfaction, and product recommendations. The results indicate that personalized content significantly increases brand loyalty (M = 4.5, SD = 0.8) compared to standard content (M = 3.8, SD = 1.0; p < 0.05). Additionally, consumers from collectivist cultures demonstrated a more positive response to personalized content, with higher brand loyalty scores (M = 4.6) compared to those from individualist cultures (M = 4.0). This study underscores the importance of cultural sensitivity in digital marketing strategy planning. Integrating personalization elements with an understanding of cultural contexts has been shown to enhance consumer engagement and foster stronger brand loyalty. These results provide both empirical contributions and practical guidance for companies in designing effective marketing campaigns for diverse global markets.

Abstrak:
Purse seine fishing gear is a type of fishing equipment consisting primarily of a large net, designed to catch both large and small pelagic fish. This study aimed to (1) determine the effect of time differences—morning and evening—on the catch of flying fish using mini purse seine fishing gear, and (2) identify the composition and dominant species caught in each fishing period. The research was conducted at Banda Neira Pier, Banda District, Central Maluku Regency, Maluku, Indonesia. An experimental fishing method was applied, and data were analyzed using the Two Sample t-Test. Fishing operations were carried out over 16 trips, equally distributed between morning and evening sessions. The total recorded catch comprised 15,078 kg of mackerel (Rastrelliger sp.), 4,017 kg of skipjack (Katsuwonus pelamis), 18,743 kg of deho (Euthynnus affinis), and 45,601 kg of flying fish (Decapterus sp.). In the morning, the total catch reached 36,005 kg, dominated by flying fish, whereas in the evening, it was 50,250 kg, also dominated by flying fish. Statistical analysis using the Two Sample t-Test focused on the dominant species, flying fish, and revealed a p-value of <0.05. This indicates a significant difference in the composition of the catch between morning and evening fishing activities. The findings suggest that fishing time plays a crucial role in catch volume, particularly for flying fish, with evening fishing showing higher yields. These results can be valuable for optimizing fishing strategies, improving efficiency, and supporting sustainable fisheries management in Banda Neira and similar pelagic fishing grounds.

Revenge of the Sith, highlighting how these linguistic tools function as instruments of persuasion and manipulation. As the primary antagonist who masterminds the political and military conflict, Palpatine demonstrates an exceptional ability to control and influence other characters through carefully crafted dialogues. His language choices are not merely designed to maintain social harmony or reduce face-threatening acts (FTAs), but also to achieve hidden personal objectives. By building a sense of camaraderie and shared goals, Palpatine subtly manipulates the hearer’s emotions and decisions, often leading them toward outcomes that favor his agenda. The study employs a qualitative research method, with data drawn from Palpatine’s utterances throughout the film. Brown and Levinson’s (1987) theory of politeness serves as the primary analytical framework to identify the strategies Palpatine employs. The findings indicate that Palpatine frequently uses positive politeness strategies such as offering praise, emphasizing shared values, and creating misleading “common ground” to establish trust. He also makes promises or assurances that appeal to the hearer’s desires, while concealing his manipulative intentions. This research contributes to the broader field of pragmatics and discourse analysis by demonstrating how politeness theory can be applied to fictional narratives, particularly in examining power dynamics and manipulation. Furthermore, the study illustrates how language, when strategically used, can blur the lines between genuine politeness and calculated persuasion. The results highlight the importance of critical awareness in interpreting linguistic strategies in various communication contexts, both fictional and real-world.

Abstrak:
This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, solvency, and liquidity on the stock prices of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2022–2024, with company size as a moderating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis methods. The data used are secondary data in the form of annual financial reports from 40 companies selected through a purposive sampling method for three years, so that the total observation is 120 data. The independent variables studied include Return on Assets (ROA) as a proxy for profitability, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) for solvency, and Current Ratio (CR) for liquidity. Company size is measured using the natural logarithm of total assets as a moderating variable, while stock price is the dependent variable. Before the regression analysis was carried out, the data were tested using the classical assumption test which includes the normality test (with Kolmogorov-Smirnov, histogram, and P-Plot), multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test (run test), and heteroscedasticity test (scatter plot). After the data meets the normality assumption and all classical assumptions are met. The results of the regression test show that: (1) profitability has a positive and significant effect on stock prices; (2) solvency does not have a significant effect on stock prices; (3) liquidity has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. In addition, the company size variable is able to significantly moderate the effect of profitability and liquidity on stock prices, but does not moderate the effect of solvency. This study contributes to investors in assessing financial performance as a basis for making investment decisions, as well as for companies in developing financial strategies to increase stock value.

Abstrak:
The accumulation of organic waste at TPST 3R Mulyoagung Bersatu causes odor pollution and potential health and environmental problems. Bioconversion technology using maggots is one effort to process organic waste. Maggots are larvae of BSF (Black Soldier Fly), which can decompose organic waste for 14 days according to the larval phase in its life cycle. Bioconversion technology can convert organic waste and produce maggots as animal feed. In this community service activity, training and mentoring were carried out for partners attended by 11 participants from TPST 3R Mulyoagung Bersatu employees, so that they could apply bioconversion technology. The results of community service in applying bioconversion technology have converted organic waste and produced 60 kg of organic fertilizer from bioponds (size 2.5 x 1 m2) and as much as 30 kg of maggots.ABSTRAKPenumpukan sampah organik di TPST 3R Mulyoagung Bersatu menimbulkan masalah polusi bau, potensi gangguan kesehatan, dan masalah lingkungan. Teknologi biokonversi dengan menggunakan maggot merupakan salah satu upaya untuk mengolah sampah organik. Maggot merupakan larva dari BSF (Black Soldier Fly) yang dapat menguraikan sampah organik selama 14 hari sesuai fase larva pada siklus hidupnya. Teknologi biokonversi selain dapat mengkonversi sampah organik juga menghasilkan maggot sebagai pakan ternak. Pada kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada mitra yang diikuti oleh 11 orang peserta berasal dari karyawan TPST 3R Mulyoagung Bersatu agar dapat mengaplikasikan teknologi biokonversi. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa aplikasi teknologi biokonversi telah dapat mengkonversi sampah organik dan menghasilkan 60 kg pupuk organik dari biopond (ukuran 2,5 x 1 m2) dan sebanyak 30 kg maggot.

Abstrak:
Internal communication is one of the important elements in human resource management, playing a role in shaping organizational culture, increasing employee involvement, and supporting overall organizational performance. This article reviews five selected scientific journals that highlight the relationship between internal communication and organizational performance, focusing on employee engagement as an intermediate variable. From the analysis of the five journals, it was found that effective communication has a positive influence on employee loyalty, motivation, and productivity. These studies also highlight the importance of the role of digital technology, communicative leadership, and an open organizational culture in strengthening internal communication.

Abstrak:
This study aims to analyze the influence of Islamic financial literacy and bank image on customer decisions in using mortgage financing products at Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) KC Syariah Palembang. Islamic financial literacy plays an important role in increasing public understanding of Islamic banking products, which will influence decisions in choosing financial products. In addition, a positive bank image also contributes to building customer trust in the services offered. This study uses a quantitative method with the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) approach. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to BTN KC Syariah Palembang customers who use mortgage financing products. The results of the study indicate that Islamic financial literacy and bank image have a positive and significant effect on customer decisions. The implications of this study indicate that increasing Islamic financial literacy and strengthening bank image can be an effective strategy for Islamic banks in increasing the number of users of Islamic-based mortgage products. Therefore, a broader Islamic financial education program is needed as well as improving the quality of services and transparency in Islamic banking operations to build customer trust and loyalty..

Abstrak:
This study investigates how data visualization helps retail companies make Business Intelligence (BI)-based decisions. The study processed one year of sales data with a quantitative descriptive approach to find seasonal patterns, performance by region, and customer consumption tendencies. The analysis results show that BI software such as Microsoft Power BI can visualize data more easily and accelerate understanding of business performance. Strategic decisions such as promotional planning and product inventory management are more effective with interactive visualization, which allows decision makers to see data in a more understandable way. The study found that data visualization in BI systems can help retail businesses make better decisions. These results show the importance of incorporating BI into a company's operational processes and using interactive visualization to improve overall business performance.

Abstrak:
This community service activity aimed to increase the knowledge and awareness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) workers regarding the importance of hygiene and sanitation in food production processes. The program was carried out at Kripik Tempe “Tri Manunggal” in Karangsari Village, Jatiyoso Subdistrict, Karanganyar Regency, using a participatory and educational approach. Participants received training that included material presentation, handwashing simulation, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Evaluation was conducted through pre-tests and post-tests to measure knowledge improvement. Descriptive analysis showed a significant increase in the average score from 20% (pre-test) to 90% (post-test). In addition to cognitive gains, participants also showed behavioral changes and a willingness to apply and promote hygiene practices within their communities. The program was supported by providing sanitation facilities such as handwashing stations and PPE kits. In conclusion, hygiene and sanitation education is highly effective in fostering clean working behavior among food-sector MSME and is suitable for replication in similar community.

Guru merupakan pilar utama dalam dunia pendidikan yang tidak hanya berperan sebagai penyampai materi, tetapi juga sebagai pembentuk karakter, fasilitator pembelajaran, dan agen perubahan sosial. Dalam konteks pendidikan modern, peran guru telah berkembang secara signifikan, menuntut kompetensi multidimensional yang mencakup kemampuan pedagogik, sosial-emosional, teknologi, dan kultural. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran guru sebagai pendidik secara komprehensif serta mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi dalam dunia pendidikan masa kini. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi pustaka, data diperoleh dari berbagai literatur ilmiah yang relevan, dan dianalisis melalui teknik analisis konten. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk peserta didik menjadi individu yang berkarakter, kritis, dan adaptif terhadap perubahan. Teori pendidikan humanistik, konstruktivisme, dan ekologi pendidikan memperkuat urgensi peran guru dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang inklusif dan bermakna. Namun demikian, guru juga menghadapi tekanan internal dan eksternal yang kompleks, seperti stres kerja, tuntutan teknologi, dan keberagaman siswa. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan dukungan sistemik dan strategi pengembangan profesional yang berkelanjutan untuk membentuk guru yang fleksibel, reflektif, dan progresif. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam peningkatan kualitas pendidikan melalui penguatan peran guru di era globalisasi.
