Abstrak:
Background: as we know every child will experience a period of growth and development. The growth and the development could be seen from some aspects such as: language, fine motor skills, gross motor skills, social personal aspects. This period is sensitive one; the children will be sensitive to receiving all stimuli given by their parents or their environment. The study aims to obtain the description of the development of preschool age children at the Futuhiyyah Doro Islamic Kindergarten.Method: it is a quantitative descriptive with a total sampling technique as the technique of data collecting; 82 respondents. The instrument applied was the Pre-Developmental Screening Questionnaire as the development measuring tool. Besides, the data analysis used was univariate in the form of a percentage frequency distribution.Results: the result stated characteristics of preschool age children at the Futuhiyyah Doro Islamic Kindergarten are the average age is 68 months, 47 respondents (57.3%) were female and 35 (42.7%) were male. Furthermore, at that age, there were 72 respondents (87.8%) who had appropriate development and 10 respondents (12.2%) who doubted it.Conclusion: Description of the development of preschool age children at the Futuhiyyah Doro Islamic Kindergarten, there were 72 respondents (87.8%) with appropriate development.

Abstrak:
This study aims to examine the relationship between critical thinking and scientific argumentation in the context of science learning. This research method is a systematic literature review of articles published between 2012 and 2022 and indexed in Scopus at least Quartile 2 (Q2), so the quality of the articles is high. This research found 17,800 articles in the search results for related articles published in the last decade, but only 11 met the criteria. Findings from the literature review indicate an interdependent relationship between critical thinking and scientific argumentation, and both make significant contributions to science learning. Other information obtained from this research is that there are several methods for training and developing critical thinking and scientific argumentation in science learning: argument maps and concept maps, essential reading activities, argumentative texts or discourse, discussion activities, analytical questions, learning technology, and specific learning strategies. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that critical thinking and scientific argumentation are interconnected skills and contribute to learning. The complexity of the relationship between critical thinking and scientific argumentation in science learning can encourage deeper learning and understanding of concepts.

Strategi promosi digunakan dalam pemasaran untuk menentukan cara terbaik dalam menghadirkan produk atau jasa ke pasar tertentu, namun terkadang di perusahaan strategi tersebut seringkali kurang maksimal, seperti yang masih dilakukan oleh perusahaan percetakan dan periklanan Permata Jaya Printing yang hanya menggunakan media cetak dalam pemasarannya. berupa spanduk, poster, promosi dari mulut ke mulut dan media sosial sehingga strategi promosi ini dinilai kurang efektif dalam menjangkau khalayak yang lebih luas.Untuk mendukung media promosi yang digunakan Permata Jaya Printing, penulis mencoba menawarkan alternatif lain yaitu penggunaan media promosi berupa video iklan digital berbasis motion grafis sebagai solusi dari permasalahan tersebut yang kemudian disebarkan melalui media sosial. . Media seperti Instagram dan WhatsApp.Penulis memilih menggunakan metode Research and Development (RnD) dalam melaksanakan penelitian yang bertujuan pada proses pencarian pengetahuan, ide, produk dan teknologi baru secara sistematis, serta mengembangkan dan menerapkannya untuk mendorong inovasi dan pertumbuhan.Hasil uji efikasi pengguna sebesar 83,5%. yang tergolong sangat efektif. Abstrak:
Black Soldier Fly (BSF) larvae can bioconvert organic waste quickly. Grand Larva SME cultivates BSF larvae to bioconvert restaurant and domestic waste as feed for BSF larvae growth. So far, Grand Larva SME only produces fresh and dry BSF larvae. Even though BSF larvae can still be processed into maggot flour and oil which have high selling value. BSF larvae flour has a high protein content of 46 – 78% potential for animal feed, while BSF larvae oil contains oil with a lauric fatty acid content of up to 60% which can be used for pharmaceuticals and cosmetics. This community service introduces siege process and oil extraction technology to partners. The methods used are in the form of lectures, training and mentoring. Result of this community service, partners can absorb and apply the technology provided so that they can diversify maggot products. The results of applying technology from 3 kg of fresh maggots produce 1 kg of roasted maggots. Meanwhile, roasted maggot after pressing (oil extraction) produces 55% oil and 45% maggot cake. Maggot meal is then processed into maggot flour. This diversification of maggot products can increase sales value and increase income.ABSTRAKMaggot adalah larva dari BSF (Black Soldier Fly) sejenis lalat yang dapat melakukan biokonversi sampah organik dengan cepat. UKM Grand Larva membudidayakan maggot untuk melakukan biokonversi sampah restoran dan domestik sebagai makanan untuk pertumbuhan maggot. Selama ini UKM Grand Larva hanya menghasilkan maggot dalam keadaan segar dan kering. Padahal maggot masih dapat diolah menjadi tepung dan minyak maggot yang mempunyai nilai jual tinggi. Tepung maggot mempunyai kandungan protein tinggi 46 – 78% potensial untuk pakan ternak, sementara minyak maggot mengandung minyak dengan kandungan asam lemak laurat sampai 60% yang dapat digunakan untuk farmasi dan kosmetik. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini melakukan introduksi teknologi penepungan dan ekstraksi minyak kepada mitra. Metode yang digunakan dalam bentuk ceramah, pelatihan, dan pendampingan. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini mitra dapat menyerap dan mengaplikasikan teknologi yang diberikan sehingga dapat melakukan diversifikasi produk maggot. Hasil penerapan teknologi dari 3 kg maggot segar dihasilkan 1 kg maggot sangrai. Sementara maggot sangrai setelah dilakukan pengepresan (ekstraksi minyak) menghasilkan 55% minyak dan 45% bungkil maggot. Bungkil maggot selanjutnya diolah menjadi tepung maggot. Diversifikasi produk maggot ini dapat meningkatkan nilai jual dan peningkatan pendapatan.

Abstrak:
This research examines the lobbying and negotiation strategies in building trust in Hydro Coco's sponsorship as an isotonic drink. The method used is descriptive qualitative with literature study approach. The findings showed that Hydro Coco implemented marketing strategies through proper segmentation, targeting, and positioning. The performance strategy was applied by sending creative proposals to the event organizers, while negotiations focused on unveiling the logo and product sections at the event. Hydro Coco also used various promotional tactics such as offering free samples, product bonuses, price discounts, personal selling, and direct marketing. This study concludes that effective lobbying and negotiation strategies can increase sponsorship trust and increase consumer loyalty to Hydro Coco products.

Illegal mining in Indonesia isn't it things we just heard, In fact, illegal mining has become widespread in almost every region potentially rich in minerals. Illegal mining is the most common found is mining gold. Mining gold illegal or often in short for PETI (Unlicensed Gold Mining) is a mine amount pollution material the mine most tall. In Indonesia, gold mining without a permit is considered an unlawful activity, especially because miners do not have a mining business permit as a business entity. They do not pay taxes and royalties which are sources of state income from mining activities. Their activities also often cause social unrest and environmental damage. One that has gold mines is Jambi Province, precisely in the Merangin Regency area. Gold mines in this district are not only found on land but also in river basins (DAS). Merangin Police have carried out many prevention and law enforcement efforts to deal with mining activities without permits.

Abstrak:
Unemployment is a persistent problem in the labor market, thus hampering economic development and national prosperity. Indonesia, including its capital Jakarta, continues to face significant levels of unemployment compared to neighboring countries. This research focuses on analyzing the structure of unemployment in Jakarta using K-Means Clustering to categorize unemployment data based on age groups (2020-2022) sourced from the Central Statistics Agency. Analysis carried out via RapidMiner revealed three clusters:-Cluster 0: Age 30-60 years and above, Cluster 1: Age 20-24 years, Cluster 2: Age 15-19 and 25-29 years. The findings show that the 20-24 year age group has the highest unemployment rate (399,167 people), while the 30-60 year and above age group shows the lowest unemployment rate (75,560 people). This clustering approach provides insight into the distribution of unemployment by different age demographics in Jakarta, highlighting areas where targeted interventions may be needed to effectively address this socio-economic challenge

The Covid pandemic has had an impact on the declining performance of MSMEs in Kupang City. Various efforts have been made by the government to save MSMEs and one of them is use of digital marketing. This study aims to determine the impact of the use of digital marketing on the performance of SMEs in Kupang City and identify the obstacles faced by SMEs in the use of digital marketing. The results of this study indicate that using digital marketing in marketing products/services to MSMEs in Kupang City is able to have an impact on sales growth, increasing income, expanding market reach and increasing the number of customers. In addition, there are several obstacles faced by MSMEs in using digital marketing, namely lack of understanding of business via the internet, limited financing, unprepared labor, lack of availability of supporting facilities, unstable internet network, and distrust of business in internet

Abstrak:
This study examines the optimization of the role of Tanuharjo Village officials in increasing village revenue through the establishment and management of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). The creation of BUMDes in Tanuharjo Village has proven to be a strategic initiative to maximize village potential and enhance local economic development. This article provides an overview of the service activities that have been carried out, focusing on the critical role of Tanuharjo Village officials in optimizing village income through the establishment, management, and active participation in BUMDes. The BUMDes has played a vital role in creating new jobs, boosting the productivity of key village sectors, and strengthening the local economy. Additionally, BUMDes serves as a platform for encouraging innovation and the entrepreneurial spirit within the village community. Through one-way counseling sessions organized by the Semarang State University service team, the capacity of Tanuharjo Village officials in BUMDes management has been significantly enhanced. The strategies implemented during these activities included the development of new business units by optimizing village resources, the creation of management training programs to improve BUMDes governance, and digital marketing training for human resources. These efforts have successfully increased the understanding and capabilities of village officials, contributing to improved performance in managing BUMDes and increasing village revenue. This service activity has provided practical recommendations for improving BUMDes governance, which are expected to stimulate further economic growth and improve the welfare of the community in Tanuharjo Village.

AbstrakPelatihan mengenai praktik perhitungan harga pokok produksi bagi usaha Peyek 5 KIC diharapkan dapat memaksimalkan keuntungan dalam penjualannya. Penetapan metode harga pokok produksi yang digunakan yaitu metode Full Costing yang mana metode ini menghitung seluruh biaya baik bersifat tetap maupun variable, sehingga dalam 1 produk akan diperoleh berapa harga pokoknya dan usaha Peyek 5 KIC dapat menjual barang dagangannya dengan menggunakan keuntungan sebagaimana yang mereka harapkan. Usaha Peyek 5 KIC ini dijalankan oleh para mahasiswa Universitas Sumatera Barat yang tergabung dalam kelompok UKM Kewirausahaan. Kami sebagai dosen Fakultas Ekonomi memberikan pengetahuan kepada mahasiswa mengenai praktik perhitungan metode harga pokok produksi.Kata Kunci: full costing, metode harga pokok produksi, biaya tetap, biaya variable
AbstractTraining on the practice of calculating the cost of goods produced for the Peyek 5 KIC business is expected to maximize profits in its sales. Determination of the cost of production method used is the Full Costing method, in which it calculates all costs both fixed and variable, so that in 1 product the cost of goods will be obtained and Peyek 5 KIC business can sell their merchandise and use the profit as they have hoped for. The Peyek 5 KIC business is run by students of the University of West Sumatra who are members of the Entrepreneurship student activity (UKM) group. We, as lecturers of the Faculty of Economics, provide knowledge to students about the practice of calculating the cost of production method.Kdeywords: full costing, cost of goods method, fixed costs, variable costs
