The high level of poverty in Indonesia encourages the government and social institutions to seek to provide social assistance to the community in improving welfare, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, in the form of basic necessities, cash, and other forms of subsidies. However, sometimes the distribution of social assistance is not well-targeted so that some people should receive the assistance but are not touched at all. Then the data obtained are also still manual so it takes time in making decisions. Therefore we need a method that can assist in making decisions quickly with the help of computers. One of the methods used in making these decisions is the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) which is widely used for solving decision-making problems with many criteria. Fuzzy AHP itself is a combination of the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method and fuzzy theory. In this study, several criteria were determined in the selection of recipients of social assistance, namely employment, expenditure, clothing, food, and housing. Furthermore, the alternative recipients of social assistance that will be selected are compared based on predetermined criteria. The highest value which is the result of Fuzzy AHP calculations can be used as a recommendation for decision-makers in selecting social assistance recipients.

<em>The Articulating of H-Rotor is a development of the turbine from H-Darrieus which has a straight blade tilted with the aim of correcting poor self-starting due to the dominance of lift force. How likely is the influence of straight blade slope on turbine performance and it is important to be examined. The aim of this study was to find out the effect of the straight blade slope of the Articulating H-Rotor turbine to increase the self-starting ability. Hydrokinetic turbine experimental test method was carried out in a water channel (flume) using 3 NACA 0018 profile blades with varying inclination angles of 0^o (vertical blade), 30^o (inflated blade) and -30^o (cupped blade). The result indicated that the Articulating H-Rotor hydrokinetic turbine with a blade slope of 0^o had a larger RPM value and it was more dominant in working with lift force. The Articulating H-Rotor hydrokinetic turbine with a blade tilted of 30^o provides higher torque and increases drag, increasing self-starting for rotation. The shape of the turbine frontal area with a blade slope of 30^o was better able to respond the kinetic energy that raised from the flow velocity distribution profile of the water flow. The results of this study can contribute to the design of the tilted blade H-Darrieus turbine.</em>

<p align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Dalam transaksi jual beli, kita ketahui bahwa tidak dapat dibatasi oleh waktu dan jarak, dengan berkembangnya teknologi saat ini memberikan kemudahan dalam melakukan segala aktivitas salah satunya transaksi jual beli melalui jaringan internet. Pelaksanaan jual beli melalui jaringan internet terdapat beberapa proses yang dimulai dari penawaran, penerimaan, pembayaran dan pengiriman. Berdasarkan Pasal 1320 Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata (KUHPerdata) menyebutkan perihal syarat sah perjanjian ialah kesepakatan dari para pihak, kecakapan untuk melakukan pembuatan perjanjian, suatu hal tertentu yang diperjanjikan, dan klausal yang halal dapat diterapkan untuk menentukan keabsahan dalam perjanjian jual beli secara elektronik.</p><p>Namun dalam praktek, dimana syarat   tersebut belum pasti terpenuhi, yakni syarat kecakapan. Bahwa dalam transaksi jual beli <em>online</em> tidak dapat diidentifikasi apakah pihak dalam transaksi tersebut telah dikategorikan dewasa. Terlebih bahwa terkadang saat melakukan transaksi pembelian konsumen dihadapkan denga barang yang tak kunjung datang dan barang yang tidak sesuai dengan yang dijual oleh pengusaha, hal inilah menjadi timbulnya kerugian yang diderita oleh konsumen. Maka dari itu, pentingnya pemberitahuan edukasi kepada masyarakat khususnya pada penghuni Panti Asuhan Siti Khadijah yang notabene masih berusia relatif muda sehingga apabila para anak Panti Asuhan Siti apabila melakukan transaksi jual beli secara <em>online</em>, anak-anak panti telah mengetahui secara teori dan perundang-undangan.</p><p>Permasalahan yang dialami mitra adalah tidak didapatkannya pengetahuan atau edukasi hukum yang berlaku di Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia sehingga mitra masih dirasa kurang dalam pemahaman tersebut. Pengetahuan hukum bagi anak-anak penghuni panti sangatlah dirasa penting diberikan sehingga perlu diadakannya penyuluhan hukum bagi anak-anak panti asuhan Siti Khadijah Semarang yang bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi ilmu sehingga masyarakat dapat mengerti dan mengetahui perkembangan hukum serta dapat memberikan bekal pengetahuan kepada masyarakat tentang peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku di Indonesia. Solusi yang diberikan dengan melalui kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat yang dilakukan di Panti Asuhan Siti Khadijah, Kota Semarang dengan memberikan pemaparan materi dan berdiskusi agar anak mendapatkan pemahaman dan pengetahuan terkait  aspek hukum jual beli secara <em>online</em> (<em>E-commerce</em>) sehingga diharapkan dapat memberikan sarana edukasi hukum yang sering dialami oleh anak khususnya dan pemahaman hukum kepada masyarakat.</p><p><strong>  </strong></p><p><strong><em>Kata Kunci : E-commerce, Pemahaman, Hukum</em></strong></p>

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the pattern of organizational communication at PT Apparel One Indonesia in order to increase employee productivity during the covid-19 pandemic. This research is a type of qualitative research. Data sources consist of primary and secondary. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis technique uses data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data display), and drawing and testing conclusions. From the results of this study, it shows that the downward communication pattern used is the chain communication pattern, employees interacting with the leadership must go through the whatsapp group media. The pattern of leadership communication to employees is very influential on employee work motivation in achieving common company goals. In the upward communication pattern, employees always listen to directions, suggestions, and ideas given by the leadership. It is intended that the workflow within the company can run well. Leaders always provide good feedback to employees by providing input, advice, and providing solutions. In the horizontal communication pattern, harmonious communication between fellow employees is a top priority to avoid misunderstandings and still aims to maintain solid teamwork.

UD.  Leon Jaya is an building equipment importer.  The problems faced by UD.  Leon Jaya are a conventional data storage model and business process activities are carried out manually. For, example data collection of incoming and outgoing goods.  The solutions to the problems are a computerized system for digital / electronic data storage and a management information system to carry out business process activities.  The development of a computerized system requires a good planning, comprehensive, and able to anticipate the development needs of the company, which absolutely requires IS / IT strategic planning.  This study aims to find the right method and steps for UD.  Leon Jaya in compiling the IS / IT Strategic Plan.  Formulation of a strategic plan for IS / IT UD.  Leon Jaya uses the Ward and Peppard method, internal analysis using Value Chain and SWOT, external analysis using PEST, and portfolio mapping using Mcfarlan Strategic Grid.  The results of the recommendations are data management SI, goods price SI, sales and demand SI, transaction SI, warehouse stock mobile application, HR SI, website, training application and company operation standart application.

Cloud storage is a cloud computing model that stores data on a server that is accessed via the internet. Cloud storage is an option for storing data. The existing cloud storage service providers provide services at a fairly high price and cannot be configured according to the wishes of the user. Therefore, the author plans to implement a private cloud that uses a raspberry pi as a server for file management and Nextcloud as an interface. Nextcloud is an application that is very suitable for running cloud storage services. Nextcloud can share files with other users and share via a link via the web. To run cloud storage, users can access the server address with an intermediary web browser.The research method used in this research is Research and Development. Hardware test results obtained if used by more than 5 devices simultaneously will result in Requested Timed Out (RTO) on the Nextcloud page, in the future you can replace a better micro SD with fast data read/write access speed.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh religiusitas, pelayanan, tarif premi terhadap kepuasan nasabah dengan minat berasuransi syariah sebagai variabel intervening di Asuransi XYZ Syariah Cabang Surabaya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah yang bergabung di perusahaan asuransi XYZ Syariah Cabang Surabaya. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling dengan kriteria (1) masyarakat yang sudah menjadi nasabah asuransi syariah , dan (2) berusia 17 – 50 tahun sebanyak 100 responden. Analisis data menggunakan PLS dengan program SmartPLS 3.2.8.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Religiusitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat nasabah berasuransi, (2) Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat nasabah berasuransi, (3) Tarif premi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat nasabah berasuransi, (4) Religiusitas berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, (5) Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, (6) Tarif Premi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, (7) Religiusitas berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah melalui minat berasuransi syariah, (8) Pelayanan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah melalui minat berasuransi syariah, dan (9) Tarif premi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah melalui minat berasuransi syariah.

Along with the rapid development of technology, especially in the field of information technology, it demands almost every part of our lives to take advantage of it. Especially in daily work that demands a fast, precise and accurate process. Therefore, at this time information technology cannot be separated from part of our daily work processes. To get fast work results, it needs to be supported by simple and applicable tools. Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Jepara is a junior secondary level formal education institution which is geographically located in Karangawen Village, Karangawen District, Demak Regency, with a total of about 800 students divided into 25 classes. To serve student payments with a large number of students, MTs Jepara is no longer serving manually, namely by writing in a book to record payment transactions, but has used a student financial payment application created using Microsoft Access.
With this application, all student financial payment transactions can be accessed easily and quickly which are served by Administrative Staff to support the work process. The purpose of this research is to build a school financial payment system with barcode tools at MTs Jepara Demak to help speed up data input on the student financial payment application at MTs Jepara Demak so that services in student financial payments at MTs Jepara Demak become faster. In this study, the application used is Microsoft Access programming using Barcode Reader as a tool

80% of cases of building or house fires in Indonesia are caused by electrical short circuits. Currently, there are only MCB and ELCB devices protecting for building electrical installations, but these devices cannot protect the conditions that cause fires. In a short circuit, there will be heating of the short cable or device. In this study, researchers used a thermal camera that can be placed on an electrical panel to be able monitor the temperature of electrical panel which includes cables, MCB, or can be placed on other devices. When the detected object temperature exceeds a predetermined limit, the device will provide a warning in the form of sound and text and can automatically cut off electricity in the building's electricity network. This research produces a prototype of a power grid safety device using a Raspberry Pi that can be applied to buildings and objects that have the potential to emit excess heat that can cause fires. Systems it will be able to monitor, provide warnings and can automatically cut off the electricity network when the temperature of the observed object exceeds the specified limit and has the potential to emit excess heat which can cause a fire.
