Sike Rabano adalah dzikir yang menggunakan alat musik rebana. Sike rabano pada awalnya berfungsi  untuk mengajak masyarakat untuk berdzikir melalui hiburan untuk penyebaran agama Islam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ditinjau dari (1), Sejarah kemunculan kesenian ini. (2), perkembangan dan perubahan nilai yang terjadi di masyarakat Koto Tuo Ujung Pasir. (3), dan Strategi dalam pelestarian kesenian tradisonal Sike Rabano di tengah perubahan sosial masyarakat. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, observasi. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa (1), Sike rabano muncul diperkirakan pada awal abad ke-13 M. Kemunculan sike rabano dikaitkan dengan munculnya penyebaran agama islam di Kabupaten Kerinci. (2). Perkembangan dan perubahan dari kesenian sike rabano ini meliputi perubahan dalam pelaksanaan, perubahan pada syair dan perubahan pada segi nilai yang terjadi pada masyarakat. (3). Strategi untuk pelestarian sike rabano dengan solidaritas antar warga, kesadaran dan regenerasi pengajaran sike rabano secara turun temurun pada masyarakat Koto Tuo Ujung Pasir.

Berilmu sebelum beramal ini sebuah prinsip yang harus melekat kepada setiap atlet. mengilmui dahulusetiap tahapan latihan kondisi fisik sebelum melaksanakan program latihan kondisi fisik. Kondisi fisik yang baik dan berkualitas ialah wajib dimiliki oleh semua atlet. kualitas kondisi fisik yang baik akan memberikan kualitas kebugaran atlet dalam menunjang performa dan prestasi.tidak ada kata berhenti dalam melakukan latihan kondisi fisik. Dimanapun atlet berada wajib melakukan sesi latihan kondiai fisik. Latihan kondisi fisik akan mendapatkan hasil sesuai peak performance atau sesaui tujuan jika memahami prinsip-prinsip latihan dan komponen latihan kondisi fisik yang telah disesuaikan pada cabang olahraganya. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi dan pelatihan pelatihan kondisi fisik kepada seluruh atlet panahan kabupaten banjarnegara. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan memalui bebrapa tahap, yakni: pretest, kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan (pelaksanan materi, diskusi, sharing session), posttest. Pemahaman pengetahuan tentang kondisi fisik atlet rata-rata pada sesi pre test ialah 80, pemahaman pengetahuan kondisi fisik atlet rata-rata pada sesi post test ialah 85. Adapun kesimpulan setelah dilaksanakan sosialisasi dan pelatihan kondis fisik atlet panahan adanya peningkatan

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh leverage dan firm size terhadap islamic social reporting pada perusahaan syariah sektor perdagangan dan investasi yang terdaftar di Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia tahun 2018-2020 . Penelitian ini diuji dengan menggunakan 2 variabel bebas (independen) yaitu: leverage dan firm size. Untuk variable terikat (dipenden) yaitu islamic social reporting. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan syariah sektor perdagangan dan investasi yang terdaftar di Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia tahun 2018-2020. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada 45 sampel. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dan dibantu alat analsis Eviews 9 data yang digunakan adalah data panel. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah leverage secara parsial berpengaruh negative dan signifikan teradap Islamic social reporting, firm size tidak berpengaruh pada pengungkapan Islamic social reporting. Dari hasil uji simultan leverage dan firm size tidak berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap pengungkapan Islamic social reporting.

The aims of this study were (1) to describe the types of figurative language that are contained in the Anthology of Teacher's Poems about a Book and the Secrets of Knowledge; and (2) describe the implications for learning literature in high school. This research approach is descriptive qualitative, in line with the findings of the study, namely in the form of a description of the types of figurative language repetition in the Anthology of Teacher's Poetry about a Book and the Secrets of Knowledge and their implications for learning literature in high school. This type of research is qualitative, because the data findings are not obtained by statistical calculations (quantitative) but in the form of phrases, clauses and sentences contained in the Anthology of Teacher's Poems about a Book and Secrets of Knowledge. The results of this study show the following data, namely (1) the figurative language of repetition contained in the Teacher's Poetry Anthology of a Book and the Secret of Knowledge is a repetition of alliteration type of figure of speech consisting of nine quotations, the alliteration figure of speech in these quotations gives rise to an aesthetic impression of the poem. The figure of speech of repetition of the mesodiplosis type has one quote, the figure of speech of mesodiplosis in these quotations emphasizes the meaning of the poem. The figure of speech of repetition which is the type of repetition of five quotations, the figure of speech of repetition in these quotations raises the affirmation of meaning and adds to the aesthetics of the poem. The figure of speech of repetition of the epistrofa type has three quotations. the figure of speech of epistropha in these quotations raises the affirmation of the meaning of the poem, thus the dominant form of repetition used in the Anthology of Guru's Poetry About a Book and the Secrets of Knowledge is a form of repetition of the alliteration type. (2) The implications of the analysis of figurative language in the book Anthology of Teacher Poems About a Book and Secrets of Knowledge for the learning of literature in high school can provide an understanding of the types of figurative language of repetition in a poem. These implications can be used as additional teaching materials to improve students' ability to understand the building blocks of a poem while at the same time creating a work of poetry.

This research was conducted because of the importance of the metaverse in its contribution to increasing GDP. Metaverse business growth in the last 10 years compared to GDP has contributed 2.8% globally. This is what is interesting to study regarding the opportunities and challenges faced in the application of the metaverse. This research was conducted by using a literature review review to obtain a theoretical basis that could support solving a problem that is being or will be studied. Opportunities and challenges of the metaverse in the literature review can be concluded that previous researchers have used a good research methodology using a good theoretical basis and research steps. Most studies show that the metaverse is still in demand as a topic of interest by well-known research and is still a trending theme in the research world. The application of the metaverse platform covers multi-disciplinary fields, including education, health, business/marketing, games, information systems, concerts, fashion events, advertising, virtual real estate ownership etc. This research suggestion needs a detailed discussion of the problems and challenges faced in the Metaverse application in the coming period, in the next 10 years it is predicted that the metaverse will still be a hot topic of conversation globally, the need for metaverse development in various fields, and the need for copyright, brand rights and trade rights in relation to the metaverse-based application platform.

There is limited distribution so that the product is only known in certain areas without being promoted outside the city. The business development is due to a lack of marketing and the appropriate management has not been applied. This activity aims to help introduce the Atomic Cracker brand so that it is known to the wider community and increase sales. The method of implementing this activity uses qualitative methods. With data collection techniques observation, documentation and interviews. The results of this activity are updating the logo and product packaging, as well as creating Instagram social media accounts. The conclusion of this activity is that the use of marketing using digital media is a new hope for MSMEs Atomic Crackers Typical Anambas to expand marketing by utilizing digital media and directly. The advice that can be given is to pay more attention to social media by regularly uploading content to attract the attention of consumers and looking for more gift shops to maximize sales.

Issues regarding stock returns are important for the company. Because stock returns are used as a measure of company performance by investors to invest in the stock market. This study aims to determine how the effect of EPS, DER, and CR on stock returns with dividend policy as an intervening variable in property & real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study was taken by purpove sampling method on property & real estate companies listed on the IDX, namely 12 companies with a research period of 5 years from 2016-2020. The results of this study indicate that EPS, DER, and CR have a significant effect on dividend policy. EPS, DER, CR, and dividend policy have no significant effect on stock returns. Dividend policy is not able to mediate EPS, DER, CR to stock returns in property & real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a research period of 5 years from 2016-2020.

In connection with the problems above, the researchers tried to design an application entitled Beber Village Community Complaints. In designing this application, the author uses the SDLC Waterfall model method, which is carried out step by step in accordance with the procedures in the Waterfall method. The admin application is built using the Codeigniter Framework version 3 with the PHP programming language. While the client/user uses Android which is built with the Flutter Framework which uses the Dart programming language. The resulting application is in the form of a Client Server. Adam uses the WEB Service view while the client/user uses the Android version. This application will exchange information between the community and the village and between the village and the community. This application aims to make it easier for both the community and the village in exchanging information, which then the information data can be stored intact in the database

Pandemi Covid-19 memaksa masyarakat untuk membatasi aktivitas di luar rumah dan melakukan aktivitas dari rumah. Hal ini dapat meningkatkan kejenuhan dan stres sehingga perlu diimbangi dengan aktivitas rekreasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mempelajari bagaimana cara masyarakat menghilangkan kejenuhan dan stres selama pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kuantitatif deskriptif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 82 orang masyarakat RT 03 RW 02 Dukuh Menjing, Desa Menjing, Kecamatan Jenawi, Kabupaten Karanganyar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selama masa pandemi aktivitas rekreasi yang dilakukan terbagi menjadi 3 jenis aktivitas yaitu yang terbanyak adalah aktivitas rekreasi sedenter, kemudian yang kedua yaitu aktivitas olahraga, dan yang ketiga yaitu aktivitas luar ruangan non olahraga. Jika merasa tidak enak badan masyarakat memilih tidak beraktivitas.
