Abstrak:
<p>Korupsi di Indonesia sampai sekarang belum dapat diberantas secara tuntas hal ini tidak lepas dari moralitas para pelaku. Dalam upaya pencegahan terjadinya korupsi di masa mendatang sangat penting para generasi muda diberikan pendidikan anti korupsi agar para generasi uda pada masa mendatang tidak berbuat korup dalam semua bidang. Para siswa sangat perlu diberikan pemahaman terhadap pendidikan anti korupsi karena para siswa pada umumnya belum memahami adanya pendidikan anti korupsi. Adapun tujuan diadakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman dan penanaman pendidikan anti korupsi kepada siswa sebaga bentuk upaya pencegahan terjadinya korupsi dimasa mendatang. Solusi yan diberikan adalah dengan memberikan ceramah atau sosialisasi pendidikan anti korupsi kepada siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah meliputi tahap persiapan , tahap pelaksaaan dan tahap evaluasi. Adapun hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat bagi siswa menunjukan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pemahaman yang cukup signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah diberikan penyuluhan atau sosialisasi tentang pendidikan anti korupsi. Hal ini dapat diihat dari data pengolahan kusioner peserta terhadap perbandingan sebelum dengan sesudah diberikan ceramah atau sosialisasi terhadap komponen pertanyaan yang diberikan kepada siswa. Sebelumnya menyatakan tidak tahu sebanyak 54,4% menjadi 5,9%, kemudian menyatakan kurang tahu sebelumya 30,8% menjadi 14,7% dan yang menyatakan tahu sebelumnya 14,7% meningkat menjadi 82,3%.. Dengan demikian diharapkan para siswa dapat memahami arti pentingnya pendidikan anti korupsi sehingga siswa terhindar dari perilaku yang digolongkan korupsi.</p>

Abstrak:
This thesis research conducted at PT. Skill Menara Pratama with difficulty is project document that hold by each project coordinator make project manager difficult to monitor and evaluate every project that being done, also potentially loss of project data. Distribution of project data are not well distributed. Limitations of project manager work time to monitoring and evaluation work because the projects handled are often more than 1 (one) a simultaneously.
Development of this project management information system using the dashboard with pureshare method. developing application based on the website while for programming using HTML and PHP with MySQL as database server..
The research was carried out by development with R&D approaching which resulted prototype product of management information system application of research. test result tested with research instrument in the form of questionnaire with 10 (ten) questions, final conclusion from this research result prototype product can be used, and can be developed further.
The result of development resulted prototype software application that tested has been able to solve the problem related to project document held by each field coordinator, has been able to solve the problem of dissemination of data project that not well distributed, has been able to ease in storage and search of project document and make it as backup of hardcopy documents, and has made it easy for project managers, directors and employers to read progress on the job so as to improve the quality of decisions policy in projects quickly, appropriately and more efficiently in their implementation.

Abstrak:
The quality of service at the hotel has a significant impact on guest satisfaction. The higher the quality of service provided, the higher the guest satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the impact of quality of service. Quality of service consists of five variables: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, which affect customer satisfaction at X Hotel Gading Serpong. The sample for this study consisted of 125 individuals extracted from the number of guests at the X Hotel Gading Serpong using a random sampling technique. Techniques for collecting data for this study with the questioner. The classical hypothesis test uses the normality test, the multicollinearity test, and the heteroscedasticity test. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis test, multiple coefficient of determination analysis (R2). Based on known findings: There is a significant positive effect of quality of service on guest satisfaction at Hotel X Gading Serpon, as shown by the results of multiple linear regression analyzes Y = 0.543 + 0.177 X1 + 0.019X2 + 0.317 X3 + 0.220 X4 + 0.478X5 + e. F-Table of F-Arithmetic (101.126)> F table (2.289) with significance (0.000). The coefficient of determination (R2) has a value of 80.9% and 19.1% is isolated by other factors not included in this regression model.

Abstrak:
<p>The government, specifically the Directorate General of Taxes, applies technology in the administration of taxation to facilitate the public in reporting taxes. E-registration, e-billing, and e-filling have become a form of application of tax administration technology. The application of this technology is expected to help while improving taxpayer compliance in reporting taxes owed.</p><p>This research is quantitative research using primary data. Respondents are private taxpayers who have a Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) and are registered with KPP Pratama Semarang Selatam and KPP Semarang Tengah Satu. Analysis of research data using multiple linear regression methods with the statistic tool of the SPSS program version 23.</p><p>Statistical test results show there are no constraints in the classical assumption test. The results of hypothesis testing show that all hypotheses are accepted, namely that E-registration, e-billing, and e-filling have a positive effect on taxpayer compliance.</p>

Abstrak:
The relocation of street vendors needs to be done as an effort to organize in order to create an order. So, in this study, we tried to examine the relocation of street vendors in the Kali Es Riverbank, East Flood Canal, Semarang City based on the Perda of Semarang City Number 14 of 2011, Constraints in relocating for street vendors in Kali Es Riverbank of the East Flood Canal in Semarang City based on the Perda of Semarang City. Number 14 of 2011 and efforts to overcome it. The research methods used include: types of juridical research, sociological, descriptive analysis specifications. The data used is primary data and is supported by secondary data, with qualitative data analysis. The results showed that: Basically, the relocation concept was implemented because in the Kali Es area, along the East Flood Canal River, floods often occur. The relocation of street vendors in the Kali Es area along the East Flood Canal River, Semarang City through 3 procedures, 1) data collection, 2) socialization and 3) providing legal certainty. With the relocation of the street vendors, it aims to overcome the flooding in the city of Semarang. Efforts made by the government in relocating street vendors such as providing a new place for them to sell. The obstacles that arise in the Guidance and Arrangement of Street Vendors (PKL) in the Kali Es area, along the East Flood Canal River, Semarang City, are: First, the low legal awareness of street vendors. Second, Weak Supervision by Semarang City Officials. Third, the relocation of places selling street vendors that are not strategic and adequate. Fourth, the economic factors of street vendors. Meanwhile, the efforts made to overcome the obstacles that arise in the Guidance and Implementation of PKL Arrangement in the Kali Es River Basin, East Flood Canal, Semarang City are: First, Provide counseling and guidance to street vendors and provide circulars and warnings both verbally and in writing to comply. existing and current legal provisions. Second, Improving supervision by conducting regular controls throughout the city of Semarang (justice operation). Third, seek new locations or land for street vendors who have not yet found a place of business. Fourth, provide training and capital assistance for street vendors.

Abstrak:
This research has a purpose to find out effect of Job Description, Job Specification and Human Relations on Employee Performance in the production department of PT. Aice Ice Cream Jatim Industry. Quantitative approach methods are carried out in this research. Sampling in this study was performed by non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique with respondents of 100 employees of the production department. The data analysis method for this study is multiple regression using the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) for windows type 22.This is confirmed by the results of the investigation conducted that job description has a partial impact on employee performance, the job specification variable has a partial impact on employee performance and the human relationshas a partial impact on employee performance. Job description, job specification and human relations have a simultaneous effect on employee performance.
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Job Description, Job Specification dan Human Relation terhadap Kinerja Karyawan departemen produksi PT. Aice Ice Cream Jatim Industry.Metode pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan pada penelitian ini. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling yang dipilih pada penelitian ini ialah purposive sampling dengan responden sebanyak 100 karyawan departemen produksi. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini yakni regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) for windows type 22.Hal ini diperkuat dengan hasil yang menyatakan job description mempunyai dampak secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan, job specification memiliki pengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan dan human relation mempunyai dampak parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan. Job description, job specification dan human relation memiliki dampak secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Pelayanan prima atau juga dikenal dengan excellent service adalah upaya untuk memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada para pelanggan. Tujuan dari pelayanan ini untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Kota salatiga merupakan salah satu kota di Jawa Tengah yang memiliki potensi yang cukup besar sebagai wisata unggulan di Jawa Tengah.Pengabdoan Masyarakat STIEPARI berupa untuk mewujudkan Salatiga menjadi wisata unggulan di Jawa tengah yaitu dengan memberikan pelatihan pelayanan prima terhadap masyarakat terutama di 3 kelurahan yaitu Kelurahan Ledok, Tegalrejo, dan Kumpulrejo.
Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dalam tiga tahapan yaitu tahap sosialisasi dan persiapan, tahap implementasi, dan tahap evaluasi. Pada tahapan pertama, dilakukan koordinasi internal tim pelaksana kegiatan maupun koordinasi eksternal yang melibatkan mitra kegiatan, tahapan implementasi merupakan proses koordinasi melalui FGD yang hadir dan beberapa komunitas masyarakat dan juga pemerintah terkait, tahap Praktek Lapangan melalui observasi langsung ke lapangan dan tahapan terakhir berupa evaluasi kegiatan, yaitu evaluasi teknis dan evaluasi melalui diskusi langsung dengan beberapa pihak untuk mencapai kesimpulan.

The purpose of this community service is to provide training and let the trainees understand the process of preparing financial reports with the accounting system. The benefits of training that MSME entrepreneurs and participants can take are 1) Making accounting-based financial reports, 2) The possibility of participants being able to transmit their knowledge to MSME business owners who do not take part in the training, 3) Giving information about basic accounting knowledge which can be applied to the financial application reports with computer-based software, 4) Skills in making financial reports are increasing, 5) It is easy to enter financial data with accounting-based software.

Abstrak:
This scientific research is intended to analyze and determine the effect of cash flow turnover on liquidity in a company engaged in banking, in this case at Bank Central Asia, Tbk. As is known, that positive cash flow can affect the level of company liquidity.
On this matter, a research was conducted that aims to analyze the significance of the effect of cash turnover on the company's liquidity with various methods. The methods include X-Y Correlation Test and Regression Parameter Test.
In the X-Y Correlation Test, the R number of 0.639 explains the strong relationship between Cash Turnover (X) and Liquidity (Y) (above 0.05). The number of R square / determinant coefficient is 0.408. This means that 40.83% of the variation of Liquidity (Y) can be explained by variations of Cash Turnover (X) while the rest (100% - 40.83% = 59.17%).
