Pencatatan keuangan dan strategi pemasaran menjadi unsur-unsur yang sangat penting dalam keberlangsungan usaha sebuah UMKM. Keduanya memiliki peran yang cukup vital dalam pencapaian tujuan bisnis sebuah organisasi. Meskipun demikian, masih banyak UMKM yang belum memanfaatkan kedua unsur tersebut dengan maksimal. Bahkan belum menerapkannya sama sekali. Melalui pengabdian ini, penulis mencoba memberikan bantuan berupa pelatihan kepada salah satu UMKM yang berkecimpung di bidang seni bernama Palito Cinto. Hal ini ditujukan untuk mengenalkan serta memberikan arahan-arahan kepada UMKM terkait dengan pencatatan keuangan dan strategi pemasaran. Metode yang digunakan ialah berupa observasi mengenai keadaan bisnis Palito Cinto. Kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan wawancara kepada pemilik sanggar selaku pengelola untuk melihat seberapa jauh penerapan strategi keuangan dan pencatatan keuangannya. Selain itu, penulis memberikan pelatihan dan materi mengenai pencatatan keuangan dan strategi pemasaran. Hasil yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa Palito Cinto mulai berproses dalam melakukan pencatatan keuangan. Strategi pemasarannya telah berjalan dengan cukup baik dan dalam proses memaksimalisasikannya. Dengan pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi UMKM Palito Cinto khususnya agar Palito Cinto dapat menerapkan pencatatan keuangan yang sederhana serta dapat memperluas pasar dan jangkauannya demi keberlangsungan usahanya.

PT. Bakrie Sumatera Plantations Tbk merupakan perusahan yang bergerak dalam bidang perkebunan karet serta kelapa sawit tertua di Indonesia dan terbesar di Sumatera. Lahan karet serta kelapa sawit yang tersebar di sumatera utara khususnya di Kab. Asahan minim media publikasi mengenai persebaran lahan karet serta kelapa sawit untuk wilayah Kab. Asahan. Tujuan dibuatnya Sistem Informasi Geografis ini yaitu membantu PT Bakrie Sumatera Plantatios Tbk Kab.Asahan dalam memberikan informasi mengenai pemetaan lahan karet serta kelapa sawit. Metode  yang  digunakan  dalam  penelitian  ini  yaitu   metode kualitatif. Rancang bangun pemetaan lahan karet serta kelapa sawit ini dirancang menggunakan Bahasa Pemrograman PHP dan juga dengan Leaflet sehingga mampu menampilkan informasi mengenai data lahan dan pemetaan lahan karet serta kelapa sawit PT. Bakrie Sumatera Plantations Tbk Kab. Asahan.

The aim of this research is to determine the significance of  the influence between work facilities and work motivation both partially and simultaneously. Population in this research totaled 212, the sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling using the isaac and michael table so that 131 samples were found. Method the analysis used is quantitative with inferential statistic. Based on partial test it was found that there was a positive and significant influence between work facilities and employee performance. Work motivation has an insignificant effect and has a negative value on the employee performance of PR.Dua Dewi Cabang Kediri.

This research was condycted to (1) determine the description of Return On Asset (ROA), E arning Per Share (EPS), and the stock prices of cigarette companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, (2) determine the effect of Return On Asset (ROA) and Earning Per Share (EPS) partially on the stock prices of cigarette companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, (3) ) determine the effect of Return On Asset (ROA) and Earning Per Share (EPS) simultaneously on the stock prices of cigarette companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used in this research were secondary data. The research population was five cigarette companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2021 with the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Quantitative research method with associative descriptive approach. Hypothesis testing was done through the t-test and f-test. The data analysis used multiple linear regression.
The results of data analysis showed that partially, the variables Return On Asset (ROA) and Earning Per Share (EPS) had a significant effect on stock prices. While simultaneously, the variables Return On Asset (ROA) and Earning Per Share (EPS) had a significant effect on stock prices. As much as 23,4% of the variance in the stock prices variable was explained by the independent variables, while 76,6% was influenced by other factors excluded from the research variables.

This study aims to find out: (1)Effect Of Emotional Intelligence on Organisational Culture On The Nurse Nurse Performance(Study on Emergency on nurse performance (Study on emergency room and Intensive Care nurse of Benyamin Guluh hospital/kolaka SMS Berjaya BLUD). (2) Effect of Organizational Culture on Nurse Performance (Study on Emergency room and  Intensive Care Unit nurses of Benyamin Guluh Hospital/Kolaka SMS Berjaya BLUD). This study uses an approach with quantitative methods.Data collection in this study through observation, literature study and questionnaires. The population of this study ware all emergency room and intensive care unit nurses at Benyamin Guluh Hospital/Kolaka SMS Berjaya BLUD. While the sampel of this study amounted to 30 nurses with the determination of the sample using purpositive sampling with hair formula. Testing of research instruments using validity tests and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through measurement model test (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart PLS 3.0.Based on the results of the study, it is known that the Emotional Intelligence variable has a positive and significant effect on Nurse Performance as indicated by the P-Values value of 0.005.And the Organizational Culture variable also has a positive and significant effect on Nurse Performance, this is indicated by the P-Values value of 0.037.

Very tight competition in the business world means entrepreneurs have to think about what consumers want, including looking at product diversity and prices. The aim of the research is to explain the influence of product diversity and prices partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions at the Purgiono Bike Shop, Nganjuk City. This research uses quantitative methods. The population taken was 1,680 consumers using Non Probability techniques. The sample obtained was 94 respondents using the Slovin formula. Data processing uses the SPSS program. The results of this research are that product diversity and price have a significant simultaneous influence on purchasing decisions at the Purgiono Bike Shop, Nganjuk City.

A marketing strategy consisting of product, price, promotion and distribution is a strategy that can increase company revenue and attract consumer buying interest. The aim of this research is to explain the marketing strategy of CV Indo Jaya Bersatu and its implications in increasing company profits and attracting consumer buying interest. This research is research conducted using qualitative research methods with a qualitative descriptive approach. The main data sources in this research are CV Indo Jaya Bersatu employees and CV Indo Jaya Bersatu consumers. The results of this research indicate that the 4P marketing strategy implemented by CV Indo Jayaable to increase the company's profit by increasingThe company's revenue, which was originally at IDR 5,101,243,500.00 with net income of IDR 3,197,670,700.00 in 2017, increased to IDR 7,740,548,500.00 with net income reaching IDR 6,712,445,600.00 in 2022. Growing interest among CV Indo Jaya Bersatu consumers, there is a transactional interest, namely CV Indo Jaya Bersatu consumers tend to like making transactions with CV Indo Jaya Bersatu because of the good quality and service.

This study aims to find out how the mastery of social arithmetic in terms of parenting style. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The research subjects were parents and students of class VII SMP Negeri 3 Wadaslintang with different parenting patterns, and 2 students and parents with authoritarian parenting patterns were selected, 2 students and parents with permissive parenting patterns and 2 students and parents with democratic parenting. Data collection methods used are questionnaires, interviews, tests, and documentation. Data analysis techniques were carried out by (1) data reduction (2) data presentation (3) verification. The results of the research show that students with permissive parenting styles experience (1) difficulty in understanding the questions (2) making a solution plan (3) implementing the solution plan, so that the social arithmetic mastery of students with permissive parenting styles is in the low category. Students with authoritarian parenting styles experience difficulty in carrying out problem solving plans, so that the mastery of social arithmetic of students with authoritarian parenting styles is in the medium category. Students with democratic parenting styles can solve problems well, so that students with democratic parenting styles mastery of social arithmetic is in the high category.

Scanning Electron Microscope – Energy Dispersive X-Ray Spectroscopy (SEM-EDX) merupakan metode yang yang digunakan untuk pengamatan morfologi permukaan dan unsur kandungan berbagai jenis sampel padat dengan prinsip tembakan elektron. Keunggulan pengamatan perbesaran tinggi dan kemampuan deteksi unsur kandungan mulai dari unsur organik hingga anorganik menyebabkan penggunaannya sangat luas termasuk dalam pengamatan sampel biologi. Di Laboratorium Mineral dan Material Maju FMIPA telah banyak mendapat permintaan pengamatan sampel biologi menggunakan SEM-EDX. Akan tetapi, dalam penerapan pengondisian sampel biologi seringkali mendapati kendala hasil yang kurang maksimal. Pada sampel biologi tentu saja tidak hanya pengondisian sampel yang harus diperhatikan, melainkan juga faktor-faktor penting lainnya yaitu pengondisian peralatannya seperti tegangan akselerasi yang digunakan. Untuk didapatkan hasil yang maksimal, tegangan akselerasi sangatlah penting, faktor ini menentukan besarnya energi dan kedalaman tembakan elektron yang mengenai sampel. Dengan kondisi sampel yang kurang stabil namun diinginkan hasil morfologi yang maksimal serta unsur kandungan lengkap maka perlu dilakukan pengamatan dan penentuan optimalisasi tegangan akselerasi pada SEM EDX untuk pengamatan sampel biologi. Pada tulisan ini dilakukan pembahasan penentuan optimalisasi tegangan akselerasi pada pengamatan sampel biologi menggunakan tegangan akselerasi 5 kV hingga 30 kV. Hasil analisa SEM sampel biologi menunjukkan fenomena charging pada tegangan lebih dari 15 kV dan hasil analisa EDX menunjukkan pada tegangan kurang dari 15 kV beberapa kandungan unsur tidak terbaca.

Human resources have a role that can determine the success of all activities in the school. Teachers are the spearhead in efforts to improve the quality of services and educational outcomes. Therefore the school seeks to prepare human resources to face the changing times. Information technology (IT) has experienced a very rapid increase in the current developments, as can be seen from the use of technological equipment whose sophistication continues to increase with the reach being achieved is increasingly expanding. In the world of education, the application of information technology is needed to support the operational activities of educational institutions such as schools. The sample for this service is 20 teachers at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Islamic Center Ponorogo. The activity begins with coordination with partners, planning and implementing community service activities. It is hoped that the results of this service activity with the development of digital information technology will be able to develop the learning process and help promote institutions, especially for partners, containing issues and focus of service, goals of service, methods/approaches/strategies of service research, and results of community service.
