This research aims to examine what factors influence the level of customer loyalty of GeraiHALO Telkomsel Wonosobo, Central Java. The population in this study are customers who have subscribed or are currently subscribing to Telkomsel Kartu HALO, simPATI and AS product services, having subscribed for at least six months. Determining the sample in this research used the probability sampling method. This analysis uses the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method which is used to determine the level of importance and perception (expectations) of the Marketing Mix towards customer satisfaction implemented by the company. The results of the IPA analysis show that the dominant factors influencing customer loyalty are product quality, price, distribution variables. and promotion variables in this research are quite good in explaining customer perceptions. The author's advice to companies is that companies create products that are superior in quality, and always maintain product quality, namely by always innovating products that are tailored to customer desires for the product. Apart from that, companies must always pay attention to customer complaints by minimizing customer complaints.

Bilingualism in the 21st century is becoming increasingly relevant and important in the context of increasing globalization, technology, and social mobility. Like the word psychology, which just joined the world of education in the 20th century. The development of psychology is psycholinguistic. Bilingualism in group discussions provides many advantages in both academic and professional settings. Besides, bilingualism can be used in everyday life and acts as a communication bridge for interlocutors who are in the neighborhood of a variety of areas. This research is qualitative, with a qualitatively descriptive approach. The data came from a group of English-language education students and was obtained through observational research instruments and interviews. The data referred to in this study covers some of the benefits of bilingualism in group discussions. It can be concluded that this study found some benefits of bilingualism for group discussion by FKIP University Subang English Education Students through interviews with several students. The findings of the study yielded significant benefits to the students: improved communication skills, facilitated interaction with members, increased confidence, and added new vocabulary.

Banyaknya penonton konten, sangat membantu Rumah Kurasi dalam memasarkan produknya. promosi penjualan melalui review produk yang telah tekurasi melalui live TikTok dapat meningkatkan penjualan yang efektif.

Sociolla, an e-commerce platform that focuses on beauty and health products, has implemented a Management Information System (SIM) in their application and website. This SIM plays an important role in supporting Sociolla's business operations and providing optimal service for customers. This research aims to analyze the role of SIM in the health industry on the Sociolla application and website. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through observation of the use of the Sociolla application and website. The research results show that SOCO's business strategy can generate significant profits because the company does it well. This shows Sociolla is optimizing the use of social networks, applications and websites to communicate and help customers adapt. Meanwhile, the SOCO application has several features such as a news feed for creating beauty content and promoting products, while the Sociolla website has a beauty assistant to help users choose products.

21st Century Learning is an educational concept that focuses on developing students' skills to achieve success which is influenced by technology, information and globalization. Islamic boarding schools are educational institutions that are able to prepare students to develop the skills needed for 21st century learning. This research uses qualitative methods, namely by searching for data and information whose findings are not obtained through calculations and statistical procedures so that the results are descriptive. Data collection techniques in this research are through observation, interviews, and documentation in the form of written objects such as books, magazines, documents, and so on. The results of this research show that Ma'had Al-Zaytun, which is based on the spirit but modern Islamic boarding school system, instills the skills needed in 21st century learning, including the ability to think critically in dealing with every problem, the ability to think critically, and the ability to think critically. communicate using various languages, the ability to Large Scale Collaboration (KSBB), the ability to produce products (creativity) with the help of computer technology and have a religious character that comes from the Al-Qur'an, the sunnah of Rosul Muhammad SAW, the qualities contained in Asmaul Husna and Asmaun Nabi, as well as the character of nationalism contained in the five foundations of the state (Pancasila), the 1945 Constitution and the national anthem Indonesia Raya 3 Stanza.

Seiring bertambahnya para pengguna jual beli online, banyak bermunculan situs jual beli <em>online</em> palsu yang hanya memanfaatkan untuk memperoleh <em>income</em> dengan cara yang tidak benar. Oleh karena itu maka diperlukan sebuah perlindungan hukum baik untuk konsumen atau pemilik bisnis <em>online</em>. Kemudahan untuk melakukan transaksi jual beli <em>online </em>akan membuat banyak orang tertarik untuk ikut melakukan bisnis jual beli <em>online</em>. Dari banyaknya pebisnis jual beli <em>online</em> pasti ada yang melakukan bisnis jual beli <em>online</em> curang (palsu). Agar tidak ada pihak yang dirugikan baik dari segi konsumen ataupun dari pebisnis <em>online</em> jujur, maka diperlukan perlindungan hukum dari pemerintah. Berdasarkan   hal   ini   dapat dirumuskan permasalahan dalam   kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah kurangnya pemahaman  siswa MA Nurul Firdaus tentang hak dan kewajiban konsumen dalam jual beli <em>online.</em> Terkait   bila terjadi wanprestasi pihak pelaku usaha belum dapat memberikan perlindungan hukum secara optimal.bila terjadi kecurangan baik itu tentang cacat produk, informasi yang tidak jujur maupun keterlambatan pengiriman barang. The child's relationship with his parents is very important and influences the child's development, including how his mental health. In Indonesia in 2011, toddlers who usually temper tantrums this in one year, 23 - 83% of children aged 2 to 4 years. From the preliminary study results obtained population of research is 65 couples parents and children. Purpose: This study aims to determine whether there is a Parent Parenting Relationship Against Temper Tantrum In Pre-School Children In TK PGRI 2 Malang. Method: This research is analytic research and research design that used is cross sectional research design. Sampling technique in this research is using purposive sampling technique, using questionnaire instrument with sample 55 people. This research uses non parametric data analysis method with statistical test used Chi square table and degress of freedom (DF). Result: From statistic analysis using SPSS calculation with Chi square table and degress of freedom (DF) with 5% significance level(13,341 ? 3,481) so that H0 in rejected means there is relation between parenting parenting with temper tantrum in pre school children in TK PGRI 2 Malang City Year 2017. Conclusion: Increase knowledge about parenting parenting and temper taantrum in children through  follow counseling, reading books, brochures and leaflets.

Effective communication becomes an important part in developing a child’s character and to prevent the violence of parents towards children. This research aims to develop a communication instrument of parents towards children. There are two communication aspects, which are the opened communication aspect and the closed communication aspect. There are two stages in developing this instrument: first, an introductory study stage to determine the prototype instrument and the second, expert validation examination stage and field examination. Based on the expert analysis results, the instrument has passed the construct validity and it is declared as fit for use. The results of the field examination show that from 34 items, 24 are declared as valid, with the validity value of ?0.3 and they are reliable as the r value= 0.84?0.7. From the expert analysis and the field examination, it is concluded that the instrument is fit for research use.

The performance of health workers who are in dr. Soepraoen Hospital is supervised by the leadership and carried out byinternal supervision. The purpose of writing this journal is to determine the effectiveness of the leadership and internal supervision carried out by the hospital on the performance of health workers. This research used quantitative with a cross sectional study approach. The location in this study is the Kindergarten Hospital. II dr. Soepraoen Malang which is located atJl. S. Supriadi No.22, Sukun, Kec. Sukun, Malang City, East Java 65112. The study was conducted from October to November 2020. Research The population in this study were all health workers who served in Kindergarten Hospitals. II dr. Soepraoen Malang at the time of the research, the number of health workers was 59 people. Samples were taken using total sampling. Data processing was performed using the SPSS for Windows application. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant effect of leadership partially on health workers' performance, there is a positive and partially significant effect of partially internal supervision on health workers' performance, there is a simultaneous positive and significant effect of ethics leadership and internal supervision on health workers performance.

Drug prevention socialization activities and drug abuse punishment at SMPN 3 Pegandon aim to increase students awareness of the dangers of narcotics and the legal consequences arising from drug use. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of these socialization activities in achieving these goals. The research method used was structured interviews with students and teaching staff at SMPN 3 Pegandon. The results of the study showed that socialization activities were able to increase students' understanding of the dangers of narcotics and awareness of punishment. However, there are challenges in implementing anticipatory behavior against daily drug abuse. The implications of this study highlight the need for improvements in the implementation strategy of more inclusive and sustainable drug prevention socialization in the school environment.
