Handling of dental disease problems requires that it be handled quickly and correctly, but not all teams of dental experts can carry out treatment quickly due to the lack of a team of dental experts who are in the workplace or hospital 24 hours a day. Apart from that, the public also has very little knowledge of information about dental disease, so that to treat dental disease, people have to consult a dentist. To classify images of dental disease, feature extraction is needed. Feature extraction is taking characteristics of an object that can describe the image. One example of image feature extraction used is Red, Green, Blue (RGB). This feature extraction is often used to identify or classify an image. Dental image data that will be used in the classification process are tooth abrasion, anterior crosbite, cavities and gingivitis. K-Nears Neigbor is the simplest data mining algorithm. The aim of this algorithm is to find the results of the closest distance classification for each object. In determining the distance, the data is initially divided into two parts, namely training data and testing data. After receiving the training data and testing data, the distance from each testing data (Equilidence Distance) to the training data is calculated. The K-Nearest Neighbors method can be applied to classify dental disease based on images of types of dental disease using Matlab software. As a result of the image data training process, 40 image data were input, training results obtained were 100%.

According to data from the Maternal Perinatal Death Notification (MPDN), the maternal death recording system of the Ministry of Health, the number of maternal deaths increased from 4,005 cases in 2022 to 4,129 cases in 2023. The objectives of this research are:Identify Variable Relationships: To assess how staff training, technology usage, and data integration affect the accuracy and efficiency of recording and reporting.Evaluate Direct and Indirect Effects: To analyze the direct and indirect impacts of these variables on the outcomes of the recording and reporting system. Provide Improvement Recommendations: To develop recommendations for enhancing the recording and reporting system based on the analysis results. Research Methodology Path analysis is required to evaluate the relationships between various factors that influence the recording and reporting system.Steps in Path Analysis: Data Collection, Path Analysis Model, Statistical Analysis, Interpretation of Results. Staff Training (X1): Data Accuracy (Y1): ? = 0.45 (p < 0.01).Reporting Efficiency (Y2): ? = 0.40 (p < 0.05), Technology Usage (X2):Data Accuracy (Y1): ? = 0.35 (p < 0.05)Reporting Efficiency (Y2): ? = 0.55 (p < 0.01), Data Integration (X3):Data Accuracy (Y1): ? = 0.50 (p < 0.01), Reporting Efficiency (Y2): ? = 0.45 (p < 0.01). Path analysis reveals that staff training, technology usage, and data integration have a significant impact on the recording and reporting system at Ardimulyo Health Center. Improvements in these three variables can enhance the accuracy and efficiency of reporting. Recommendations for improvement include investing in staff training, implementing better technology, and enhancing data integration.

This research aims to develop innovations in the manufacture of cookies with the addition of sorghum flour and mung bean flour (Vigna radiata) as the main ingredients. Sorghum flour was chosen because it has a high fiber content, is gluten-free, and rich in antioxidants. Mung bean flour was chosen because it is rich in vegetable protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals that are important for health. The main objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of adding both types of flour on the physicochemical characteristics, texture, taste, and color of cookies. The research method involved the formulation of various proportions of sorghum flour and mung bean flour, as well as organoleptic tests to assess consumer preferences. Tests were conducted using chemical analysis to determine nutrient content as well as sensory tests to assess texture, taste, and color attributes. The results showed that the addition of sorghum flour and mung bean flour can increase the nutritional content of cookies, especially in terms of fiber and protein. In addition, the combination of these two flours provides a crispier texture and distinctive flavor, which is different from conventional cookies. Overall, this innovation offers a healthier alternative for consumers without compromising the sensory quality of the cookies. The use of sorghum flour and mung bean flour in making cookies not only increases the nutritional value but also fulfills the market need for healthier food products. These findings make an important contribution to the development of functional food products that can be accepted by various groups of people.

The Community of Service Program, is a form of community service from educational institutions to the community as part of the implementation of higher education. One of the work programs of the KKN Posko 128 group is preventive socialization of bullying behavior that often occurs in educational environments. Bullying, whether physical, verbal, relational, or cyber bullying, has a significant negative impact on children's psychological development. Family and social environmental factors play a major role in the formation of children's character, which then has an impact on bullying tendencies. This study aims to analyze the causes and impacts of bullying and offer solutions as preventive measures through family education, social environment, and the active role of schools. By focusing on the role of the family in shaping children's behavior and the importance of the role of schools in preventing and handling bullying cases, it is hoped that it can reduce the incidence of bullying and improve children's psychological well-being.

Nowadays, the utilization of a Web-based Hospital Management Information System has been implemented in Raja Ahmad Tabib Hospital of Pulau Riau Province, which not only has an impact on patient services but can also have an impact on the effectiveness of employee work in serving patients in the hospital, in order of study aims to determine the effectiveness of work through Web-based HMIS (SIMRS) by determining the Quality of Information, Organizational Culture and Digital Competence. This study will conduct data analysis through SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square) software, which the test conducted by the researcher uses path analysis to test the pattern of relationships that can reveal the influence of variables or a set of variables on other variables, both direct and indirect influences. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted, the researcher found that there is a positive influence between Organizational Culture both on HMIS and on work effectiveness and organizational culture has a significant determination of work effectiveness through the utilization of Web-based HMIS. On the other hand, the quality of information and digital competence are not significant to Web-Based HMIS, although both are significant to work effectiveness. However, the determination of information quality and digital competence does not have an indirect relationship to work effectiveness through Web-based HMIS.
