Abstrak:
College Students' interest in participating in organizational activities is a current topic in the university environment. The existence of organizations can be seen from students' interest in joining organizations, one of which is in the Social Sciences Education Study Program, Faculty of Social Sciences, Jakarta State University. The aim of this research is to describe the factors of interest of Social Sciences Education Students in participating in organizational activities. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, observation, questionnaires, documentation and literature study. The subjects in this research were students of the 2021-2022 Social Sciences Education study program. The research results show that most college students have an interest in organizational activities, and the internal factors for students joining an organization are: 1) having an open personality, 2) wanting to develop their interests and talents, 3) preparing themselves to enter the world of work. External factors for college students joining the organization are: 1) campus facilities, 2) friends in studying, 3) parents, 4) appreciation from friends and lecturers, 5) problems on campus. So it can be concluded that Social Sciences Education college students have an interest in participating in organizational activities. Several factors that determine a student's interest in joining an organization come from the student himself and also from the environment at the university.

Abstrak:
The purpose of this paper to gather insights on students’ experiences during their overseas internship program. This paper discusses the difficulties faced by the students during their overseas internship program and their approaches to overcome them. Insights might be useful as feedback and lesson learned for education institutions. This paper employs a qualitative approach. The data collected were secondary data. 12 (twelve) students’ internship reports were gathered with purposive sampling method. A thematic data analysis was employed. The results suggest that difficulties encountered by the students in three areas: cultural difference, language and communication, and task management. This paper offers insights on the students’ approach to overcome the difficulties. Educational institutions need to better understand the needs and expectations of the parties involved, to better prepare the students, and monitor the program from the beginning until its completion.

Abstrak:
At Republic of Indonesia State Civil Service Agency in carrying out work, it is often found that problems both software and hardware are installed in the computer and must be resolved immediately. However, the handling of problems is still not good, where in the process of reporting complaints and requests, you still have to go by telephone or come directly to the IT staff office to notify complaints, as well as in manual records that affect company performance. All recording reports and problem calculations are still manual. This can have a negative effect, namely: there are problems that are at risk of being recorded repeatedly, so it takes a long time to provide reports to managers. Therefore, the authors submit a helpdesk information system application to solve the problems of complaints and employee requests so that they can be resolved quickly and can be handled properly as well as recording reports that are well recorded. In developing this helpdesk information system, the author uses an object-oriented methodology, namely the iteration waterfall, which is modeled using UML (Unified Modeling Language). The tools used are XAMPP as a web server, PHP as a programming language and MySQL as a database. With this system, it is hoped that it can make it easier for employees to report complaints as well as get solutions to the problems they are complaining about and also make it easier for IT staff to automatically generate reports in the system.

In public service offices in the government, special areas or rooms are provided for smoking. At the Kendal District Court Class 1B the smoking room or smoking area still uses air ventilation and fans to neutralize cigarette smoke. As a result, the smoke that is exposed to the fan in the smoking room spreads out and disturbs the health of the surrounding community or disrupts the activities of employees at the Kendal Class 1B District Court. In this case, the Kendal Class 1B District Court, especially this smoking area, needs to be handled, namely making a device that can filter cigarette smoke and monitor the condition or level of air quality in the room so that cigarette smoke does not spread outside the room and harm your health. To help the filtration system in smoking rooms, there needs to be an automatic system that is able to work when cigarette smoke in the room is at a certain level. The sensors used to detect levels of CO ( carbon monoxidant), CO2 (carbon dioxidant) in cigarette smoke are MQ-7 and MQ-135. The way this tool works, if cigarette smoke in the room reaches the threshold level of gas in the room, the fan will suck it into the filtration room, after which it will be exhaled back into the smoking room and will notify the condition of the room on the LCD monitor display.

Abstrak:
Dalam era Industri 4.0 yang ditandai oleh adopsi teknologi digital dan kecerdasan buatan (AI), pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) menjadi semakin penting dalam memastikan kinerja perusahaan yang optimal. Artikel ini mengkaji penerapan kecerdasan buatan dalam meningkatkan efektivitas perilaku SDM di era Industri 4.0 melalui analisis sistematis literatur (SLR). Melalui SLR ini, berbagai artikel terkait dengan topik tersebut dipelajari, termasuk tentang model-model AI yang digunakan dan implementasinya dalam konteks SDM. Hasil review menunjukkan bahwa penerapan kecerdasan buatan dalam SDM dapat memberikan sejumlah manfaat yang signifikan bagi perusahaan. Salah satunya adalah peningkatan efisiensi proses SDM, seperti rekrutmen, seleksi, dan pengelolaan kinerja karyawan, melalui penggunaan algoritma dan sistem otomatisasi. Selain itu, AI juga memungkinkan pengambilan keputusan yang lebih akurat berdasarkan analisis data yang besar dan beragam, membantu perusahaan untuk membuat keputusan strategis yang lebih tepat. Namun, selain manfaatnya, penerapan kecerdasan buatan dalam SDM juga menimbulkan sejumlah tantangan dan risiko. Masalah privasi dan keamanan data menjadi perhatian utama, di samping risiko terkait dengan bias dalam pengambilan keputusan AI. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu mempertimbangkan dengan hati-hati implementasi teknologi ini, sambil memastikan bahwa langkah-langkah yang diperlukan diambil untuk melindungi integritas data karyawan dan mengurangi risiko bias.Dengan memahami tantangan dan risiko yang terkait, serta memanfaatkan potensi teknologi kecerdasan buatan dengan bijak, perusahaan dapat mengoptimalkan manfaatnya dalam meningkatkan efektivitas perilaku SDM dan mencapai tujuan bisnis mereka di era Industri 4.0.

Financial literacy is one of the important skills that must be possessed by individuals, especially students, based on situations that require the ability to manage their personal finances. This research uses a qualitative approach with a focus on semi-structured interviews to gather information. The research participants were 12 students with different ages, genders, universities, study programs and faculties. The results of the analysis from interviews showed that students who live in boarding houses or with their parents can apply financial literacy for financial management, even without realizing it. However, financial literacy is more applied to students who live in boarding houses.

Abstrak:
Obesity, characterized by excessive accumulation of body fat, increases susceptibility to chronic disease and adversely impacts overall quality of life. Elderly people often exhibit higher fat mass and lower muscle mass and bone density, influenced by reduced physical activity, hormonal changes, and metabolic adjustments. Visceral fat accumulation is of particular concern because of its association with metabolic syndrome, insulin resistance, diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease. This activity uses the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) framework to screen for obesity in the elderly using Body Mass Index (BMI) and waist circumference measurements. Activities were held at St. Fransiskus Assisi, Jakarta involving 36 participants. The study revealed that 16 participants (44.5%) and 30 people (83.3%) were obese and centrally obese, respectively. Early detection and intervention through anthropometric measurements are very important in managing health risks related to obesity in the elderly, so as to improve their quality of life and reduce morbidity and mortality.

Abstrak:
GoPay as one of the digital payment applications in Indonesia faces challenges in understanding user perceptions in the midst of fierce competition. This study aims to develop a user review sentiment analysis model by comparing two approaches to text representation, namely TF-IDF and BERT, as well as two machine learning algorithms, namely Random Forest and Logistic Regression. Review data is obtained from the Google Play Store and processed through pre-processing, feature extraction, and sentiment modeling. The results showed that the combination of BERT + Logistic Regression provided the best performance with an F1 Score of 0.86, showing the superiority of BERT in understanding the semantic context compared to TF-IDF. An important feature analysis identifies financial-related words such as "duitnyaapakah" and "kompensasi" as key issues. This research makes a practical contribution by helping app developers improve the user experience through prioritizing relevant features and solutions to key problems complained of.

Adanya PSBB sebagai bentuk penanggulangan penyebaran pandemi Covid19 berdampak pada sektor transportasi dan logistik, karena berkurangnya pengguna akibat dari pembatasan mobilisasi masyarakat oleh pemerintah. Penurunan pengguna ini membuat perusahaan mengalami penurunan penghasilan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fenomena pandemi Covid-19 terhadap potensi financial distress perusahaan dan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan potensi financial distress yang signifikan antara sebelum dan selama pandemi Covid-19. Jenis data pada penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif yang berupa laporan keuangan perusahaan sektor transportasi dan logistic. Objek pada penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan sektor transportasi dan logistik yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2017-2022. Metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan sampel yaitu Purposive Sampling, dengan data sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 12 perusahaan pada sektor transportasi dan logistik yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2017-2022. Teknik analisis financial distress pada penelitian ini menggunakan model prediksi kebangkrutan Fulmer. Kemudian hasil analisis model Fulmer tersebut dilakukan pengujian normalitas data Shapiro-Wilk dan dilakukan uji beda Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test dengan menggunakan program SPSS Statistics. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pandemi Covid-19 berpengaruh terhadap potensi financial distress pada perusahaan transportasi dan logistik. Akan tetapi, pandemi Covid-19 tidak memberikan perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap potensi financial distress sebelum dan selama pandemi Covid-19.
