ABSTRACT
The growth of the both traditional and fast-food culinary sector has been rapid and to maintain consumer satisfaction, it is a crucial factor for determining the progress of culinary business growth. Therefore, the objective of the study is to examine the influence of prices, promotions, and quality of service on consumer satisfaction at McDonald's Restaurant Semarang. The data was collected through the completion of questionnaires and it was analysed by using the double linear regression. The research findings indicate that the factors of price, promotion, and quality of service affect significant impact on consumer satisfaction at McDonald's Restaurant Semarang. Through the partial test, it revealed that consumer satisfaction is significantly impacted by both promotion and quality of the service, while the price has no significant influence on customer satisfaction.
ABSTRAK
Perkembangan industri kuliner terjadi dengan sangat pesat dan tidak terbatas pada makanan tradisional, namun juga restoran cepat saji. Kepuasan konsumen menjadi indikator penting dalam menentukan arah pengembangan bisnis kuliner. Tujuan riset ini ialah guna menganalisis dampak harga, promosi, dan kualitas pelayanan akan kepuasan konsumen restoran McDonald’s Semarang. Data diperoleh dari pengisian kuisioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Keluaran penelitian mengunjukkan bahwa harga, promosi, dan kualitas pelayanan mempunyai dampak signifikan secara simultan akan kepuasan konsumen restoran McDonald’s Semarang. Uji Parsial (Uji t) mendapati bahwa promosi dan kualitas pelayanan mempunyai dampak signifikan akan kepuasan konsumen sementara harga tidak mempunyai dampak signifikan akan kepuasan konsumen.

Organizational culture is a system of values, norms and beliefs held by a group of people in an organization that differentiates it from other organizations. This definition can also be seen as a pattern of basic assumptions discovered or developed by a group of people as they interact with each other. Organizational culture can also be interpreted as the characteristics or guidelines implemented by each member of an organization or company. Micro, Small, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) are independent productive business units, carried out by individuals or business entities in all economic sectors which greatly assist the process of recovery or improvement of the Indonesian economy. Therefore, play a very important role in the rate of economic growth in Indonesia. In digitalization, education is a crucial element in developing individual potential and intelligence. To carry out education effectively in the era of digitalization, teaching staff are needed who can teach in formal and non-formal contexts, of course with their competencies. Our Real Work Lectures (KKN) are held in Gebanganom Wetan Village, Kangkung District, with the main aim of providing community service and supporting the improvement of children's education in the village. Even though the enthusiasm and passion for learning among children in Gebanganom Wetan Village is very high, the shortage of teaching staff is a major obstacle to achieving maximum education. This article is entitled "The Role of KKN Students in the Era of Digitalization of Education in Gebanganom Wetan Village." This research uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method and carries out field observations to identify potential and problems in the village. The results of KKN activities provide an illustration of the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of children and the community for education in the era of digitalization from the role of students as teaching staff in supporting education in Gebanganom Wetan Village through various formal and non-formal education activities carried out by KKN Group 124

Abstrak:
The purpose of this research is to describe the types of figurative language found in Adele's songs in album 30. The research methodology used is literature study with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results show that there are several types of figurative language in the lyrics of these songs, including symbolic (36%), personification (9%), metaphor (4.5%), simile (18%), hyperbole (4.5%), and allegory (28%). Thus, it can be concluded that the most used figurative language in the album is the symbolic type.

Abstrak:
Purpose: Face recognition has become an increasingly intriguing field in artificial intelligence research. In this study, This study aims to explore the application of CNNs, implemented through TensorFlow, to develop a robust model for enhancing facial recognition accuracy in student attendance systems. The focus of this research is the development of a model capable of recognizing student faces under various lighting conditions and poses in an academic environment, using a multi-class dataset of student images collected from internship attendance records at the Computer Science Department.
Methods: The dataset, comprising facial images from 19 students, served as the foundation for training and validating the CNN model. The dataset, sourced from the computer science department's internship attendance records, included a total of 231 images for training and 59 images for validation. The preprocessing phase included facial area detection and categorization, resulting in a well-organized dataset for training and validation. The CNN architecture, consisting of seven layers, was meticulously designed to achieve optimal performance.
Result: The model exhibited exceptional accuracy, reaching 93% on the validation dataset after 300 training epochs. Precision, recall, and F1-score metrics were employed for a detailed evaluation across diverse classes, highlighting the model's proficiency in accurately categorizing facial images. Comparative analyses with a VGG-16-based model showcased the superiority of the proposed CNN architecture. Moreover, the implementation of a web service demonstrated the practical applicability of the model, providing accurate predictions with a remarkable response time of less than 0.3 seconds.
Novelty: This comprehensive study not only advances face recognition technology but also presents a model applicable to real-world scenarios, particularly in student attendance systems.

AbstrakKunci sebuah perubahan adalah perubahan yang dimulai dari diri sendiri dan kemudian berubah dengan pikiran terbuka untuk dapat terus mengembangkan diri terus menerus. Perubahan adalah mutlak perlu dilakukan untuk dapat menghadapi globalisasi. Pada pengabdian masyarakat yang kami lakukan di SMA Masehi 1, kami berfokus bagaimana siswa dapat mengembangkan perusahaan Startup dengan mengimplementasikan business online sebagai acuan utamanya. Permasalahan seperti literasi digital yang masih belum mencapai tingkat maksimum, bagaimana cara tahapan dalam menerapkan business online dan bagaimana memulai bisnis Startup merupakan masalah inti yang harus segera mendapatkan solusi pada pengabdian masyarakat ini. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah siswa akan mampu memahami tahapan-tahapan bagaimana membangun perusahaan Startup dalam skala kecil terlebih dahulu, yang kemudian akan dikembangkan untuk dapat meningkatkan kompetensi serta taraf hidup yang lebih baik. Dieng Kabupaten Banjarnegara memiliki iklim yang cocok untuk pertanian sayuran. Khususnya di Desa Ratamba Kecamatan Pejawaran Kabupaten Banjarnegara memiliki komoditas pertanian kentang dan wortel. Untuk saat ini hasil panen dipasarkan secara konvensional dengan mengumpulkan hasil panen pada pengepul dan mengirimkan ke pasar untuk selanjutnya dikirim ke beberapa daerah di sekitar kabupaten Banjarnegara. Pemasaran dengan metode konvensional sudah dilakukan dalam jangka waktu yang cukup lama. Akan tetapi ada celah kekurangan yang terjadi di rantai distribusi dalam proses bisnis pertanian tersebut. Salah satunya adalah petani tidak dapat menentukan harga sayuran hasil panennya karena distribusi sayuran harus melalui pengepul atau tengkulak terlebih dahulu. Sehingga yang menentukan harga di pasar adalah pengepul, bukan oleh petani secara langsung. Selain itu, petani juga tidak dapat memperluas jangkauan pemasaran hasil pertaniannya. Disebabkan distribusi barang tidak dilakukan oleh petani akan tetapi oleh dilakukan oleh pengepul juga. Oleh karena alasan tersebut maka pada pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dikembangkan website yang dapat diakses oleh petani di Desa Ratamba untuk memasarkan dan menjual hasil pertanian mereka secara langsung. Dengan adanya media online yang digunakan oleh petani diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan para petani. Dengan demikian diharapkan petani dapat terus mempertahankan dan meingkatkan kualitas hasil pertanian mereka

Pengembangan Aplikasi Pemilihan Umum RT02 RW12 di Kelurahan Meteseh, Semarang, oleh tim mahasiswa Universitas Dian Nuswantoro bertujuan meningkatkan efisiensi dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pemilihan ketua RT. Aplikasi ini fokus pada literasi digital, melibatkan masyarakat RT02 RW12, dan memastikan partisipasi maksimal. Tahap pelaksanaan mencakup negosiasi, perancangan, konfirmasi, pengembangan, dan pengujian aplikasi. Sosialisasi berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman dan literasi digital peserta. Aplikasi berbasis Laravel menyajikan calon ketua RT dan visi misi mereka. Tim mahasiswa juga berperan sebagai fasilitator pada pemilihan, menciptakan kesuksesan dalam meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat. Hasilnya, aplikasi ini bukan hanya meningkatkan efisiensi dan transparansi dalam pemilihan ketua RT, tetapi juga mendorong partisipasi aktif masyarakat serta memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap demokratisasi tingkat lokal. Dengan demikian, pengembangan aplikasi ini berhasil menciptakan dampak positif dalam proses pemilihan umum di tingkat RT.

Industri kecantikan secara keseluruhan mengalami pertumbuhan dari tahun ke tahun. Kemampuan kritis memerlukan suatu produk atau jasa tertentu agar mampu memahami keberadaan dirinya secara utuh. Produk perawatan kulit merupakan barang kecantikan yang menandakan tumbuhnya bisnis terkait. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh influencer, live streaming, dan program flash sale terhadap keputusan pembelian netizen pada produk skincare Somethinc. Data survei awal dikumpulkan melalui link google form dan jumlah sampelnya 140 responden yang sebelumnya pernah membeli dan menggunakan skincare Somethinc menggunakan aplikasi TikTok Shop untuk penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa live streaming dan program flash sale tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian netizen, namun influencer memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian netizen. Meskipun perusahaan telah menggunakan live streaming dan program flash sale dengan masif, nampaknya pelanggan tidak tertarik untuk melakukan pembelian. Para netizen lebih tertarik untuk membeli produk skincare Somethinc karena adanya influencer. Sebaiknya perusahaan mengkombinasikan ketiga variabel tersebut menjadi suatu program pemasaran yang komprehensif agar kinerja bisnis meningkat dan pangsa pasar semakin luas.
