This study aims to analyze the factors and risks that cause fraud in various countries with comparisons between sectors and regions. Using Qualitative method: Meta analysis based on five journals related to fraud (Fraud) in various countries. The purpose of using the meta-analysis method, the method is used to integrate data from different studies so that it can provide more accurate results, rather than the results obtained from a single study, and seeks to understand the mechanism, several factors that may affect the occurrence of fraud in various countries and sectors, including the existence of organizational justice,  internal control, opportunity, pressure and rationalization. The results show that fraud is a global problem that requires international solutions, and cooperation between countries and internal communication are indispensable in building a system that can fight organized financial fraud globally. This study aims to provide a deterrent effect, minimize fraud losses and improve control systems. The results of this study are expected to contribute to further understanding of the factors that influence the occurrence of fraud in various countries and sectors, and provide recommendations for preventing and overcoming fraud in various regions.

The current global era is pushing countries in the world, including Indonesia, towards international trade. Financing for international trade activities carried out by Indonesia comes from foreign exchange reserves. Foreign exchange reserves are assets owned or saved in the form of foreign currency for foreign financing sources. This research aims to determine the influence of oil and gas and non-oil and gas exports on foreign exchange reserves in Indonesia. The data that researchers used in this research was secondary data for 10 years, starting from 2014 to 2023, obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). This research uses quantitative methods and the analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using the Eviews10 program. The results of the analysis show that oil and gas and non-oil and gas exports together or simultaneously have a significant effect on foreign exchange reserves in Indonesia. Individually or partially, oil and gas exports have a negative and significant effect on foreign exchange reserves in Indonesia. Meanwhile, non-oil and gas exports partially have a positive and significant effect on foreign exchange reserves in Indonesia.

This research aims to explore the application of the principles of accountability and transparency in Islamic political ethics and its influence on good governance. Accountability is an important element in public sector organizations, as regulated in Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 8 of 2006 concerning Financial Reporting and Performance of Government Agencies. Transparency, as another key component, ensures openness in the decision-making process and information delivery. These two principles serve as mechanisms to combat rampant corruption in Indonesia, as reflected in the 2010 Corruption Watch Index score. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method, involving the search and analysis of references from relevant books and journals. This analysis aims to understand how Islamic political ethics integrates the principles of accountability and transparency, as well as the challenges faced in their application. The results of the study show that from an Islamic perspective, accountability is seen as a mandate that must be fulfilled with honesty, justice, and transparency. Transparency in Islam emphasizes the importance of honest and thorough disclosure of information to all interested parties. The application of the principles of accountability and transparency in Islamic political governance has the potential to strengthen moral, social, and religious responsibility, as well as increase public trust in the government. However, challenges such as patronage politics, money politics, and corruption are still major obstacles. To overcome this challenge, there needs to be a strong commitment from the government and the community to implement these principles consistently. Thus, this research makes an important contribution in understanding how the principles of accountability and transparency in Islamic political ethics can be applied to improve good governance and combat corruption in Indonesia.

Planning project activities is one of the important foundations for project implementation so that the project can be carried out optimally. The schedule is part of project planning which is a parameter for the success of a project. Scheduling needs to be considered to determine the duration and sequence of project activities, so that a logical and realistic project schedule can be formed. The aim of this research is to obtain the critical path of a project activity along with the duration required during the project and to obtain the probability of the project reaching the expected target. In this research the Critical Path Method (CPM) and the Program Evaluation Review Technique (PERT) method are used. . Based on the results of the calculations and discussion, it can be concluded that in the function setting activity a critical path was obtained which consists of 7 activities, namely A – B – F – G – H – I – J with a duration of 57 days. It was also found that the probability of the project reaching the expected target within 76 days or less was 0.9978 or 99.78%.
 
 
 

This study aims to analyze the education system, identify the problems faced, and analyze education policies in Brunei Darussalam, with a special comparison to education in Indonesia. Brunei Darussalam and Indonesia have different cultural, social, economic and political contexts, which influence the structure and implementation of their education systems. The research method used is descriptive and comparative analysis, utilizing secondary data from various literature sources, policies and educational reports. The results of the analysis show that Brunei Darussalam's education system is unique, with a focus on Islamic education and national values. However, several problems such as gaps in educational access and teaching quality are still challenges. On the other hand, Indonesia has a more complex education system with various challenges, including regional disparities, teacher quality, and limited educational infrastructure. A comparison between the two countries highlights differences in policy approaches, educational structures, and challenges faced. Brunei Darussalam emphasizes quality education and strengthening national identity, while Indonesia struggles with the challenges of inclusion and social inequality. The implication of this analysis is the importance of understanding the local context in designing educational policies that are effective and relevant to the needs of local communities. This study provides insight for policy makers to improve the education system and improve the quality of education in both countries.

Penelitian ini menganalisis kinerja keuangan CV. Kidung Konveksi dari tahun 2018 hingga 2020 menggunakan beberapa rasio keuangan, termasuk rasio likuiditas, profitabilitas, solvabilitas, dan aktivitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam hal likuiditas, rasio lancar dan rasio kas berada di bawah standar industri, menunjukkan kesulitan perusahaan dalam memenuhi kewajiban jangka pendek. Namun, rasio cepat menunjukkan kemampuan yang baik dalam melunasi hutang tanpa mempertimbangkan persediaan. Dalam hal profitabilitas, ROE, GPM, dan NPM menunjukkan kinerja yang baik, sedangkan ROA masih kurang optimal. Rasio solvabilitas menunjukkan ketergantungan yang tinggi pada dana eksternal, yang berisiko jika tidak dikelola dengan baik. Rasio aktivitas menunjukkan bahwa perputaran modal kerja dan total aset masih kurang efisien. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menyarankan perusahaan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam pengelolaan aset dan modal untuk meningkatkan laba dan menarik investor.

Economic growth is essentially the most important aspect in a country. An increase in the quality of life of the community that occurs in an area can mean that the area has continued economic growth. Economic growth can be reflected in changes in GRDP in a region. This research uses eviews analysis 10. Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK), human development index and poverty are among the Human Resource factors that contribute to the formation of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) which can encourage Economic growth of a region. The aim of this research is to find out the influence of the level of labor force participation and poverty as seen from the human development index on economic growth in the province of West Papua in 2014-2022. The data used in this research uses time series data for the period 2014-2022, using quantitative descriptive methods with the eviews 10 analysis tool. Independent variables consist of Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK) as X1, human development index (HDI) as X2 and poverty (k) as X3 and Economic Growth as (Y). The results of this study show that TPAK, HDI and K simultaneously have a positive and insignificant effect.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pandangan Islam terhadap Gacha dalam permainan mobile legends, dengan mempertimbangkan aspek hukum, etika, dan sosial.metode analisis kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan dan menganalisis pandangan ulama serta literatur Islam terkait dengan perjudian dan praktik serupa. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas ulama menganggap Gacha sebagai bentuk perjudian yang bertentangan dengan prinsip-prinsip Islam. Kesimpulannya,yaitu bahwa dalam  pandangan Islam terhadap Gacha mungkin bervariasi, penting bagi pemain Muslim untuk mempertimbangkan dampak moral dan etis dari partisipasi dalam praktik semacam itu, sambil mengacu pada pedoman agama dan nilai-nilai yang dianutnya.

The learning process greatly influences students' success in achieving learning goals, one of which is increasing students' critical thinking . Critical thinking at this time is one of the skills that really needs to be improved in 21st century education. This research aims to provide an overview of the influence of the RADEC learning model on students' critical thinking in elementary school science learning. This type of research is quantitative in the form of a quasi experimental design . The design applied is The Non equivalent Control Group Design . The technique used for sampling is cluster random sampling . The data analysis technique used is using a prerequisite test in the form of a normality test, then a homogeneity test and hypothesis testing using the t test. The average on the pretest in the experimental class was 44.05263 , after applying the RADEC learning model the post-test was 82.47. The control class obtained an average of 44.15 in the pretest and 69.5 in the post-test after learning using the conventional approach. After carrying out the t-test, it was obtained that t = 3.68 and t table was 1.68709 with a significance level of 0.05. Thus, t = 3.68 > t table = 1.68709, it can be concluded that the influence of the RADEC model was found on students' critical thinking in elementary school science and science learning.

Issues regarding non-performance of an agreement can be resolved in two ways, namely outside court and through court. The Pati Court is one of the courts that handles many default resolutions, in terms of settlement through the courts. The judge's consideration is an important component in determining the fate of both parties, namely the plaintiff and defendant, who in terms of the agreement are creditor and debtor. We can see the judge's considerations in the case of default in case number 219/Pdt.GS/2023/PN.Pti. The aim of this research is to find out how considerations are taken to decide a case of tort and how the proof of the elements of tort is fulfilled. The research method used is a normative juridical method with a statutory approach, norms contained in regulations regarding agreements and a case approach. The results of the research show that, according to article 1320 of the Civil Code, the legal conditions for an agreement are agreement, competence, certain objects or things, and cause or lawful reasons, and it is stated in article 1238 of the Civil Code that a person is considered to be in default when he is negligent and does not carry out his obligations until after the time limit specified in the agreement he has agreed to. The judge's considerations in deciding case number 219/Pdt.GS/2023/PN Pti. is appropriate because based on the written evidence attached by the Plaintiff at the trial, then according to the evidence attached the Defendant is declared guilty or in default.
