The role of the younger generation in improving quality in the agricultural sector has a very crucial role. However, nowadays soil fertility in Indonesia is decreasing day by day as agricultural land use becomes more intensive. So that young people's insight regarding environmentally friendly cultivation techniques through organic farming needs to be added and strengthened to create progress in the fields of agriculture and food security. The aim of this service activity is an effort to increase the younger generation's understanding of organic farming through counseling and creating demonstration plots for organic vegetable cultivation using vegetable pesticides and liquid organic fertilizer (POC) to increase agricultural products and stabilize the economy of the surrounding community. The activity method is carried out through counseling, socialization and direct practice through making demonstration plots. Counseling about organic farming and its impact on the environment. The demonstration plot focused on the correct working methods and techniques in organic farming through the application of liquid organic fertilizer (POC) and vegetable pesticides. Following this community service activity program, it shows that the knowledge and skills of the younger generation of farmers have increased regarding organic vegetable cultivation and the impact of organic farming on the environment.

Reading literacy can be defined as a person's ability to understand, evaluate and use information contained in reading effectively. Reading literacy is an ability that must be familiarized from an early age. One of the factors that can improve reading literacy is the existence of simple reading resources that can be tailored to student needs. In this case, the role of parents, especially teachers, is very important to support students in reading activities. through this community service activity, the results obtained regarding the understanding of SDN 2 Bojongmenteng teachers increased. Teachers understand the types of simple reading materials that can improve students' reading literacy. From this activity, teachers are expected to be able to implement simple reading for students of SDN 2 Bojongmenteng.

This research aims to determine the management of village funds in Pagar Puding Lamo Village, Tebo Regency from the perspective of sharia financial management. This research is a type of qualitative research using descriptive analysis. Descriptive analysis is data obtained and expressed in the form of words and images, so that it can be described to provide clarity. This research uses data collection methods by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research indicate that the management of village funds in Pagar Puding Lamo Village is in accordance with Permendagri No. 113 of 2014 starting from the planning, implementation, administration, reporting and accountability stages. In the review of sharia management regarding the management of village funds, it is clear that the management still does not implement the sharia system, the system used still tends to be conventional, but judging from the nature and values ??of honesty, trust and fair sharia in its management, village officials have implemented it in managing village finances.

Anxiety of memorizing the Surah of Qur'an is response of the body such as feelings of pressure, fear, stress due to activity in memorizing the Surah of Qur'an which is characterized by certain feelings and symptoms that arise. As a result, students have difficulty in memorizing practices, resulting in suboptimal memorization. One solution to overcome this problem is have confidence in yourself be able organize and carry out all actions in order to achieve certain academic goals or called self-efficacy. This study aims determine the relationship between self efficacy and anxiety of memorizing the Surah of Qur'an. This study is a correlational quantitative study with the student population of State Madrasah Aliyah X amounting 940 students. Sampling using simple random samplingtechniques was obtained by 269 students. The data collection method uses self-efficacy scale made by researchers and academic anxiety scale of memorizing the results of adaptation (Lailatul Fiqriyah, 2020). Data analysis uses correlational person product moment correlation techniques to test the relationship between two variables. The results showed value (r) of -0.706 with p = 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that there was a significant negative relationship betwen self efficacy and anxiety of practice of memorizing the Qur'an surah in MAN students in qur'an and hadith lessons. The level anxiety of practice of memorization and self efficacy is in the moderate category. It is recommended for MAN students, one solution to be able reduce anxiety in practice of memorizing the Surah of Qur'an is to increase self-efficacy possessed.

The study aims to analyze the impact of tax knowledge, tax awareness and taxable income on compliance with taxable payers of land and buildings in Kelurahan Randusari region RW 1. The sample of 88 respondents was taken with the Slovin formula. The variables used include tax knowledge (X1), tax awareness (X2), taxable income (X3) and taxable compliance (Y). The data analysis used in this study uses descriptive analysis, validity test, feasibility test, and classic assumption test, with hypothesis testing using double linear regression analysis, test f, test t and determination coefficient. The results of the research carried out are tax knowledge (X1) and tax awareness (X2) have a significant impact on tax compliance, while taxable income (X3) has no significant effect on taxable compliance (Y).

The learning outcomes of students are a benchmark for the success of students in the learning process that has been conducted in class. This study aims to analyze students' learning outcomes in the topic of derivatives. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research, with the sample selected being students of class XI IPS at SMAN 8 Tambun Selatan. The data collection techniques used include tests, interviews, and document analysis. The results of the study indicate that students' learning outcomes vary between low, moderate, and high abilities, particularly in how they approach problem-solving. Students with low abilities can answer all questions, but there are errors in rewriting and linking derivative concepts. Students with moderate abilities can answer all questions although they may struggle with linking concepts and rewriting them in question number 2. Meanwhile, students with high abilities can solve all questions using derivative concepts and rewrite these concepts in problem-solving.

The formulation of the problem in this study is whether Live Streaming has a positive and significant effect on Impulsive buying? Does Time Limit have a positive and significant effect on Impulsive Buying? And how are Live Streaming, Time Limit and Impulsive Buying in a sharia business perspective? While the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Live Streaming on Impulsive Buying behavior, to determine the effect of Time Limit on Impulsive Buying behavior and to find out how Live Streaming, Time Limit and Impulsive Buying in a sharia business perspective. This study uses quantitative research methods, the aim is to test a hypothesis that has been used. In this study using data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to Tiktoktshop users in Bandar Lampung. The population in this study were people in Bandar Lampung City aged 17 years and over because considering these age conditions it is hoped that respondents can better understand the purpose of the questionnaire given. And the sample used in this study were 100 respondents. Based on the research that has been done, the results are in line with the hypothesis, where there is an influence from Live Streaming (X1) on Impulsive Buying (Y) positively and significantly. Meanwhile, Time Limit (X2) also has a positive and significant effect on Impulsive Buying (Y). So Live Streaming and Time Limit together have a positive and significant effect on Impulsive Buying.

In this storyline, Jade and Rintis, being of the same age, frequently use informal language. Therefore, the occurrences of code switching and code mixing in "Bercinta Dalam Tahajudku" by Anshela can serve as viable educational resources for high school settings due to their alignment with linguistic, psychological, and socio- cultural aspects. This novel is suitable as supplementary material because the author's language is accessible for readers, especially students. Through instances switching between different languages and blending them, this novel aids in broadening students' perspectives and knowledge, providing insights into linguistic structures and elements.
